A Chiron Return for the Orange Jupiterian

Of Fortune, Speculation, Opportunity, and Politics

Born June 14, 1946 with a 2nd house Chiron @14Lib54:44 snugged between the speculation and grand schemes pair, Jupiter and Neptune, Donald Trump's Chiron Return occurred once on September 4, 1996 (horoscope shown, below). With all the significance this cosmic event occurring around the age of 50 can bring to us all in the areas of health, past hurts, and true life purpose, 1996 seems a prominent year in which to snoop into past Trump events and endeavors for any insights that may appear.

By doing so, I found that there was a wisp in the air back then of the potential for the Orange Jupiterian to run for president, fleeting as the notion was at the time. Perhaps it was one of those PR "run it up the flag pole to see who'll salute" experiments. Anyway, Trump declined, postponing his prez bid for a future year, as we know: 2015. Horoscope: Trump Chiron Return September 4, 1996 11:29:08 pm EDT Queens, NY; Gemini Rising with Moon @16Gem49 conjunct Rigel, trine Chiron; next to rise is his natal Uranus-NN-Sun trio; Midheaven ('MC') 20AQ32; as you see, there are major oppositions between the Venus-Mars Conjunction in Cancer and the Uranus-Neptune Conjunction in Capricorn falling across the 2/8 polarity of Money, Possessions, Credit, Debt, and Shared Resources; meanwhile, the Chiron-NN-Mercury trio is (karmically) intercepted in the 5th house of Risk-Taking, while Saturn opposing Mercury suggests obstacles and Trump's "the world is against me" martyrdom whenever it suits his purpose:

So when it comes to locating actual news articles from 1996 that concern Big Donnie and are still available online, financial reports and gossip mongering are the most prominent, although these days you may find all of them fairly loaded down with annoying ads. However, here are a couple that relate to his 2nd house Jupiter-Chiron-Neptune trio with his boundary-and-taboo-breaking Jupiter stationing, as you know:

From July 22, 1996, CNN Money cited Fortune Magazine's Donald Trump: An Ex-Loser Is Back In The Money about how Trump was "pouring over $4 million into the resort" in Atlantic City, what the article called his "biggest bets." Well, we know that despite casinos being a 'sure bet' in the money-making department, "King of Debt" Trump filed for bankruptcy from his gambling misadventures, managed to avoid personal bankruptcy bwo negotiating with creditors, and, despite all the loss, the Orange Jupiterian stated that "Atlantic City Fueled A Lot Of Growth For Me", as noted in a Benzinga article by staff writer Jeannine Mancini, November 13, 2023. Obviously, the current Trump fraud trial in New York has understandably stirred interest in his past financial activities.

Meanwhile, I keep waiting to hear the words "money laundering" attached to his name especially since "A Chinese Laundry" is the Sabian Symbol for his natal 4th house Moon @22Sagittarius. Note that in the lower right corner of the chart the Moon-Chiron trine describes potentials for "Import-export activities' (!), and 'ideas can charm the public' (M. Pottenger). Well, some of the public.

Then intriguingly, transit Chiron now in mid-Aries opposes Trump's natal Chiron in mid-Libra which qualifies as the 'Full Moon culmination phase' of his Chiron Cycle, a halfway point. This opposition is at least part of the basis for 1996 events appearing on Trump's menu these days (hence this post!), plus, this Chirotic period gives him an opportunity to correct past mistakes and make amends, similar to the function of the Saturn Cycle, planet of karma and accountability. Thing is, his Chiron in Libra 'values competition' while Chiron in Aries values the need to 'know more' (M. Pottenger) - like some kind of prosecutor going after the facts a sneaky criminal tries to hide.

And if we add to the picture Trump's natal 10th house Uranus' "18Gemini" degree - his guiding (oriental) planet of chaos, disruption, and rebellion - a curious word picture appears along similar oriental lines, "Two Chinese Men Talking Chinese in a Western Crowd." For me this indicates China lurks behind the Russian involvement with the 2016 election and beyond, not that reporters have been eager in the last few years to mention Trump's China connection, other than his having a bank acount in China, plus, the patents China granted to Ivanka. Trump acts as figurehead for our enemies determined to remove of America from global leadership.

Then on December 30, 2022 came The Guardian's Trump tax returns show China bank account as six years of records released meaning his tax returns from 2015 to 2020. As noted, the Orange Jupiterian announced his run for president in 2015 with the star of extreme misfortune, Scheat involved, and 2020 was his final full year occupying the White House with document-purloining on his mind.

