Media reports tell us that the city of Rome is now under threat by jihadists looking to settle a very old score as the next world war brews. Wonder if the pope is feeling anxious?

Fears in Italy of an imminent Islamic terror attack mounted after Libya-based Isis affiliates warned the jihadist group was now "just south of Rome".

The old East vs West conflict replays in the New Millennium as the East uses extreme violence to establish its own version of 'global governance'...just as Western 'new world order' promoters knew they would. To me it seems the influence of the August 11, 1999 Solar Eclipse is starkly revealed by such brutality and power struggles. And war is precisely what has been unleashed thanks to power elite politicians, their enablers and financial backers, and "insurgents" as Washington prefers to call them.

Of course, we in the West use our own blend of brutality, violence, torture, snipers, assassinations, and bombs, don't we? And it's usually veiled by propaganda such as "spreading democracy". Even western sanctions against other nations via the UN may starve and kill; meanwhile millions of refugees are created and many are knocking on western doors.

Currently Jupiter now traverses Rx and Direct through the sign of Leo so the planet of increase and expansion now affects the degree (18Leo) of the 1999 "King of Terror" Eclipse (or, 'King of Alarm' Eclipse including financial crises) which is also called the 'Mother of All Eclipses' in the 1 North Saros Series which began on January 4, 1639 @13Cap48. At the least, we now have two sensitized degrees from the 1N Series: 18Leo and 13Cap long with their opposite degrees (18AQ and 13Cancer--the degree of America's natal Sun on July 4, 1776.) Yes, there are rules for the duration of influence for eclipses but to me, this eclipse's powerful affects are ongoing for all of humanity.

As you know, assassin Pluto, powerful and wealthy representative of The Underworld and of the Pope, now creeps through Capricorn and has opposed US natal Venus, Jupiter, and most recently, US natal Sun (the president). You do not need Astrology to tell you about the major conflicts and government topplings the transformative Pluto transit describes in an As Above, So Below fashion for the news media tells plutonian tales 24/7.

1N themes include a caution against making hasty decisions because information is 'distorted and possibly false' and 'unexpected events' along with fatigue and health problems (Brady.) Sometimes it seems the US government has lost any ability it ever had to tell the truth to the public. Not that Washington is the only one using falsehood as a tactic to get its way.

Adding to the intensity is the ongoing Cardinal Square between Uranus and Pluto, the revolutionary pair. Their 7th and last exact square occurs on March 16, 2015 though sighs of relief on that date would be premature.

Events and people born under the 1N Series include: the UN, the first atomic bomb attack, the assassination of John F. Kennedy, and Washington Irving, author of Sleepy Hollow, a novel that now inspires a FOX TV show of the same name which uses such themes as prophecy, horsemen and the Apocalypse, demonic possession, a 'new world order', life vs death, reincarnation, satanism and witchcraft, and Witnesses. Needless to say, the atmosphere of and the events occurring on Sleepy Hollow ring out with vibes of the outer planets, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, with Mars, god of war, nearby.

*In our modern era, the current cycle of Uranus (science) conjunct Neptune (faith)--which also relates to the Pisces-Virgo polarity ("faith and reason shake hands")--began in 1993 on February 2 @19Cap34, August 20 @18Cap48, and October 24 @18Cap33. On this blog and elsewhere I have used the October 24, 1993 date to set up a modern natal horoscope for the 'New World Order' as you see here. As you know, this 171-year Uranus-Neptune cycle began under the first presidential term of Bill Clinton; his second term brought America's natal Saturn turning retrograde by progression in 1996 (authority turned inward, lawmakers such as Congress turned in a different direction) as it remains to this day--from our exalted-in-Libra condition of 1776 into US Saturn Rx in early Scorpio which includes the Big Business sign's occult and transformative qualities.

It seems to me that a most telling Sabian Symbol degree relating to the 'new world order' as timed by the Uranus-Neptune conjunction/s of 1993 is '18 Capricorn'. In An Astrological Mandala Dane Rudhyar describes '18Cap' as "The Union Jack Flies From a British Warship" as its word picture (suggesting imperial empire) and its Keynote as: "The protection afforded to individuals and groups by powerful institutions in charge of maintaining order". He states that "power is required" yet this power "can easily be misused under pretext of preserving 'law and order'. Justice and compassion must balance social power, and especially the power of privileged groups. When this symbol appears, the need for protection may be in evidence--or it may be a warning against using power for selfish advantage."

(This symbol) "brings to us a realization of the ambivalence of POLITICAL POWER, its value and its dangers." And in The Sabian Symbols in Astrology Marc Edmund Jones adds the negative manifestation of, "smug or strong-armed paternalism"..."Keyword: SUPERVISION" and perhaps we may all agree that this is what is being used against us more every day as the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights are undermined by vicious forces.

1/11/15 Paris Unity Rally as world leaders line up for photo op

Today in Paris France thousands of people from across the globe rallied against the recent terrorist attacks and murders that began in a big way with the mayhem perpetrated upon the offices of a radical French publication and its political cartoons. Placards with Je Suis Charlie and Liberte were held up in the streets of Paris today in solidarity with the concept of freedom of expression which the victims were exercising via publication of satiric cartoons spoofing Islam. This morning American news broadcasts and other sources focused upon the Rally in Paris and the "historic" gathering of world leaders, hypocrites though they be.

How opportunistic that world chuckleheads...er, I mean, leaders...positioned themselves at the head of the massive crowd of marchers while posing for the cameras in their black garb! Well, today's Rally in Paris, the attacks that inspired it, and other recent events fall under the auspices of the last lunation, the January 4/5, 2015 Full Moon @14Can3---conjunct Egypt's favorite star, Isis goddess Sirius. The January Full Moon also triggered US natal Sun (the president) and it's of interest that during this morning's broadcast concerning the Paris Unity Rally, it was announced that President Obama (who is not in Paris today but Abbas, Netanyahu, Cameron, Merkel, and several other leading chuckleheads of the monarchical bloodline persuasion are) has called for a "Security" Summit of global leaders to be held at the White House on February 18, 2015--the day of a Pisces New Moon and what the Vatican calls an 'Ash Wednesday'.

