For the self-styled "angry forgotten man" Tucker Carlson on SO'W there's only one Astrology offering so far, but unfortunately more such posts may have to appear especially if he runs for the presidency: On the Eclipse of Tucker Carlson whose natal Sun in late Taurus conjuncts angry Algol and asteroid Midas, lover of gold. Yes, Tucker was born into the 7 North Saros Series and a repetition of his personal Eclipse Series, the 7 North, is operative right now since manifesting @29Ari50 on April 20, 2023, the anniversary of Herr Adolf's birthday.

Then Along Comes Expansive Jupiter

Adding to current eclipse energies is transit Jupiter, planet of broadcasters, politicians, financiers, religious figures, corporatists, and fatty grubs like agent orange (who just today has been ordered to pay E. Jean Carroll $5 million for assaulting and defaming her). For Jupiter has reached 29 Aries+ which expands the energies and influence of the current 7 North Eclipse with its themes of blood 'lust, deep passion that catches people off-guard' (Brady). 'Caught off-guard' such as Tucker's recent, sudden firing from his Fox program. Meanwhile, Jupiter conjunct the 7 North Eclipse indicates the variety of immoral activities now occurring in society, with their influence widened.

So if I had to select an immoral activity or two being symbolized, even activated, now in US society it would be the May 10, 2023 'Trump Townhall' to be broadcast Friday night on CNN from St. Anselm College (Goffstown, NH), with the college's motto of: Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Psalms 111:10). Well, due to his godless behavior and being himself a prince of lies, this explains one of the many reasons that Herr Trump is a one of the dumbest morons ever to walk the Earth.

Then another big honkin' immoral activity is the pro-Hitler event of May 12-13, 2023 to be held at the Trump National Doral, Miami. Plus, we should also note that transit Jupiter is conjuncting the position of militia man Mars @29Ari54 during the maga coup attempt of January 6, 2021 which used primal violence with the intention of stopping or interfering with the peaceful transfer of power from saboteur Trump to President Joe Biden.

In other words, it's a Jupiter conjunct Mars transit which times a period of attraction to physical events, travel, and male-based activities. The caution is that participants must avoid overconfidence in the potential success of an enterprise since it may collapse under its own weight.

March 2, 2023: a New Venus-Jupiter Cycle Begins in Pioneering Aries

In honor of the March 2, 2023 12:36 am ET Venus-Jupiter Conjunction @12Ari49, a critical or crisis degree, and since both planets are considered money planets (Venus smaller amounts, Jupiter larger, plus, Corporatism), here's a recent segment from Thom Hartmann speaking with Charles Sauer. Now as you know, in July 1776, Venus and Jupiter were happily conjunct in the business-oriented sign of Cancer.

Actually, this is the first such conjunction of the money duo since April 1904, the year that President Theodore Roosevelt was re-elected for a second term in November (the Progressive Era), and on April 30, 1904, the Louisiana Purchase Exposition World's Fair had opened in St. Louis, Missouri and included the debut of the delicious ice cream cone which suggests the planetary pair's association with sugar, overindulgence, hormone imbalances, and other health conditions.

Meanwhile, the Venus-Jupiter planetary pair influences not only our financial concerns but also issues of religion, politics, and legalities, so here's a more specific analysis of the duo from Michael Munkasey's Midpoints: Unleashing the Power of the Planets (#ad) provided in Hegelian Dialectic form:

Thesis: Periods of prosperity and growth; expansion in the economic and general outlook; increased processing of legal cases (my bold!); many new laws; attraction of foreigners to an enterprise; foreign capital investments.

Antithesis: Expansion of religions and their interference into the justice system (exs: Christian Nationalists, Republicans; SCOTUS); an expansion of social culture which affects all aspects of life; foreign raids on the treasury; an inability to defend values or symbols of enterprise.

With springlike April coming soon and flowery May just behind, here's a round-up of SO'W posts, plus, info concerning prominent cosmic events coming in April and May 2022 that promise societal shifts on multiple levels. The emphasis here is on the US but naturally other regions of the world will also be under these cosmic influences:

April 1, 2022: New Moon @12Pis07 culminating with the Full Moon @26Lib46 on April 16, 2022 (no DC Horoscopes of these lunations have been published, not yet anyway).

April 12, 2022: a new cycle begins of the speculator pair of bubbles, inflation, and political conflicts: Jupiter-Neptune Conjunction @23Pis59 opposing US 1776 Neptune in Virgo (Jupiter-Neptune with more Neptune: promotion of strange theories; misplaced altruism).

April 30, 2022: A disruptive, course-changing 6 North Solar Eclipse in Venus-ruled Taurus (@10Tau28--where transit Uranus is as I type). Check out the themes of this 'cosmic blink' eclipse because an authority figure may become unreliable and have to be replaced. Good news is that this is a partial solar eclipse so its energies are not as influential as a Total eclipse would be.

