When speaking about capitalist states in a speech at the Polish embassy in Moscow on November 18, 1956, Russian de facto leader Nikita Khrushchev famously said, "Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you." Since then, the correct translation of his words has been in doubt in various quarters, as noted on the phrase's Wikpedia page.

Later, on August 24, 1963 in a speech he delivered in Yugoslavia, Khrushchev confided, "I once said, 'We will bury you', and I got into trouble with it. Of course we will not bury you with a shovel. Your own working class will bury you." This refers to the Marxist saying, The proletariat is the undertaker of capitalism (a quote from The Communist Manifesto).

Q: Are the January 6, 2021 insurrectionists being described here? We know their sedition campaign to collapse The Establishment, what they call the deep (Neptune) state (Saturn) is ongoing with more to come, so what do you think?

Now I'm pretty certain that if you're reading Stars Over Washington at this moment you know that the Saturn-Neptune duo can represent multiple concepts such as Socialism, Communism, Capitalism, Marxism, and other -isms in political realms along with social safety net programs, ill and poor people, suffering, renunciation, and ascetism. I would add, a strugggle between idealism and materialism, secret government, and the pair's midpoint as the illness axis. (Notably, Trump was born with Saturn-Neptune = Ascendant: oppressive family circumstances.)

Now it's true that not all astrologers use a late afternoon July 4, 1776 Horoscope for America (which at the least symbolizes the date of the Declaration of Independence though not its first vote), but I've found the chart useful through the years with its Cardinal World Points of Global Events conjunct the MC-IC Angles of Why? and How?. So the chart I use in the bi-wheel, above, is set for Philadelphia at 5:09 pm LMT which places the highly significant Aries Point on the Foundation Point (IC).

Penned on the chart is the IC's Sabian Symbol: "A Woman Has Arisen From the Ocean, a Seal Is Embracing Her." Naturally, e pluribus unum and America's Great Seal are suggested - at the Founding of our nation.

Plus, the inner horoscope also shows America's 1776 Saturn and Neptune straddling the Goal, Aspiration, Public Status Point ('MC'; @00Lib47) in the 9th and 10th houses, so the 2026 Conjunction symbolically opposes 1776 Saturn and Neptune, something of a Full Moon phase of culmination, full awareness, and/or fulfillment, if we wish to consider it as such.

And yes, astrologically it's all on the messy side, inexact to be exact, but as "they" always say, the proof will be in the pudding - once or before the next Great Conjunction of Saturn-Neptune rolls around.

A variety of news sources are reporting on the potential volcanic eruption expected in Iceland specifically for the small coastal town of Grindavik and a state of emergency was issued November 10, 2023. Being only mildly versed in Astrometeorology, I'll simply publish here for your consideration the two horoscopes for Iceland which appear in Campion's The Book of World Horoscopes (#ad), and which may be handy for future reference.

Way back in December 2017 we discussed the horoscope of Russia - Flag Raised 1991 and what we now understand were - and are - connections between agent orange and Vladimir Putin. And later, evidence was plain to see when the two men met at Helsinki, Finland in July 2018 with the Sun (leadership) conjunct Trump's natal Saturn, planet of authority, responsibility, authenticity, in watery Cancer, sign of tribalism, nationalism, and self-protection.

A form of patriotism may be noticed as well with this placement such as a demagogue wrapping his arms around an American flag as if to snuff it out. Then as you know, Saturn in Moon-ruled Cancer tends to love its own independence but tends toward discontent, crabby emotions, and aggravation caused through karmic ties and family connections. And all while Trump's Saturn @23Can48 squelches US 1776 Mercury, a serious contact that agent orange has used in his favor, seldom if ever in ours. Naturally, censorship and free speech are issues with and for Trump. Plus, his Saturn-to-US-Mercury connection actually ropes in America's 1776 Mercury-Pluto opposition of secrets and surveillance which, I suspect, relates to his theft of government documents and the alleged sharing and sale of them to America's enemies, both foreign and domestic. All this occurring across the Cancer-Capricorn axis of Security and Ambition, Domestic Scene and Career.

So in the scheme of things, old man Trump's 11th house Saturn has turned out to be a big deal when it comes to America's national security and the national security crisis that a disloyal agent orange has targeted against We the People and democracy itself. Even his pet 'build a wall' project falls into a Saturn (wall) in Cancer (shell of protection--easily broken or washed away) category, watery and crumbling as it's been - and with Bannon's financial fraud involved. Plus, abuse of power is always a potential with the harsh, compressed energies of the Saturn-Pluto combination.

So perhaps for the purposes of these topics, the December 31, 2021 Horoscope of the third time that transit Pluto in Capricorn opposed Trump's natal Saturn might be informative in view of the sinister, evil duo of Saturn-Pluto which met in Great Conjunction on January 12, 2020 @22Cap46 - conjunct Donald Trump's natal Vertex of fated encounters (see John Townley's The Vertex: Crossroads of Destiny):

The Many Meanings Within The Saturn-Neptune Cycle

When in August 2022 a fussy post appeared here concerning the Saturn-Neptune combination's fact vs fiction energies and the duo's association with 'deep state' (Neptune-Saturn) concepts, the upcoming Great Conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at the Cardinal World Point of 00Aries, the Aries Point, was not mentioned. Naturally, this happens to be the Spring Equinox point, aka, the Aries Ingress, where years begin in keeping with Mars-ruled Aries as the starting point of many earthly events.

Plus, as you know, the four Cardinal World Points of zero Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn are where events tend to manifest on the physical plane, events which possess global consequences. In other words, Aries Point involvement is a big deal, and the heavyweight planets Saturn and Neptune have karmic implications for progress, setbacks, or, more likely, some blending of both. For such is life on Earth.

Meanwhile, the combined energies of the planetary pair reveal a multitude of meanings in Astrology depending on how and where the pair appears and is analyzed. And according to Reinhold Ebertin, the midpoint of Saturn-Neptune in a horoscope forms the 'illness axis' while secret (Neptune) government (Saturn) has often been gleaned from the pair's workings in political realms along with certain -isms such as Socialism, Bolshevikism, Marxism, Communism, etc - all of which are manmade concepts and propagandistic labels most often used to vilify one's opponents and promote social division, aka, the divide-and-conquer strategy so popular in US politics.

Four days prior to conjunction #3, it came to pass that on November 9, 2013, Donald Trump was in Moscow promoting his franchise known as the Miss Universe Pageant, and was, as I put it in a 2019 post, "making puppy eyes at Vladimir Putin." Well, since then we've observed how their love affair proceeded - to the detriment and undermining of our country and the entire world.