Yes, global leaders (signified by Jupiter Rx leading a Locomotive pattern) placed themselves at the head of thousands of marchers today yet Jupiter is unaspected, suggesting their complete detachment from the public and our concerns as they gathered for this weirdly stage-managed photo op--as if Merkel and her crew are really part of the event rather than mere opportunists.

And we must mention the 6th exact Cardinal Square between Uranus and Pluto on December 15, 2014 and the generational clashes and power struggles it's brought to the world as the ancient regime of Pluto attempts to block upstart Uranus, planet of a New Age. Their last exact square is on March 16, 2015 and we must hope that social stalemates can simmer down a bit as 2015 proceeds though the serious effects upon everyone's Civil Rights lie in the balance.

February 18, 2015: Some Shady Doings Under Cover of Lunar Darkness

The Summit will already have begun in Washington DC when, in the midst of lunar darkness, the Feb 18th New Moon perfects at 6:47:13 pm EST during a Solar Hour with 12Vir34 rising, a 6th house Neptune @6Pis59 as the chart's final dispositor (says SolarFire v9), a 6th house New Moon @29AQ59 (anxious to reach the depths of murky Pisces--squared by Saturn and reaching for Neptune's veil), and Jupiter Rx @16Leo02 in the 12th house of Politics, Karma, and Self-Undoing.

Financial planet Jupiter Rx is the handle of a Bucket pattern and as such, links the hemispheres of the chart together with cautious preparedness his aim. Leo is, as you know, the royal sign of the 'natural ruler' though until April 8, 2015, Jupiter will regress toward President Obama's natal Sun once again so perhaps we should consider this Bucket handle Jupiter to represent Mr. Obama since the Security Summit will be held at the White House. He will be using the physical assets of the White house to appear more attractive to the Summit's attendees (Mercury-Venus = Sun) with an increased sensitivity to the desires of others (Mercury-Venus = Moon) though one wonders with asteroids Sappho and intoxicated Bacchus conjoining quirky Uranus in the 8th house of Sexual Relations! Will some of the Summit's shady doings under cover of a darkened Moon involve drunken drugged-out orgies? If so, then...peep-eye! Of course, this trio in 8th house could just as easily be seen as practicing a delirious pagan ritual in honor of an ancient goddess, couldn't it?

A Bucket pattern of planets indicates an uncompromising direction of effort with little if any concern for conservation of resources or for the end results. Jupiter here is the executive, yes, but in a reviewing of resources role since he's retrograde--not weaker, but more inward facing. Allegiances tend to be adapted with a Bucket pattern so that 'efforts can count for the most'; Jupiter here is the motivator and inspirer of the Summit and provides us with clues to his 'unremitting zeal'. Historical figures born under the influence of a Bucket pattern include: Napoleon Bonaparte (handle: 'new order' planet Uranus), Dante (handle: Pluto, god of Hades), William Jennings Bryan (handle: Mars), and Evangeline Adams (handle: Saturn, traditional ruler of Astrology). Another chart factor in relation to Jupiter is trickster Pan and wealthy Midas both Rx and conjunct Midheaven (The Goal Point) which falls at 10Gem01 so the Virgo Ascendant elects Mercury, planet of meetings, discussions, communications, crossroads, trade, and speeches, as chart-ruler (and MC-ruler) so we may expect the financial aspects of circumstances to involve the usual fraud and trickery (fraudulent Neptune as Final Dispositor, instigator Mars--at a critical-crisis 29th degree and about to join his own Aries Point--ruling the New Moon's corporate 8th house of Transformation with disruptive, zealous, new-agey anarchist Uranus in Aries therein.

Speedy traveler Mercury @4AQ05 (in 5th house of Risk-Taking and Speculation) closely sextiles Saturn @4Sag27 (in 3rd house of Communications), the Manager and Task-Bringer, and their near-exact sextile, the only applying aspect made by chart-ruler Mercury (0A22), offers clues about the underlying purpose/s of the White House "Security" Summit of global leaders, plus, with both planets at 4 degrees of their signs, we may say there are fated undertones to this "home grown terrorists" discussion during the February 18th "Summit on Countering Violent Extremism" (translation: suppressing all opposition to Global Government implementation by Global Police and Military Forces).

Certainly on at least one level there are fated undertones afoot of the reap-what-was-sown variety since 'blow back' due to the expansion of a controlling Global Government (forcing a 'new world order' upon the masses) has created many enemies for the West with innocent people the victims and Easterners attempting to enforce a global Caliphate of their own, Sharia law and all. The ancient East v West conflict continues to be about who will 'win' global control over the planet as World War III is triggered (you saw the Illuminatists out in force today in the streets of Paris if your eyes were alert! The true instigators remained behind the scenes, of course, but the nwo's political mouthpieces had their 'historic' photo op in full view of the public.)

A Talented Mercury-Saturn Sextile Tells a Tale

So what might Mercury sextile (60 degrees) Saturn intend to say and do during Security Summit 2015? Here is a list of potentials: issue warnings which may or may not be listened to, set priorities, manage resources, explain guidelines and rules, and organize expressions of discontent (of the group and/or of the masses). This sextile also indicates that conflicts and bickering may erupt among the chuckleheads in attendance.

