Neptune in Pisces floats up mysterious drownings as Romney is booed in all the right places

Speaking of mystical Neptune now traversing its own oceanic sign of Pisces, on July 9, History Today published an article by *Christopher Winn on concerning Mysterious Drownings which spotlights the 190th anniversary of the drowning off the coast of Italy (July 8, 1822) of romantic poet Percy Bysshe Shelley.

Shelley, born August 4, 1792 @10:00 pm in Horsham, England, died age 29 which to astrologers denotes his leaving the earthly plane at his Saturn Return. Some have thought he may have committed suicide or that his boat was a victim of a pirate attack yet it seems certain that a squall at sea did hit and upturned the boat. In any case, he'd left (temporarily) wife Mary after yet another loss of child which smacks of running away from responsibilities, something which taskmaster Saturn does not appreciate. Honestly addressing one's responsibilities is a basic theme during times when Saturn returns to 'his' natal position.

Interestingly, Shelley's Saturn Return of May 9, 1822 shows sea-ruler Neptune Rx @ 5Cap00..."Indians Rowing a Canoe and Dancing a War Dance." (Jones.) Were the "Indians" Shelley and friend rowing what would soon be a capsized boat, or pirates on the attack? Who can say yet it's a tantalyzing picture to consider. Plus, in his Return chart, Neptune conjoined the planet of sudden events, Uranus Rx @7Cap05. '8Cap' = "Birds in the House Singing Happily" which may indicate the rebel was in a good mood before Neptunian tragedy struck by whatever means. And Shelley's death (Pluto) was ultimately a World Event with Pluto @00Ari28 (Aries Point) and rising in his 1822 Saturn Return chart.

As you know, Mary Shelley authored Frankenstein or, The Modern Prometheus, as Uranian a title and story arc as you'll ever find in literature--'sky god' Uranus is often referred to as, The Awakener, perfect for the cobbled-together Monster and the catalyst for life, electricity, all provinces of Uranus.

Both Mary and Percy were born with Sun-Uranus conjunctions, his in dramatic Leo, hers in book-writing Virgo which relates to their unorthodox alliance which broke societal boundaries by an elopement against her father's wishes (yet William Godwin continued to borrow money from Percy!) And with their Jupiters (how one relates) placed in opposite signs--his in Libra, hers in Aries across the Relationship axis--theirs was a romance 'written in the stars' as they say. Perhaps with his Sun-Uranus conjunction near his natal Venus in Leo added to her natal Mars in bookish Virgo near her Sun-Uranus, their willfulness in love (Mars-Venus) simply would not be denied.

Desperate Republicans and Wasteful Votes

Regular readers may note that up until now, this post contained no mention of Politics, arrogant politicians, or of the time and money wasting efforts yesterday of the Republican Party as they voted in the House of Representatives to repeal the Affordable Health Care Act of 2010 which was upheld as constitutional by SCOTUS on June 28, 2012. The GOP's 31st performance of Capitol Hill Political Theater shows our tax dollars not at work on behalf of the American people and I refuse to type much more about their sham for the moment as the jackassian politicians of Washington--including turncoat Democrats--continue undermining our national government (and state governments, for that matter) while making idiotic fools of themselves for the sake of the dumbleheaded, anti-social, anti-American ideology by which they hope to re-take the White House.

Yes, I must agree that current GOP ploys defy all reason and the only plan they seem to me to have is to cheat in November 2012 and play dirty tricks (such as Mitt Romney speaking to the NAACP yesterday so he could be booed to impress his 'base'--how simplistic and transparent!) All very Neptunian of them with the Party's natal Neptune @15Pis53 Rx in n 3rd house of Communications, and Neptune sextiles Uranus in stubborn Taurus (15:48) which forms a YOD (crisis pattern) with US natal Saturn 14Lib48...Uranus-Neptune = Saturn has potentials for: a clash among ambitions and projects; need for recognition; changes of direction; staying put causes depression and loss of confidence (Tyl.)

