Today the US Senate confirmed Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence by a vote of 52--48. Senator McConnell was the only Republican who did not vote to confirm her.

Memorably, the last 19 South Eclipse occurred on February 26, 2017 @8Pisces and was a gift from the Cosmos to whomever had won the presidency in November 2016.
Unfortunately for American democracy and the American people, that someone was you-know-who, aka, "agent orange." Expectably, we'll likely discover what color to label "agent" Gabbard. Red, perhaps? Well, she is a volatile, dramatic Sun Aries with Mercury, Venus, and Mars in Aries, too. And it's no wonder she joined the National Guard and reached the rank of Major - all that energy needed a place to express.
Plus, she served as a Congresswoman. But as of today's confirmation vote, Gabbard's Aries planets and her dramatic, volatile nature have a much larger stage to act upon - the world stage, in fact. Surely the DNI position will provide her Leo Moon, with its unending need for applause, approval, and attention, a satisfying supply - as long as her boss doesn't find himself upstaged.