Now you're welcome to disagree, but my suspicion is that the Orange Jupiterian was sent to Washington to do just that.

The Bombing of Hiroshima Horoscope

In the August 6, 1945 Horoscope of the Bombing of Hiroshima, Japan there are obvious planetary signatures such as the incendiary duo of violent attacks Mars-Uranus at Midheaven (the goal point), a power-craving Sun-Pluto conjunction in Leo denoting 'danger to life' and/or 'martyrdom' (R. Ebertin), the grand scheming pair of Jupiter and Neptune rising in first house, and an oppressive Moon-Saturn conjunction of a sad, ill population (Moon) whose lives were ended (Saturn).

That the karma of reaping what's been sown played a role in the tragedy, I leave up to you to decide, dear reader, since the first-ever use of the atomic bomb on Japan (not on Germany since Hitler had died in April) by Robert Oppenheimer and the Los Alamos team had the expressed intention of teaching Japan (see Rigel conjunct MC: "to bring knowledge") that World War II was over - and that the Nazis had been defeated.

So with all my study notes squooshed upon the charts, here are two images:

1. The Bombing of Hiroshima Horoscope (August 6, 1945; 8:15 am jst), followed by 2. the same horoscope (center) with a version of J. Robert Oppenheimer's natal horoscope (outer: my preferred version set for 7:27:01 pm est with 12Sco02 rising: "An Inventor Inventing").

As you see in chart 2, Oppenheimer's natal Pluto @19Gem07 (conjunct his Apollo and Vesta and adding 'fear' to the cosmic picture of the event) sits atop the Bombing's Midheaven (the objective) and forms a catastrophic and violent midpoint picture along with the explosive Mars-Uranus duo of 1945; potentials are penned at the top of the chart. "Unexpected events involving friends or groups place a great deal of pressure on personal relationships; issues loom large and hasty decisions are unwise because information is distorted and possibly false; an essence of tiredness and/or health problems are attached" (paraphrasing B. Brady's Predictive Astrology #ad).

Yes, issues loomed large for the Japanese victims exactly like a mushroom cloud, with health problems, and grievous injuries, most definitely attached. Unexpectedly, pressure was placed (forced) on families, women and children, but in the chaos of decimation was information distorted and false? Well, some of it had to have been.

Thing is, 1 North also brought the world the "Nostradamus Eclipse" of August 11, 1999 @18Leo, aka, the 'King of Terror Eclipse', and which links to the Book of Revelation prophecy of the Oxen-Lion-Eagle-Angel mid-degrees of the fixed signs. (A note for non-believers: perhaps a translator or two of the KJV Bible must have looked ahead to see that a prominent Total Eclipse would arrive in the future in time for the 'New Millennium'. Even so, the 1999 Eclipse's Fixed Grand Cross is prophetic enough for me.)

Now the last Total Solar Eclipse in the 1 North Series manifested as the Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 @29Leo (conjunct royal Regulus) with Herr Trump in the White House and acting as figurehead of the authoritarian movement craving dictatorship in America. Yet my hope is that with all the attention now paid to the Oppenheimer film and its related power, control, and barbarism issues in the spotlight, society now realizes our opportunities to deal more carefully and fully with such abuse-of-power concerns, and that folks who are slack about -- or cheering on - the potential for a Nazi take-over of this and other countries will 'wake up' to the tragedy, misery, and brutality that Nazism would force upon the entire world after the movement's well-deserved wipe-out in 1945.

After all, atomic physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, who led and won the race for The Bomb against the Nazis, understood this. So it seems to me that Mr. Oppenheimer must've been woke when he said,

"We're in a race against the Nazis and I know what it means if the Nazis have a bomb."

And you and I know what it means if modern-day Nazis take over the White House in 2025 with The Button therein.

Ohio Horoscope: Trump's First MAGA Rally since 1/6

Monday June 21, 2021: It has been announced that Tr*mp's first MAGA 'Save America' Rally since his failed January 6th insurrection (aka, his attempted neo-nazi coup of the US Congress intended to keep his wide caboose lounging in the Oval Office by stopping America's peaceful transfer of power) is scheduled for June 26, 2021 7:00 pm edt at the Lorrain County Fairgrounds in Wellington, Ohio. At last his circus barker personality can fully express itself within its native environment!