So now in 2023, as the Collective approaches the last years of the duo's current cycle, we may wish to cast our thoughts toward 2026, when solid Saturn's demand for realism and authenticity next meet wispy if inspirational Neptune's fraud and deception tendencies for the first time since their three conjunctions in 1989 in the 10-to-12-degree-range of Saturn-ruled Capricorn.

Below is a tri-wheel of all three 1989 Conjunctions of Saturn-Neptune, a planetary pair also containing rational vs irrational vibes. Timings are as close to accurate as my Solar Fire v9 software gives me. And note that 36 years divided by 3 = about 12 years, as mentioned above, so we're now in the third phase of their 1989 cycle dated November 13, 1989 until February 20, 2026 with reality 'star' Trump acting as America's orange albatross prancing about on what he hopes will again become the world stage of fame and fortune:

Here's a segment from Tuesday's Thom Hartmann broadcast that touches on the realms of politics, religion as theocracy, government, and societal conditions - all of which the Republican Party wants complete control over even though a majority of Americans disagree. 'Consent of the governed' has no place in their future plans for America. Instead, tyranny is their jam.

Translated astrologically, we might ascribe such societal topics to the realms of two karmic planets: Saturn (control; restriction; limitation; law; government; The State) and Neptune (spirit; divine source; the masses; churchiness; panacea; contagion; paranoia), while as a planetary pair, Saturn-Neptune relates to social safety net programs (which Republicans loathe), socialism (ditto), plus, the ill, weak, and poor among us - which they also loathe:

Because the 87th anniversary of the signing of the Social Security Act by President Franklin D. An Eclipse 'Cosmic Time Link' Theory: 2022 to 1935

Toward Social Security, threats have often been made, including by Donald Trump and his GOP comrades. Meanwhile, in light of America's current problems concerning the Trump-Espionage Act turmoil, there is a factor I am compelled to add to this post and it involves the Solar Eclipse Series in which the SS Act was signed - the 9 New South.

Penned on the inner chart in 9th house you see it there where it manifested in 1935 @6Leo17. My 'cosmic link' theory about this is that the recent New Moon of July 28, 2022 @5Leo39 activated or is echoing the themes of the 9 New South Solar Eclipse and bringing them up in the Collective for society to deal with. 'Certain conditions open to scrutiny that were previously hidden' is part of this picture, and of course, New Moons can behave in similar disruptive fashion to Solar Eclipses (and Full Moons like Lunar Eclipses: even the Full Moon @19AQ21 on August 11, 2022 'hit' the SS Act's Syzygy Moon @20AQ47, and 2022 Saturn Rx now restricting the Act's Full Moon - see top center of the image).

Additionally, I've long had a theory that when turmoil takes over the media air waves such as we now have, it's always prudent to look in the opposite direction, so to speak, because something is happening in politics that public attention is being diverted from. Poorly explained, but you know what I mean: slight of hand, and under table deals. Now the Schumer-Manchin deal seems positive enough but considering current transits to the 1935 horoscope, a primary concern is about the health and future of the Social Security Program that millions of Americans depend on - and the malevolent tendencies of certain greedy politicians and the wealthy ideologues who bribe them.

So in closing, I hope you'll consider 9 New South themes which mimic current Trump-Espionage Act circumstances (my italics) - unless I miss my guess:

Often these days in Astrology, a native born with an unaspected Sun (personality, essence, vitality, adult self, the goal, the hero's journey) is considered to be charismatic and perhaps as self-centered, even vain. Plus, a special talent may also be described by the sign, sign ruler, planet, and the house placement involved. An unaspected natal Sun is the case for our tragically assassinated US President John Fitzgerald Kennedy (RR: A; May 29, 1917 3:00 pm est Brookline, MA; ASC 20Lib00, 8th house Sun 7Gem51, 11th house Moon 17Vir13; MC 23Can46 with Saturn 27Can09 and Neptune 2Leo40 conjunct MC from the 10th house side {Plac}).

If natal Saturn in natal 10th house of Public Status indicates one whose life and career include a "fall from grace" (if Saturn's demands are neglected), then I think JFK's Saturn-Neptune Conjunction there adds a large measure of loss, grief, and suffering to the cosmic picture of his downfall along with the planetary pair's tendency toward 'undermining circumstances' (R. Ebertin) and bad social conditions.

Yet instead of re-publishing the JFK Assassination Horoscope (November 22, 1963 12:30 pm cst Dallas, TX), here are a few general details concerning a natal unaspected Sun for the curious including info on other planets when not tied in with or connected to other planets via Ptolemaic (major) aspects in a natal chart.

When Jupiter reaches Shadow Degree January 2022

Update Sunday October 17, 2021: A look back about 12 years ago when transit Jupiter was @2Pis11:03 on January 27, 2010 (12:21:13 pm est) may be informative. Rising 29Tau27 with 2022 North Node @00Gem31 rising there; MC @7AQ43 (The Goal Point), is 2021 Saturn's favorite spot in the Zodiac to tarry these days. Meanwhile, 2010 Jupiter @2Pis11:03 is fresh off his Great Conjunction/s with dreamy Neptune (3 times in 2009 in the range of 24-27AQ), there's a difficult Saturn-Pluto square (0A14), but the breakthrough pair Jupiter and Uranus have yet to conjunct at Aries Point in June. Additionally, an unaspected 2010 Uranus @24Pis01 (of spurtlike activity) is where the 2022 Jupiter-Neptune Conjunction takes place = 'decisions based on odd or unusual theories' (our current condition thanks to bad faith actors, aka, saboteurs). Plus, Moon @2Can01 opposes Pluto (4Cap13) and forms a dynamic T-Square with 5th house Saturn Rx @4Lib28 suggesting 'realism concerning gloomy thoughts, constraining forces', and 'pressure to regroup forces and plan anew' (Tyl). The Prenatal Solar Eclipse series is the 12 North which speaks of 'accepting new responsibilities and commitments' (B. Brady) via the Solar Eclipse of January 15, 2010 @25Capricorn which is, as you well know, a highly sensitized area of the Zodiac these days and is very near US 1776 Pluto which returns to natal degree multiple times in 2022, a major first-ever transit.

Of course, you'll recognize the 2010 time period as an Obama administration year in which 'Obamacare' (ACA) was successfully passed in March but as a cosmic time link, the T-Square also involves the orange menace (or blighter as I often think of him) because 2010 Saturn conjuncts his natal 2nd house Neptune so that other potentials are suggested by the intense Moon-Pluto opposition of 2010 such as 'seeking miracles as rescue from immediate problems' and a 'lack of emotional clarity' (Munkasey). And while he probably sought miracles in 2010 with the Saturn-to-Neptune "grim face of a reality" transit in effect, he certainly excels with his ridiculous notions and fantasies now.

