Trump Campaign Chief's Strong Ties To Putin Revealed - clip (w Astrology)

August 15, 2016: no, I did not know that Donald Trump's campaign manager, Paul Manafort, has had for years lucrative business dealings with Russia and Ukraine to such a shady extent:

Here's a link to the New York Times article on Mr. Manafort's foreign ties, a link which may or may not remain Live. He says the money was only for political activities but given how underhanded and underworldly Politics can be, that's not very comforting.

Paul Manafort: an April Fool of 1949

Billed as a lobbyist and political consultant, Paul Manafort was born on April 1, 1949 in New Britain, CT (hour unknown; Moon in Taurus for the 24-hour period). A Fire-Earth Sun Aries-Moon Taurus personality gives him a "straight from the shoulder charm", great ambition, and confidence. Mr. Manafort can be diplomatic yet tactless, intuitive yet pragmatic, and loves a challenge. Deeply possessive, his Venus-Mars conjunction in early Aries conjoins his Syzygy Moon @8Ari36 (last lunation prior to birth) so obviously this is a passionate man with what may be described as "a roving eye." Now I have no idea of his domestic situation or of his romantic arrangements but he is very much in the center of them.

His large streak of ambition of urges him to "make his mark upon the world" so it's no surprise that he's in Politics and active in several foreign regions of the world. Manafort is a natural entrepreneur with many irons in several fires and whether more of his past activities will surface and affect the White House chances of Donald J. Trump is a good question. There are two eclipses in September, Solar then Lunar, so we'll see if either lunation disgorges more scandals or inconvenient secrets for Manafort or for Trump.

Though self-centered (as is his client, Trump) Mr. Manafort is excellent company and can be loyal if he so chooses unless ego is allowed to get in the way of cooperation and getting the job done--two egos together have they. Still, Manafort has stamina and is quite magnetic so we'll see how Paul and Donald manage to trot along together on the path to the White House or whether a divergence will take place. I suspect a divergence between them or from the path--but we'll see.

A Bit More Astrology

April 1, 1949: all day a YOD pattern was overhead when little baby Paul (and anyone else born that day) arrived, a YOD pattern of special task or purpose, crossroads, turning points, or crisis implications at some point in his life (health issues may also be indicated). Wonder if the Donald Trump brouhaha circus and recent financial revelations have triggered Manafort's natal YOD because Trump's natal Sun is at the point of progressing into Virgo which means '00Virgo', the precessed position of royal star Regulus which, as you know, rises with Mars in Leo in the natal chart of Mr. Trump.

(See his red face for his Mars rising and his retaliating temper--also note that asteroid Tisiphone of 'retaliation' fame, conjoins Trump's natal Moon and South Node of the Moon along with starry Ras Alhague as we've discussed previously).

But the thing is, Mr. Manafort has a karmic planet in his natal chart @00Vir04 Rx and that planet is Saturn. His natal Mercury sextiles Jupiter in late Capricorn (conjunct US natal Pluto--a wheeler dealer across the globe with a potential accent on military and surveillance matters) which forms the base of the YOD, and whether his Mercury is @29Pisces or 00Aries, it conjoins the Aries Point of Recognition, Prominence, and Fortune.

When Saturn is apex in a YOD configuration there can be a self-induced sense of frustration or failure especially if a respected social position has been achieved but is undermined by a denial of natural limits and neglect of the requirements of authenticity, accountability, and maturity that astrological Saturn demands so that 'fateful consequences' result in the reaping what was sown category.

Astrology: the Sept 26, 2016 Presidential Debate (#1 of 3)

If the present course is followed by the Clinton and Trump campaigns, the American people will repeatedly gasp in horror as the Democratic and Republican nominees participate in what passes for debates--three of them from September to October unless Mr. Trump has his way and manages to interfere with the scheduling and/or changes the rules that, he fears, will not favor him in November. Trump's drop-out from the race is rumored but may be only a dream--though the GOP hierarchy (or its bosses) would gladly finagle VP runner Mike Pence into the top spot if they figure out how to do so. A theocrat such as Pence would be much more to the party's liking.

