USA and the Saturn-Neptune Cycle

As you know, there are multiple potentials (quite a mixed bag) that can express via the Saturn-Neptune pairing. Within their 33-to-36-year cycle, the two planets meet once again in Great Conjunction on February 20, 2026 @00Ari45, the Aries Point of World Events. Their current cycle began in 1989 with three exact conjunctions in the Zodiacal range of 10--12 degrees of Saturn-ruled Capricorn.

Their placements in Capricorn suggest possibilities such as industry, a strong will, realism, truth, self-restraint, diplomacy, endurance, one-sidedness, slow advncement, economy, egocentrism (Saturn), plus, success through crooked means, strange objectives, delving into religious problems, deep research, people with little sense of reality, secrets, subversion, liquids, fumes, gases, poisons (Neptune).

Then depending on which technique we prefer for three-fer returns and conjunctions, and because a fresh conjunction arrives next year, I'd say that we are now operating within the third phase of the pairing which began with the November 13, 1989 Conjunction @10Cap22. This chart is shown as the outermost horoscope in the following tri-wheel and it's the DC Horoscope operative until their next conjunction on February 20, 2026 at Aries Point (2026 chart shown, below):

Saturn-Neptune Meet February 20, 2026:

So here's a partial list of potential expressions of the Saturn-Neptune duo when their energies combine; any, all, or none may apply or may alternate expression:

Social safety net programs, Socialism and other forms of -isms in government, delusions among leadership, inefficient use of capable advice, policies that restrict spies, using and hiding lies and deception, false hopes that lead to nothing, secret or invisible government, weakness, depression, pessimism, and/or illness, mistaken religious leaders, uncovering or restricting fraud, continuing detrimental practices, regrets, denial of responsibility, utilizing illusion, shabby practices, neglect in society, abandoning responsibility, an illusion of respectability, breaking through existing circumstances toward "the dream", loss via dissolution, erosion, or theft, martyrdom, a sense of being wronged, losing focus, Earth and Water events - and the list goes on and on when restrictive Saturn and urge to merge Neptune act as a "team" (Oken; Ebertin; Munkasey; Tyl), their energies heightened at Conjunciton.

Then as you know, both planets are considered karmic in nature due to Saturn's orbit lasting 28--30 years, while pokey pup Neptune takes 164 years to complete an orbit. Meanwhile, inadequately addressed conditions and neglected problems pile up until they must surface. Yes, events feel as if they come from the outside, but the issues have been with us all along, often bubbling on a back burner.

Now additionally, there are basic concerns about the upcoming Saturn-Neptune Conjunction in 2026 because of the last few years and it's the fact that the planets meet during what will likely be Year Two of the second go-round of Mr.T. "manning" America's helm with finger on The Button, a convicted felon and figurehead in the US of a global Underworld network of crooks and looters (Neptune-Pluto). Concerns include delusions and illusions (Neptune) about authority figures (Saturn). And as we've seen, running the American Ship of State aground is the aim of our enemies, domestic and foreign, and they must be stopped. Yet now that the fox is in the henhouse again, it will be complicated. Some folks are calling for the impeachment of Mr. T., a valiant effort which could boost Democrats at Midterms 2026.

Of course, all of the difficulties have been the case for years now but as a new cycle of Saturn-Neptune begins, we may expect the gaslighting, lies, and fraud to increase, both here and abroad, along with a potential for societal events to manifest, perhaps some weather-related - any of which may trigger hysteria (R. Ebertin) within sections of the population.

Now here are a few general astro-notes concerning Saturn in Pisces where the lesson bringer planet of Old Age, accountability, fears and flaws hangs out until 2026. And you know how Neptune, floating through in its own sign of shady Pisces, has timed a period of contagion, confusion, mass migration and delusion - and fears and paranoia.

Then looking at soon-coming lunations as we must, here are the Solar and Lunar Eclipses of 2025 (DC Horoscopes shown) including themes of both Solar Eclipses, all of which energies will run in the background of society - until influences from the 10 North Eclipse of February 2026 @29AQ take over; notably, the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction of 2026 occurs under the 10 North.

Has Grover Cleveland come again?

Tomorrow's Inauguration, an attempt to legalize corruption and collapse the USA, will feel like the 2nd Inauguration of old Grover Cleveland but with different music. And with musical Neptune in late degrees of Pisces hiding Grover's natal Sun!