So it occurs to me that perhaps a dear reader or two of this post would care for a peek at a 7:00 pm horoscope set for this exciting political event (assuming the rally isn't cancelled). Note that most of Tr*mp natal planets are penned around the outside of the chart and are highlighted in lavender. You'll want to note the Mars-to-natal Pluto transit for its karmic intensity and possible expressions of jealousy and revenge:

Naturally, it's doubtful that Tr*mp's June 26th appearance and evening of rhetoric (whines, belly-aching, falsehoods, insults) will actually begin at 7:00 pm precisely and if so, this chart may act primarily as a symbolic or speculative horoscope for those who keep up with such things. But as you see, warring Antares rises at 7:00 pm but Tr*mp's first natal planet to rise is his Moon @21Sag12 closely preceded by his South Node, a combo that does not make for the best timing or the most popularity with the public. Of course, his 10th house Sun-North-Node conjunction in sparkling Gemini gives him plenty of contacts with the public but for emotional, unconscious reasons (Moon-SN) things don't always turn out so well for 'His Touchiness'.

And actually, this horoscope suggests to me that with chart-ruler Jupiter retrograde ('Rx') in the 3rd house of Communications and making no applying aspects in the chart, his reception may not be quite as uplifting for this narcissist extraordinaire as he wishes, plus, a Rx chart-ruler tends to denote some form of delay if not cancellation. However, his grand Jupiterian utterances will probably be repetitious (Rx) even though they may begin later than advertised. And with Jupiter and Mercury issues in evidence it's even possible that travel difficulties may occur.

Meanwhile, there's the rally's Midheaven ruler Mercury, planet of oration, speeches, and messages (happy in one of his own signs) for it also makes no applying aspects which is why I splashed, "A speech that goes nowhere?" across the MC angle, the most visible point in any chart and The Goal or Aspiration Point. And yet Mercury @16Gem46 (7th house) turned Direct on June 22nd, and conjuncts royal star Rigel ('to bring knowledge to others; to educate'). But as you see, traveling with transit Mercury is asteroid Cupido which signifies The Family, Corporatism, and/or The Syndicate (a reference to underworld criminal elements).

Well yes, Tr*mp will 'bring it' (although 'it' may be more on the gossip or overpromising side than the knowledge side) but that doesn't mean his rhetoric will impress anyone but the most zealous fanatic and bigot. Plus, scandals are never far away from this amateur politician and much can go astray during the 5 days until June 26th.

So in closing, for your consideration here are two dynamic planetary patterns in the 7:00 pm horoscope detailed as midpoint pictures of potentials using Reinhold Ebertin's and Michael Munkasey's interpretations:

T-Square: Mars-Saturn = Uranus: an unusual power of resistance; application of brute force; sudden accident or illness; separation or a case of death. And Mars-Saturn with US Inaugural Ascendant ('14Taurus') = separation; obstacles; illness; mourning.

Thor's Hammer (or, Fist of God): Saturn-square-Uranus = MC: releasing old ideas that no longer work (new whines in an old, out-of-shape bottle? jc); accepting change; rebellion; provocation; separation.

The Horoscope on Washington DC's Einstein Statue

His Jupiterian Sun Pisces-Moon Sagittarius personality blend identifies him as a philosopher and "a nature mystic with inner vision" (Harveys) which you may agree describes him very well. Rising is 11Can38 with goddess star SIRIUS (@12:25 in 1879) which makes the Moon his chart-ruler, and as such, Luna makes only one applying aspect in his birth chart: a trine with Venus (2A27) in Aries which accounts for some of Einstein's attractiveness to women, his harmonious, friendly personality (except possibly to his long-suffering wife and children--Albert really should've behaved much better there), and his popularity and talent for public relations.

Yet this post isn't about Albert, the genius, it's about one of Washington DC's most interesting horoscopes upon the statue of Albert Einstein at the corner of 22nd Street and Constitution Avenue outside the *National Academy of Sciences building which has him in bronze and sitting with his foot resting on the Bootes constellation shown in a Zodiac full of stars, planets, asteroids, and quasars. Some attempt will be made herein to make sense of this cosmic horoscope set for the moment of the monument's dedication ceremony at noon, an astrologically elected hour, on April 22, 1979. The statue was created by the famous sculptor Robert Berks (1922--2011) who came up with glyphs for the quasars since there were few or none in the olden days of 1979. Actually, Einstein's resting foot reminds me of constellation Orion's royal star Rigel (Orion's left toe) with pinioned birds underfoot which represent subjects under the pharoah's protection and to whom Orion brings civilization and education (Brady's Fixed Stars). Unfortunately for the world, the work of Einstein helped provide us with civilization-destroying atomic energy which shows how satanic actors tend to pervert what could have been positive knowledge into something extremely negative--the abomination of desolation, thanks to death-worshipers. Of course, you're familiar with Einstein's letter to FDR dated August 2, 1939 warning of the Third Reich's development of the atomic bomb, a letter which subsequently spurred the US into developing a bomb of its own instead of stopping such devilish work as Einstein had hoped. If only! But I digress only slightly for here is the Einstein Statue's Horoscope for your consideration--your on-topic comments are welcome:

Now as you see, the 1979 chart shows Chiron @8Tau53--and Einstein's natal Chiron in 11th house is @5Tau32 conjunct his Neptune (7Tau52) suggesting a Seeker on a Quest who unconsciously expresses powerful psychic and emotional energies as a vehicle for self-transformation (Nolle)--mystical! Also his Chiron trines electrical Uranus (@1Vir17 Rx in 3rd house) which helped him excite public attention but may also figure in on some very deep level to uranium and its role in the regrettable development of the atomic bomb. So we see that in 1979, Einstein was in process of a Chiron Return which would have activated both his natal aspects. Actually transit Chiron returned five times to his natal Chiron degree on: July 17, 1977, August 31, 1977 (Rx), April 29, 1978, December 13, 1978 (Rx), and February 16, 1979--just prior to the dedication of this statue. (And as you know, 1977 is the Discovery Year of Chiron @3Tau07.)

Now here is a list of the Horoscope's featured constellations and their major stars which Robert Berks immortalized on his Einstein Centennial Monument in Washington DC (my apology for not listing the quasars--they're fascinating but I have yet to use them in horoscopes):

Sirius (Canis Major), Procyon (Canus Minor), Betelgeuse and Rigel (Orion), Pollux (Gemini), Aldebaran (Taurus), Capella (Auriga), Deneb (Cygnus), Wega/Vega (Lyra), Fomalhaut (Piscis Austrinus). Other constellations represented are Draco the Dragon and Hercules.

As for constellation Bootes (the hunter and herdsman turned farmer, and a son of Zeus), its Alpha star is bright Arcturus, the pathfinder who teaches and shows the way forward. The fact that Einstein's foot is 'stepping out' resonates in the sense of one who leads the world into new ideas and ways of thinking which he certainly did. In fact, the 'papers' on his lap display in bronze his most famous formula, e = mc2. And yes, we've met Arcturus multiple times in SO'W posts as the Federal Triangle's cosmic representative for the White House...for even mystical Albert knew that, As Above, So Below !

Further Castings Have Occurred!

Two additional versions of sculptor Robert Berks' Einstein Statue exist. A 12-foot version was cast to celebrate the New Millennium, resides at the Israel Academy of Science and Humanities in Jerusalem, and was dedicated in December 1999. The 'star chart' under Einstein's feet commemorate their precise positions at the founding of the State of Israel (horoscope shown). Note that Israel's natal Sun in Taurus conjoins Einstein's natal Pluto and both receive the New Moon @24Tau36 on May 15, 2018 which also happens to conjunct the natal Midheaven and Phaethon of Donald Trump...Israel's 70-year fig tree prophecy is involved. Also note that in the 1979 horoscope shown above, Trump's natal Pluto @10Leo02 chillingly rises--and 1979 Pluto @17Lib26 Rx conjoins his natal Jupiter (17Lib27) which was Station Direct at his birth on June 14, 1946.

Another 12-foot statue was cast in 2002, loaned to the American Museum of Natural History for their comprehensive, year-long Einstein exhibition, and later purchased for display on the campus of Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia with the monument's 'star chart' set for the night sky of December 10, 1948, the date of the signing of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights which is intended to be a vision for the future. *Founded on March 3, 1863, the National Academy of Sciences describes itself as "a private, non-profit society of distinguished scholars" and its website announces the 155th Annual Meeting to be held Saturday April 28 through Tuesday May 1, 2018. During the Wilson administration, the NAS's mission was expanded to serve the US government in such matters as military preparedness and to provide advice to the government "whenever called upon" for which no compensation from the government is received.

Now let's let a genius add some brief yet very good advice:

Oct 14, 2011: Sun in Libra parallels Rigel!

When I noticed today that the Sun 20Lib+ is in *parallel to Fixed Star Rigel, I wanted to give a shout-out to lovely Rigel, The Educator star in ancient Astrology and one that is linked to an angle in this blogger's natal horoscope.