With so many potential variables it's no use spending much time on the Astrology of the three debates, plus, the one VP debate on October 4th, so let's take a brief gander at the first of the three presidential debates:

The first of the televised 2016 presidential debates will he held on Monday September 26, 2016 from 9:00 to 10:30 pm edt at Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York and it will set the tone for the series. It is assumed that both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will be the contestants, or combatants, if you prefer.

On Sept 26, 2016 at 9:00 pm edt, Hempstead, NY (Nassau County) we find 27Taurus rising with the stars of the Pleiades, Alcyone being the best known and having a 'something to cry about' flavor. (For this common good American, the entire 2016 Campaign has been something to cry about --or to laugh about to keep from crying for our nation).

So with late Taurus, ruled by Venus, rising we know that Gemini will rise soon and carry along any Gemini planets of each candidate. What they share in Gemini is Uranus--Clinton's @25Gem55 Rx and Trump's Uranus @17Gem53 and near his natal North Node, a signature of radical, reformist political groups. So with both debaters having Uranus in Gemini rising (something unexpected!) we may enjoy electric if quirky performances with Trump having more "Gemini power" (natal Uranus, NN, and Sun @22Gem55 conjunct US natal Mars) than Hillary Clinton who is more Leo-Scorpio Fixed energies.

Sept 26, 2016: Two Main Transits for Clinton and Trump

As for the two main September 26th transits that affect each natal candidate's chart we find tr Mercury, the debater, sextile Hillary's natal Venus (though separating and thus unconscious or representing a past event) which may still impart its benefits in the arena of alliances and partnerships and/or spotlight her diplomatic skills (and not just via email leaks, investigation, or scandal).

Now as you know, Neptune is associated with dreams, visions, illusions, and fanciful notions so with tr Saturn, planet of realism and authenticity, sextile her natal Neptune, Hillary Clinton has the opportunity to turn her Oval Office fantasy into reality. Yet for this outcome to occur, it looks as if the under-35s and women must turn out on November 8th in a ground swell of support for Secretary Clinton and her White House fantasy if the Republican nominee--be it Trump or not--is to be vanquished.

Of course, election outcomes can all depend on which political party cheats more effectively in these particular match-ups and whether voter suppression tactics do the job of gleaning out liberal voters in favor of conservatives.

As for transits to Mr. Trump's chart, a separating aspect of note is tr Uranus square his natal Saturn which suggests generation gap issues (Millennials vote for a bigot? Nah, they wouldn't do that in great numbers!) Mr. Trump is feeling challenges to his authority, authenticity, and most of all--his maturity, and this has already occurred via his 'tiny hands', childish temperament, inability to mouth a complete sentence or stay on a topic for more than a minute, etc. (He darts around.) Conflicts between methods (Saturn) and new ideas (Uranus) are being encountered during this transit, and perhaps this describes Trump's entire presidential campaign.

In addition, tr Uranus sextiles Mr. Trump's natal Sun which gives him a boost toward increasing his prestige and spotlights his leadership ability. Yet sextiles only offer opportunities for benefits so we must take advantage of them, and I doubt that anyone disagrees that the self-interested Donald Trump (a wrestling match promoter in his dreams) is an opportunist extraordinaire whose 'Leo Mars rising with royal Regulus' has always been determined to take all advantages, if you please.

Well, there's a whole bunch more information in the September 26th debate chart and in Trump's and Clinton's natal, progressed, and Return charts but today's typing time has ended but perhaps this post will activate one or both of you to set up the chart/s for yourself!

Cowardly Republicans Have Allowed "Hate" to Become Their Brand - clip (plus, Pluto)

The Ring of Fire's Mike Papantonio really gives the Republicans what's what in this brief clip which reminds me a lot of the *realism and tackling the truth themes of the acting early September 1, 2016 Solar Eclipse followed on September 16th by a Lunar Eclipse in Mystical Pisces, sign of illusions and deceptions. And Spirituality. And fish. Plenty of sea creatures and fish.

You know how stealthy, powerful Pluto in Venus-ruled Taurus triggers intolerance and excessive greed for gaining possessions and wealth? Astrologically speaking, Pluto was plodding through zodiacal Taurus (the bull of Wall Street; golden calf worship) when the Republican Party formed on the coattails of the Lincoln election. Or at least that's what my pappy always told me.

Yes, the chart is messy with my scribbles and colorization! Hhere are a few basic details; please enlarge image to read more...