Additionally, the Republican Party's current progressed Ascendant @29Gem50, a critical-crisis 29th degree, shows a sense of desperation, and the Party's progressed Mercury @29Sco39 (voting; ideas; plans) is @29Sco39..."30Sco" = "The Halloween Jester" which may indicate an October Surprise on the GOP menu which is meant to sway the American people away from President Obama and toward the GOP's daft austerity measures. After all, Inauguration 2009's Moon (The People; the masses) remains at @29Sco45 until Inauguration 2013 rolls around when The People's Inaugural Moon will be posited in the much lighter sign of Gemini at noon--almost four hours from Mr. Obama's Lunar Return (back to the White House?) which occurs at 3:54 pm est on Monday, January 21, 2013.

The natal chart I use for the Republican Party: July 6, 1854 @5:00 pm LMT Jackson, MI, which shows natal Sun conjunct US natal Sun; plus, the Democratic Party's Moon in Aquarius conjoins US natal Moon....our Papa and Momma? Arghh! No wonder the two parties can't get along and are able to constantly and easily divide and conquer the American people's loyalties with the strain between Sun inconjunct Moon which is an echo from America's natal chart and psyche of July 4, 1776!

In 2006, America's natal Mars turned retrograde by progression. As it 'slowed down' to change from Direct motion to Rx it was what astrologers call, stationary. If ever a non-astrologer (as I assume th author to be!) described America's Secondary Progressed Mars Rx condition and some of its many effects, this would be it.

Here you see a horoscope of America's Secondary Progressions with Mars Rx in SP 2nd house opposite SP Venus in 8th H (2/8 axis of Money, Values, the US Treasury, Corporations, Big Business--you know the affected realms. See the Matt Taibbi interview with Eliot Spitzer, below, concerning the LIBOR scandal; our rage over it will grow as US SP Moon conjoins SP Mars in about two months!) And you know that Mars rules the military, police, and law enforcement--yet the DoJ is AWOL when it comes to corrupt Wall Street and other big bankers and traders yet law enforcement is deployed on the scene more and more when it comes to US citizens' dissent. American citizens being 'policed' with drones is also an outcome of US SP Mars Rx especially with Mars-ruled Aries on US Ic (Domestic Scene; Homeland.)

On the level of Health, Mercury Rx here shows the Affordable Health Care Act under re-view by SCOTUS.

Now this is the same SP Mercury in Aquarius that was apex in a YOD pattern (crisis; turning point) with Neptune sextile North Node which gave us false expectations, and secret arrangements made in order to deceive; Mercury in general describes young people, reporters, bloggers, authors, agreements, trade deals and traders, commerce, speeches, thieves, secrets, and other Mercurial things.

Another disturbing indicator of financial, religious, and political concern is the quindecile (QD; 165 degr) between the duo of Big Banking, Jupiter and Pluto, with Pluto at a critical-crisis 29th degree of Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business. Our natal Pluto 27Cap33 Rx is near US SP South Node, a separative Saturnian point which denotes war, brutality, and hard hard work for Pluto/SN has a Saturn-Pluto tone.

Jupiter is Rx by progression since 1905 when many of our troubles began in earnest as global thugs saw the end of their plan coming nearer to fruition. The banking Panic of 1907 was used to justify the creation of the Federal Reserve System (1910 - 1913) and so a time link is described by the Astrology of it all including the indisputable fact that US SP Jupiter Rx @15Can27 conjoins the natal ASC of...guess which entity?

Yes, I am very sorry to report to you both that America's SP horoscope, which shows our nation's evolutionary condition (shown here for July 9, 2012)--as our Founding Astrologers must have seen as they looked into the future--is not in a positive state at the moment and threatens to morph our nation--is in process of morphing our nation--into a financially and spiritually bankrupted police state where total surveillance reigns, and privacy and private property are things of the past. LIBOR: like Libra's Mars Rx in a Money House

Below is a discussion on the global bid-rigging that's been practiced for at least ten years by 16 big banks (or more) and issues from the bowels of The City of London (which implicates what Eustace Mullins called The London Connection, the House of Rothschild, the Bank of England, and the British government.) The now spotlighted LIBOR corruption, which affects interest rates on loans and credit cards all over the globe, is simply the latest and probably the greatest of the World Banking Syndicate's crash-the-global-economy projects:

Oh, and by the way: have meant to return here to note that the Venus Transit of June 5, 2012 where I'd written that it might lead to 'unusual or unorthodox alliances' being formed as during the Venus Transit of June 2004 between world leaders (G-8 Summit on Sea Island, Georgia) or, in 2012, to possibly a 'break-up of alliances' (EU? Greece? still possible) describes Justice John Roberts siding with the more liberal side of the Court rather than the conservative side when he wrote the opinion upholding the Affordable Health Care Act of 2010. And of course, in the Tropical Zodiac, Venus Transit 2012 occurred in mid-Gemini, a sign ruled by Mercury, planet of decisions, opinions, announcements, and good news.

Now if I could only get over the ideas that the legislation contains things we'll be sorry about one day (DNA ownership? forced vaccinations? cloning Mitt Romney?), and that Justice Roberts has an ulterior motive for the June 28th decision such as mitigating public outrage when the November 2012 election has to be 'decided' by SCOTUS (November 6th Mercury Rx = disputed outcomes, voting irregularities) as in December 2000 and he proudly hands the presidency on a golden platter to that mysterious Piscean, Mitt Romney--'aristocratic' royalist and firm believer in protection by magic underwear.

In addition, it doesn't matter how the Roberts Court ruled if the fix is in and Romney and a gaggle of GOP candicates are going to be 'elected' in November since if they gain a majority in the Senate, Obamacare is set by their global governance overlords to be repealed anyway!

Here's my favorite Senator from Vermont Bernie Sanders laying it all on the line--from Wall Street to Main Street, from TARP to the Fed's sneaky $16 trillion handed freely to US and foreign big banks and corporations, from Bush's unfunded credit-card wars to cutting Food Stamps, from income inequality to obscene profits for the wealthy, and of course, the disastrous Citizen United decision of the Supreme Court--he covers all this and more on the floor of the House:

You may have noticed that the US Congress won't listen to the voice of the working people, if indeed it ever did. Here, Senator Sanders speaks on behalf of the 15% unemployed, graduating college students with massive debt who can't find a job, and all the rest of us who are not, nor will we ever be, members of the 1% ruling elite. "Cut Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid" cry the 'deficit hawks'.

As the senator says, "What world are these people living in?"

Deja-Vu Republicans: See If This Economics Theory Sounds Familiar!

Warren G. Harding's administration included Secretary of the Treasury Andrew Mellon who while in office during the 1920s implemented a tax program that lowered the taxes of corporations and large personal incomes based on the theory that such a policy would provide incentives to expand the economy through job-producing and profit-making investments.

Now see? For ages the GOP has bamboozled the American people with the "trickle down" ruse way before Rep. Paul Ryan was a glint in his mama's eye. Ryan's "Path to Prosperity" is somewhat of a rehash of Mellon's theory which worked for a few years, yes, but led us down the garden path to the nasty Crash of 1929.

Yet things are never quite as simple and for such a brief term in office (Harding died suddenly in a San Francisco hotel on August 2, 1923 after 28 months in the Oval Office), Warren G. got quite a lot done though he hadn't time to defend himself from the myriad of scandals which occurred during his term. Was his death at all suspicious? I'll take a peek at the death horoscope and let you know if there's anything curious...

Of course, in 2012 we've already suffered and continue to suffer the Crash of 2008, or, the Fed-enabled Great Bush-Cheney Heist of 2008, as I think of it. Not that these corrupt jokers and blackjack dealers--Dimons, Diamonds, or the rest of the pack--are completely finished with the US economy, cash cow as it's been for them for decades. Because if they were done, they'd have that little 7% of profits the 99% of us must split between us already deposited in their offshore accounts as they continue to steal, embezzle, and create on a computer screen imaginary money out of thin air, the lack of which is meant to keep the masses feeling inferior, needy, and greedy like them.

