Aries Full Moon 9.26.07

Wednesday's Full Moon 3Aries20 (3:45 pm edt) is in 2nd house of money when set for the White House, with Sun 3Lib20 in 8th house of other people's money. Asking for more millions for Iraq? Fluctuations (Moon) in earning ability (such as the UAW strikers)? It's the Resources axis, the 2/8.

Rising 24Cap16, chart-ruler Saturn 2Vir57 is in 7th house of Partnerships, legal affairs, and open enemies, along with Venus 22Leo11, still in mutual reception with the Sun.

Jupiter/MC is at "1Sag", the "A Grand Army of the Republic campfire" degree (Jones.)

Jup/MC = legalisms; success; recognition; sense of purpose.

Did I mention that the Sun is partile (exactly) conjunct one of Jayne's Hypothethetical planets, Lion? Keywords: synthesis and integration; understanding; education; civilization.

A Full Moon is the culmination of the cycle which began at the last New Moon
which was the Sept 11 Solar Eclipse when something needed releasing for progress to be made. (I say the American people release the Bush administration from further fascist tinkering under the hood of our government.)

Aries is impulsive and independent, sign of the pioneer. Libra is socially sensitive so there may be a battle between self-interests and compromise which will be most noticeable in the area of relationships (the 1/7, Ari/Lib axis.)

Libra is the sign of diplomacy so more of that--or the current lamentable lack of it--may continue to be in the news, with Aries ruled by Mars, god of war.

Perhaps Mercury's entry into secretive Scorpio on Thursday will bring intell to light which may be useful in diplomatic circles--it's what the government tends to do with intell that concerns me.

Then contentious Mars finally leaves Gemini and enters homebody Cancer's sign on Friday. Turf-protection!

Yes, Mars is finally past his opposition with Pluto but he is at 29Gem00 in the Full Moon chart--and 29 degr is a crisis degree. It also indicates that Mars is straining and impatient to enter Cancer. (Perhaps the US has had a visitor who would like to go home now...?)

The Full Moon's Mars is ruler of 10th house of Career/Public Status...16Sco56, near the "15Sco" "Eagle Point."

And Mercury, planet of communication and thinking, is at 29Lib02 in 9th house of Philosophy, Religion, Higher Education, and Foreign Travel. Mercury trines Mars within 3 minutes, but separating since Mercury is the faster-moving of the two.

9th house's natural ruler, Jupiter (13Sag38) is still within orb of US natal ASC...and Mr. Moneybags is strong and sassy in his own sign.

The only planet stressing this Full Moon in applying aspect is Neptune 19AQ34 Rx--from 1st house. But Chiron 10AQ45 Rx rises first--conj Cheney's natal Sun.

Neptune is semi-square the Moon, and sesquisquare the Sun. Both aspects are irritatingly frustrating and nagging, and can often have health connotations.

There's more info available from the excellent StarIQ.com if you'd care to check it out.

And for Sabian Symbol details try Lynda Hills' Sabian Symbols because I'm only including an appropriate-for-DC Symbol for this Full Moon and Lynda has a lot more...

"3Ari"..."A cameo profile of a man in the outline of his country"...EXPLOITATION...

pos: man's capacity for giving full play to every ramification of the reality he has created for himself;

neg/shadow side: an unimaginative conventionality which leaves him in bondage to every current stereotype of human relations.