Let me add that my above remark about attendees of a 'monarchical bloodline persuasion' is based in part on Mercury's rounded-up Sabian Symbol for '5AQ": "A Council of Ancestors" which aptly describes the February 18th Summit, imho, especially since even modern world leaders' descendancy from a certain bloodline has been recorded and includes despots like Alfred and Alexander the Greats, Charlemagne, William the Conqueror, pharoahs such as Cleopatra (natal chart shown), French, German, British and other monarchical families including Queen Elizabeth II, PM David Cameron--in America, George Washington (a Star family descendant), Thomas Jefferson, John Adams (a Dragon family descendant), the Roosevelts, the Bushs, Bill 'Clinton', the Rockefellers, Barack Obama, and others you may think to name.

Oh and btw: New Moon Mercury conjoins America's natal South Node which denotes the karma of past behavior the US government so often depends upon to deal with current problems while expecting different results--though I suspect that all governments prefer expectable results from their actions and don't really want 'different' outcomes at all.

An Updated Horoscope of a New World Order (1993)

Horoscope: a Modern 'New World Order' October 24, 1993 Washington DC

Now that my SolarFire Astrology software is updated to v9, I'm in process of reviewing some of the older horoscopes I've worked with through the years and finding that many of them are now easier to calculate for a more precise 'birth' hour. One such is the 'Modern NWO' horoscope set for the third of three Great Conjunctions of outer planets Uranus and Neptune, the Enlightenment/Age of Reason duo, which occurred on October 24, 1993 @18Cap32.

1. February 2, 1993; 2. August 20, 1993; 3. October 24, 1993 (from 18Cap33 to 19Cap34).

Now if you've read this blog of my dissenting fusses before you may know that the Sabian Symbol for '18Cap' seems to me most applicable for the so-called 'new world order' or, 'new economic order' or, Global Government, or, Zionist Earthly Kingdom at Jerusalem--whatever you want to name the luciferian global syndicate and its centuries-long 'great Plan' to take control of the entire globe. Smoosh the 'Illuminati' in there somewhere with its Total Awareness program, and you have a picture of most, if not all, of the Plan's anti-societal, depopulating, genocidal, psychopathic illness which becomes more visible in public every day. The false reality of 1999's The Matrix was pretty close to the beast and is a good example of how they use the entertainment industry to place ideas into consciousness thus making drastic changes seem more palatable later on when it's time to implement them or something very like them.

Go back further than 1999 and you find Robocop hinting at Transhumanism and the current robotic, militarized Police State.

So here you see a horoscope of what may be considered (if you wish!) a natal horoscope of the Modern New World Order for the power game is really older than the hills--back to Heaven, if you think that way. For astrological purposes, its genesis can be dated at various times in history with events such as: the beheading of King Louis XVI, the founding of America (and the Bavarian Illuminati, also set up in 1776--it's like we're twins), the Fall of the Berlin Wall, Bush Sr's invasion of Kuwait (he actually stated publicly that 'Desert Storm' "heralded" the new world order, plus, other historical dates and events you care to name. Such events are signposts along the way and to them may be added previous Great Conjunctions of scientific genius, Uranus, and elusive Neptune, planet of spirituality and mysticism--but also of deception of the masses.

'Fanaticism' is the title I have given the horoscope (and the Syndicate of zealots and criminals it signifies), not the least because of the toxic Pluto-NN duo of violence, brutality, infiltrators, security breakdowns, secret treaties, pacts, deals, and the use of clandestine information and data-gathering. It's the "tiger by the tail' duo with karmic Pluto, god of Hades, sporting his invisible mantle of power and hidden wealth, and using the Jupiterian point of encounters and meetings, NN, as his contact with the public and with his minions and infiltrating agents and assassins. Machiavelli is twerking in his grave.

2014 into 2015 Planets Affecting the Chart: Destiny of the Masses?

Of note in current transits is karmic Saturn soon to leave intense Scorpio and enter Sagittarius, sign of The Seeker and The Foreigner. Consolidating Saturn now travels between 9th house Pluto @24Sco29 and the North Node @3Sag32 Rx, a point of future direction, or, destiny. Now I won't take up your time analyzing all the transits and what they indicate since you can do so yourself, but I will add the midpoint picture it creates, plus, a bit more.

When transit Saturn catalyzes the Pluto-NN midpoint we may expect some people to realize that relationships must be built over time and based on trust--meanwhile, the crooks and malcontents among us are more likely to express the trio's rebelliousness and rigidity which usually result in violent terminations of relationships and alliances.

Another midpoint picture of importance involves the Uranus-Neptune conjunction itself: transit Pluto is within 5-degree orb of 18Cap now and for me, the timing includes the current take-over of the US Congress (as of the first week of January 2015--Jan 3rd?) by the Republican Party of radicals and anti-government plutocrats and their cousins, the monarchists. Not that Democrats aren't enablers and complicit culprits in the Great Plan--most if not all of them are--and are also descendants of the original culprits. Now that's long-range planning.

And so we will do no better here than to quote expert astrologer Noel Tyl concerning the trio's midpoint picture, Uranus-Neptune = transit Pluto: "The big picture demands a certain course of action which must be followed; very little option to do otherwise."

Why, this 'big picture' evens describes how political candidates are 'vetted': can you make decisions based on no facts but what we tell you? In other words, will you follow orders without refusing our tap on the shoulder and disregard the fate of the unwashed masses below you? It also denotes the tiresome political script we hear from all players in Washington DC and elsewhere--never answering questions directly--and hints at the planned program of militarizing police departments across the country, among many other things now in plain sight.

In addition, a 29th-degree Moon (in critical or crisis condition--the people) at the end of Aquarius rises along with its preceding planet, Saturn Rx--a depressive pair as you know. Venus, one of the names of the ancient goddess these modern-day psychopaths worship (as did America's Founding Fathers--ex: Columbia), is the lead planet in the chart's Bowl formation which reveals their tendency to follow the feminine archetype against the mainstream of current thought and belief. The star, the diamond, the 8-petaled flower, a 'V' hand signal (not for 'victory' when a departing Richard Nixon flashed it, but for Venus)...all and more symbols signify the Founders' goddess-based religion of mysticism.

