The Bombing of Hiroshima Horoscope

In the August 6, 1945 Horoscope of the Bombing of Hiroshima, Japan there are obvious planetary signatures such as the incendiary duo of violent attacks Mars-Uranus at Midheaven (the goal point), a power-craving Sun-Pluto conjunction in Leo denoting 'danger to life' and/or 'martyrdom' (R. Ebertin), the grand scheming pair of Jupiter and Neptune rising in first house, and an oppressive Moon-Saturn conjunction of a sad, ill population (Moon) whose lives were ended (Saturn).

That the karma of reaping what's been sown played a role in the tragedy, I leave up to you to decide, dear reader, since the first-ever use of the atomic bomb on Japan (not on Germany since Hitler had died in April) by Robert Oppenheimer and the Los Alamos team had the expressed intention of teaching Japan (see Rigel conjunct MC: "to bring knowledge") that World War II was over - and that the Nazis had been defeated.

So with all my study notes squooshed upon the charts, here are two images:

1. The Bombing of Hiroshima Horoscope (August 6, 1945; 8:15 am jst), followed by 2. the same horoscope (center) with a version of J. Robert Oppenheimer's natal horoscope (outer: my preferred version set for 7:27:01 pm est with 12Sco02 rising: "An Inventor Inventing").

As you see in chart 2, Oppenheimer's natal Pluto @19Gem07 (conjunct his Apollo and Vesta and adding 'fear' to the cosmic picture of the event) sits atop the Bombing's Midheaven (the objective) and forms a catastrophic and violent midpoint picture along with the explosive Mars-Uranus duo of 1945; potentials are penned at the top of the chart. "Unexpected events involving friends or groups place a great deal of pressure on personal relationships; issues loom large and hasty decisions are unwise because information is distorted and possibly false; an essence of tiredness and/or health problems are attached" (paraphrasing B. Brady's Predictive Astrology #ad).

Yes, issues loomed large for the Japanese victims exactly like a mushroom cloud, with health problems, and grievous injuries, most definitely attached. Unexpectedly, pressure was placed (forced) on families, women and children, but in the chaos of decimation was information distorted and false? Well, some of it had to have been.

Thing is, 1 North also brought the world the "Nostradamus Eclipse" of August 11, 1999 @18Leo, aka, the 'King of Terror Eclipse', and which links to the Book of Revelation prophecy of the Oxen-Lion-Eagle-Angel mid-degrees of the fixed signs. (A note for non-believers: perhaps a translator or two of the KJV Bible must have looked ahead to see that a prominent Total Eclipse would arrive in the future in time for the 'New Millennium'. Even so, the 1999 Eclipse's Fixed Grand Cross is prophetic enough for me.)

Now the last Total Solar Eclipse in the 1 North Series manifested as the Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 @29Leo (conjunct royal Regulus) with Herr Trump in the White House and acting as figurehead of the authoritarian movement craving dictatorship in America. Yet my hope is that with all the attention now paid to the Oppenheimer film and its related power, control, and barbarism issues in the spotlight, society now realizes our opportunities to deal more carefully and fully with such abuse-of-power concerns, and that folks who are slack about -- or cheering on - the potential for a Nazi take-over of this and other countries will 'wake up' to the tragedy, misery, and brutality that Nazism would force upon the entire world after the movement's well-deserved wipe-out in 1945.

After all, atomic physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, who led and won the race for The Bomb against the Nazis, understood this. So it seems to me that Mr. Oppenheimer must've been woke when he said,

"We're in a race against the Nazis and I know what it means if the Nazis have a bomb."

And you and I know what it means if modern-day Nazis take over the White House in 2025 with The Button therein.

