Mike Johnson: In the Realms of Jupiter

As you've heard, Speaker of the House (Maga) Mike Johnson has now revealed that he's the "new Moses" according to the voice of God, he says. This is much too arrogant for this Protestant, especially if one supposes that Johnson believes his 'mission' is to bring down a new law from Mount Sinai - or from Capitol Hill, more like.

Then of course, mundane Jupiter represents religious and morality issues along with the financial and corporate realms. Broadcasting, propagandizing, teaching, politics - the possibilities are close to endless with expansive Jupiter, the guru or priest.

So let's take a look at the natal Jupiter of Mike Johnson, noting that his Great Benefic's position is prominent in Jupiter's own sign of Sagittarius. However, afflictions to Jupiter such as squares and inconjuncts can result in narrow-mindedness and a self-righteous attitude. But for the purpose of this post, aspects to natal Jupiter will inform us and we'll use Johnson's natal chart set for "12:00 pm CST" since an accurate birth time is hidden, last I checked.

A variety of study notes are penned on the natal chart, below, including Johnson's 10 North Eclipse which manifested on January 16, 1972 @25Cap24, with Baby Mike coming along on January 30, 1972, Shreveport, Louisiana. Other folks born into a 10 North Saros Series include: Justice Antonin Scalia, Confederate General and Freemasonic grand pooh-bah Albert Pike, former White House denizen Reince Priebus (see link, below), and the Capital City of Washington DC (May 3, 1802 with Jupiter in Leo).

As you see, 10 North themes are listed, and Capricorn eclipses relate to issues with authority figures, and with a potential for governmental work and leadership. The next 10 North eclipse occurs in February 2026 @29AQ, identifying 2026 as a busy year for "Moses Mike."

Then considering the current authoritarian atmosphere in US politics with threats of force flying through the airwaves, a disturbing sidenote is that Mike Johnson's natal Sun @9-11AQ conjuncts asteroids Nemesis (divine retribution) and Tisiphone, archetype of retaliation. As you see, Johnson's Uranus in Libra conjuncts Trump's stationary Jupiter so there's rapport between them although one-sided views may cause trouble. Additionally, Mr. Johnson's Saturn @29Taurus, a critical degree, is prominent at Station Rx and forms a dissociate opposition with Neptune in Sagittarius, an aspect which suggests potentials for criminal tendencies and/or subterfuge (A. Oken):

Jupiter square Pluto: evangelical work; religious and philosophical dogmatism; needs to remake institutions and force reforms upon others; intellectual pride and willfulness; ambitious to achieve big things; extremism leads to unpopularity.

Jupiter trine Mars: evangelical interests; puts religion into practice; expanded ambition; abundant energy and enthusiasm.

Jupiter inconjunct Saturn: a conservative attitude; a serious demeanor and discriminating nature; pomposity; legalistic; skewed perspectives; may be pennywise and pound foolish.

Well, that's all I have concerning Jupiterian "Moses Mike" with only a noon birth time for him. This is the first "In the Realms of Jupiter" post published here in quite some time so here's a list of a few of Mike Johnson's fellow Jupiterians:

Don Jr and Jared battle to head the 2020 Campaign

Born on January 10, 1981 in Livingston, New Jersey, a previous post In the Realms of Jupiter: Jared Kushner uncovers a few things about the son-in-law of Donald Trump including Jared's prominent Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in Venus-ruled Libra.

A view of the natal horoscope of Donald Trump Jr is available with a Rodden Rating of A at astro.com (born December 31, 1977 5:20 pm est Manhattan, NY with Sun 10Cap09, Moon 21Vir22, Ascendant 19Can09; Jupiter 29Gem52 Rx sextile Saturn 00Vir09 Rx). As you see, Don Jr's Saturn conjuncts his Papa's natal Ascendant (29Leo) where royal star Regulus blinks and cautions: success if revenge is avoided; if not, all that has been gained will be taken away. So father and son Trump share, if not heed, the karmic caution of Regulus.

Now perhaps you've heard the news that Don Jr and Jared "really dislike one another" and that both want to head Donald Trump's 2020 Campaign for re-selection. Vanity Fair's PolitiZoom of July 6, 2019 characterizes their disagreements as an "escalating cold war" and opines over its effects on the 2020 Campaign. (Funny, I just noticed that "Vanity Fair" can be described by Jupiter in Venus-ruled Libra and its typical cry of, "it's not fair!" with Venus the planet of vanity. Funny because Jupiter in Libra is shared by Trump Sr and his son-in-law Jared Kushner, husband of Trump's favored child, Ivanka; and of course, Venus is a money planet, too.)