Friday October 15, 2021: Below is the DC Horoscope showing the moment on January 8, 2022 that transit Jupiter reaches, then surpasses, his own 'Shadow Degree' of 2Pis11:03 (10:12:31 pm est Washington DC with fixed star Denebola rising (to go against society; out of the mainstream). As you can see, starry Bellatrix (success through the shadow) sparkles at Midheaven (MC = The Goal/Aspirations/Public Status). But the fly in this Jupiterian ointment is the Mutable Grand Cross (highlighted in lavender) formed with the Ascendant and MC - but there are US natal Neptune conjunct ASC, and US natal Mars conjunct MC - making America's problematic square visible to the world, and is perhaps a suggestion of the US acting on the World Stage:

Now as we see, transit Neptune @20Pisces49 remains in process of opposing US Neptune in Virgo (sign of health) with racial and other persecutions denoted along with a clash of ideals - while this Mars @18Sag54 (conjunct IC) soon opposes US natal Mars (22Gemini), a 'head-against-brick-wall' transit. Thus the 2022 Mars-Neptune square activates or triggers the energies of America's natal Mars-Neptune square of misdirected actions and confused motivations with its tragic 'fog of war' implications. However, positively inspired action is certainly a potential but only if reality is directly and honestly faced (see chart-ruler Mercury's applying aspects, lower left corner).

And of course, facing Saturnian reality is only possible with Joe Biden in the White House and was never even considered by the orange menace (the great privaricator, the grand fantacist), then or now. Crazily, as I type his acolytes and financial enablers continue to advance his outright lies while making underhanded arrangements to steal elections in 2022 and 2024, because cheating is the only way the GOP can 'win'.

Even so, with his very survival at stake, reckon the orange menace cavorts upon The Edge of Petrified Forest? Well deserved if so, yet extreme caution is necessary since everyone knows that snakes are most dangerous when cornered:

So with stationing Jupiter @3Pisces ("A Petrified Forest" = 'SURVIVAL'), Jupiter in the above chart may represent on one level the Jupiterian Tr*mp fighting for his life. And as you see, Jupiter is posited in the 6th house of Military, Police, and Civil Service, plus, Health and Employment, so Yes, a weakening of someone's health may be indicated with contagious Neptune in 6th house, too.

More positively, the Covid situation in the US and across the globe will hopefully improve in 2022 as protective Jupiter moves ahead beginning in January, and/or political impasses may begin to resolve more beneficially in the US, or at least ease in some way or other. After all, Year 2022 starts under the cosmic imprint of the 5 South Solar Eclipse of December 4, 2021 @12Sag22 and with its joyful theme of benefits seems a positive way to start. And basically, once Jupiter turns Direct many projects can move ahead as 2022 proceeds. Also note the strong Venus-Sun-Pluto trio at 5th cusp of Risk-Taking with the predictive Syzygy Moon (last lunation prior, and was the first of 2021 on January 13th) of Joe Biden's Inauguration 2021 also conjoining the 5th cusp. Prominently, the 2021 Capricorn lunation @23Cap13 conjoined Inauguration 2021's Midheaven suggesting a seeding of new plans by the Biden administration.

Jupiter of Multiple Talents

Of course, gaseous Jupiter is also a corporate indicator as well and he loves the freedom to range beyond limitations and boundaries, but I don't care to guess at this early date what may improve for the corporate class unless we're talking about pro-democracy CEOs who pay their taxes and favor improvements within US society for the American people (often their customers! For after all, when the US government provides resources for the American people, We The People spend it back into the economy which aids the common good).

Now Jupiter may also represent bankers, financiers, investors, economists, military Generals, broadcasters, propagandists, professors, foreigners, and/or public relations gurus.

And we also know that generous Jupiter expands or increases everything he touches, positively or negatively, and sadly on June 24, 2021, with Jupiter at Station degree and apex planet of the difficult Saturn-Neptune midpoint (deceptive practices), Florida's Surfside Condominium Collapsed killing 98 people.

So whether or not the Jupiter at Station you see in the January 22nd chart signifies the wide-girthed orange menace, the functions of mundane Jupiter in Pisces will be set free at last and will move forward on many levels and in many realms of life since the Great Benefic turned retrograde on June 20, 2021 @2Pis11:03, the day of Summer Solstice 2021 (DC Horoscope shown: Jupiter at Station rises in DC!). Meanwhile, Washington's financial stalemates and heated legislative conflicts broiled on Jupiterian Capitol Hill, and it was a record-hot summer of heat waves in the US of A.

But wait! Mundane Jupiter the Hierphant can be religious yet he often wears a political cap so the planet 'entering fresh territory' in January 2022 will hopefully be helpful as the 2022 Midterms approach (day of a Lunar Eclipse!). Or at least, campaign donations will be huge - the same as they ever were.

June 1, 2021: As you've heard, former guy Trump is telling people down in Mar-a-Lago that he expects to be re-instated as president by August (!) so naturally, at the very least, a peek at August 2021 lunations could be interesting. (Chart below: outer = Trump natal planets highlighted in lavender). Of course, such fantastical remarks could be merely part of a money-making scheme, an attempt to keep his various scams afloat and donations coming in.

Cosmic Weather August 2021

First comes a New Moon @16Leo14 on August 8, 2021, a time of seeding plans and the beginning of new activities. No, '16Leo14' isn't conjunct his natal Mars-Pluto midpoint but it is very near his Uranus-Chiron midpoint (16Leo24) of chaos-creating (his specialty). Plus, his 'lucky break' midpoint of Jupiter-Uranus @17Leo40 could possibly be stimulated by the August New Moon, especially if he's aware of it.

From New Moon to Full: Culmination, Fulfillment, Full Awareness, Relationships

My suspicion is that the cosmic clincher, if there is one in August, has to be the Full Moon of August 22, 2021 @29AQ37 and Sun @29Leo37 - conjunct Trump's natal Ascendant-Descendant axis, as you see in the Full Moon Horoscope, above. The bright rays of a Full Moon can act much as a Lunar Eclipse would do with revelations, uncoverings, leaks, disruptions, endings, sudden changes, fulfillment, and/or an illuminating spotlight cast upon the former guy and his fantasy-prone political activities. And often scandal/s may suddenly appear in the news cycle.