So! I'll hush for now and hope that you can enlarge the horoscope to read a few notes such as the Pre-Natal Solar Eclipse Saros Series in which this abomination falls (13 South). Its degree (00Gem31) in 3rd house conjoins Alcyone of the Pleiades and if you're familiar with that area of the Zodiac you know it's a fated or karmic region of Middle Eastern stars of bullish rage that inspire revenge, beheadings, and other calamities and when activated gives all of humanity 'something to cry about'.

A page concerning the two-party political system in America and related topics by Sioux Rose has needed a link here on Stars Over Washington (a Political Astrology blog by yours truly that enters its 10th year on October 16, 2014) so here it is. Astrological principles inform our understanding of events and politicians' actions so I hope those with any sort of interest in Politics, and in using the venerable craft (As Above, So Below!) to peek at the underbelly of that "...organized system of hatreds" (H. B. Adams) will review the article.

As you know, we have an 'Age of Reason' infestation across the nation by those who have infiltrated our ranks (civil, political, financial, economic, even social) and breached our branches of government and other institutions, with the intention of causing an eventual chaotic crash so that the world pleads for the establishment of a 'new world order'.

The Age of Reason, or, Enlightenment, relates astrologically to Uranus-Neptune and to the very important planet Venus, as the archetypal goddess of revenge...and the attraction to and by such brutal behavior (Uranus in Aries, deposited by warrior Mars = zealots, anarchists, and mysticism-loving psychotics who are particularly fond of preying on and oppressing women--just like plutocrats!) As archetypal Niobe (the grieving mother) knows, one reason women and their rights are being suppressed now is that we as a large group seldom advise waging war--and we rightly criticize those-who-refuse-to-be-criticized for their lack of humanity.

Actually, it's only certain individuals and groups who harbor such ideas of how the world should be fashioned in this 'New Millennium'--captive, enslaved, and with all 'chaff' gleaned away genetically, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Anyone who remains standing if these global jokers have their way had better "Get Onboard the Train or Get Left Behind." My belief is that what America's hawkish re-entry into Iraq and Syria (and beyond) are signified by astrologically these days is the Locomotive pattern formed between the planets with a proud and solar Leonine Jupiter wearing his General's fancy beanie as he leads a reluctant nation into an obvious continuance of perpetual war that the out-of-bounds power elite simply can't resist profiting from.

Not that the old guys in charge (Joint Chiefs of Staff, foreign influencers and global bankers bald and bold as they may be) and the gals who assist them actually do any physical fighting, mind you. Did you catch today's Meet the Press with Admiral Michael McMullen, former chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff for President Obama--admitting to Chuck Todd that public opinion is not a factor in his or other generals' decisions on war? If any American had ever missed that fact, there it is again. For-by-of The People, anybody?

Actually, let's make that 'never' a factor in decisions since most of us well remember how Bush, Cheney, the other Vulcans, Theocrats, and Zionists ignored the anti-war opinions of millions of people both here and abroad who protested in the streets--against invading the sovereign nation of Iraq. Guess Saddam's sneaky habit of selling oil on the black market wasn't look upon lightly by Bush, Cheney, and their oil-men colleagues and shareholders. Robbers on all sides!

And notice that it is being reported in the US that the 'ISIS-ISIL-IS-Daesh' army has taken over oilfields that others think they own so if we add that to the religious war/final days script many of the Uranus-in-Aries zealots now act under so unpredictably, erratically, and cold-heartedly (and happily egged on by global string pullers), one result is perpetual, endless war ('it ain't over till it's over'?) meant to wipe out Muslims, Christians, and all 'useless eaters' as the super-wealthy class of elites deem the masses to be, as per old Freemason Albert Pike, a Confederate General whose statue remains standing in the District of Columbia.

Why some folks might wonder if Pike is now represented by Jupiter the General! In the 1880s, Pike worked toward and on behalf of waging World War III, you know, and I admit to seeing this very plan being played out by current Washington DC agents and operatives. (President Obama? His natal Mars is veiled discreetly by US natal Neptune in Virgo--the virgin-whore motif--hinting at secret motives and a hidden agenda); plus, elusive goddess worship is an integral part of their 'peaceful' presidential baton-passing with its feminine goddess psychopathy, and echoing support of America's problematic Mars-Neptune square from 1776 = misdirected energy and aims played out under the 'fog of war'.

Now yes, I do know that many people now predict a collapse of the anti-democratic global government plan to rule a totalitarian world while the hidden planners of this massive anti-societal project continue to be outed and rightfully ridiculed by the public. I'm happy to hear that self-exalting power elites will fall under their own weight, ruined by the overly forceful energy they use for this is certainly a possibility as transiting creep Pluto (transformation, death) heavily plods back and forth through structural Capricorn (sign of government, law, and business), toppling heads of state as he creeps. Even political incumbents' gravy trains are trundling on shaky tracks because the November 4, 2014 midterms cometh!

Yet we may as well admit that the global government script will continue to be followed by whatever 'victors' emerge from the political frays of 2014 and 2016. Hasn't Mr. Obama's alleged turn-around on troops returning to Iraq been evidence enough if you weren't persuaded before? The now-convenient fact is that it was George Bush who signed the agreement with al-Maliki to deploy all US troops from the region by December 2011 and this circumstance was set up as part of the process toward a Pike-ish Third World War with the added benefit of giving the next commander-in-chief political cover as needed. This helps obfuscate the Big Picture while our 'dovish' president succumbs to pressure from the environment.