Update Jan 21, 2025: As turns out, Mr. T is said to have something of a crush on William McKinley the Robber Baron president. Yet one must assume that he is aware of Mr. McKinley's untimely fate.

Sun Opposite Inauguration 2025 Sun

Here's a brief look at a biwheel of Horoscopes showing the exact moment of opposition from the Sun (00Leo53:22) to the Inauguration 2025 Sun (00AQ53:22). This marks the time that the plans of January can benefit from reassessment, and changes can be made, if necessary.

For individuals, this works by considering the exact Sun position six months from our birthdays - our unbirthday - so let's use the method for clues about the authoritarian administration hunkering down once again in the White House.

Plus, we can think of the comparison as a transit horoscope, if we prefer.

Additionally, the July 23, 2025 Horoscope shown below (outer) may be consulted until Inauguration 2025's Solar Return 2026, which is another good way to investigate how plans are proceeding in Washington DC. This we'll consider in a future post.

Neptune-Pluto from 29AQ40 to 2Pis21

Concerns and fears over the authoritarian oligarchs who've seized the powerful helm of America and are pushing incompetent lackeys into key governmental positions, there are multiple notes penned on the above image regarding the obvious astrological symbol of leadership via power and control of others: Sun-Pluto.

Also closely involved in the fascist movement is the global criminal network of Underworld figures, the gangsters and mobsters for which I tend to use the Neptune-Pluto duo in charts; the pair can also symbolize occultism, mysticism, or the supernatural.

Then with Mr. T. obsessed over the Gilded Age/Robber Baron era of the 1890s with its tariffs and extreme wealth of the few (aka, oligarchy but Plutocracy also applies), I continue keeping an eye on the transiting Neptune-Pluto midpoint which shifts from quirky Aquarius to shady Pisces, as we can see. This shift I read as "draining the system."

Previously discussed here on SO'W is the fact that the current Neptune-Pluto Cycle of 492 years' duration began with Conjunction - three times in 1891/92 upon US 1776 Uranus in early Gemini. Now as we know, Uranus is America's totem planet of revolt, anarchy, unrest, chaos - and radical reactionary politics. And considering that the planetary trio's potentials include unusual means of changing reality, and/or impersonal attitudes toward destructive or antisocial activities (M. Munkasey), we see these destructive energies playing out in the US via "maga" types, and on the World Stage - since it's a global authoritarian movement.

America's Saturn-Uranus Cycle

With America's Saturn-Uranus duo of July 4, 1776 in a beneficial trine relationship of progressiveness and an ability (of our Founders) to blend past and present values together for best effect by joining historical perspective within the context of the actual moment, I share this with you today as radical, unwanted reforms loom directly ahead.

Their ability was to successfully couple inventiveness with common sense (A. Oken), yet as we know, one political party nowadays in the US has completely lost - or purposefully tossed out - their ability to behave with common sense. Apparently, the 1854 party's 2017-2018 Neptune Return/s effectively eroded any common sense they possessed and morphed it into cultism, fraud, deception, and mass delusion in their search for grabbing 100 years of power - at any cost.

So being of a Mercurial nature, today I've been searching for America's initial Saturn-Uranus Cycle (first moment), a chart which could be useful for comparing transits and progressions at any point in time.

The two planets met - one signifying the past- tradition-law, the other the future-progress-change - on May 14, 1761 @7Ari42, as we see in the Horoscope displayed below.

Please note that the following Horoscope set for 4:27:01 am LMT (NS), in Philadelphia may not depict their only exact conjunction prior to July 4, 1776 but it's the one I'm going with for now in their approximately 45-year cycle; also note that this planetary pair symbolizes Israel-Palestine but this ancient topic is well beyond the scope of today's limited post - even though this very day Peace in the Middle East may have been brokered by President Joe Biden:

Penned on the chart are a bunch of my study notes plopped on for the curious reader. Because hopefully, a dear reader such as yourself might enlarge and/or print the Saturn-Uranus Horoscope of May 1761 for future reference, if need be. Or perhaps you might set up a chart for yourself and squoosh your own study notes all over it! Or not. Your choice. jc.

Meanwhile, a list of Events of 1761 contains some very interesting historical information if you're curious. Events involving tension, separation, and/or "unyielding politics" would be three influences to look for, plus, natural events. Then two famous ones are the wedding and the coronation of King George III and Duchess Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz with both ceremonial events occurring in September 1761.