For the sake of comparison, and since I know of no accurate birth time for Jared Kushner (purposefully hidden, one imagines), below is a natal horoscope bi-wheel for Donald John Trump Jr (center, timed) and the untimed Jared Kushner:

Of interest to our topic is their Mars-Mars opposition across the Leo-AQ self-will axis (diametrically opposing motivations and actions), plus, the Mars-NN-Pluto trio that forms when Trump Sr is in the mix. This forceful planetary trio of power and manipulation conjoins the 2nd cu$p of Don Jr's chart and reveals power and control issues with a karmic flavor. Apparently the two fellows were destined (NN) to disagree (Mars). The presence of Trump Sr's shady Pluto (@10Leo02 in his natal 12th house of Politics and Karma) adds intensity to the issues and may indicate that Donald Sr will impose himself upon their quarrels and make a different choice altogether. After all, a wise King Solomon Big T ain't, and he doesn't seem to think very highly of either man (Kushner a "girl" and Don Jr "dumb"?).

Adding to their power-grabbing is the glop of Don Jr's powerful Pluto-NN conjunction (in his natal 4th house) conjoined to Kushner's Jupiter-Saturn conjunction. 'Powerful contacts' yes, even 'tragic destiny' perhaps, yet financial considerations are involved as well thanks to Jared's Jupiter @10Lib04 conjunct Don Jr's North Node, a karmic link (NN) in the financial, banking, and campaign donations departments (Jupiter) with suggestions of Politics and legal matters. And of course, if money worshipper Trump Sr isn't a Jupiterian figure, who is? (His nibs is also a Mercurial Uranian figure but his boundary-breaking Jupiter was stationing at his birth, turning Direct--and over-promising Jupiter loves to broadcast his 'ideals' especially in campaign mode.)

Now on another level, it seems that Don Jr and Jared Kushner were born with natal Moons in opposing signs across the Virgo-Pisces victim-savior axis so emotionally, they have different 'reigning needs'. With Don Jr's Virgo Moon, practical considerations are uppermost with head ruling heart and a fussy love of tidiness; Jared's Pisces Moon can be optimistic but is subject to mood changes and susceptible to external influences, tending to 'soak up' the emotions of those around him. Being in the same room or standing near the volatile Mr. Trump must be difficult for Jared but of course his Capricorn Sun adores the authority to control and manage.

Well, there's my small sketch of two fellows prominent in the life and times of Donald Trump, a man who intends to cheat his way again into the Oval Office as one of those 'success-at-any-cost types of culprits. Conservative rolls are decreasing these days due to age-related attrition so can you imagine the fate of either Don Jr or Jared heading the 2020 Campaign if their candidate should lose? I wouldn't want to be in their light-weight loafers, would you?!

Astro-Chart Round-Up: Ivanka, Jared, Don Jr, and Eric

Since former Trump 'fixer' Michael Cohen testified in open session on Capitol Hill last week, more and more often we hear the Trump Clump described out loud as a 'crime family'.

To run such an organization the head gangsta must have a crew willing to operate under the same criminal persuasion--a crew surrounding and protecting him, and willing to take orders and do his bidding. Donald Trump has such a crew with a core made up of Don Jr, Ivanka and Jared, and other son, Eric.

So I decided to make their planets more accessible for future reference by clumping The Clump together into one post with links to their natal charts such as I have access to them presently--some accurately timed, some set for noon:

and Eric Trump who actually may be the brightest bulb in the box, as it turns out.

Dual Natal Charts: Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner

The natal horoscope of Ivanka Trump is rated X for 'date without time', same for her husband Jared Kushner. Both were born in 1981, a year of two major conjunctions--Jupiter-Saturn (3x: 4--10 Libra) and Jupiter-Pluto (once @24Lib53)--he on January 10, 1981 in Livingston, New Jersey, she on October 30, 1981 in New York, New York.