Why, it's even possible that at this very moment he and his enablers are devising malicious schemes going forward that he thinks will catapult him back to power "by August" and now muses upon the exciting prospect - and the revenge he'll soon take upon his non-supporters, critics, and the American people (his natal Mars opposes US natal Moon, as we've felt already). Meanwhile, with his ASC-DESC axis involved, royal Regulus (now @00Virgo instead of 29Leo as in 1946) will also take part in the "stormy proceedings" and you know the star's caution: to avoid taking revenge or all that's been gained will be taken away.

Yes, there are a few cosmic factors that may turn out to be more negative than positive for the Orange One such as the Full Moon's Saturn-Neptune midpoint conjunct the Full Moon (feeling emotionally drained; pessimism; a low character) - and guess what? This transit of the Saturn-Neptune midpoint falls precisely opposite Trump's natal Saturn-Neptune midpoint which conjuncts his natal Ascendant (at birth!) and suggests potentials for oppression, depression, emotional suffering caused by others, and/or limitation of freedom (R. Ebertin). Now there's something that would interfere with his political 'come back' dream! And note, lower right, that transit Jupiter Rx @26AQ54 opposes his natal Mars in proud Leo, marking an inauspicious time when efforts on a grand scale may collapse under their own weight!

Now in closing, mention should be made of chart-ruler Mercury's two applying Ptolemaic aspects (listed lower left). First, an opposition to gaslighting Neptune (4A04) suggesting: ideas and plans that are purposefully deceptive, misleading, and/or dangerous; hidden facts, misunderstandings; confusion, mistakes, disappointments; misperceptions; underhanded behavior; and/or unfavorable business negotiations. Add to this a triggering of Trump's natal Mercury-Neptune square of deception, falsehood, lack of discrimination, and fantasy. (And as you see, his natal 2nd hou$e Neptune @5Lib50 is his first natal planet to rise in the Full Moon chart so that his speculator trio of Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter are rising front and center.)

But then Mercury trines powerful Pluto (6A27), a more favorable condition denoting that personal power can be successfully utilized or wielded, research can pay off, and/or promotional campaigns and/or propaganda may have the desired result. But not necessarily for Trump, of course, so we'll have to wait and see who or what benefits more - tyranny or democracy.

And so, dear reader, Trump's 'August idea' seems wacky and little more than a vanity project, I agree, and hopefully there are other worthy chart factors for those who care to find such information in the August 22, 2021 Full Moon Horoscope. June 24, 2021 Cap Full Moon reacts to the June Eclipse

May 12, 2021: The June 24th Full Moon, seen below, suggests public reaction to the June 10, 2021 5 North Solar Eclipse (19Gem47) themes of "prophetic dreams, visions, insights from the Unconscious" (Brady). However, Saturn-ruled Capricorn is about consolidation, facts, business, investment, law, and government so what dreams and insights should be brought into reality? What insights can be realistically used to benefit our social and political conditions?

Notably, transit Mercury the Messenger and negotiator, here @16Gem15, will speed on to conjunct and possibly activate 5 North eclipse themes on or about July 2, 2021. Many people's dreams around that time, if not before, should be quite fascinating and perhaps contain helpful solutions for what ails us. Of course, eclipse influences last for approximately 6 months until the next solar eclipse draws near with its themes, and overlapping has been known to occur.

DC Horoscope: June 24, 2021 Full Moon @3Cap27 oppo Sun @3Can27, across the 3/9 axis when the chart is set for Washington DC (a phase of culmination, fulfillment, full awareness, relationships); Hour of Jupiter Rx (in green). ASC 20Lib55 sports a few midpoint pictures (detailed on the chart) with Venus @27Can04 in blue as chart-ruler, however, Venus makes no applying aspects so her sign, degree, and house position are emphasized. Then as you see, angular Venus conjuncts Midheaven ('MC'), The Goal and Career Point of the chart, while opposing Pluto (26Cap05) at 'IC', the Foundation of the chart (and within orb of the US Pluto Return/s, exact in 2022). Potentials of this opposition are penned on the chart (upper right in blue) including cut-throat competition, underhanded manipulation, and lack of trust undermines relationships.

Plus, we should be aware that an opposition between venal Venu$ vs powerful Pluto ($$) has been known to attract violence, and the pair suggests private wealth hidden in secret places. It also contains bankruptcy potential and can denote a breakdown in the social fabric which anti-democratic forces are attempting to hoist upon us now under cover of the pandemic and its resulting economic difficulties which President Biden is in process of easing - without any cooperation from congressional Republicans, the party of obstruction whenever it comes to the needs of the American people.

(Despite McConnell and the other sore losers, Joe Biden's vaccine roll-out has been the most successful project Washington politicians have aced, maybe ever!)

Significantly, the Full Moon in ambitious Capricorn leads a Locomotive shape of the planets which suggests people or high-powered executives who are ruthlessly determined on success. And with the Moon out-of-bounds, these may be socially detached folks, even those secluded within ivory towers, those who are emotionally estranged from society who only care about business endeavors, politics, and taking or retaining control.

So as you see, there are dynamic energies in the chart via a Mars-Saturn opposition (4A32; obstacles; delays; resentment or resistance of authority) and the squares to rebellious Uranus that are involved: Mars square Uranus (5A23; difficulties, delays, frustration, threats) and of course the ongoing Saturn-Uranus square (0S50; past vs future; generational clash between seniors and young folk; old order uncomfortably replaced by the new; violent people).

Obviously, contentiousness, obstacles, delays, and political stalemates continue, however, the Sun Cancer-Moon Capricorn blend of conscious and unconscious energies can be very perceptive, dutiful, and professional yet family-oriented.

Well, it seems to me as if pessimism is what 'they' want from us and I refuse to comply! (Moon-Neptune = Saturn). Plus, as you know, the Moon-Neptune duo suggests potentials for sympathy, receptiveness, strange influences, exploitation, and/or an intensely vivid dream life and the activity of the subconscious (with the last two resonating with 5 North eclipse themes). Solutions may be found in dreams!

So What About Protective Jupiter?

Significantly, with expansive, optimistic Jupiter recently entered into his retrograde phase (until mid-October 2021), there's a revealing midpoint picture with the Great Benefic at apex. Saturn-Neptune = Jupiter suggests potentials for 'religion conceals deceptive practices; a sense that reality is just a vision (which resonates with 5 North themes, incorrect as it is); fortunate answers, as noted on the chart; and optimistically, yours truly would add, funding (Jupiter) for social safety net programs (Saturn-Neptune, social programs and the illness axis; of course, other indications for this planetary trio are possible but I'll leave them to your imagination).

