Of significance is (what I call) a cosmic time link from 1773 to 2026 created by the Pre-Event Eclipse of 1773 ('PE'; Total) in the 10 North Saros Series because a 10 North Eclipse repeats on February 17, 2026 (Annular) and - surprise! - 10 North is the 'PE' of the February 20, 2026 Saturn-Neptune Conjunction @28AQ49.
Therefore, 10 North themes closely link to Saturn-Neptune energies in the US and elsewhere with the planetary duo's multiplicity of potentials.
