The establishment of "a new global economic order" was a goal with a hidden agenda to "integrate elites of all countries into the capitalist world system of rewards and punishments."

Although the World Bank displays a pro-society logo that says End Poverty, it seems to me that they've had decades to do just that but have made very few improvements in the world other than to bribe heads of state. The Global Crime Syndicate, aka, the World Banking System in one of its forms as the World Bank, is hereby outed by a former lawyer for the World Bank, Karen Hudes:

Note that 'the media' will not cover the WB's fraudulent practices which she reveals because the media is owned by the same entities who perpetrate the financial fraud. Obviously the scam's roots go deep and have grown for a very long time.

Jupiter/Neptune, inflationary spending, and Larry Summers

Have you run across Mike Whitney's article Soaring Unemployment and Double-Dip Recession? Blame NWO Larry yet? It refers to President Obama's chief economic advisor, Lawrence Summers, a smart fellow who is opposed to extension of unemployment benefits because he thinks increasing hardship will drive wages down even more than they already are, and will bust unions more completely in the process - a win-win for the power elite.

Mr. Whitney asserts that Summers is "an industry rep whose primary task is the smooth transfer of public wealth to corporate plutocrats" and if you've ever read this blog before, you know that infuriates blogging gnats such as myself, a common-gooder.

Actually, the article contains several references to the inflationary spending of Jupiter/Neptune whose third and final 2009 Great Conjunction takes place on Dec 21, 2009 - just in time for Christmas shopping, and conjunct US natal Moon, the people.

Look for "liquidity trap," rising asset prices" and other high-in-the-sky, illusory, pretend (Neptune) money (Jupiter) terms sprinkled throughout the text of Mr. Whitney's article, especially if you speak astrologese.

And who can forget that Golden Oldie, the leaked Summers Memo of Dec 12, 1991, as good an example of cold-hearted ruthlessness as you'd ever care to read. Want to export prostate cancer to less developed nations such as Africa by way of health impairing pollution? Then World Bank Larry has your back.

This offspring of two economists, Summers' reptilian ways apparently endeared him to President Bill NAFTA Clinton who hired Larry to play the role of Secretary of the Treasury, a post Summers took up on July 2, 1999, in time for the New Millennium.

Since nearly a year has passed since Inauguration 2009, expansive, money guru Jupiter's 3AQ32 position in the chart may relate as much to Lawrence Summers as to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, to whom I have previously given the role. IMF protesters arrested in DC Apr 26, 2009: Pleiades implicated?

Police and protesters clashed at the IMF's Washington headquarters yesterday, Apr 25, 2009, with seven protesters arrested.

Hmm...is today's Sunset spectacle (see previous post below) - involving some difficult stars of the Pleiades cluster of seven stars - affecting the collective a day early? The IMF and World Bank were meeting to discuss a $55 billion infrastructure project for the 'developing world' as they're fond of saying, and using the current financial collapse (in which they are implicated) as cover and justification.

Sounds like more resource plundering on the way.

Saturday's protesters carried placards saying 'Capitalism in Crisis' and I'm not sure if anyone, financial experts included, could disagree with that. But vandalism at protests is never greeted happily so arrests were predictable. 'Plants' in the ranks of protesters are also possible, as I always remind myself in these cases.

One of the more famous 'cases' remains the 'Battle in Seattle' against the WTO (World Trade Organisation) in November-December of 1999. Lots of vandalism there by what looked to be planted operatives. Stuart Townsend did a great job directing the film, Battle in Seattle, worth a DVD viewing if you haven't. It contains actual footage as well.

Then there's a previous post from Feb 16, 2009, IMF plans proceed for martial law in the US, which may be even more specific to the protests against the IMF yesterday in our nation's capital.

And you know that the transiting midpoint of Pluto-Chiron is now conjunct US natal Pluto - or US Secondary Progressed Pluto, if you like - now progressed to a crisis-ridden 29th degree (of Capricorn.) Interestingly, the Sabian Symbol for America's natal Pluto degree is 'An Aviary' so I can't help it if I've been half-expecting a bird flu outbreak in the US. Looks like the pigs arrived first.