Hence I'm rather fond of regal Rigel! ((Ree' gul) And since the star is the left foot of Orion, I suspect you've spied it twinkling in the heavens, especially now in Autumn with constellation Orion The Hunter showing prominently in our night skies.

Rigel (Beta Orion) which is tropically positioned in mid-Gemini, has a magnitude of 0.3 and a declination of 08S12'21" (Brady's Book of Fixed Stars) and can be used on all four points of charts in all latitudes except the extremes of the poles.

Star lore concepts include being 'under Osiris's protection' for its symbolism of the Pharaoh's pinioned birds (under Orion's feet) representing the subjects of the Pharaoh. The myth goes that gentle Osiris brought education and civilization to all the lands he ruled, and the 'pinioned birds' were not a negative symbol but a positive one of people receiving the wisdom and protection of civilization.

Now some star lore experts such as Robson have identified Rigel with ambition and that is often the case when Rigel is linked to angles or planets in a horoscope. But for me it's the educating side of Rigel--effort made for the gain of others rather than for personal gain--that describes the vibes of Rigel.

Why, the very laws of planetary motion were figured out by the great Johannes Kepler of lasting fame who was born with Rigel culminating (at MC) as wise Jupiter set!

Osiris and Orion issue from the same archetype; the three stars in the Belt of Orion are thought by some to be the direction from which the Christ will return "bringing His reward with Him" and are said to correspond to the Pyramids at Giza on Earth...As Above, So Below.

Well, our wimpy Congress skedaddles from the Capitol Hill scene of their many crimes this afternoon (if you can find one of 'em on The Hill as late as 3 pm, I'll be a monkey's aunt) for another week-long break while millions of Americans--their constituents--remain unemployed and struggling for basic necessities. And this break comes after the toil of selling out US jobs once again by passing a triple "free" trade pact with South Korea, Panama, and Columbia.

Isn't it odd what legislation our theatrical Congress can manage to 'come together' on to pass in a 'bipartisan' fashion?

Guess we can always check in with Occupy Wall Street demonstrators to see a model of what democracy actually looks like since its image has become tainted and Swiss-cheesy on our Masonic Capitol Hill.

Orion and the Orionids

Having the constellation Orion at natal MC, I always feel pleased when it's Orionid Meteor Time...peaking Oct 21, so get your peepers on!

Space Weather News for Oct 15, 2007

In recent nights, sky watchers have noticed meteors shooting out of the constellation Orion. This signals the beginning of the annual Orionid meteor shower caused by space dust from Halley's Comet.

The shower is feeble now, producing only a few bright meteors per hour, but the show will improve as we approach the shower's peak on Oct 21st. Last year, observers counted as many as 50 Orionids per hour when Earth passed through the thick of Halley's dust trail and another good display may be in the offing.

Do you know that there are those who believe that Christ's Second Coming will be from the direction of the Belt of Orion?

This easy-to-spot constellation contains Betelgeuse (Alpha Orion--mentioned in Scripture), keywords: success which is unhindered.

As you know, Orion also contains Rigel (Beta Orion), keywords: to bring knowledge to others; the educator.

Rigel is actually the brightest star in Orion, while Betelgeuse (in Orion's armpit) is second brightest, and Bellatrix (the left shoulder) is third.

Keywords for Bellatrix: success through the shadow.

Other stars: Mintaka = the belt; Alnilam = the middle star in the belt; Alnitak = the last star in the belt; Saiph = the right thigh; Thabit = the sword.

So there we have Orion, the hunter, the immortal god, the giant. He is linked with everlasting fame, success, martial honor, changeability, and sometimes rashness. In a natal chart, much depends on what planets and angles a star is linked with--parans, etc, and their expressions in the life may be either positive or negative.

Greek stories about Orion echo Egyptian mythology for their tales of him have the common flavor of Orion going blind or dying and then being reborn through association of some kind with the Sun.

I fly from you, oh men, I am not for the earth I am for the sky. I have soared to the sky as a heaven. I have kissed the sky as a falcon. I am the essence of a god, the son of a god. Behold the faithful and loving Osiris has come as the stars of Orion, the Beautiful One. I have come that I may glorify Orion. My soul is a star of gold and with him I will traverse the sky forever.

So the figure of Orion (Osiris) is an archetype of God and of the hero's journey we each are responsible for taking on the earth. Hope yours is going well...for guidance and be sure to look up!