Now we should also mention that US natal Mercury Rx conjuncts the MC opposite US natal Pluto at IC and suggests that government surveillance, intelligence gathering, and propaganda are on this Full Moon's menu along with 'vulnerable roadways' (infrastructure), 'disruptive political talk', 'news of orbital weapons or space exploration', 'secrets concerning transportation' or 'satellites', and/or 'self-destructive impulses in business' (paraphrasing M. Munkasey).

Well, the Sun's "A Cat Arguing With a Mouse" and the Moon's "A Party Entering a Large Canoe" are revealed by the rays of the June 24, 2021 Full Moon as We the People react in Saturnine fashion to the energies and ideas reflected by the dreamy June 10, 2021 Solar Eclipse so we may find ourselves or others 'interminably quarreling with the nature of things' (4Cancer) and demonstrating an 'inability to get along with anybody' (4Capricorn; Jones).

Below is a DC Horoscope for the moment on May 1, 2021 10:44:49 pm EDT that 2021 Neptune opposes US natal Neptune (22Pis25 vs 22Vir25) across the victim-savior axis of Virgo-Pisces. This is the first of three such oppositions, the others are listed in the text, below. Also prominent in this horoscope and relating directly to Health concerns, plus, Neptunian spirituality, is the Moon-North-Node midpoint ('Moon-NN' = Immune System; Spiritual Unions) conjunct the globally significant Aries Point ('AP') which conjuncts the 1776 IC 00Ari47, the Basis, Foundation, or Root of the Matter. Yes, this is a global phenomenon ('AP') for Gaia's 'immune system' of defense has also been weakened, as you know.

Note: Use of one or the other US horoscopes would naturally yield different timing results, but this is the chart (center) that I tend to use most often (July 4, 1776 5:09 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA) for America even though the hour is a bit on the late side and the Founders were likely having dinner by then!

Obviously, finances are involved in both health and employment issues and the much-needed passage and signing of a Covid Relief Bill is apparently on America's 'path' (NN) - perhaps to be achieved this week. Meanwhile, in the realms of higher or lower ideals, Neptune vs Neptune = materialism vs spiritualism. The choice is yours! It may help that the cosmic weather on May 1st is a practical Earth blend of Sun Taurus-Moon Capricorn, a reliable combination of energies with a paternal concern for those in need! And this is the natal personality blend of President James Monroe (RR: C) born in 1758 with a Mars-Neptune conjunction in Leo - and throughout his life James was on the sickly side.

And so I'm suggesting that 'weakness' includes weakened immune systems, plus, our natal Neptune in Virgo, sign of Health but also of Work, hints at our current employment-unemployment conditions and weaknesses. Trusting the numbers isn't easy, is it? Well, we know that the undermining function of Neptune in its own sign of Pisces has been at work for some time at work and within our immune systems.

Trump Progressed Sun 2021 = Saturn-Neptune

Timing Is Everything

March 1, 2021: When progressing the natal chart of Donald Trump to the moment and location that he completed his CPAC 2021 speech last evening (6:20 pm est, Orlando, Florida), this is the Secondary Progressed ('SP') Horoscope that turned up with his SP Sun @4Vir24 conjunct two SP midpoints: Saturn-Neptune and Mars-MC; please see the center of the chart for a few potentials of the two midpoint pictures that are created this year due to the day-for-a-year progression of Individual One's natal Sun in Gemini, now in fussy Virgo:

Also penned in the center is Sun-Uranus = MC (The Goal) denoting his 'far-reaching plans' (a 2024 presidential run, he asserts), and his self-willed desire to reform the Republican Party even more into his own gilded image, flip flops and all.

This Secondary Progressed Chart issues from Donald Trump's natal chart of June 14, 1946 10:54 am edt Queens, NY; ASC 29Leo55. Note that both SP Sun and SP Moon in Mercury-ruled Virgo (sign of The Critic) are in his natal 1st house but SP Moon @22Vir42 is now symbolically entering his natal 2nd house of Values, Earning Ability, and Possessions (natal 2nd cusp 22Vir57). The only SP aspect in the chart is a Mars-Pluto sextile which improves his physical stamina, spotlights strong emotions over money and relationships (same as the current themes of the 4 South Solar Eclipse @23Sag08 on December 14, 2020 conjunct his natal Moon-SN), but also shows that it's time he balances personal power with shared power (!). Plus, Trump's will power is emphasized by this progressed sextile as is his ability to both initiate and complete projects (Pottenger and Dobyns).

And yes, SP Jupiter rising is protective yet as you see, SP Nemesis @16Leo51 is sandwiched between his SP Mercury and SP Pluto, the planetary pair known for cruelty of speech. Plus, the SP South Node that he neurotically depends upon has both SP Cupido (The Family; The Syndicate: religion; crime) and SP Tisiphone (retaliation) upon it.

August 30, 2020 Current Conditions: Saturn-Neptune

An Unsealed Letter Within An Unsealed Letter

Since Stars Over Washington is basically an unsealed letter, and because current conditions in the US are dire, I've decided to copy/paste this morning's reply to a thoughtful reader's comments which were posted in October 2019, pre-Covid. In part my reply concerns which US Horoscope to use and why I must continue to use the US chart with Saturn-Neptune at Midheaven. However, please know that the following words are not for the faint of heart nor for the overly fretful or sensitive so please Do Not Read if this describes you, dear reader:

August 30, 2020, I'm just now replying, and we're embroiled in the covid pandemic, as you know zeebling. Depopulation and 'purification' of humanity are well underway and the 'reset economic agenda' is being implemented (with most of us out of the way). Meanwhile the Davos Forum has been rescheduled from January 2021 to Summer 2021 - allegedly due to covid concerns - and this places the 'reset' Forum under the prophetic 5 North Solar eclipse of 2021 rather than the difficult 4 South of December 2020. And as you say, the Inauguration 2021 Horoscope is aggressive and destructive with the Mars-Uranus conjunction rising. Riots and upheavals in US streets show the success of social tinkering efforts to ignite a race war and with a religious war simmering on the back burner. All that I'd fretted over these last several years of SO'W fusses is appearing in front of our eyes.