However, perhaps the role of Uranian 'wild card' that Solar and Lunar Eclipses tend to perform will support such discoveries as the true identities of guilty parties and their dark secrets and will make a real difference for The Collective as October 2014 nears and provides global society with two cosmic spotlights: a Lunar Eclipse in mid-Aries on October 8th (Moon conjunct Uranus Rx and South Node--excitable yet unpredictable energies rush in, past behavior is depended upon no matter how inappropriate to current situations as war is promoted, and bad timing and rash, belligerent actions cause big problems making conditions worse than before.) Then occurs an intense, controlling (Mars-Pluto) Solar Eclipse @00Sco24 on October 23, 2014 with influences which many people may find enjoyable. Meanwhile, purveyors of rebellion and conflict address large financial issues along with relationship concerns, separations, and lack of cohesiveness within coalitions. Guess that is their enjoyment.

And of course, the generational Cardinal Square between anarchist and rebel Uranus in Mars-ruled Aries and ancient manipulator and saboteur Pluto (with his Invisible Helmet and hidden wealth in all the sneaky places) will continue to support conflict between plutocratic rulers, heads of state and church, and their minions by bringing forward opposition from others who disagree with them on various topics including on the battlefield. Except as stated above, because the people are expected to do the actual fighting once a sufficient amount of propaganda has been applied to public sensibilities and confusion over true issues reigns...fact v fiction, Saturn v Neptune.

Some people just don't like to be pushed and ordered around, oh global dweebs and dead-enders of satan!

And so my generationally inspired 'Flower Power' self prefers to encourage better outcomes to these conflicts and dilemmas filtered through the then-popular 1960s--1970s slogan so sadly appropriate for civil society in 2014: What if they threw a war and nobody showed up? Of course, the other side of that coin is: let's put bankers, corporatists, and warhawks into a ring and let them duke it out with whoever shows up to block their arrogant, over-arching agenda of conquest.

Or is it 'whomever'?

Again I shall note on SO'W that the long-lasting Cardinal Square between Uranus and Pluto (Aries-Capricorn--the Ram and the Goat, or Mer-Goat--not much difference between these head-butters!) becomes exact (partile) twice more on: December 15, 2014 and March 17, 2015, points in time when the Square's conflicting energies, power struggles, and challenges become most intense though the stop-go method of Mars-Saturn contacts also continue to lighten things up occasionally on this heinous path to Hades our governments and their bosses have plunked us upon so crassly...as gradually, very gradually America has been turned in a self-undoing direction at least since 'Manifest Destiny' reared its greedy, goatish head and morphed into our meddling in the affairs of other countries--in tandem with its misguided brother, preemptive war.

Wall Street against US Economic Recovery - video

Are you surprised that Wall Street doesn't want the US economy to recover? And after the American people bailed them out! Two words for what these fraudsters who gamble with other people's money are: thieves and crooks.

And yes, as you probably know, the natal horoscope of Wall Street shows a wastrel-spendthrift-fraudster-speculation combination, a conjunction between expansive, over-indulging Jupiter and bubbly, deceitful Neptune. And this relates directly to comments in the video concerning the Obama administration--the last (current) Jupiter-Neptune cycle began with the pair's 3 conjunctions all through 2009, the first year of Mr. Obama's term and right after the Bush-Cheney Heist of 2008.

And all the Jupiter-Neptune fraud and fluffiness fell directly on US natal Moon--We the People!

As you see, the potential expressions of this midpoint picture perfectly describes, not just Wall Street's scams upon us, but also the culpability of those who took out mortgages and other loans they could not afford. Seems that the master plan to destroy America for the sake of 'global government' is going as envisioned including a hint from the attacks on 9/11/01 with the void-of-course Moon (the people) that morning at '28 Gemini', a degree of Bankruptcy. And Heist 2008 continued the master plan with the bankruptcy of our National Treasury. (Setting up global governance is an expensive enterprise, you know.)

Of course, these financial and governmental psychopaths have power only to the extent that we believe they have it--so let's stop believing in them and in their paper society!

Brief Notes on the August 10, 2014 Full Moon in AQ (Washington DC)

In Washington DC this culmination of the July 26, 2014 New Moon in early Leo falls within the 2/8 house polarity denoting corporatism, big business, finances, the National Treasury, possessions, earning ability, values that affect self-esteem, insurance, debt/credit, legacies, inheritances, transformation, death, the occult--you know, the usual potentials of the 2nd and 8th house departments of life.

But a culmination or fulfillment of what?

Of something begun under the influence of the previous New Moon. Now the Sun remains in fiery Leo, sign of the 'natural leader' and of braggarts and lawyers everywhere, so we may continue to expect further political charges of 'acting like a king' and 'this is a republic not a monarchy' and blah blah blah--as if anyone who's a cog in the current government wheel of total control wants anything but the status quo. Lucrative? Oh yes. The ruling class reaps huge benefits from the state of things or they wouldn't behave as they do. Maybe that's one reason the Full Moon chart of August 10th shows status quo Saturn blocking (squaring) actions and plans of the Sun (leader), Moon (the public), and messenger-reporter-trader planet of young people, Mercury (20Leo16) in 9th house of Philosophy, Diplomacy, and Foreign Climes.

And this is descriptive of the political theater of Capitol Hill that we're being subjected to in place of actual governing! Full Moon's Ascendant 21Sco32 (conj US natal 12th cusp--the house of Politics, Secret Deals, Self-Undoing, Karma, Hospitals, Large Institutions--they're rising) is ruled by Mars and sub-ruled by creepy wealth-hoarder Pluto, the manipulator and saboteur. Mars applies to two major aspects:

A sextile to Pluto which signifies an intense energy that's available when reaching for more power. Investment and research are favored yet military action cannot be ruled out as we look toward the rest of Summer 2014.