Hour of Venus; chart-ruler Saturn is Direct (good!) and not in 1st house (good!) but rising before Mars and into 11th house while turbulently traveling across warrior Antares. Not what we want to see: a malevolent and karmic planet like Saturn (righteous-feeling in Sagittarius) less than a month past his meeting with testy Mars directly on Antares. A rowdy trio it was on August 24th. And you see Pluto conjoined with Vega in 1st house indicating events that are too powerful or unwieldy to deal with on a personal level.

So here we have status quo, austerity demanding Saturn inhibiting, depressing, delaying who-knows-what-or-whom. Apparently, someone's ambitions will be delayed at best, not met if cards aren't played well. Yet no applying Ptolemaic aspects are made by chart-ruler Saturn so how things will proceed in this situation or for this event is more hidden in the chart than when chart-rulers apply to other planets (actors). When they do apply, some moderation can take place but here it does not. It seems that suspicious, violent, fiery, blind zealot Antares takes the all the cake on this banquet table.

And the T-Square between the Sun-Moon (Full Moon) opposition squaring warrior Mars @23Sag rising in the 12th house of Politics, Large Institutions (ex: hospitals, zoos, prisons), Self-Undoing, Secret Deals, and Karma (reaping what was sown) desires ideas to come to fruition, unions to form, and sports matches to result for the athletes among us. Of course, when Mars scorches through Sagittarius, sign of the Seeker, the Arrow, and the Quest, we find those who are determined to convince others of their ideas and plans...a lot like a political campaign (Mr. Trump = Mars rising w/ Regulus). However, if the rising sign of Hillary Clinton really is Scorpio, ruled by Mars (w/ tones of Pluto underneath), she is indicated here as well. One wonders in mid-August if either or both candidates will be disqualified by September or sometime prior to the November 8th election/s!

Perhaps we'll have a chance to appreciate the eclipse's Earth-Water blend of Sun Virgo-Moon Pisces for it is the relationship anchoring the energies of the day and is the main point, really. Virgo practicality is available to those who can deal with some truths sneaking into sober conversations as speedy yet retrograde Mercury at a critical degree of its own sign of Virgo (17:05) in the subconscious 8th house, draws near North Node and embraces Mizar, a fiery Mars-inspired star of calamities and turbulence which resonates with Antares and is supported by the Saturn-Neptune square affecting society's fears of loss, illness, weakness, and poverty.

Another opposition chimes in: valuable (or perhaps vengeful) Venus opposes disruptive Uranus, the radical, at the MC-IC angles of Home-Security vs Career-Public Status. Venus-Uranus contacts suggests potentials for extravagance, eccentricity, and/or much tension toward separation which supports the Solar Eclipse themes here being re-activated by Mercury Rx. In the center of the chart you see that Mercury has been ruffling our previous Solar Eclipse of March 9, 2016 with its themes of endings, partings, and separations (Brady).

Sun and Jupiter huddle close but are 7 degrees apart and in dissociate signs (Virgo/Libra..."The Light of the Sixth Race Transmuted to the Seventh"?) with messenger Mercury ruling the Sun (Virgo) and Venus ruling Libra and thus, Jupiter. Salesmanship is going on. There are reviews of ideologies and pet theories, older ideas and criticisms though the Rx can also indicate repetition over and over (as they do in Politics). But maybe it's a case of Sales-womanship being more persuasive to the masses come November. Hillary has vulnerabilities, that's certain, but how much more out-there can Mr. Trump pretend to be? If selected president, he'll don W's cowboy hat and assert that he "has a mandate" to be as brash as he has whim to be. And the good he may do will soon be outweighed (see Canopus w/ Sirius in 7th house) by the bad.

But there's another reading of the Sun-Moon opposition: leadership (Sun) opposing the Moon (We the People) which is where the Sun-Moon blend comes in handy for this combo of energies tends toward compassion, refinement, and modesty (which can't be Trump though he was born under a Gem-Sag Full Moon). One mustn't become swamped by details even is the forgotten is remembered but continue to see as wide a picture as possible so that insights will have the broadest application wherever appropriate.

