Did Bush conspire with Iran?

Prevaricator extraordinaire Ahmed Chalabi says that Bush conspired with Iran before the toppling of Saddam Hussein.

But then the Bush administration wasn't (and isn't) known for its own clarity or truth-telling. Murkiness, oui. Honesty, nyet.

That's one of the troubles with the 'ends justify the means' crowd from the world crime syndicate - or syndicates, whichever more closely applies to the tentacle/s near you. They can't believe one another even when it counts.

It's a bit like the world financial crisis: what is the world coming to when thieves can't trust thieves? Oh yeah - the old saw about there being 'no honor among thieves' is old precisely because it's true.

That they could masquerade as long as they did as 'upstanding corporate businessmen' is one of the biggest jokes of all - with the rest of the world the butt.

Just read this post and I wonder — do you suppose the messy world we live in is just as messy at the top and we are witnessing what happens when those with the chips are playing poker with each other - not caring a whit for how it affects the world as long as they get to have fun with their winnings?

What if there is no plan, or some new player to the game isn't playing by the rules.

It may be very messy at the top, and we are witnessing the financial gods brawling.

I watched "W" film this week. I didn't like it, but not for the reasons I expected not to.

It's sort of like the government propaganda of making fun of UFOs (and assisting Tabloids to do so) so everyone who talks about them is then just a joke.

Well it was a little like that. Oliver Stone, the man who throws the gang off the course by manipulating perceptions in a way that they just miss the truth, while appearing to steer folks to the truth.

I think Michael Moore is more clever and helpful overall than Oliver Stone. I look back at his JFK film and understand why it didn't quite sit well with me.
Either he doesn't really get it, or he does and is making fun of those who do. But since I have some insight on the JFK thing I see how Stone takes us right near the truth and veers off along the way.

Anyway, just blathering on.
Thoughts of unrest among those with all the chips.

Donna, can't bring myself to see 'W' but perhaps i can at some point. (i don't need to like him better as a person while we struggle with the ways he changed the core of this nation - which may never be the same again.)

Messy at the top? Probably since massive ego games must be part of their struggles. Who will be in charge? Which secret order? Templars, Rosicrucians, Illuminati? Tsk tsk, poor things!

Thanks once again for your thoughtful comment, DD! jude