Yes, Pluto-Chiron is the '-isms' pair: fascism, statism, corporatism, racism, etc, plus disenfranchisement, primal violence, suffrage, etc, and, I suspect, the current outbreak of swine flu is somehow involved with Pluto-Chiron with Chiron relating to health as the Wound and the Wounded Healer, and Pluto playing his usual transformative games and secretly in control.

'Quarantine authority' is held at state and local levels, so stay aware, m'peops.

And since Pres. Obama left Mexico about 10 days ago, his health isn't expected to be in question relating to the current outbreak of swine flu.

That's good, because a US president spreading contagion of this kind would be even freakier than the usual swill coming out of Washington.

So as East takes over West in a way it could never do otherwise, your local bank on the corner may begin eventually to tithe to what Washington says are our enemies...giving debit card a whole new definition.

The Nation: the Rise of Disaster Capitalism

The Nation has an article from May 5, 2005 which is pertinent in 2007 as the globalists agenda continues to plows down everything and everyone in their path to world domination--and ownership.

From privatization of natural resources (which should benefit local populations, but not with these greedy crime bosses) to the hubris of social and economic engineering, the "rebuilding" after catastrophes and "post-conflicts" (which have yet to happen) aren't what they've been sold to be. As usual, The Nation has excellent articles on the subject. Even I finally got around to subscribing!

And the World Bank has its claws smack dab in the middle of the pie, natch.

Wonder if John Poindexter has made any sure (pre-) bets on these scams?

Why does this man seem full of lick-spittle again? Wasn't his performance in Fahrenheit 911 gross enough? The Guardian has the details of his latest spitting of the four-letter variety.

Anonymous Whistleblower at your service

The emailing Anonymous Whistleblower has caused Mr. Wolfowitz (defending his actions today with his World Bank colleagues) much trouble, although as we all must admit, troubles are most often self-created.

Wolfie (my affectionate name for the geezer) has decried the charges against him as an attempt to oust him from his cushy post (duh!) and says he "will not resign in the face of a plainly bogus charge of conflict of interest."

Oh great--if the hydra wins, the heads will sprout even more viciously and it makes you wonder how such a contentious appointment can flourish after the rest of the cat-birders show their colors against Wolfie's undoubtedly autocratic, high-handed rule.

Yet..."smear campaign" he whines! Ethics Panel, you say? Puh...we'll see if they boot him in the end. And Wolfie should recognize a smear campaign when he sees one--he's a cohort of Karl Rove!

Bush, of course, came out with the usual reach-around for the incompetent...once again, it takes one to recognize one.

The Superb Perps Line-up: Brownie, Gonzo, Rummy, Condi, and now Wolfie...those are only the ones who come to a bloggled mind just now...except for Bushie himself.

And then there's Shot Gun Dickie who is a royal pri*k among pri*cks doing what he loves--the pillaging and looting without conscience which passes for governmental expertise in the Bush administration.

So I ask you: what Wolfie did for his girlfriend's bank account, portfolio, and prestige: isn't it similar to what Bush did for Condi? It's just the rarified pot giving the autocratic kettle a reach-around...wink!

Wolfie and the sensual Eclipse

Having followed the romantic saga of Paul Wolfowitz and his lady, Ms. Riza this week it was little of a surprise to snoop around the date of June 1, 2005, when Wolfie demanded his fair lady's exorbitant compensation just for walkin' in the joint bwo an email to his World Bank posse.

"I now direct you to agree to a proposal which includes the following terms and conditions." Woo, power as aphrodesiac--Wolfie drinks liberally from the cup, it would seem!

The Solar Eclipse series in which June 1 falls is 7 North, 19Ari07, which occurred April 8, 2005. (This is also the PE series of Hurricane Katrina btw.)

Bernadette Brady gives this series as being a very sensual family of eclipses with sudden sexual passions and....how can I best say this?....lust. There may be deep passions which have been dormant for years--hence the power of this series to catch the person off-guard with its intensity and suddenness.