National Nurses Day 2020: Florence Nightingale

In 2020 Her Lamp Burns Brightly

May 12, 2020 is the 200th birthday of Florence Nightingale, founder of the nursing profession as we know it today. Born May 12, 1820 in Florence, Italy, she served selflessly during the Crimean War (1854--1856) and became known as The Lady With the Lamp. By her constant insistence on hygienic practices such as hand washing as she cared for wounded soldiers, the war's death rate was reduced from 42% to 2%. If this isn't a lesson for our virus-ridden times, I don't know what is!

Now in the US, Monday May 4th begins the annual National Nurses Week and Wednesday May 6th is the main day of celebration. Many businesses are already engaging in discounts and give-aways to health care workers but this week many others will join the cause in tribute to our heroic nurses, first responders, and other service workers. Here's a brief Video Tribute to Nurses, practitioners of "the gentle art of caring." Actually the entire month of May 2020 will be devoted to those devoted to caring despite the danger of contagion.

Florence Nightingale: Hygeia Conjunct Isis!

We find the lady's reputation for strict hygiene and gentle health care within the Hygeia archetype combined with her goddess-like fame of the Isis archetype, both placed @12Cancer on May 12, 1820. And if we consult the Sabian Symbols we find that the positive expression of '12 Cancer' fits her well: "a gift for bringing the more Godlike resources or superior powers of self to a point of real community service"! And of course, Moon-ruled Cancer is the sign of The Mother and thus of nurturance, care, and self-sacrifice.

If you wish, have a look at Florence Nightingale's Natal Horoscope (RR:DD) and you'll see her New Moon personality, a practical double Earth blend of Sun Taurus-Moon Taurus which inspired her toward an unflappable calmness, a supportive demeanor, and a desire to change the world so strong that she could deny her own feelings and needs. And perhaps you'll agree that it's significant that her Sun @22Taurus and Moon @24Taurus conjoined Vesta, asteroid and archetype of dedicated service.

Living in the here-and-now, her double Taurus personality blend wanted to lay foundations, define things, and get down to basics. Stable and sane, Lady Nightingale was a rock of support and reliability for her patients and probably came to be treated as an Atlas figure. Consistently neglecting her own needs and typical of this blend, Florence Nightingale retreated into illness and spent the last five decades of her life as an invalid due to a fever contracted during the war. Tragedy then, tragedy now for some of our modern-day health care workers are themselves contracting the current contagion from the patients they tend and treat with dedication. You know of the tragedies so I won't list them here.

Nightingale's inherent desire for order demanded that she attempt to keep the dark side of life under control and most would admit that with such talents, she was more successful than anyone else could have been. Passing away on August 13, 1910 in London, The Lady with the Lamp fell asleep around noon and left this mortal coil at 2:30 pm LMT with Sun in Leo, Moon in health-related Scorpio, blend of a hard worker and natural leader. Tellingly, the Moon and South Node were conjunct, a lunar timing device on that day and a cosmic picture of separation from Mother. At her death, health asteroid Aesculapia @27Cap20 Rx was in process of returning to her natal Aesculapia position of 29Cap04 and, being retrograde, perhaps already had. Also at her hour of death, a midpoint picture had formed of illness and loss of health: Sun-Saturn = Pluto.

And so in 1910 the realism and practical skills of Florence Nightingale were laid to rest, may she R.I.P.

Yet now in 2020 we have major reasons to celebrate her life and achievements for they live on in the daily rounds and tasks of our nurses and other workers in hospitals across the land - and for their selfless service and care it's impossible to thank them enough.

This meager post is meant as my small tribute to every one of them and to their example, The Lady With the Lamp whose caring light continues to burn so brightly.

How I agree with Monsieur Lecoin!

It's a natural condition for one who prefers life to death, thanks.

And it causes me to wonder: is there anyone who needs more evidence in order to recognize these psychopathic gangsters for what they are? Why follow the doomed?

They are practicing population control as they've done through the centuries using mass hynosis as part of the delivery method, genocide when it suits, war and other underminings of the social fabric.

