On the Wikipedia page of J6 Senator Thomas "Tommy" Tuberville (R-AL), now blocking 184+ military promotions, ostensibly to protest the US military's new abortion policy, we find that the former Alabama football coach was born September 18, 1954 in Camden, Arkansas with an Earth-Air personality blend of Sun Virgo-Moon Gemini (from 16Gem01 to 22:58). This suggests an imbalance of strength on the mental side, weakness on the emotional side. Last I heard, Senator Turberville sits on both the Armed Services Committee and the Veterans' Affairs Committee but it only takes one senator under Senate rules to block such promotions and he's grasping the ball and running with it (with "coach" Trump's approval, one suspects).
So! Below are two horoscopes: a 'noon' version of Tuberville's natal chart, and an accurately timed horoscope of his 10 South Prenatal Eclipse ('PE') which occurred June 30, 1954 @8Can10conjunct Trump's natal Mercury with the degree's (possibly disturbing) Sabian Symbol, "A Tiny Nude Miss Reaching Into the Water for a Fish."
This makes me wonder about certain chart factors such as his PE's Neptune = Venus-Mars (penned on the chart as, perversity) and 10 South's themes which are also listed on the chart, highlighted in orange, and which could suggest leaving his coaching career (think Jim Jordan) for a safer, more lucrative career in politics. His natal Jupiter is exalted in Cancer and its conjunction with Uranus suggests fortunate advantages, lots of travel, fortune-hunting, and a leaning toward political reformist activities.

Karmic Saturn: Planet of Authority and Accountability

While combing through SO'W this morning looking for a different topic than what I found, a post displaying the Pentagon's 1942 horoscope surrounded by the 12 North Solar Eclipse Horoscope of January 15, 2010, turned out to be interesting, even useful to today's news events. Not just because this week's public discourse includes the query: were Pentagon officials involved in or complicit with Trump's January 6, 2021 coup attempt against the US government?
But the post is interesting also because the 12 North Eclipse of 2010 occurred @25Cap01 within the sensitized degree zone of governmental Capricorn which has seen karmic planets Saturn and Pluto working it over pretty good by transit of late. And as you know, the two planets even met on January 12, 2020 @22Cap46 to begin a new 33-year cycle of their harsh, compressive energies. Plus, the later degrees of the Cancer-Capricorn axis can have a tendency to treat people as objects (if such influences are unmitigated by other factors), and this is besides the sign's obvious implications in the realms of government, law, and business - some positive, some negative.
Then there's the handy switcheroo manipulated under the FDR administration when US Inaugurations were shifted from the first week in March, to the 20th of January (or other, when the 20th falls on Sunday), effective as of 1937, the change which placed Saturn-ruled Capricorn at Midheaven, the Goal Point of our inaugural charts and presidencies. Of course, included is US 1776 Pluto, and this signals the authoritarian democracy vs fascism dictatorship issues coming to a head in 2022 with America's first-ever Pluto Return, exact three times this very year beginning in February.
Meanwhile, our opportunity to vote in the 2022 Midterms comes in November when we'll attempt to choose what kind of government we want despite thugs and ruffians of a Trumpian persuasion, and the massive, nationwide cheating and rigging campaign that the GOP must perpetrate in order to shove through their anti-societal candidates.
Now commentators have identified the year 2009 as the beginning of anti-government racist organizations such as militia groups and the 'tea party', activated by the 2009 Inauguration of Barack Obama whose natal Saturn in Capricorn wasn't despotic enough for them, nor was he Caucasian enough.