Meanwhile, I've gone back and forth over which US Horoscope to use but considering current events, I'm sticking with the July 4, 1776 5:09 pm LMT Philadelphia chart with its Saturn-Neptune = MC (00Libra) for the planetary pair's potentials for 'illness, suffering, renunciation, distrust, sacrifice, methodical execution of plans, tormenting emotional inhibitions, neuroses or diseases with causes difficult to ascertain' plus 'socialism' and other -isms since most now seem to apply. Oh and there's 10th house Saturn's well known "fall from grace" potential if Saturnian demands have not been answered. As they have not. DC and the Pentagon had their chance at global leadership and imho botched it badly. And as usual it's 'the little guy and gal' who must pay. And all this with our US Pluto Return/s almost exact. I continue to see 1776 Pluto as foreign involvement and of course we know which entities this describes in our era.

Yes, it's a dreary picture of course (playing out now!) but as a Saturnian astrologer I've said before - and realistic people know - that we must face our monsters to have any hope of vanquishing them. And with US Mars Rx by progression since 2006, its energies turned inward, it's going to be a long battle.

DC Horoscope: May 7, 2020 Full Scorpio Moon

DC Horoscope: Full Moon @17Sco20 May 7, 2020 6:45:06 am edt Washington DC in 6th house/Sun in 12th house; Hour of Jupiter; ASC 29Tau15; Midheaven ('MC') 7AQ34; Mars (26AQ) conjunct US natal Moon (26/27AQ) and opposing the natal Mars (26Leo) of Donald Trump - with the Saturn-Neptune midpoint complicating matters (see chart, upper right).

Chart-ruler Venus in 1st house makes no applying Ptolemaic aspects to other planets but, due to retrogradation, won't conjoin the North Node until early August (see lower left); however, Venus conjoins US natal Mars in Gemini suggesting some measure of cooperation.

America, Saturn-Neptune, Eclipses, and Donald Trump

In a January 2019 SO'W post concerning the December Solar Eclipse that ends 2019 with Jupiter and Pluto issues, multiple mentions were made including the Saturn-Neptune pair of energies, Donald Trump, and Republican operative Bill Barr who was just coming into the DOJ picture with his senate confirmation hearing occurring as I typed. (And note that Jupiter-Pluto is the 'wheeler dealer' and plutocrat duo.)

Now one reason mention was made of Saturn-Neptune in the post is that their midpoint rises in Trump's natal chart as it does in the December 26, 2019 Eclipse's DC Horoscope (chart shown in the above post) with vibes of depression and limitation of freedom (Ebertin). Another reason to keep our collective eye on the Saturn-Neptune duo (the "illness axis," Reinhold Ebertin calls it--conjunct Trump's natal Ascendant, his nibs himself born into an 'oppressive family environment') during these harrowing days is that it relates to such realms as the social welfare programs constantly under attack by the Republican Party (most of whose members I tend to think of as misfits of the human race). Apparently the party's past "compassionate conservative" slogan no longer applies if indeed it ever did.

So below is a hodge podge of dates and associations for the Saturn-Neptune pair so famously representing hidden or secret (Neptune) government or control (Saturn)--and of course imaginary + real, lie vs fact, and idealism vs materialism also apply, plus the -isms such as Communism, Bolshevikism, Marxism, Capitalism, Socialism, Nationalism, Patriotism, Nativism, Zionism, conservatism, 'Trumpism'--labels invented by hidden manipulators to divide, conquer, exploit, and weaken populations who might think to rise up against the 'ruling class'. Fact is, We have the numbers, they have the desperation to hold on to power and control.

Now as you know the Saturn-Neptune cycle lasts approximately 36 years and their last conjunction was actually a three-fer due to retrogradation yet all during 1989: 1. March 3, 1989 @11Cap55; 2. June 24, 1989 @11Cap14; and 3. November 13, 1989 @10Cap22. See Events of 1989, an extremely busy year, domestically and abroad. The next Saturn-Neptune conjunction occurs only once on February 20, 2026 @00Ari45, the Aries Point where global events tend to manifest. Note that this conjunction in 2026 will conjoin the IC of the natal chart of America that I tend to use most often (July 4, 1776 5:09 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA).

Obviously, we are now mired within the third period (3 x 12 years = 36) which began on November 13, 1989 @10Cap22, a degree stimulated by the July 2, 2019 Solar Eclipse @10Can37 in the 3 North Saros Series--between America's Jupiter and Sun; this is the eclipse series we're in as I type.

Now here are Saturn-Neptune's Hegelian potentials within the realms of Politics and Business, some of which may sound appropriate for our times:

Thesis: Delusions among the real leadership; long lived programs which have no real purpose; policies which restrict spies; misusing law officers; inefficient use of capable expert advice; mistaken religious leaders.

December Eclipse ends 2019 w Jupiter and Pluto Issues

December 26, 2019 12:13 am est: 3 South Solar Eclipse @4Cap06 conjunct Jupiter @5Cap20 3rd and 4th houses in Washington DC. ASC 4Lib32 conjunct the natal Neptune of Donald Trump and America's natal Saturn-Neptune midpoint; Hour of Mars (@24Sco30 in 2nd house of the National Treasury and conjunct Trump's natal IC of Endings); Mars is leader of a BOWL shape denoting a selfish trailblazer alone against the world (M.E. Jones).

Saturn-Neptune

Most midpoint pictures and pairs referenced in this post are from Ebertin, Tyl, and Michael Munkasey which you see penned into the center of the chart: "Saturn-Neptune: a leader capitulates."

This is one of the possibilities of this planetary combination which, in America's 1776 chart (5:09/10 pm LMT) conjoins our natal Midheaven (1Libra). Saturn-Neptune also rises in the natal horoscope of Donald Trump (June 14, 1946 10:54 am est Queens, NY) showing his early environment as oppressive and difficult. Whether Trump will capitulate before or by December 2019 is anyone's guess (being the unpredictable Uranian that he is) but I type today on January 16, 2019 with the Bob Barr confirmation hearings ongoing and the ultimate fate of the Mueller report in doubt if/when William Barr becomes Trump's Attorney General. Mr. Barr, if confirmed, may redact or withhold all or part of the findings in spite of the public's need to know.

Now the Saturn-Neptune pair in society may also represents such things as: secret or invisible government, socialism, communism, Marxism, and so on. Weakness, illness, suffering caused by others, oppressive family circumstances, sense of "being out of the group" (Tyl), plus, a feeling of confinement or inhibition may also apply.

