Elections in Afghanistan August 20, 2009

In time for today's New Moon in Leo, voters in Afhanistan have turned out in spite of Taliban violence and threats.

Here's a report from abroad from Der Spiegel which we may assume to be Pentagon-filter-free. Or not.