Second is a conjunction to Saturn (8A21) with both planets in 12th house. This denotes a time of obstacles blocking progress (still) and maybe even some self-created troubles arise--perhaps via short-cuts that seemed a good idea when they were taken but now...not so much. Risk v Caution

As you know, America was founded when judge and critic Saturn, planet of law, government, and business, was exalted in diplomatic Libra, sign of the Balancing Scales of Justice. Posited in our nation's 10th house of Public Status and Reputation (in the July 4, 1776 5:10 pm LMT or thereabouts chart with Sagittarius rising), our Saturn contains the unfortunate 'fall from grace' flaw due to its 10th house position. This fall can be mitigated, however, if the person or entity deals in a timely manner with Saturnian issues such as: authenticity, honesty, reality, authority, responsibility, maturity, stability, etc.--if the US government diligently minds its lessons correctly which it does not. Not in law, government, or business.

Recognizing one's boundaries should be part of the Saturnian picture as well yet our so-called Manifest Destiny policy was designed to completely ignore that principle--and the invasion tendency was deeply infused with steroids by the Bush-Cheney preemptive war doctrine in total opposition to our nation's former principles.

As an obvious example of the 'fall from grace' phenomenon, Richard Nixon was born with Saturn in 10th house and you know how he abused authority, acted as if 'above the law' (like America!), and thus doomed his own presidency and reputation.

Now what if we progress the US natal chart to see where Saturn is in the Zodiac now? No longer in Libra, SP Saturn is now in Mars-Pluto-ruled Scorpio, a harsher placement by far. By progression, US Saturn turned retrograde in 1996 during the assault on the authority of the presidency of Bill Clinton who played his own role in sullying our exalted Saturn via lying under oath, enabling the GOP impeachment theater (thus weakening and making a mockery of the impeachment process), sex acts out-of-bounds of marriage, ordering the FBI to strong-arm at Waco, and other such abusive mishaps whether consciously intended or not.

But perhaps one of the more Saturn-in-10th-house events during Clinton's 8 years was the signing of NAFTA which, along with current trade pacts, weakens if not dissolves entirely the sovereignty of the United States of America. And our boundary-guarding Saturn in Libra can be no cheerleader for our loss of sovereignty at all.

The First World War, Archduke Ferdinand and Sophie: a Wedding Anniversary 1914

With the outbreak of the First World War traditionally blamed upon the "spark" lighted by the June 28, 1914 assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand and wife Sophie in Sarajevo, it is interesting to note that there are two planetary transits by conjunction to the Archduke's natal planets on this very day, the 100th anniversary of their double assassination.

They are transit Mars in Libra to natal Saturn (16Lib40 conjunct natal Midheaven 16Lib24) which spotlights obstacles (Saturn) in career and public status (MC) and describes the need to hurry (their driver took a wrong turn and when told he stopped the car--only once--next to the successful assassin--a coincidence? Apparently so.) The other current transit to the Archduke's natal chart is transit Saturn in Scorpio conjunct natal Jupiter 17Sco50 which denotes that the path he was taking was blocked--well, yes, assassination can certainly be described as a blockage, can't it? It hints that the Archduke should have been giving back some of the gifts and good fortune but perhaps he was hoarding them--or, at least there were those in need in society who would understandably feel it to be so. Divergence from tradition could have been part of the discontent as well with this transit (which I'm reading in the here-and-now as if it casts a light on circumstances of 100 years ago.) Whether the discontent was on the part of bankers isn't clear as of this writing but it could be since Jupiter's realms include banking, corporations, cabals, knighthood, ideology, religion, politics, the military, and other controversial fields in life.

Sun + Moon = Marriage

That momentous day in 1914 happened to be Franz and Sophie's 14th wedding anniversary and though this blogger is generally no huge fan of monarchies of any stripe, I feel the historically important couple deserves an expression of sadness here because few if any human beings should suffer such horror on what ought to be a happy day, or on any other day for that matter, political disagreements or not.

Now let's consider the Sun (male principle; husband) and Moon (feminine principle; wife) positions on their wedding day, June 28, 1900 to gain a small bit of insight into their partnership so tragically cut short. Though the hour of their nuptials is unknown, we find that the Moon during the 24 hours of that date remained in her own sign of Cancer with the Sun in Moon-ruled Cancer (5/6) as well--just as they are for today's New Moon @5Can30.

Immediately we sense that a double Cancer signature to their relationship denotes a family-oriented partnership full of nurturing, needs met, and contentment as kind hearts blend with romance yet with a streak of shrewdness mixed with clannishness.

The Water-Water nature of their marriage indicates lots of feelings, emotions, and creative imagination, even theatricality which would aid them with royal pageantry. Plus, a tendency is denoted to go misty with tears while 'drinking in life experiences'. However, reasoned objectivity may be sorely lacking and one may wish to speculate (one hundred years later!) that the ruling style of the Archduke could have used a portion of it rather than a boatload of emotional subjectivity. As for their marriage, perhaps they were sympatico and saw eye-to-eye to the point of never disagreeing with one another--is that possible? Since water tends to 'go with the flow', perhaps it is possible especially when The Family is placed upon the pedestal of both hearts.

Sun Cancer-Moon Cancer signifies a 'psychic sponge' tendency as well and on June 28, 1914, as they visited Sarajevo, the crowds appeared happy and perhaps elated to see the couple, as Sophie had remarked, and although those happy feelings the pair soaked up from the environment were genuine enough it didn't include several would-be assassins along the route taken by their car. With the Moon in critical Virgo that day, at least one man in particular, Gavrillo Princip, didn't share such happy feelings at all, in fact, for it was he who pulled the trigger shooting first Sophie, then the Archduke. This murderous act was subsequently used as justification for the outbreak of the First World War (WWI) to "end all war" and "make the world safe for democracy."

Yet few people in 2014 could fail to note that the absurd jingoistic slogans were only flimsy propaganda meant to lie populations into fighting what turned out to be a world war that led to World War II which then brought innocent people all over the world the horror of the 'abomination of desolation'--nuclear bombs.