As you know, America's Jupiter in 1776 @5Can55/56 possesses a descriptive rounded-up Sabian Symbol ('6 Cancer'): "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests" - a lucrative activity we can all agree has profited many politicians (and their financial backers) through the centuries, and has reached a state of high art. Engaging in insider trading helps along with pay-offs and bribes - and a Congress that neglects its oversight duties on a regular basis while corporate lobbyists basically run the place. Meanwhile, 'The Fed' is a disappointment.
Even the Pentagon is shown to be a major recipient of largesse for our SP Jupiter Rx @15Cancer is 'stuck' on the death star's natal Ascendant (1942) with US Jupiter having turned retrograde by progression @25Cancer in 1905 (based on our Sag Ascendant chart/s) or 1908 (based on the July 1, 1776 Powell chart). No matter which founding chart we progress, the Pentagon benefits greatly. As you see, our Jupiter turned Rx conjunct US natal Mercury, enlarging Washington's plans - 'thinking big', and opposing US Pluto, suggesting the playing and the challenges of big-league power games, with potentials for mass persecutions in the realms of ideology and religion.
So with Jupiter exalted in Moon-ruled Cancer in 1776 and remaining so by progression, this makes Jupiter (conjunct Venus and Sun in 1776) a primary driver of America's plans, goals, spreading of ideologies, military aims, and general tendency toward expansion, even when we engage in over-expansion as I believe we often have as a nation. My guess is that our country's legendary Manifest Destiny wasn't intended to create the problems it has, but it has - when an indivdual or an entity doesn't know when enough is enough. Based on America's Progressed Full Moon, the most prudent time to 'reign in' America's extension into the world was in December 2008 or thereabouts, depending on which founding horoscope is progressed. Obviously, this time frame aligns with the Bush-Cheney Financial Heist, or Crash: nest-feathering on steroids!

Politics in America? Why, that 'system of organized hatreds' is the confounded, most convoluted realm of all. And you know what 'they' say: you may not care about politics, but politics cares about you. So vote at every opportunity, dear reader, for our chances to support and promote Democracy may not last much longer.
In closing, I'll leave you with the quote concerning Jupiterian influences which inspired this rather fussy consideration of America's Jupiter, then and now, and particularly to Jupiter as chart ruler in our Sagittarius rising chart/s. However, to me the following also applies to America's Jupiter whether chart-ruler or simply as the Great Benefic so happily paired with our Venus and Sun in 1776, and suggesting the multiple opportunities for good that the Cosmos has provided our nation through the years.

Now yours truly was a mere babe in arms back in 1952 when UFOS flew over the White House and the Air Force was acting crafty about whether they had ever investigated such phenonmena. But how on Earth could the "Air" Force not have looked into such mysterious aerial events? Well, in June 2021, the US intelligence community released a long-awaited report you may have heard about or read, allegedly 'coming clean' about the controversial topic that engages the minds of many Americans.
Now perhaps I should make plain the fact that I'm not a believer in alien craft visiting our planet. After all, if the beings on other planets are advanced enough to travel this far across the Cosmos, why wouldn't their crafts look more space-aged instead of favoring Cuban cigars? So to me 'UFOs' seem either earthly in origin or in some cases, very imaginative folks see what they want to see - with visions most often aided by imbibing certain escapist substances that induce the apparitions they crave, whether consciously viewed or not. Unconscious tricks-of-the-eye have been known to happen and this may play a part especially for those who read or hear about such events and possibilities more often than their fevered imaginations can realistically manage. And of course, seeking notoriety in the public spotlight may also play a part for some.
Even so, the historical fact of the "buzzing" of the White House by mysterious aircraft back in 1952 makes for intriguing questions, doesn't it? Could it have been a private message or 'wake up call' for President Trumanin office at the time?
For historical context see US events of 1952 which include the establishment of the National Security Administration (NSA). Well, that seems related to mysterious White House visitors! Plus, 1952 was a Presidential Election Year. Primarily, the sightings of 1952 were focused from July 12 to July 29 and were labeled by some as the "Invasion of Washington" and fell within the influences of the Pisces 8 North Eclipse of February 25th, displayed below.
So astrologically speaking (and then I'll stop fussing!), a curious solar eclipse occurred in 1952 which also could relate to the UFO topic for as you know, eclipse themes tend to 'run in the background of society' and eclipse cycles resonate with historical cycles in that "history rhymes" kind of way. As the first solar eclipse of 1952, its Uranian vibrations would have imprinted upon the entirety of 1952 and, as disruptive eclipses tend to do, must have brought a form of course correction to events and policies, possibly within or by the White House and the Truman administration:

So have America and the Pentagon ever avoid taking revenge? Tragically not. America's macho 'cowboy ethic' tradition of 'might makes right' can't allow it.