Below is a dual image of their natal horoscopes set for 'noon' with few of my usual scribbled astro-notes--primarily penned on are the three dates of Kushner's current Mars Return/s. However, if born at 12:00 am est or just after, his Mars is at 8AQ04 and the following Return dates change by one to three days. If born at or just prior to midnight, his Mars falls at 8AQ51 and his Mars Return dates differ by one to four days. Obviously, the Mars Return months remain the same and you will note that the transiting South Node, the tail of the dragon, has recently swiped Mr. Kushner's natal Mars in Aquarius no matter its precise degree suggesting his recent preference for isolation from public view and the lack of popularity for his actions.

A few notes on the couple's respective Sun-Moon personality blends are listed under the image along with Kushner's Mars Return dates to his 'noon' position of natal Mars (8AQ28):

Jared Kushner Mars Return/s 8AQ28: 1. June 15, 2018; 2. July 7, 2018; 3. October 6, 2018. Transit Jupiter has been making a series of squares to his natal Mars denoting a period when common sense and moderation are needed for best results, and jumping to conclusions and the tendency to overestimate himself are best avoided. Significant is the fact that his Mars conjoins his natal South Node so every two years his Mars Return repeats that Saturnian connection which indicates a natural loner who won't consider the opinions of others when making decisions, and one whose actions and desires are often out of tune with those of society and are against cultural trends (Sakoian). The timing also signifies a recent Nodal Return (10Leo/AQ) for Mr. Kushner, and interestingly, Vladimir Putin was also born with a Mars-South Node conjunction (see link, below).

A Few Astro-Notes on Jared's and Ivanka's Personality Blends

The Earth-Water Sun Cap-Moon Pisces blend of Jared Kushner is that of a romantic skeptic who is dependable yet private. Kushner may worry that he will be overwhelmed by his problems and he tends to second-guess himself. An introvert, he feels things deeply and suppresses his feelings which are kept to himself--and he tends to carry the burdens of others and is willing to bend truth.

Ivanka Trump: Water-Fire Sun Scorpio-Moon Sag identifies Trump's daughter as an uncompromising, self-dramatizing, committed and passionate woman who "will hold back a trump or two when it comes to feelings" if she thinks it wiser. Sharing a sympatico Sag Moon with her father, Ivanka can be a stern judge, a paranoid introvert, and/or a spontaneous, outspoken extrovert who hates to be constrained. Her analytical mind makes her effective within group dynamics, plus, she's a natural psychologist and educator with a zeal for truth. A loyal if demanding friend, she does what she says she will do yet can have something of a Scorpionic 'sting' in her tail.

The UAE natal chart w/ the February 2018 Solar Eclipse

As you've heard by now Former Obama official Susan Rice unmasked Trump officials who met with UAE government officials during the Trump transition period. The UAE did not follow protocol and inform the Obama administration of the visit, hence the 'unmasking'. The Trump officials who secretively met with the UAE reps include Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon, and Michael Flynn and it is reported that the meeting involved the setting up of a secret communications channel between Trump and the Russian government.

Apparently, Mr. Trump wants more of Russia and Mr. Putin than he can honestly get. Yet if a shady communications channel with Russia and Trump was set up, how long did Mr. Trump and his gang think it could go undetected?

Be that as it may, here is the natal horoscope of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) which was officially proclaimed on December 2, 1971 at Dubai 12:00 pm R3T -4:00 (my SolarFire Gold v9 software gives the time zone as USZ3 -4:00, same chart):

Around the chart and conjunct the UAE's Ascendant @27AQ43 is notated the February 16, 2018 partial Solar Eclipse in the 1 South Saros Series with themes of: flooded with ideas and options which are enthusiastically expressed; an element of haste is attached but outcomes are potentially positive (paraphrasing Predictive Astrology, Brady). Note that the February 2018 1 South Eclipse opposes the UAE's Prenatal Solar Eclipse, aka, PE (conjunct natal Descendant @27Leo15 in the 9 New South Saros Series; themes: bringing to the surface long-term worries about loved ones, health, or issues concerning paperwork or communications; responsibilities with paperwork may 'come home to roost' and any news has a sense of destiny or fate attached (Brady). So the February 2018 eclipse may possibly activate or provide illumination of the UAE's PE issues and concerns and combine them with 1 South themes in some way.

And with the February 2018 eclipse personalized for the UAE (conjunct natal DESC) we may expect the UAE federation to remain in US news headlines well into 2018.

July 24, 2017 Kushner spills a few beans just before closed-door testimony

Today Trumpman Jared Kushner testifies behind closed doors on Capitol Hill (which sports quite a few closed doors and the meetings within) and before going in this morning to give his 'testimony' (not under oath as first promised but it's still illegal to lie before Congress--under oath or not) son-in-law Kushner revealed Russian meddling through an event that occurred just before the November 2016 election.