Jupiter, North Node, Mercury

Now let's note that fact that although protective Jupiter @5Cap20 conjoins the 3 South Solar Eclipse (themes listed, below), however, Jupiter simultaneously opposes America's natal Jupiter (5Can56) which suggests a period when no one is impressed, efforts are overblown, there is discontent, and a lack of funding and resources. The Jupiterian North Node of future direction @8Can22 points toward the natal Mercury of Donald Trump which, as you know, is afflicted by a square from his natal Neptune @5Libra--which rises in this chart. Some potentials for Saturn-Neptune with more Neptune involve 'presenting newly visualized views of reality or the future; dissolving rigid or outmoded structures; breaking through rigid patterns; inspiration derived from drugs'; and/or, 'illusive heightened awareness using escape' (Munkasey). Now you may agree that at least some of these potentials describe what Trump has done or attempted to do from the Oval Office and he has done them with the oppressive quality of Saturn-Neptune attached. As I type, the Trump Shutdown continues to afflict our nation.

Venus

In the Solar Eclipse horoscope, chart-ruler Venus @7AQ18 is posited in 4th house and conjoins US natal South Node (karma; getting the 'brush off'; bad timing--Ebertin) so we have that not going for us. The lack of aspects by Venus emphasizes the sign and house position of the money planet of relationships, diplomacy, and values (currency devaluation?) so I imagine that American diplomats (if we have any by then) will not be 'acing it' as they already aren't under Putin puppet Trump (boy, did Hillary call it in the 2016 Campaign debate!) But whether or not Trump is history before, by, or just after the end of 2019, America has some serious rebuilding to do from the damage he, the GOP, meddling billionaire donors, Murdoch, Putin, and perhaps others have caused.

Neptune

Then there's the unaspected Neptune in 6th house (Civil, Military, Police Services) still floating through its own shady sign of Pisces but here with a materialistic view of the world for Neptune's usual lofty inspiration is not shared with the others planets--and Neptune's deep sense of isolation increases as its dreams are kept to itself.

Sun, Moon, Nodes, Midpoints

Now I shall briefly mention the midpoints affecting Trump's natal Moon-SN conjunction (or his Sun-NN opposite along with natal Uranus in Gemini) but suffice to say that difficulties ensue caused by Mars-Saturn and Mars-Pluto in the 22--24 degree range of Sagittarius.

Saturn, Pluto, Vertex

Plus, restrictive Saturn is at a critical degree (20Cap) and transformative Pluto @22Cap11 conjoins the natal Vertex of Donald Trump as the two heavy weights ready for their Great Conjunction on January 12, 2020 @22Cap46--spot-on Big T's natal Vertex of fated encounters.

December 2019 Solar Eclipse Themes

Now the initial 3 South Solar Eclipse on August 13, 1208 OS @27Leo10 conjoins the natal degree of Trump's rising Mars (and his ASC 29Leo and royal Regulus) and 1208's Pluto @10Leo15 conjoins Trump's natal Pluto (10Leo02). Therefore, Trump's birth in 1946 basically timed a Pluto Return to the initial eclipse that began the 3 South Saros Series with the following eclipse themes listed, below (which are also penned upon the chart, top center). Plus, a Solar Eclipse in Saturn-ruled Capricorn is all about authority figures and our relationship to them. Karmic progress via the correction of past mistakes is possible only if the negative, constrictive traits of Capricorn are avoided such as selfishness and greed within the realms of government and business. Sadly, that greedy horse left America's selfish barn years ago but this eclipse in Capricorn gives the American people another chance for karmic improvement! Now here are the 3 South Themes:

'Sudden endings of associations or relationships, possibly involving a younger person; traumatic transformation through news received or short journeys undertaken via Pluto content in the initial eclipse' (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology). And as I said, August 1208's Pluto in Leo = Trump's natal 12th house Pluto--unaspected in his natal chart and "overshadowed by shadows." (For historical comparison, 3 South eclipses also occurred in the years 1911, 1929, 1947, 1965, 1983, 2001, and will again in 2038.)

So yes! For the sake of America and the common good, yours truly is cheering for Donald Trump--to clear outta Dodge before the sheriff arrives if he knows what's good for 'im. And take his sidekick Pence with 'im.

August 2018: Minor Progressed Midpoints of Mr Trump

So much has been written and prognosticated about the deteriorating mental health of Donald Trump that a peek at his Minor Progressions seemed like an interesting idea. Yes, I've progressed his natal chart in this way before but today I'm progressing it to the date of The Tower Solar Eclipse @18Leo41 which promises collapse and rebuilding of some sort and perfects within Trump's natal 12th house of Politics, Karma, and Self-Undoing--and because the Trump name is closely associated with the towers he builds and those he longs to build.

With Minor Progressions on a particular date describing what's happening on the mental plane (via the 27:13:1 ratio = we think 27 times faster than we act, and have a feeling about a thought 13 times faster than we act on it ...Tertiary Progressions/emotional plane...and '1' being our Secondary Progressions or the physical plane), Trump's Minor Progressions on August 11, 2018 may be of interest. Transit Saturn's Three Major Aspects to Outer Planets 2018--2020

If you've wondered what old man Saturn, the lesson bringer and task master, has in store for society while traversing his own sign of Capricorn you're not alone. It's been approximately 26 years since the 'old devil' visited his natural domain of the Zodiac, agent of change that he is, and a few rules may be in order. Not my rules or yours, but rules of the Saturnian kind. After all, no one evades the universal law of karma and reaping what was sown must be dealt with by us all. So for those who have followed dutiful, dignified Saturn's directives and demands in the past (also his domain!), long lasting rewards are on the way for long hours of hard work. Or at least, that's one of the the more positive potentials on the 2018--2020 horizon.

Of course, in a natal horoscope planet Saturn's sign reveals our 'fatal flaw' and also describes something about our deepest fear. Saturn's house placement is important as well when assessing how a general transit will affect our lives but since I primarily write about mundane topics here let's consider Saturn in Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business and what its transit may portend. Perhaps a peek at outer planets in angular relationship to Saturn as his Capricorn visit plods on can provide a few clues on what to expect with Saturn's societal influences. Naturally, the planet's rule of structure, systems, form, reality, and time will be affected in various ways, or will be 'on the schedule' so to speak.

Transpersonal Planets Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto with Saturn 2018--2020

During his stay in Capricorn, Saturn makes three quite easy aspects to the three outer planets. By sign, Saturn will trine Uranus, and the pair representing the past and the future will get along in general and support creative activities with Uranian ideas, ideals, and inventions fitting well into Saturnian form and are therefore more likely to become reality. This works best when transit Uranus is in Taurus, sign of the builder and the preserver. As you know, status quo Saturn, planet of The Establishment, likes to preserve and conserve so it would be wonderful if the current GOP push toward damaging the environment for the sake of exploiting natural resources was placed back under control in spite of the current Trump administration's dismantling of regulations that protect us.