8 North eclipses have occurred in the years 1916, 1934, (1952), 1970, 1988, 2006 (@8Aries), and next in 2024 as yet another 'wild card of the Universe' a Great American Eclipse, this time exactly conjunct Chiron, the wounded healer and blindspot in any horoscope. So maybe the 'cosmic blink' of the 2024 solar eclipse will serve to open many eyes to the karmic problems that are holding back progress in America and they'll realize how to solve them. After all, 2024 is an election year.
Having just watched the PBSAmerican Experience documentary Woodstock I can gladly recommend the presentation to any reader interested in "An Aquarian Exposition: 3 Days of Peace and Music" put on by, or rather for, my own 'Flower Power Generation' within an alfalfa field in Bethel, New York starting August 15, 1969. As you know, we now approach the festival's 50th anniversary so a brief consideration of Woodstock's Solar Return 2019 Horoscope could make for interesting comparison along with its Mercury Return 2019 since the (symbolic) horoscope set for August 15, 1969 at 8:00 am edt Bethel, NY shows chart-ruler Mercury rising @13Vir41--Mercury, the planet of young people exalted in its own sign of earthy Virgo. Mercurythe Messenger also rules the Midheaven as you see, and yes, a lot of exaltation went on there that weekend along with rain and mud!
A much-needed message of peace, harmony, and love was delivered to the world as well perhaps inspired in part by Woodstock's Prenatal Eclipse ('PE') in creative Pisces (27:25) in the 7 North ('7N') Saros Series with themes of: creativity, passion, lust, and birth (Brady). Yes, babies were born and apparently some were created! The passionate PE is marked in the 7th house of Partnerships and parallels happy Jupiter in music-loving Libra in 1st house (parallels are similar to close conjunctions).
Now on another of my several blogs in 2009, a few Sun-Moon blend astro-notes (on the occasion of its 40th anniversary) were posted covering August 15--August 18, 1969 if you're curious about the cosmic weather of the 3-day festival which one lady in the PBS documentary, linked above, perfectly describes as, "A mark in cosmic time." Naturally, more details about The Aquarian Music Festival of 1969 may be found on its Wikipedia page yet curiously, there were no planets traversing futuristic Aquarius during Woodstock 1969. Seems as if there should've been, don't you think?
Anyway, generationally speaking, we should mention that Woodstock 1969 occurred close to three years after the Flower Power Eclipse of November 12, 1966, a Total solar eclipse with a 'Cosmic Peace Symbol' of planets to its credit (drawn on the chart)--but the eclipse activated a negative or malevolent degree in Scorpio (19). To me this suggests a Scorpio-death connection with the Vietnam War, a travesty of horror of the era that I and my Flower Power peers protested against and which may be seen again in the Woodstock 1969 horoscope, below, viaMars the Warrior conjunct IC (The Basis or Foundation of the Matter; Endings) and conjoining violent Antares, a star of war and anti-war. And in August 1969 Mars (young males of draft age) was in Sagittarius, sign of foreign lands, foreigners, and long-distance travel. Some young American men went to Canada, an act for which I personally have never blamed them.

For Schedar, Vivian Robson mentions 'sorrows in love' and 'demonic power' and we know that Princess Diana experienced the first, as did Cleopatra. We might say that for both love led to death if you agree that Diana's relationship with Dodi had something to do with their murders.

Using Anthony Louis' Horary Astrology Plain and Simple, I checked his list of Fixed Stars and Malefic Degrees in the back of the book and found these Stars and their keywords linked to two angles of Bush's birth chart: the Ascendant (his nibs himself) and the IC, the Foundation or Ending Point of the chart, aka the drain.
As you know, chart angles are points of dynamic manifestation:

North Asellus 7Leo32: shipwreck; blindness or eye problems; military preferment (AWOL from Vietnam courtesy of Poppy's connections? The Pentagon dancing to his tune?);