May 16, 2022: Total Lunar Eclipse @25Scor18 near the natal Sun and Venus of President Biden (no DC Horoscope published yet). Which inconvenient secrets of a Scorpionic nature will be revealed or leaked? Will this eclipse relate to an authority figure becoming unreliable? (If so, may it be a secessionist.)

May 24, 2022: Transit Jupiter and Mars Reach Aries Point by leaving shady Pisces behind. Mars in his own sign of Aries desires change, while Jupiter in Aries suggests vigorous leadership and honesty but negatively can bring premature action, over-expansion, and/or moodiness.

May 30, 2022: the merry month of May ends with a New Moon @9Gem03 conjunct US 1776 Uranus (@8:55), America's totem planet of revolt and revolution, and a cosmic marker for changes, shifts, reforms, progress, disruption, and/or radical politics.

In May 2022 Mars and Jupiter reach Aries Point!

This is one of my occasional "for future reference" posts and it displays a dual image of the first moments in May 2022 when transit Jupiter conjuncts the Aries Point (May 10th; lower left), then two weeks later, transit Mars conjuncts the Aries Point (May 24th; 'AP' = Aries Point, the numero uno Cardinal World Point of Manifestation, Recognition, Fame, Prominence, and Global Events; Good Fortune may also be involved).

As you see, several basic chart factors, plus, my study notes are squooshed upon the image for those who care to enlarge and read them. Note that, as always, your on-topic, name-tagged comments are invited. Plus, regretfully, mention must be made that the 'Marseillais Trio' of violence from the days of the French Revolution (Mars-Neptune-Jupiter) is loosely formed in both charts as notated upon the image but whether or not such tumultuous energies will express in a similarly violent fashion remains to be seen.

That transit Jupiter moves forward into Aries after a bubbly conjunction with gaseous Neptune in shady Pisces (exact April 12, 2022 with Mars still in late Aquarius) will hopefully provide a lessening of the Trio's more difficult energies (Related: Solar Eclipse April 2022 and the Marseillaise Trio).

The Cosmic Shift from Pisces to Aries Must Cross Difficult Star Scheat

Now when transit Jupiter reaches the AP on May 10, 2022 a major shift occurs from creative, watery Pisces where societal planet Jupiter tends potentially toward altruism, kindness, contentment in modest circumstances, a preference for solitude, impressionability, and/or the urge to enjoy negative escapism. Given Jupiter's 12-year cycle, the last time Jupiter reached Aries Point was in early June 2010 where the planet of expansion and growth remained until retrograding back into Pisces in September 2010. After turning Direct, the Great Benefic reached the Aries Point a second time during the third week of January 2011 and remained in Aries until early June 2011. You'll note that this time frame included the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision which opened the floodgate to corporate ownership of American politicians.

Jupiter in Mars-ruled Aries denotes a period of expanded organization, vigorous actions, an increase of frankness (hope so!), widened corporate enterprises or interests, shows of generosity, and adventurous leadership. However, a lack of balance may also be shown along with tendencies toward moodiness, promoting plans that are premature, redecorating environments, and/or rearranging the deck chairs. Jupiter conjunct Scheat may expand the star's potentials, positively or negatively, and may rhyme with Jupiterian events and decisions from 12 years before. Ex: Citizens United decision January 21, 2010.

Then on May 24th feverish activist Mars leaves the sign of Pisces with its unreliable qualities, contagiousness, possible compassion, and the placement's 'struggle for recognition' tendencies and enters its own sign of Aries, one of Mars' stronger positions. Given the warrior planet's two-year cycle, transit Mars last entered Aries at the very end of June 2020 and remained in the sign until early January 2021. No, Mars conjunct Scheat is not comforting since both are considered malevolent yet we know that this meet-up happens approximately every two years and may pass us by without any notice at all.

Mars in Aries tends toward impatience, ambition, and perhaps the destructive urge (which may include arson so beware). This is a pioneering placement full of courage yet it can also involve a rash fools rush in quality.

So besides the Mars-Jupiter duo's relationship biologically to potentials for major surgery (hip or liver surgery in particular), hypoadrenalism, the heart muscle, a baby's first cry, aggravation of acute ailments, and/or the strengthening of limbs and improved muscle tone, perhaps we should close this post with a paraphrasing of the Hegelian Dialect information with potentials as provided by Michael Munkasey in the realms of Politics and Business. Add these potentials to Reinhold Ebertin's Mars-Jupiter = 'fortunate decisions' and 'conflict settlements':

Thesis: Too much legal activity or opinions; action taken in response to legal judgments; advice that angers or inflames others; legislative actions that concern competitive sports; religious activities or festivals.