And all so that wealthy old bald men could scam even more riches while viciously grasping the reins of regional, then global power. Their devilish plot continues...

SCOTUS, the 6th Uranus-Pluto Cardinal Square, and a New Millennium

This morning as I glanced at the horoscope of the next exact square (#6 of 7) between Uranus and Pluto (December 15, 2014 @12+ degrees of Aries/Capricorn), my eye was caught by a Think Progress headline: There's a Hidden Time Bomb in the Senate Rules That Will Go Off If a Supreme Court Justice Retires. How might the symbol for '13 Aries' link to the headline and its topic, above?

Because rounding up the degree of disruptive Uranus to 13 Aries gives a certain Sabian Symbol which may apply to the situation: "A Safely Concealed Bomb Fails to Explode" (Solar Fire software), or, as Dane Rudhyar puts it: "An Unexploded Bomb Reveals an Unsuccessful Social Protest." Keynote: An immature evaluation of the possibility of transforming suddenly the status quo.

And of course, the ongoing Uranus-Pluto square is the current phase of their Great Conjunction/s of the mid-1960s when 'social protest' was all the rage in US streets as it exploded across the globe on behalf of human rights; plus, the 'old order v new order' vibes of Uranus-Pluto have insinuated themselves into every institution these days. Can you feel it?

Another View of the 6th and 7th Uranus-Pluto Cardinal Square

On March 17, 2015, the last of the exact Cardinal Squares (Ari/Cap) occurs between Uranus and Pluto and considering the "progress" made in their 'new order' (Uranus) plans so long ago initiated, it is tempting to consider the Sabian Symbol for 2 Libra. And in America's often used  'Sibly' natal horoscope, the Midheaven (Mc) which represents The Goal/Aspirations Point of the American Experiment is very near by degree--'1 Libra'. One has only to move the chart from 5:10 pm LMT (Philadelphia, PA) on July 4, 1776 to a couple of minutes later to not only set the Mc for '2 Libra'--but '3 Libra' happens to be the midpoint of our nation's Saturn (15Lib) and Neptune (23Virgo).

Together there are many possible expressions for the Saturn-Neptune combination such as: secret or hidden (Neptune) government (Saturn), social programs, socialism, communism, capitalism and other -isms, suffering, martyrdom, illness, loss--you know the list. Since I'm having tech problems here I'll quickly post this chart and hope you can enlarge to read my notes written thereupon. The Ukrainian Republic of Crimea began moving toward independence on June 28, 1991 when Crimean Tatars in Simferopol declared sovereignty. Previously an autonomous region within the Ukraine and not a state, the Crimean Parliament approved their independence on September 5, 1991 and this act "allowed for a proclamation of independence but was not used, being kept in reserve for future use. I have italicized 'being kept in reserve' because I think it partially describes the out-of-bounds (OOBs) condition of the people's Gemini Moon which implies separation or isolation since the Moon is the only OOBs planet in the natal chart. You will also note that the current position of transformative, destructuring Pluto @13Cap04 in Crimea's natal 3rd house is triggering Crimea's Pre-Natal Eclipse Saros Series, the 12 North with its themes of 'more responsibilities' and 'making greater commitments' (Brady.)

You will also note that the current news from the region being touted in the US is that Ukraine is divided between Russian influence and that of the European Union. Astrologically, Pluto in bossy Capricorn also represents the wealth and power of the World Bank and the IMF, organizations which stand to make huge profits from a Western-based outcome to this tense quarrel which some believe has been instigated by the US government and others.

Will Republicans listen to Lew's warning or does 'governing by crisis' remain their primary tactic for boycotting common sense and a reliable economy in favor of demonstrating their extreme disdain for a Demcratic president who dares to be half African American?

In the 1990s there was the draconian World Trade Organization (WTO) and its first push back from the people, what the media termed the 'Battle in Seattle'. Then it was jobs-destroying NAFTA (effective January 1, 1994) and Citizens United in 2010 (the anti-democracy 'corporations are people' ruling of SCOTUS). Now it's the secret anti-sovereign trade deal they call the Trans-Pacific Partnership--what many are calling 'NAFTA on steroids', and rightly so.

It's taking a lot of effort by these corporate pirates to totally sell out America and US workers, yet Global Government types must be highly excited this week after the past weekend's Bali Summit and the talks that immediately followed on Saturday, December 7, 2013 as Bali officials flew to Singapore to further the devilish TPP.

Meanwhile, the press helps the White House with articles and videos that imply that there's hope for US workers and US sovereignty after all, but this Capricorn frets that such expressions are only smoke and mirrors to keep the populace quiet about our nation being sold out to the Corporate Global Syndicate of bankers and other criminals. Oh look! Here's a panacea now from Huffington Post: Obama Faces Backlash Over New Corporate Powers in Secret Trade Deal. Did you read it or watch the video and feel better? How much force and push back from We The People and from other populations would it take to counter these jokers' Great Plan of global domination via backroom 'trade deals'?

And how curious that the president has been so determined to implement his Affordable Care Act yet the TPP will make lower priced prescription drugs impossible to obtain...because there won't be any. As with NAFTA, it won't be America that benefits most from this 'trade deal' which will financially unite 160 nations!

(Makes me wonder if my initial ACA misgivings are justified--that it's about controlling the people who sign up, nosing into our medical histories, further weakening our health with toxins, vaccines, etc (depopulation), guinea-pigging us which they've done for decades already, and 'owning' every person's DNA.)

Many horoscopes have been studied by yours truly concerning these topics but it would take days of typing to publish the astro-notes in my files. Therefore, I shall mention here a few notable chart factors and provide some data in case either of you wish to set up charts (if you haven't yet.)