Altogether, difficulties and endings of various sorts are shown in the Lunar Eclipse along with the awareness and fulfillment vibes always described by Full Moons. This one happens to be a Lunar Eclipse and we see that unconscious and subconscious forces are rising to awareness and remembrance in order to grab their due. And I'm not certain that The Mystery of the Three Days (Saturn-NN) at Midheaven (the WHY? or Goal Point) will allow anyone enough time to sort it all out before October rolls around and leads the American people down another political primrose path toward filling the same old script-reader role in the Venusian Oval Office of the White House--whether it's a Madame President or a Mister.

This is a heads-up for those who may be interested in ancient star lore of Virgo the Virgin, Spica (celestial symbol of the Washington Monument), Scotland's Rosslyn Chapel and its Masonic Legacy, Knights Templar (who are said to have created Switzerland expressly for their banking purposes), and other esoteric topics: there is an astoundingly informative article by astrologer Ed Kohout that you may wish to check out.

But no one has to go all the way to Scotland to be in 'Rosslyn' since there's a Rosslyn, Virginia just across the Potomac from DC. Is it ironic that the 'Deepthroat' meetings that informed journalists Woodward and Bernstein about the Watergate break-in were held in a parking garage there...at column '32', a Masonic number?

As for Campaign 2016, have you noticed how the Republican burglary of Democratic headquarters which resulted in the Watergate scandal resembles the current hacking (theft) of DNC emails? By which I imply: have Republicans enabled hackers in order to interfere with Hillary's chances for a second White House occupancy? Just wondering since America's political class is stuffed full of crooks on both sides determined to win at any cost. No dirty trick is too low for these varmints!

Substitute the word 'Terror' for 'Alarm' and we have the major theme of the New Millennium as finagled by crooked politicians and their banker enablers intent on global domination.

A Swiss Note: the "lucky break" 19 South February 26, 2017 Solar Eclipse hits the 8 Pisces Moon in the natal 'Constitution' horoscope of Switzerland (Campion) set for September 12, 1848 11:12 LT Bern (Moon conjoins natal IC 7Pis54). This horoscope also shows that Switzerland is in process of a Uranus Return to natal degree of 21Ari26 Rx--conjunct the bankers' Pluto (27Ari34 Rx--both planets in natal 5th house and so the Uranus-Pluto conjunction is activated. Transit Uranus to natal Pluto denotes a time of abrupt changes to familiar patterns and social traditions, and a potential for disturbing situations and hidden fears which are difficult to confront for the people (Moon).

Also note that astrodatabank gives this RR:AA data for Switzerland: February 8, 1845 9:26 am GMT Bern with 3Taurus26 rising. Is Donald Trump capable of being Presidential? Vibrational Astrology weighs in

August 2016: in the video below, David Cochrane demonstrates the use of Vibrational Astrology (aka, Harmonics) to answer questions such as, Is Donald Trump capable of being presidential? This presentation is timely because Mr. Trump's remarks have grown steadily more inflammatory and ill-advised in recent weeks and there is much discussion about his "temperament" being unfit for the Oval Office.

In his presentation David 'goes out on a limb' to predict the 'turning of a corner' around August 24th and 25th when transit Saturn and transit Uranus trigger Trump's trio of Sun-Pluto-Mercury in his 23rd harmonic chart ('H23', I call it) which shows his strong views, his obsession with taking risks, his inability to listen to anyone else, and his refusal to back down but instead to 'double down'.

So August 24/25 is likely to bring a big decision either by Trump (to abandon his presidential bid and quit the race? to soften his rhetoric and get in line with the aims of the GOP?) or by the party hierarchy (an ultimatum for Trump? a permanent separation?) for as you know, Saturn to Sun is a time when decisions have to be made, and/or something must be defined; Uranus to Sun denotes a surprising or disruptive event, and/or a completely new element entering the picture.

Actually, both ears perked up as I listened to David's H23 information (recorded in July 2016) about August 24th and 25th for it happens that a conjunction of two malevolent planets occurs on August 24, 2016 which hits one of the royal stars, turbulent Antares. A conjunction always times the beginning of a new cycle of planetary energies and these are destructive energies which last conjoined in Scorpio--now in Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius which gives an ideological or religious tone to the proceedings. Naturally, war activities cannot be ruled out and some folks will simply have an active time of it though schedules may not coordinate as well as they should.

Jill Stein: An Aries or a Taurus Moon?