Antithesis: legal opinions or judicial cases which affect military or metal industries; judgment of enemies who seek to do battle; misuse of forces when engaging others; an expansion in military hardware (Midpoints: Unleashing the Power of the Planets, Munkasey #ad).

Additionally, we may simply consult Noel Tyl's Solar Arcs book (#ad) for the Mars-Jupiter combination of energies: a fortunate course of action, clearing the air, and/or making waves effectively!

Racism in America: And So It All Began

March 28, 2021: As you know, the first African slaves were traded in America at Hampton, Virginia on August 25, 1619. Meant to supply cheap labor for the plantations of Virginia including Jamestown Colony, the introduction of enslaved, initially unskilled workers triggered the beginning of the racist issues our society continues to grapple with today - or not grapple with as the case so often is.

Tobacco was the lucrative industry of the era and displacing indentured workers of the Caucasian persuasion with slaves created conditions in early America of starvation and deep resentment of whites against folks who were forcibly transported here through no fault of their own.

A 1619 Solar Eclipse Describes Historical Conditions and Events

Below is the horoscope of the 'First Slaves Traded's Prenatal Solar Eclipse' which perfected on July 11, 1619 (Total) in the 18 South Saros Series. 18 South's themes could not be more appropriate to events: 'Endings, partings, separations' (Brady's Predictive Astrology #ad), plus, the eclipse @18Can31 conjuncts 1619 Pollux and activates the star's influences of: murder, rape, cruelty (A. Louis). And with disruptive Uranus in Cancer nearby and rising, break-ups of family units and separation of parents and children occurred and cruelly continued through the years, as you know. Plus, planet Uranus also represents change and/or change of direction as eclipses do. For America in 1619, trading slaves certainly was that.

Now in addition, all solar eclipses in the Moon-ruled sign of tribal Cancer, sign of family, home, and protection, suggests emotional extremes and karmic family ties - ties that were negated by slave traders and most Virginians who participated in the proceedings as a handy way to increase profits (moneybags Jupiter in pioneering Aries at Midheaven leads a BOWL shape of planets with a Mars-Neptune Conjunction of exploitation at IC, the Foundation of the Matter.

See lower left for the only applying aspect of chart-ruler Moon and the fear and anxiety it contains, plus, there's the dynamic Cardinal Grand Cross of direct confrontations and strong ambitions to succeed. With Jupiter at MC ('The Goal') it seems obvious that making money was the point (as if we didn't already know!).

In the Realms of Jupiter: Anthony Scaramucci

Former Goldman-Sachs agent, investor, and financial empire builder Anthony Scaramucci was born on January 6, 1964 in Long Island New York so apparently he is quite comfortable languishing 'in the realms of Jupiter' since astrologically the planet of largess and expansion is able to play financial roles and now, political ones.

Toss in Jupiter's broadcasting function and we have ourselves a White House Director of Communications and an antic-prone thespian as well although we should note that Jupiter's religious roles are far beyond the scope of this post, applied to this particular Roman Catholic, or not.

We also shall not address here the recent rumor of Mrs. Scaramucci filing for divorce, the filing said to be inspired by her husband's naked ambition to work for the Trump White House. That Scaramucci 'deleted' his past tweets that were anti-Trump seems to support an about-face of his principles for the sake of money and public status so who could blame her for filing if the divorce rumor isn't 'fake news'?

Astrological Jupiter: January 6, 1964 Long Island, NY

Now Mr. Scaramucci was born when Jupiter was @11Ari17 and in aspect to multiple planets (noon horoscope, no birth time known) which modulate the straightforwardness of his Arien Jupiter. As you know, Mars-ruled Aries is known for many things such as: pioneering, a me-first attitude, impulsiveness, rashness and brashness, initiating but not finishing tasks, fighting in war or in the streets (or from behind a podium), wielding sharp instruments or weapons, and so on. With expansive Jupiter upping the tendencies of Aries we find vigor, magnanimity, and leadership but with potentials for moodiness, a lack of balance, and an urge to prematurely realize plans. Though it may not apply, this reminds me that Scaramucci won't be officially added to the White House payroll until mid-August although he's already been on-air and on-camera (yet laying low this weekend, it seems).