One of the most stunning factors that jumps out at us is the current position of destructuring, secretive, stealthy wealth-hoarder, Pluto (the saboteur), of Invisible Helmet fame. Pluto now conjoins Mercury, Mars, and Sun in the NAFTA horoscope and stomps upon Singapore's natal Moon (10Cap56)--horoscope data below.) Plus, Pluto @11Cap16 will be fertilized on January 1, 2014 by a New Moon @10Cap57, representing the seeding of a new cycle of activity.

Now Pluto transits are always intensely life-changing and permanent, as you know, and Pluto to Singapore's ambitious, business-oriented natal Moon in Capricorn (which is out-of-bounds denoting the people's feelings of emotional insecurity and lack of connection to those in power who ran and run the place) shows that manipulation and control can bring devastating consequences with powerful motivations leading to great achievement; yet if reckless determination is followed there can be a loss of everything--including national sovereignty and jobs, in the case of the TPP.

Another interesting transit is from Saturn @17Sco52 (on Dec 7, 2013) to Singapore's natal Neptune @17Sco15 in the 2nd house of Earning Ability and Values. This is the 'grim face of reality' transit that can bring misinterpretation of responsibilities and below-board financial dealings although a 'dream come true' can also apply--but probably only for the Global Government movers'n'shakers who are secretly brokering this draconian deal they've have long dreamed of.

By the New Moon on January 1, 2014, a T-Square forms between the Mars-Uranus opposition which points to banking planet Jupiter @14Can04 Rx which denotes those who are planning a course of action for the future and this, of course, supports my Global Government fretting (aka, a 'new world order' or 'new world financial order'.)

In the New Moon chart of 1.1.14, Jupiter is the handle of a Bucket pattern which shows banker Jupiter to be the important actor and determinator of these issues since it is Jupiter Rx in Cancer that links the two sides of the horoscope with the rest of the Capricorn planets in the chart.

With Pluto in Capricorn US to wage war against Syria

With the media echo chamber resounding across the airwaves of America once again, few of the American people agree that waging war in Syria is what it's touted to be--or for what reason. Okay, I hate the fact that chemical weapons were heinously used, but by whom? What country's name appears on the canisters? Who manufactured and sold the chemical weapons? The US, or perhaps our comrades in arms, the UK?

Was the gas deployed by the Assad regime? Really, Washington? If Assad is winning, why resort to killing his people in such a way that is sure to result in worldwide condemnation and attention? Well, Washington's record is smudged from previous lies so it's difficult to believe the Pentagon Vulcans now. I suppose having a Nobel Prize winning president (who dithered--I mean, really thought this situation through) is meant to make the bitter medicine go down easier than with oilmen Bush and Cheney but for this dissenting American, Washington's warmongering ploy isn't working. And as always, my maternal heart and prayers go out to the good people of Syria, a nation that has drawn the raptor's eye of the 'new world order' global government operatives just as General Wesley Clark said it would (see video below.)

In fact, as noted in Politico, Obama is dealing with the scoffing of a war-weary public. Poor him. Poor us, the taxpayers who have no say in how our billions are spent. Guess the 'savings' from sequester cuts to domestic programs are precisely to be used as I fussed about previously: cut money for domestic programs in order to wage more war. Is it time to bomb already? Then poor countries across the globe that international banking houses are determined to control.

Even Colin Powell is doing his part in the war propaganda against Syria though he has some nerve, considering his performance at the UN of his pre-invasion of Iraq presentation. Yes, all our politicians are nervy, aren't they? Almost as if they're in on 'the game'--privy to some larger secret agenda to topple governments and dominate the world. And naturally, all astrologers know that purging Pluto traversing the Saturn-ruled sign of Capricorn is about just that. Saturn is structure, status quo, and established government but Pluto cares not because Mr. Underworld (or, Mr. Hades, if you prefer) wants to create his own design, no matter who gets hurt...

Just below is a brief excerpt from remarks given a few years ago by General Wesley Clark on toppling governments. You may have viewed or heard before, however, I believe this information regarding their 'no option to do otherwise' sort of plan to alter the course of history is relevant to Washington's 'drums of war' stance against Syria right now, don't you? With a small dash of reluctance lightly tossed into the brew, they let it simmer on the hob within the bowels of the White House, as we tend to call the residence of the president. A Lodge, really.

America is in crouched and ready to spring against a perceived enemy or enemies. The Generals are ecstatic and astrologically I shall blame much of the energy on America's recent Jupiter Return 2013 (on July 22, 2013 @5Can56)--Jupiter in his role as the General. For clues we'd look to the sign the US natal Jupiter is in on July 4, 1776 which is Moon-ruled Cancer (Moon-Jupiter energies resonate quite well together). And of course US natal Moon is in Aquarius, sign of mental acuity, Science, a streak or more of futurism, and/or humanitarianism in some cases, on some levels, and lack of emotional depth.

8.28.13 Update: neglected to mention that America's last Jupiter Return was a three-fer--in 2001 and 2002 when Jupiter the General got his long-planned way and Washington invaded Afghanistan, then Iraq in 2003. Will the current Jupiter Return of July 22nd result in another war? Looks as if it will. And what is the Sabian Symbol for US natal Jupiter (5Can56) at '6Can'? "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests."

The negative (shadow side/unconscious) expression of the symbol = 'unnecessary concern over everyday security.' The symbol and negative expression for the karmic degree (just prior) of '5Can' = "An Automobile Wrecked by a Train"...'an insensitive recklessness.'

And what reckless birds might be included here? How about the symbol for US natal Pluto at '28Cap' which relates in many mundane horoscopes to the Pentagon's military industrial complex which so many of our politicians hold lucrative shares in? Wonder if the US government realizes that no populations in the world believe that 'spreading democracy' is our national aim? For they have plenty of experiential evidence for disbelieving that particular crock of merde.

And I wonder if Colin Powell has dusted off his, "You break it you bought it" slogan for the Obama administration?