Donald Trump: In the Realms of Jupiter

"We no longer live in religious times, but the human need for the numinous, for something greater, more perfect and more powerful than ourselves has not disappeared. It has, however, taken a perverse turn. Instead of aspiring to the Infinite, we make gods out of mortals. We create 'super-stars' of athletes and artisans. We inflate, glamorise and worship actors, sports people, and musicians. We exalt them in other words. This phenomenon of elevating the ordinary to the extraordinary is a quality of Jupiter and Sagittarius (not so much Pisces). It emerges at the behavorial level in two basic ways:

1. The mantle of hero or king seems to fall most easily on those strong in Jupiter or Sagittarius.

2. Equally, the Sagittarian-Jupiter type can have a more than average tendency to idolize and hero worship. - Paul Wright.

Naturally, you recognize the huge, great again Mr. Trump in the words above--he does, after all, have "the best words", as you know, so why wouldn't he favor his own Jupiterianess? Interesting that the word 'king' comes up since Mr. Trump was born with royal star Regulus, the king or the kingmaker rising! As for number 2, Trump does seem to idolize Mr. Putin and other strong-armed dictators, both dead and living, so perhaps for his own inner monologue he is able to project his own Jupiterian leadership and love of success onto others whom he deems worthy.

Now astrological Jupiter can represent many concepts and play many roles in horoscopes. In Natal Astrology, the sign of Jupiter describes how the person relates to others and its aspects to other planets and points (chart angles, Moon's nodes) add information to the picture for input from other planets modifies the natal Jupiter somewhat and/or has its own energy and function expanded by Jupiter, planet of increase and generosity.

Of course, a few of life's realms that involve Jupiter include: codified religion, philosophy, ideology, idealism, banking, corporate culture, broadcasting, legalities, theater, and Politics and can signify a particular politician as an actor in a horoscope set up to study an issue, event, or personality. Needless to say, both the condition and position of natal Jupiter are worthy of study when considering personalities such as those now 'on duty' at the White House. So I'm starting a series of SO'W articles to investigate the natal Jupiters of certain political operatives: In the Realms of Jupiter. Hopefully such information may prove useful or somewhat interesting to either of you now reading these words!

Most of the natal horoscopes I'm using are set for 'noon' since birth times are unknown. Some charts are accurately timed (RR:AA from BC/BR) as with Trump but most are not. However, the positions and conditions of their Jupiters do not fully depend upon a correctly timed horoscope. Naturally, I have taken care with the fast moving Moon, am not using angles or cusps (which depend on birth times), and any mention of houses are only for those few with accurately timed horoscopes. Several Trump administration denizens are in my notes for this upcoming series of articles and hopefully their Astro-Portraits can be glopped together a little into a BOGO, we could say, except that no money changes hands.

Note: 'S' = separating or waning aspects and indicates that they and the energies of those planets in a particular aspect are unconscious to the native though naturally studying one's natal horoscope can mitigate this by increasing self-knowledge. 'A' = applying or waxing; there are other reasons to use waxing and waning aspects such as for timing purposes but that is beyond the scope of this post.

Donald J. Trump: Jupiter in Airy Libra

Donald Trump June 14, 1946 Jupiter @17Lib27 Station Direct in 2nd house of Earning Ability, Values, and Possessions; a trio of Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter denotes a speculator, gambler, a big dreamer with inflated fantasies, and possessing a blind spot and/or a deep wound. Jupiter is curious to learn and strong at Direct Station and knows no bounds or limits which is born out in his personality and by his actions (ex: when he disregards the personal space of others). Mr. Trump relates to other people as Venus-ruled Libra would do and Libra is the sign of the Scales of Justice, diplomacy, beauty, and relationships. He certainly has given the Scales of Justice a workout in his lifetime, his self-touted negotiating ability is legendary if disputed, and relationships (three marriages+) are important to him especially if loyalty is part of the picture (otherwise, not!) His self-esteem depends on feedback from others (ex: approval ratings); this natal Jupiter bolsters natal Sun (ego; adult self--here, Gemini the Child) via a beneficial trine aspect, as noted, below, yet his very noticeable habit of over-promising has been remarked upon 'ere this. Jupiter again especially with those confusing, imaginative Neptune frequencies added. Subliminal!