Assassinations are part of their strategy, too, and you might think the flower power generation had fully internalized the lessons of the 60s with its jolting series of political murders done for power-grasping ideologies and hidden goals, and the Vietnam war with its culture-splitting allegiances.

Then as now, orators who are able to sway the masses through speech and writing are big assets, of course, as they disseminate the messages of the day.

Meanwhile it's Aug 24, 2008 in America and the microphone seems to be in process of passing from R to D Party (baton passing! one symbol of which may be seen for our collective instruction by the 2008 Olympics still on display.)

(+)Vesta, keeper of the eternal flame is one of the significators I use when the Olympic Games rear up, and I saw reference to the archetype's sacred devotion Saturday as Obama and Biden practically annointed one another for dedicated service of the flame-keeper variety.

You see, in my earlier posts concerning the Obama-Biden speeches in Springfield, I mentioned that during the event, Sun 00Vir56 conjoined Biden's natal North Node (contact with the public; associations; path, destiny, quest) but what I didn't mention is that in the Composite/Davison chart between Obama and Biden (their relationship), C/Dav Vesta is Rx 00Vir56 (conj to the minute of Aug 23's Sun 00Vir56 and conj Biden's n NN) and they all pile upon the C/Dav Uranus/Neptune midpoint.

Uranus/Neptune represents, among other things, secret radical societies which may act positively or negatively toward the collective from which they sprang. They think they didn't but they did - floated to the top.

So this pile up at 00Vir+ gives two midpoint pictures I shall give you in a bit, while remembering that the Great Conjunction of Uranus/Neptune (occurring 3x all through 1993) marks an important 171-year cycle for society, and times what some astrologers use for the New World Order natal chart at its symbolic New Moon stage.

This relates to the NWO as being publicly and more directly unveiled by Bush41 and others through speeches to the UN and Congress in 1990/91.

August 23, 2008, Springfield, IL:

Ura/Neptune = Aug 23's Sun: vaunted self-regard; impressionability (on their side or the public's); great creativity; impassivity.

Uran/Neptune = NN: meeting with people who care about one's future (I'll say!); having the same sensitive nature as someone else (sensitive and impressionable can be code words for mystical experiences, interests, and guidance.)

And then there's devoted Vesta and the flame from Olympus.

So are the presumed '2 parties' of Washington actually playing for the same team and just batting different averages with individual styles which the US public embraces for a while, but then the fussin' begins and we grow joyful in our pure dissatisfaction? We have enemies for that! Must we be our own worst?

(And we as a people are fickle cusses, you know - US natal Uranus and Mars in Gemini which means that we are prone toward behaving (Uranus) with fickleness (Gem) and may act (Mars) the same way - and with Gemini's duplicity, too.)

Of course, Astrology describes other levels of these Geminian traits such as a wide-spread ability to multi-task, and to tell the news, Gemini's primary quest but preferably, the Good News: 'For unto you is born this day...'

Very little good news has come from the Bush administration these many years especially with the way it began with SCOTUS and a collective learning experience extraordinaire: The Tower from a Tarot care, number 16. Our current watershed moment flows from that watershed moment of 2001...all is process, is it not?


You know, even if I tried, I couldn't by my lonesome separate the gangsterish tentacles from the world's throat unless...the power of the collective is brought to heel long enough to say, Non! to bloodlusty thieves and wolves of the inner kind.

1841, Kabul is repeating, friends, and our troops must be succored as best they can as they are allowed to retreat. If America can't manage it better than the Soviet State did for their guys back in 1841, then we will have Washington and its devotees to thank for denying life itself with its clumsy criminal misadventures and speculative risk-taking.

But you know that the pirates, brigands, jokers and jingos who took us there won't help us. It would unmask them even more glaringly than they've been to date yet they must step out of the way. It is no shame to regroup forces to plan and fight anew.

So I say to you now with as much feeling as these keys can tap atcha:

if there were ever a time and need for the oft-lamented 'what if they threw a war and no one showed up' wisdom, this threshold would be that time and need.