Aries Jupiter vs Libra Jupiter Across the Relationship Axis

The Jupiter of Anthony Scaramucci suggests that he relates to others as a Mars-ruled Aries (as does Donald Trump with Mars rising in royal Leo). Below are the aspects of Scaramucci's natal Jupiter in Aries with a potential opposition by natal Moon which ranged from 9Lib45 to 21Lib56 during the 24-hour period of January 6, 1964. Therefore, Scaramucci's Moon falls somewhere within Mr. Trump's natal Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter trio (5-18 degrees Libra)--a link between them, but not necessarily a stabilizing connection for the always fluctuating Moon. However, Jupiter in Aries tends toward hero worship, a tendency that would fit comfortably with a lunar (emotional) contact to Trump's trio which includes a strong Station Direct Jupiter @17Lib27 in the 2nd house of Money, Values, and Self-Worth. Note that Mr. Trump is in the midst of a Jupiter Return now with the third of three conjunctions coming up on August 4, 2017.

Anthony Scaramucci's Natal Jupiter Aspects

First, note that all of natal Jupiter's aspects are waning (separating) and thus, unconscious. The only applying aspect involving his natal Jupiter is a possible opposition from the Moon which perfects @11Lib17 at 2:53 am (00A00) so if he was born between 12:00 am and 2:53 am, a Moon-Jupiter opposition applies, otherwise it's waning until the end of the day when a 10-degree orb may be considered too wide to count as an opposition. Implications of a Moon-Jupiter opposition will be listed, below, for chances are, it is within orb.

1. Now his closest Jupiter aspect is actually a square to his Cancer-Capricorn Nodal axis (0S06) which suggests difficulty adjusting to traditional social institutions and disharmony toward current trends and policies of one's culture. As you know, the North Node relates to future direction, public encounters and publicity, and his curse words and other talk have already caused some amount of kerfuffle in those departments. With this square, popularity and public approval may not be quite as glorious as he wishes unless the necessary adjustments are successfully made.

2. Mercury square Jupiter (0S50) suggests many grandiose ideas that too impractical to implement. Wanting to hurriedly achieve great things, this square tends to promise more than it can deliver and though well meaning, a lack of perspective is evident along with mind and feelings being at cross purposes. This is the "fools rush in" aspect which may describe his recent job acquisition into the White House press room. Also denoted is bombast designed to impress others (you've noticed how he often mentions that he spoke to "the president of the United States"--so impressed with himself!), yet this Jupiter aspect suggests that he bites off more than he can chew and thus may not be qualified for the job--he isn't but he "loves" Donald Trump, a man he thinks will be loyal to him! With Mr. Scaramucci, indiscretion is a problem (just as with Trump's Mercury-Neptune square) so they share that unfortunate trait.

3. Jupiter quincunx (inconjunct) Uranus (1S25) also indicates impractical ideas and plans that are far-fetched; personal expectations are high but issues of spilling too much of what he knows supports the above mentioned tendency toward indiscretion. Naturally, such 'spilling' includes leaking to the wrong people, plus, there's his brash talk from the podium and in interviews in which he overreacts and attempts to impress. For best results, self-control is needed but we'll see how it goes.

4. Sun square Jupiter (4S07) is another 'bites off more than he can chew' aspect which leaves him desperately attempting to cope with the consequences as best he can. So determined to succeed he can 'taste it', this square from the expansive planet of relating to the goal-oriented solar orb of ego and pride describes a 'wheeler-dealer' who must be careful to become fully informed before he speaks. (Of course, with the tres impromptu Mr. Trump, this may be impossible.) Not afraid of a good fight, Mr. Scaramucci doesn't mind bending the truth if it helps achieve his (Trump's) objectives and a demand for loyalty may be, as with Trump, a part of his Sun-Jupiter square's expectations.

5. Moon opposite Jupiter (speculative; at noon 4S36) indicates one who appreciates the talents of others and seeks expert advice and reassurance in order to bolster his own sense of competence. Lacking discrimination, his comprehension of what events and situations 'really mean' is a challenge and he prefers to believe what is least painful. Generous and benevolent, Mr. Scaramucci may give more credit than is due to others who don't deserve it for he is susceptible to deception and may be easily misled. If indeed natal Moon in Libra is within orb of opposing Jupiter, direct confrontations with stronger characters who demand that their whims be indulged are best avoided, although I suspect that if not avoided, Trump-watchers can easily guess who will 'win' such a battle.

Now let's close with Adriano Carelli's symbol for Anthony Scaramucci's natal Jupiter degree of '12Aries' but with an additional note on the Sabian Symbol for '11Aries'..."The President of the Country":

An Eagle on Its Nest: It is a degree of "sacred selfishness" in a familiar or national sense. It gives a strong fatherly or motherly instinct, a high conception of one's standing as pater familias or mater familias, a keen sense of one's "I", of personal initiative, of the free individual property; and leads to the attendant danger of clashing against the established order in more or less collectivistic sense, or against the economics of the so-called modern democracies.

If this danger is not borne out by other threads in the astrologic pattern, the native's steady effort to rise higher and to improve his condition may bear honor and distinctions in the social and civic fields.