Now personally, I don't care how much money elites have tucked away in secret lairs and Swiss bank accounts. But I do take great exception to what their unending greed is doing to the elderly, the ill, and to children in America. For me, that is where a moral line must be drawn--step no further, you conscienceless vermin of the *Pluto/Chiron persuasion. So dear reader, please allow Senator Sanders to express these concepts much better than this grumpy blogger does and support his efforts however you can--including becoming very very angry!

George Washington's Natal Horoscope

Here you see the natal horoscope of The Father of Our Country, George Washington, born February 22, 1732 NS (OS = Feb 11) Colonial Beach, Virginia at a recorded time of 10:00 am LMT (probably rounded off but who can say? Its Rodden Rating is AA so I'm going with 10:00 am.)

Hour of responsible, authoritarian Saturn; chart-ruler is Venus 29Pis24 which applies to only one major aspect: a conjunction with staid Saturn 2Ari41 showing that he took himself seriously. As you see, both planets snug around 12th cusp of Politics, Karma, and The Unconscious. Washington is known for having visions and for prizing loyalty and commitment, both traits which may be found in his Venus-Saturn-12th-cusp picture.

Plus, the archetypal "Father of Our Country" label along with the usual serious expression he affected in portraits (and in life, I've read, usually ascribed to his lifelong dental problems) may be seen in the Sabian Symbol for natal Venus @'30Pis' = "The Great Stone Face" with face relating to Venus and stone an obvious Saturn reference. Plus, as you know, Washington's visage is captured on stony Mount Rushmore.

George Washington is well-known for mystical tendencies (he was a Grand Poo-Bah of Freemasonry and may be viewed in portraits wearing his Masonic apron--he owned two apparently--here are good photos of an apron on display in the Lodge at Philadelphia--and these are in large part indicated by Sun in Pisces (as has Mitt Romney along with natal Mercury and Mars) and by Neptune in 1st house of Self. Neptune is in Gemini (the youth who served the gods) which is ruled by Mercury (the messenger of the gods) which creates a Mercury-Neptune vibe in his psyche relating to...mysticism and visions which are further encouraged by a Neptune-Pluto trine, and NN in Sagittarius, sign of The Seeker on a Quest, in the 8th H of The Occult.

In addition, warring Mars in occult-studying Scorpio, sign of the Eagle, lends more mysticism to his personality bwo Scorpio along with a strong Mars-Pluto streak. Interestingly (and perhaps you can read a notation of it if you enlarge the chart) Mars is focal planet of the Pluto/NN midpoint which gave him potential for an exhibition of personal power and/or tyranny. (Tyl.) Perhaps this brutality is best seen in General Washington's quick execution of deserters though fighting and leading in war is proof enough for me.

And yet without his ambitious Capricorn Moon, the General might never have had the reigning need to become a political leader such as a President, a rise in status which is supported by the natal chart's hemispheric emphasis on the Public sector (7/3) including n Moon in 9th H. And of course, his military career is seen in the 6th H of Military Service with the very powerful yet wide conjunction of Jupiter (The General) and Pluto (the Poo-Bah of Control) in Libra, a sign of war. This also shows the Revolution's financial support from foreign sources.

And of course you see Washington's IC (Foundation of the Matter; the HOW? Point) @'30 Cancer' = "A Daughter of the American Revolution"!

Another aid to him in war and politics was his 10th H Mercury 6AQ33 at focal point of the Saturn-Uranus midpoint which supplied him with the ability to hit back hard under provocation along with a natural talent for organization. Mercury rules 2nd H of Earning Ability and Values so Washington was no slacker in the moneymaking department of life. Inheritance is shown by SN in 2nd H and NN in 8th H.

Considering that Washington's refusal to be crowned 'king' of America is much-touted along with his walking away from the power of the presidency, it's curious to me that (if his birth time is correct or nearly so), Pluto and Ascendant are inconjunct (150 degr) denoting that he volunteered his services, was recognized as having a strong character, smoldered inside if anyone revealed his weaknesses, and had secret hopes that opportunities would present themselves to show what he could accomplish if given the authority to do so.