Plus, you've probably heard Mr. Trump's Libran Jupiter broadcast, "that's not fair!," and, his ownership of and involvement with beauty pageants is well documented through the years (along with the backstage dressing rooms he just walks into without warning...he's a bounder, a la natal Jupiter at Direct Station and eager to sail ahead in a spirit of exploration and discovery of 'new vistas') That he's stealing a peek and crossing a line doesn't occur to him since Jupiter in Libra likes beautiful ladies--and no one can dissuade him from his roguish behavior.

Natal Jupiter 2nd house: Material Security; Jupiter in Air: Intellectual Work Is Exhausting

Mr. Trump's Jupiter aspects: a lucky Sun-Jupiter trine (5S28), similar to his being a Sagitarian--well, his natal Moon is in Sag giving him pleasant Moon-Jupiter vibes yet there are Mother issues with his detached or even icy Moon-South Node conjunction; Jupiter conjunct Neptune (S by 12-degrees) shows him carelessly trusting those who don't deserve it and questioning everyone's motives in relating to him--Neptune adds potential elements of fraud, corruption, delusion, pretense, and disappointment to the picture; Trump tends to scan over things superficially, probably in self-defense (no, I'm not certain he can read either); Jupiter trine Uranus (0S26) lucky again! don't fence him in because lots of travel is suggested (business interests abroad) and there's a mental alertness to every opportunity; this trine can help his Geminian facets to make troubles disappear!

Jupiter conjunct Chiron (2S32)--the ebullient and unfailing optimist (Nolle); Jupiter trine North Node (3S21; NN = public contact) provides him with opportunities to broadcast to the public...nowadays, to the world; he 'goes with the flow' of popular trends by constantly sussing out the public mood, and lives through people's reactions to him.

Carelli's Degrees: '17Libra' = "A sweetly chirping starling" (on Twitter, no doubt!)

And last but not least in tonight's Astro-Portrait of the Jupiterian Mr. Trump is the happenstance that the newly minted politician is now in process of enjoying a Jupiter Return (or, Reward Cycle, of about 11.6 years' duration) which is proving to be a three-fer affair this time around as transit Jupiter again reaches 17Lib27--in his natal 2nd house. Jupiter Return Dates: December 4, 2016; April 13, 2017 Rx; August 4, 2017 with a massive Jupiter-Pluto square in force again causing him much frustration when those with more power and control attempt to squelch his endeavors if he takes himself too seriously or exaggerates his own importance (a default description of Donald Trump when blabbing away about himself and insulting or belittling others).

This return positioning of Jupiter as on June 14, 1946 symbolically repeats the aspects of natal Jupiter to his Sun, Uranus, Neptune, Chiron, and NN as listed above and provides his nibs with opportunities to improve or correct his handling of Jupiterian issues (from about 12 years ago, 24, 36, 48, etc) so that karmic progress may result In the Realms of Jupiter.

The 19 North Prenatal Eclipse Series of Jared Kushner

Ivanka Trump's husband Jared Kushner was born in Livingston, New Jersey on January 10, 1981 (family name previously Stadtmauer which marches in step with Donald Trump's real family name, Drumf). During the 24-hour day of Kushner's birth, the Sun ranged from 19Cap52 to 20Cap53 (a critical degree) and the Moon ranged from 8Pis10 (also a critical degree where the current Solar Eclipse of February 26, 2017 occurred @8Pis12 in the 19 South Saros Series) to 22Pisces00) so Mr. Kushner's personality blend (conscious adult + unconscious child) is Sun Capricorn-Moon Pisces, a Saturn-Jupiter-Neptune combo of energies.

The birth date of January 10, 1981 places the young Mr. Kushner snugly into the 19 North Saros Series for his 19N Prenatal Solar Eclipse manifested on August 10, 1980 @18Leo. 19N last occurred on September 1, 2016 @9Virgo (possibly opposite his natal Pisces Moon). 19N is the 'realism; seeing things for what they really are; good time for tackling the truth' (Brady) eclipse and was the influential Prenatal Eclipse of Election 2016 and Inauguration 2017. However, with transit Neptune (the fibber and deceiver!) opposing the 19N eclipse, truth and realism have been constantly eroded, hidden, leaked, undermined, and/or totally disregarded this go-round. (19N last occurred on August 22, 1998, also @29Leo, and began on July 5, 1331 @20Cancer, another critical degree.)