Pam Bondi November 17, 1965

From her Wikipedia page we see that Pam Bondi, Mr. T's choice for US Attorney General, entered the earthly flux on November 17, 1965 in Tampa, Florida under the influences of Sun Scorpio-Moon Virgo, a blend of narrowed outlook and a strong sense of duty (The Harveys). Actually, Bondi and Republican Darrell Issa are likely to share political interests and attitudes since Mr. Issa was born with the very same personality blend.

So, here's a noon natal horoscope for Pam Bondi in case it becomes useful to you at some point:

Born during the mid-1960s, Pam Bondi can't help it - she's one of those anarchy-adjacent individuals and not adverse to violent destruction, thanks to her Uranus-Pluto Conjunction. Plus, a Sun-Neptune Conjunction (5-degree orb) identifies her as possibly scandal-prone and self-deluding. What more could the Project 2025 admistration want to figurehead America's tattered legal system? Impressionability is another feature of the Sun-Neptune pairing which spotlights a fantasy component as well.

Then we see Bondi's retrograde Jupiter at a critical 29th degree of Mercury-ruled Gemini, a sign often known for its propensity toward duplicity (ex: the $25,000 campaign donation via a check written by Mr. T - but she defended herself on this matter concerning her office's failure to investigate complaints about Tr*mp "University" and the fraud therein).

Of course, Gemini is also the sign of communications, rhetoric, commerce, trade, meetings, multiplicity, and/or tricksterism. Bondi shares a natal Gemini North Node with Mr. T, potentially denoting many contacts but also inviting superficial contacts of short duration (R. Ebertin). Then with her Capricorn Mars opposing Jupiter, we might expect religious and/or ideological conflicts to surface in public.

Such conflicts could surface this very week because confirmation hearings for Cabinet nominees begin tomorrow. Here's the schedule of hearings so far.

In closing, there's another interesting factoid about Pam Bondi's natal Jupiter - that her next Jupiter Return (aka, 12-year reward cycle) arrives on or about June 9, 2025 which may likely aid her with her bid to join Mr. T's administration as US Attorney General.

But one more thing: a Jupiter Return may provide a similar cosmic boost for health nut RFK Jr whose current Jupiter Return period arrived in August 2024, the first of a three-fer (which didn't help him with his "prez bid") yet there's Jupiterian energy ongoing for him since his third of three returns perfects on April 9, 2025.

Got Horoscopes for Canada?

Today a reader's request arrived for a view of Canada's founding horoscopes so this is a quick posting of the three horoscopes for Canada that are in my files; notably, there are other charts for significant Canadian events but presently these are the charts saved in my files.

First, dual charts display Canada 1608 when a settlement was founded by legendary explorer Samuel de Champlain (lower left; Campion #50) along with Canada 1867 (upper right Dominion: combined with New Brunswick and Nova Scotia; Campion #51):

The second dual image shows the natal chart of Queen Elizabeth II (lower left) who signed legislation to repatriate Canada in April 1982; upper right is the Canada Independence (or Repatriation) Horoscope with data from Campion:

So, there we go. At the moment, I have no further comments regarding these horoscopes or events except to say that I've always been very fond of Canada and the Canadian people, and I heartily wish that the profane convicted felon would leave Canada alone - and while he's at it, would leave this country altogether. jc

Panama and the Panama Canal

Panama Horoscope plus The Canal

Panama gained independence from Columbia on November 3, 1903 under the influence of a Total 14 North Solar Eclipse @27Virgo - as you see, conjunct Venus. This indicates that fairness and cooperation bring best results while the negative expression is materialism. Chart-ruler Venus in level-headed Virgo applies once - to a beneficial trine with Saturn so stability has been the case for Panama so far. It remains to be seen what mischief Mr. T. can stir up. Plus, we know that other planets and aspects will have input as well through transits and progressions.

Because by now you've heard that Mr. T. has threatened to "take back" the Panama Canal by force if necessary for what he says are economic and national security reasons (the same with "purchasing" Greenland).

The US gave up control of the Canal in 1999 as per The Carter-Torrijos Treaty signed September 7, 1977, so naturally Mr. T is determined to lie about it and undo any accomplishment of President Carter that he can. Much depends on who's pulling Mr. T.'s strings over Panama and they must have their own reasons for doing so. Simply making trouble for America is one typical, basic motive of our enemies, as it turns out.

And then there's this: M. T. Is Wrong: Jimmy Carter Didn't Lose Due to Panama Canal. What a tiresome four years it will be keeping up with everything Mr.T. is wrong about. However, we've all had four years' worth of experience, haven't we?