As we know, quite a few opportunities did...

Just a note on the day before America's Independence Day 2012 to wish everyone Happy Independence Day, America's official birthday! Around here we'll bow to tradition with a turkey burger cook-out though any sort of meat is seldom a first-choice for my family so I guess that makes it a special and somewhat nostalgic treat of sorts. How about you? Will you be passing the mustard or perhaps the ketchup?

On an astro-note, a fresh post has been published to my WordPress blog *Jude's Threshold (where I've been MIA of late!) on behalf of July 4th and including a few tidbits concerning Campaign 2012 and the horoscope of Autumn Equinox 2012 (September 22; aka, Libra Ingress, if you prefer) which may be of interest to you with its Air-Fire Sun Libra-Moon Sagittarius blend of energies. Election 2012 Mercury: Nov 6 and Nov 26 Horoscopes

Below you see an image of Election Day 2012's Mercury Station Retrograde of Nov 6 at 6:03:47 pm est (@4Sag18, lower left) and a second horoscope for the moment on November 26, 2012 when voting Mercury turns Direct at 5:47:32 pm est (@18Sco10) with both horoscopes set for the White House, the main prize for the victor.

Mercury is chart-ruler of both horoscopes and thus the determinant of both events which relate to the November 6, 2012 Presidential and Congressional Election/s. All astrologers are predicting trouble due to Mercury turning Rx on Election Day 2012 so let's consider the condition of the planet of voting, announcements, and--when Rx--disputed outcomes.

As you see, out-of-bounds Mars 22Sag23 is unaspected (who knows what Mr. Fussy the Activist is up to?) in 7th house of Legal Affairs and Open Enemies is at '23Sag', the "Immmigrants entering a New Country" degree and for this reason, and bedcause of the obvious issues with Mercury's Rx Station on Voting Day, plus, Mercury's aspects to other planets (actors), I read the charts as having immigrant/voter purge implications--a tiresome Republicn tactic--along with computer voting machine 'glitches' and possibly outright tampering or fraud.

Naturally with Mercury re-trograde, the word re-count is in the political air especially given the cantankerous nature of the 2012 Campaign and Election for much is at stake for each party. However, this common-gooder would be remiss if I didn't add that the American people have, as usual, the most to lose, and even though I believe that whoever inhabits the White House come January 21, 2013 will continue to follow a larger global agenda with few options to do otherwise, there is hopefully a difference in how the agenda is implemented, or at least that is my deep desire for the We the People.

That a One-Percenter like Mitt Romney, the watery Sun-Mercury-Mars Pisces and equal-opportunity bully, should take the helm after what Bush and Cheney perpetrated upon this nation for 8 years (culminating in Financial Heist 2008) would be an outrage! Haven't we learned anything???

This is a Cadent position and a natural house of Mercury (Virgo) yet Mercury is debilitated in Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius; a mentally inspired Geminian Jupiter Rx (Republicans weakened due to several factors including a battle with an incumbent president) is rising in 1st house; ASC 5Gem39 is the WHAT? Point of the matter and in this case, the WHAT? is Mercury's Rx Station. It's an Hour of Saturn (restriction, control, authority) so it may be expected that the Jupiterian GOP will have managed tamperings of the voting process by and on November 6. We cannot discount that Politics is a win-at-any-cost game with powerful consequences and Jupiter is relating from a weakened position opposite his natural sign of Sagittarius and Rx as well.

Whether a threat of gun use is actually necessary to manipulate Election 2012 we'll probably never know. But this picture may simply be a reference to the NRA gun lobby of fanatics who really really want Mr. Romney in the White House, or so I've heard.

Now don't stay home, m'peops, for We are the How! Yes, certain undermining forces are making it more and more difficult to vote but let's not give in to them. Especially with the high-flying Kite pattern you see in the November 6 horoscope with the people's Moon as spearhead--conjoining President Obama's natal Sun in Leo!--and sextiles to the Moon from Jupiter Rx and a 5th H Venus 11Lib28. Now I agree that it's speculation and popularity (5th H) plus our innate intuition (US natal Moon in Aquarius) which must tell us that Mr. Obama is our best bet going forward given all the conflicting campaign rhetoric and distortions but the president's argument that a Romney presidency would take us backward is easy enough for a majority to agree upon unless you're of the One Percent or on their payroll.

