After some years of build up, with Trump in 2017 came transit Pluto activating the 1993 Great Conjunction/s of Uranus and Neptune @18Capricorn and completing a midpoint picture that describes figurehead Trump's and his fellow saboteurs' imperative to collapse America:

As you've heard, upheaval is occurring in Belarus over fake election results so with Belarus in the news, I'm adding for current or future reference the two sets of data for the founding of Belarus published in Nicholas Campion's The Book of World Horoscopes. The Prenatal Solar Eclipse Saros Series ('PE') under which Belarus declared its independence from the USSR is the 11 South which perfected on July 11, 1991 @19Cancer. Notably, this 11 South of 1991 is also the PE of GHW Bush Sr's creepy 'new world order' speech he delivered to the US Congress on September 11, 1991 touting the globalist Utopian agenda, so long-planned, as a "big idea." So to me, spokesman Bush's "big idea" sounds much like the major clue that wafted from the midpoint picture formed by transit Pluto in 2017, the very year Trump pretended to take the Oath of Office and swore his (elusive) allegiance to the US - the year when creepy saboteur Pluto hit the degree of 1993's Uranus-Neptune Conjunction/s @18Capricorn: "The big picture commands a certain course of action which must be followed; very little option to do otherwise" (Tyl).

And the Sabian Symbol for "18Capricorn"? "Smug or strong-armed paternalism." (Jones). Dane Rudhyar gives the degree a revealing picture of "The Union Jack Flag Flies from a British Warship"; he adds, "POLITICAL POWER, its values and its dangers."

Other than perhaps 11 South's themes listed below, I have no insights whatsoever into how Belarus and its current turmoil and violence might play into the Utopian "big picture" which is clearly on someone's radical agenda. Therefore, observers such as myself must wait and watch despite the distractions in the US being play-acted by figurehead Trump whose entry onto the World Stage may seem like a detour on the road to a 'new world order' but whose White House tenure of disruption, chaos, corruption, lawlessness, and anti-constitutionalism may be just what the globalists ordered from the start. Because Democracy and old-fashioned nation-states do get in their way.

So let's close with the themes of 11 South: "the need to make sudden reforms; old ideas and methods fail and new systems are required to deal with events; people will need to think of new ways of handling issues; any blocks could be violently or tragically removed" (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology). Obviously, when it comes to 11 South eclipses, turbulent proceedings are part of the cosmic picture.

Horoscope: European Union w/ June 23, 2016 Brexit vote planets

After yesterday's Brexit vote to leave the EU, NY's DOW plunges after opening, reports Huffington Post, which follows the global markets' lead.

Somehow as an astrologer this all seems engineered to tally with a global crash agenda made visible by 1993's three conjunctions of Uranus and Neptune at the POLITICAL POWER degree of 18 Capricorn, a degree which transiting Pluto is now within range of. Complete financial collapse is necessary for the power elite to institute a 'new world order', aka, a 'new world economic order' or 'global government'. The 'New Order of the Ages' that was created with the founding of America has grown stale according to transnational bankers and their operatives, some of whom work the levers of Washington DC from the vantage point of America's invisible (or, secret) government.

After all, transit Pluto to the 1993 Uranus-Neptune conjunction indicates potentials for: calamities and catastrophes (Ebertin) and/or, the big picture which must be followed, very little option to do otherwise (Tyl). So is the Brexit vote to leave the EU part of the 'big picture' or is it a case of doing 'otherwise'?

Perhaps the doomsayers who have asserted that 2016 is the year of a Great Global Crash were correct--unless markets and traders can calm themselves down (which I assert they can do if they will). Spying Provisions Passed, People Have No Idea - video report (plus Pluto)

Remember December 2015 when Congress hastily passed a 'cromnibus' bill so they could leave town for their holiday break? It was called by some a "poison pill" spending bill and as time goes by we'll be discovering several reasons why. For one reason, it turns out that...

Washington DC's sorry so-n-sos masquerading on Capitol Hill as the US government followed their transnational masters' orders and slipped overreaching, draconian spying provisions into the current omnibus bill. In part this is signified astrologically by the Sabian Symbol for '18 Capricorn'-- "The Union Jack Flies from a British Warship" = "smug or strong-armed paternalism...POLITICAL POWER, its value and its dangers"--Rudhyar; Jones) where 'new world order' planets Uranus and Neptune met in Great Conjunction three times in 1993--and creepy underworld saboteur, assassin, and spy, Pluto, now conjoins this degree for draconian potentials such as: the big picture demands a certain course of action which must be followed, very little option to do otherwise (Tyl), and: remaining at the mercy of external conditions and circumstances without taking a firm stand (We the People didn't), abandonment of resistance (are we wimps?), necessity to given in, calamities, catastrophes, great losses (Ebertin).

As you recognize, these are some of the current themes manifesting in society (though there are plenty of positives ones, too, and other difficult ones described by transiting aspects such as the Saturn-Neptune and Uranus-Pluto squares) which will continue over the next few years as Pluto plods through the Saturn-ruled sign of government, law, and business until the 'god of Hades' reaches approximately 23 Capricorn (18Cap + Pluto's 5-degree orb = 23Cap) and stops doubling back to that degree via retrograde motion. And of course 23Cap is within orb of America's natal Pluto Rx @27Cap33 (3 times in 2022).

And of course when it comes to Spying in America on innocent people we can always depend upon our national Mercury-Pluto opposition across the Cancer-Capricorn axis of security and the secrets it contains and the ones it's so desperate to uncover--and to hide.