And although Saturn in Capricorn can be dampening or restrictive to markets and commerce via Saturn's aversion to risk and tendency toward austerity measures, the Saturn-Uranus influence when in effect may benefit business and finance particularly in relation to group and organizational matters. Yes, the economy may continue its upward direction, for a while at least, though some of its more bubbly aspects have been concerning of late due to past transgressions and crimes committed by that gambling casino they call 'Wall Street' ('wall' being a Saturnian word, Uranus = technology) so another crash prior to 2020 cannot be completely ruled out for bubbles always burst, after all. But maybe that's just me, a rather typical fretting Capricorn!

Of course in personal finances benefits will depend upon Saturn and Uranus placements and aspects in natal charts which is beyond the scope of this post, as noted.

During this time frame, transit Saturn will also form an opportunistic sextile with nebulous, dreamy Neptune, planet of fraud, falsehood, and idealism. A Saturn-Neptune sextile period is great for creative projects including music and visionary imaginations may soar under its influence. Charitable organizations may be more in focus along with addiction issues (much needed!) and spiritual quests and interests--also needed in our society. Practicing discrimination between fantasy and reality will continue to be an issue as fakery (Neptune) vs truth (Saturn) gets in the way of progress and 'getting to the bottom of things' remains difficult as preferred by some propagandists who use such tactics against society.

A general interest in Mythology may flourish as it did in a bygone era and those with a talent for long-range planning are in their element under this sextile though following through with decisions may be somewhat difficult since concentration can ebb and flow like the waves of a Neptunian sea. Plus, priorities may be continually revised which adds to the follow-through problem and some folk may paint rosy pictures in order to cover up real problems and avoid or procrastinate about dealing with them.

And since the Saturn-Neptune pair relates to the ill, weak, elderly, and/or suffering among us, we can expect such discussions to continue but perhaps with more compassion than the usual political hard-heartedness for Neptune is softening and likes to merge with others while Saturn can be hard, cold, isolating, frugal, calculating, and just plain mean. As you know, our already tattered social safety net is under siege now in Washington and the reality of Americans hungry in the streets due to cutbacks for the sake of wealthy corporate types is an outrageous possibility. How many times must the old guns vs butter concept be debated in America?

On the societal level, another negative potential of a Saturn-Neptune sextile is invasion (Neptune) of boundaries (Saturn) which is somehow made more possible due to the opportunities a sextile (60) aspect creates. This applies on a personal level as well (ex: personal space) but also to refugees, and to those who invade countries (militarily or otherwise), or who infiltrate them and/or their governments. Spies and secret agents are implied and of course cyber crimes may be involved for secretive, insinuating Neptune rules nets and networks of all sorts and Saturn has his blocking function and a demand for control. Yet limits must still apply for even moderation must be moderated.

Then when transit Saturn and Pluto sextile one another, those in the legal professions, journalism, and research and development are favored. Control and the grasping and holding of power are issues on the table which sounds more negative than positive to me although you may disagree. During this period, sticking to budgets will be very important though too much austerity delays progress. Also important will be more intense levels of advocacy of causes such as defending the rights of those who are oppressed, exploited, and victimized (for they will be). And if we can avoid obsessing over piddly details we'll fare better under this sextile for necessary adjustments are more difficult to achieve when rules are too rigid or inflexible.

June 22, 2017 Republicans Reveal Trumpcare and a New Moon Follows

This morning on Capitol Hill, and during a Dark of the Moon phase when operating in secrecy is a given, senate Republicans revealed their healthcare bill, their answer to a promised repeal and replacement of what they've famously termed 'Obamacare'. Under a changeable Gemini Moon (and with Gemini's ruler Mercury, plus, Mars in Cancer, out-of-bounds and writing and doing who-knows-what), today's senate bill is not yet in its final form.

Like the previously passed House 'healthcare' bill, the senate version may be meaner than ill Americans, those in nursing homes (there thanks to Medicaid), and others need it to be..."mean, mean', mean" was Mr. Trump's recent description of the House bill. Now he says he wants the senate bill to have "heart". Well, with tomorrow's New Moon in its own sign of Cancer (care, nurturing, security, family) perhaps this will be the case. Or not. For the June 23rd New Moon conjoins a money planet--America's natal Venus.

Set for Washington DC, here's a horoscope of the June 23, 2017 New Moon @2Can47 which perfects at 10:30:38 pm edt. Please enlarge to read my study notes if you wish for as you see, the 5th house of Gambling, Creativity, and Children and the 6th house of Health and Services are emphasized. Outside the chart I've highlighted in red the US planets most affected by this New Moon which is symbolically imprinted upon the Republicans' healthcare bill, no matter its final form.

The natal US planets in Cancer notated in the chart are: Venus, Jupiter, and the Sun (POTUS); neglected is US natal Mercury Rx in the New Moon's 6th house, an indicator of thinking and talking about health matters:

Saturn and Neptune = our social safety net programs

Descriptively, the transiting Saturn-Neptune midpoint (sick, poor, weak people) rises at the New Moon's Ascendant (4AQ27) along with America's natal South Node (6AQ) and this gives a midpoint picture of limitations, suffering caused by others, and false intentions being noticed. I believe that false intentions are at the "heart" of the bill since the legislation's true motive has been recognized from the beginning as a massive tax break for the wealthy class while taking away health care and insurance from those in need (which is where the suffering and potential cases of death come in--the final bill may include financial give-aways to the States whose politicians can then decide whether or not to fund Medicaid!)

And as you've probably noticed, in recent years there have been various ways in which the wealthy and corporate classes have abandoned America a la 'Ayn Randism'--the Republican 'healthcare' bill (aka, 'Trumpcare') is simply the most recent example. Ayn Rand's cold 'survival of the fittest' mindset has no room for the sick, elderly, or disabled--even though Rand herself received benefits in her old age!

Another cosmic hint as to Trumpcare's true motives: the transiting South Node of the Moon--aka, the Tail of the Dragon, now swipes the US natal Moon (We The People) suggesting separation and loss and a lose-lose outcome for us. We see and feel the humanitarianism and equality of our natal Moon sign, Aquarius, disrespected as we're tossed under the corporate bus of Plutocracy and 'economic royalists' as the transiting degree of Plutocracy's favorite midpoint (Pluto-Chiron @23AQ40) is now poised to overwhelm and oppress US natal Moon.

Now there are more chart factors worthy of study in the June 2017 New Moon chart but a steady down pour has just started here north of Atlanta, GA so I'll close this particular fuss and get back with ya later!
