Manly P. Hall March 18, 1901 and an excerpt of a lecture

Occultist, astrologer, researcher, author, and lecturer Manly Palmer Hall was born in Toronto, Canada on March 18, 1901 at 5:00 am with 18 Aquarius rising, an appropriate rising sign for a legendary promoter of New Age philosophy. His 10th house Uranus supported his otherworldly career interests including Astrology along with a talent for original thinking and a genius for Aquarian subjects which included Freemasonry, Hermeticism, Qabbalism, and Rosicrucianism. He is noted for founding the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angeles, California.

Then there's his natal Moon ('reigning need'--Tyl) in late Aquarius (conjunct America's natal Moon, the public, with whom he was very famous and popular) and natal Sun in mystical Pisces. There are several more interesting factors in Hall's natal horoscope if you wish to have a look along with a few biographical notes.

Follow the YouTube link above for an excerpt of one of his lectures and you'll find others available as well.

Manly Hall's Pre-Natal Solar Eclipse manifested @29Sco33 on November 22, 1900 in the 11 North Saros Series which contains Venus-Saturn vibes due to its Initial Eclipse (August 1, 1125 OS @14Leo33.)

11N themes: suddenly changing groups or associations via travel and/or ideas which leads to separation but with positive outcomes. (Brady's Predictive Astrology.) 11N also manifested (and was a background influence) in the years 1918, 1936, 1954, 1973, 1991, 2009 (on January 26 @6AQ conjunct US natal South Node, what I termed the 'New President Eclipse' for Barack Obama--especially since 11N is the White House's PE, too); it will next repeat in 2027.