An Astro-Peek at Jill Stein reveals that she was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 14, 1950 and has a Sun Taurus-Moon Aries (or Moon Taurus if born after 3:58 pm CDT) personality--either Earth-Fire or Double Earth. Sun Taurus-Moon Aries is the Sun-Moon blend of Salvadore Dali and Robespierre who was known for his Aries Moon "I AM the people" motto and attitude. Now I'm not certain what these few astrological details tell us about Jill Stein as a presidential candidate (again--she was a Green Party candidate in 2012) but at the moment, it's all I can tell you!

Astro-Musings by Moonlight on the Presidential Bid of Donald J. Trump

The August 11, 2016 Full Moon @25AQ51 conjoins America's natal Moon though this may depend on which natal horoscope for our nation is used. All of July 4, 1776 gives We the People an Aquarian Moon yet a one-degree orb of influence widens depending in the 'birth' time of the natal chart and there are several to choose from due to conflicting historical sources.

(I tend toward the 5:09 pm LMT chart which gives a 27-to-28-degree Moon).

For the purposes of today's post, and considering what is going on in our nation (the 2016 campaign for the presidency and congressional seats that are up for grabs), let's say that the Full Moon of August 11, 2016 falls upon US natal Moon denoting a fulfillment or culmination of some kind and may act in similar fashion to an eclipse as lunations sometimes do. That is, in a 'wild card' Uranian manner of unexpected outcomes or events--something new or novel entering the picture.

When the August 11th chart is set for Washington DC, the Full Moon falls across the 1/7 house polarity of Self-Other, Partnerships, and Open Enemies, further personalizing this lunation for We the People and our relationship with leadership. Trining the Sun and sextiling the Moon from the 9th house is Uranus Rx @24Ari21 which makes the radical political planet the Thales Planet or Point with a Sabian Symbol of "A Double Promise Reveals Its Inner and Outer Meaning." Perhaps an intriguing revelation will (again) turn up and affect the campaigns of Mr. Trump and/or Secretary Clinton. Has opposition research something more to reveal?

Mundane Moon represents publicity, the public, emotional moods and trends, but also women--is the August 11th Full Moon shining more brightly on Hillary than on Donald?

Okay, but here's the thing: the chart also shows a crisis-turning point configuration--a YOD pattern--with the Moon-Uranus sextile at its base (leaders who rule at a whim with little sense of how their enterprise is seen by the rest of the world; an emotionally immature person place in an important and visible leadership role--Munkasey). Sound like anyone we know? There's more!

Moon-Uranus points toward apex Jupiter in 2nd house ($) @25Virgo25 so that Mr. Moneybags, the mogul and promoter, is revealed as one who is given opportunities to broadcast himself and his social concepts in order to stimulate mass consciousness. This apex Jupiter has dropped his former long held beliefs (of the liberal Democratic variety?) and adopted a different world view and this has provided the opportunities to expound, broadcast, and promote himself and the new beliefs that now inspire him. Rarely doubting the rightness of his ideas, apex Jupiter in Virgo ( sign of The Critic) has a strong impact on society; however, mismanagement, over promising, and extreme self-aggrandizement result in fateful consequences that are not the positive improvements he promises.

Note that planning Mercury @23Vir09 (planet of orators, dealers, reporters, and voters) and money planet Venus are also in the 2nd house of Earnings and Values (and the National Treasury in a mundane chart--can you imagine Mr. Trump getting his gambler's mitts on that?) indicates sudden news received. Will Mr. Trump drop out of the running? What are the odds, ask the New York Times this very morning!

Previously I have written that Hillary Clinton's natal Mercury-Saturn square is more preferable for a leader (more realistic) than Mr. Trump's fact-distorting, falsifying, confused Mercury-Neptune square (murky!) and I stand by that assertion. And since the DNC wrapped up at the end of July (and in spite of high unfavorables on both sides), it looks as if the voting public agrees.

Plus, it may be telling that the August 11th Full Moon is within the influence of the current March 9, 2016 Solar Eclipse of endings, partings, and separations for August 11th is not within two weeks of the September 1st Solar Eclipse with its realism and seeing old situations for what they truly are themes (Brady).

Will one day soon the presidential candidacy of Donald Trump be only a bad dream the American people awakened from before it was too late? I'm setting my alarm clock in hopes!