Disagreements, quarrels, recounts, disputed outcomes, voting machine brou-ha-has, voting roll purges, and more issues may be in the news from November 6 until...November 26? Well, probably. Yet Mercury won't reach its Shadow Degree of 4Sag18 (where it retrograded) until December 14, 2012 and quickly moves beyond it so we may have another December to be anxious over--centering on or just after December 14. Hopefully the SCOTUS Justices won't underwhelm the people's middling-to-poor opinion of them as they did with Bush v Gore in December 2000 and we'll appreciate an early if legality-decorated Christmas gift to settle Election 2012, if we must.

As you see, US natal Moon is at MC, and Mercury is again in the same preparatory Cadent house in DC. Forceful Mars and Pluto are about to converge in Capricorn with Jupiter still Rx and hiding in the 12th H of Politics, Karma, Self-Undoing, and Secret Deals.

Wishy washy Neptune 00Pis25, ruler of Mr. Romney's natal Sun, Mercury, and Mars, is strong in its own sign and at MC (the 'hiding in plain sight' position); US natal Sun conjoins the 2nd cusp of the National Treasury, and the Pluto/ASC midpoint @00:05 is prominent at Aries Point (10th H) showing that the tendency toward the use and abuse of power and persuasion are of utmost importance for determined US politicians who wish to rule the day and don't mind being ruthless in their attempts to have their way. Now I know that most if not all astrologers have predicted victory for President Barack Obama in 2012 and I wish to whole-heartedly concur. Yes, this is probably the case--and yet there seems to me to be quite a few circumstances where the Romney camp can manipulate the outcome of Election 2012 as well as provide GOP interference to affect congressional races. And why should we think otherwise when they've made themselves perfectly clear by obstructionism and bald-faced statements and lies against Pres. Obama, for in their pride and arrogance they imagine themselves to be the only suitable residents of the White House! How tiresomely they brag.

Yet you know what they say: sometimes you just want to be wrong!

So with Election Day 2012 Mercury turning Rx on the exact day of the elections, the eventual results are certain to be in dispute or clouded by murky conditions (exs: computer 'glitches' or tamperings, robo-calls meant to confuse voters, etc) on into December, and may never be as clear as the American people would prefer and deserve them to be. It seems that our best chance to renounce neocon hawks is a grand turn-out for the President which will make election outcomes as perfectly clear as they can possibly be...in spite of all the jackassian political tricks Washington underminers have to offer!

Using the rounding-up method to determine degrees, the Sabian Symbol for the Full Moon of July 3rd is '13Cap' = "A Fire Worshiper" which relates to how man knows he must "--demonstrate his ultimate independence of his circumstances or else surrender his own potentialities forever. Here is ideality brought to the point of miracle. The keyword is MAGIC. Now when the narrator goes into the "did aliens build it?" mode, that's when I feel expected to "strain at a gnat and swallow a camel" to paraphrase Scripture. For it seems much more likely to me that the mathematical principles--natural laws--which undergird our Universe and the architectural forms with which great structures were built in ancient eras--pyramids being a prime example--were discovered and understood by various cultures throughout history, or, as is probably the case--the knowledge of which were passed down through generations and this is how great structures such as cathedrals and henges were constructed in many spots all over the globe.

Why, the 'Sacred Geometry' of Freemasonry (aka, the Architecture of the Universe) is a perfect example of this passing down of information which provides mankind with the templates for understanding and utilizing universal principles as set forth by The Great Mathematician, our Creator.

Just look at the architecture of Washington DC and think of all the Founding Fathers who are known to have been Freemasons. If the Capitol Building and other structures in The District (with their domes topped by artful representations of goddess Venus as Isis, Freedom, Columba, Innana, etc) aren't Masonic 'temples', I'll lunch upon this keyboard...
