The Tracker Pauses in His Tracks: Pluto Turns Direct 9.16.11

In Mundane Astrology, Pluto has many layers of meaning. Some potentials are: plutocrats, the government (administration and infrastructure), power and its abuse and misuse, big business and corporatism, the criminal Underworld (ex: Mafia), surveillance and spies, detectives, assassins and saboteurs, fear, secrets and scandals, the mega-wealthy class, taboos, Psychiatry and mind control, propaganda, methods of coping, oil, plutonium, other valuable things under the earth, tunnels and pipes, nuclear energy and weapons, death, destruction, and transformation.

Yet Mr. Hades can be the monster lurking beneath the bed or play The Philanthropist with a conscience (but also an ulterior motive)!

Once absolute power has been attained--and it has, Pluto has no intention of giving it up yet we've seen the beginning of riots, protests, and upheavals from populations across the globe as radical Uranus on the streets squares entrenched Pluto in his ivory tower in an attempt to block (square) the furthering of Pluto's abuse of power against the disenfranchised underclasses (Pluto/Chiron.)

Yes, the Cardinal Grand Cross of 2010 extends into 2011 and beyond and will 'inspire' more societal stand-offs between classes and political factions.


Pluto's Direct Station Sept 16, 2011

In Washington DC on Friday September 16, 2011, Pluto turns Direct at 2:25 pm edt with 25 Sagittarius rising which makes a 4th house (Real Estate) Jupiter (banking) the chart-ruler. (Jupiter's applying trine to Pluto is mentioned below.) Moneybags Jupiter is retrograde @ 9Tau51, not the condition we prefer for a chart-ruler--this points toward continuing foreclosures which are now being put into legal processes again (Rx) by the banking industry (Jupiter Rx trine Pluto, now Direct.)

It also points directly toward China, whose totem is The Dragon (Pluto), opening the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting of the New Champions today--see NPR's China Tells Others to Put Financial House in Order. Our Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is to speak there tomorrow (9.16), the day Pluto turns Direct.

Thing is, Secretary Geithner speaks with the Sun (leadership) conjoining US natal Neptune in Virgo (work; workers; service) so idealism and fantasy are in the air and someone is zooming someone--probably on both sides (US and China.)

So with Pluto now moving forward and stationing during the World Economic Forum, will China act as the world's economic savior as some have suggested? Pluto, er...China, isn't much impressed with that idea but we'll see. To do so would give the Chinese government more leverage and plutonian control which it apparently desires.


In September, Pluto rises with Fixed Star Aquila (The Eagle; bold action) and there are indications of war drums with Pluto's degree '5Cap' = "Indians Rowing a Canoe and Dancing a War Dance"--not what most Americans want since we're overburdened with Bush-Cheney wars as it is, but Pluto doesn't ask permission from anyone for his strong-armed pursuit of global power and domination.

A Cardinal T-Square with Apex Pluto

With a 9th house (Foreign Lands) Venus 2Lib03 opposing Uranus 2Ari57 Rx in 3rd house of Communications, a square from manipulative Pluto creates a Cardinal T-Square and forms a midpoint picture with these possible manifestations, some of which may turn up in the news as events or scandals:

Venus/Uranus = Pluto: potential for notoriety; exhibitionism; high excitability; accusations, attacks, or disruptions in seeking satisfaction; fanaticism when pursuing enjoyment of affection. (Tyl; Ebertin; Munkasey.)

Sexy! Yet in Business and Politics, the Venus/Uranus pair itself relates to a treasury showing unexpected rises and falls in valuations, strange or eccentric behavior toward financial assets, and/or ruling bodies unable to cope with sudden increases or lacks of financial resources. (Munkasey.)

Now when karmic Pluto is apex (focus) in a Cardinal T-Square, high-level executives are indicated, and certain bloodlines may hold sway. Secluded in an ivory tower, this isolated Pluto never shares power and ruthlessly overwhelms any opposition to his plans for domination especially when challenged; subversive actions and manipulation are used to force his ambitions upon others.

(On the topic of plutonian, draconian bloodlines and US presidents, of course the satanic Merovingians come first to mind.)

So as Venus and Uranus both square The Dragon, US natal Jupiter--Geithner?--is again opposed by transiting Pluto, a difficult and key time for US finances and for political maneuverings as power struggles stymie efforts. The phrase "called on the carpet" comes to mind for Mr. Geithner's visit to China.

Apex Pluto in a Cardinal T-Square describes explosive endings making way for a new direction but if the 'new direction' is global totalitarianism, America's sovereignty and independence will be become things of the past--we're in process of that breakdown now, aren't we?

Jupiter trine Pluto (4A58) indicates aid from banking and other entities (Jupiter - gurus, preachers, generals, Republicans, etc) toward power goals, yet aid is delayed due to Jupiter's Rx state (until Christmas 2011.)

Venus square Pluto (0A55) shows overreactions to something said or done--things are Very Serious, no jokes allowed. Old issues surface bringing along resentments, suspicions, jealousies, and anger over past actions which perhaps were not aboveboard. (Plus, the Venus/Pluto pair has a connection to bankruptcy.)


Well, there are many other chart factors of importance if you care to set up a chart for Pluto's Direct Station on Friday. I'll close with a list of the midpoint pictures formed at 2:25 pm edt in Washington DC (9.16.11) for your consideration--any, all, or none may apply:


Mars/Pluto = Saturn: leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of a particular task; a desire to forcibly overcome obstacles at all cost; frustrated goals require persistence; lessened personal power.

Mars/Pluto = MC (15Lib49 = US natal Saturn, as above): learning to gain control and use powerful or extreme measures for improving status; unusual capabilities for advancement; facing overwhelming force without power (Pluto oppo US n Jupiter; tr Mars opposing US n Pluto 27Cap33 Rx in USA's 2nd house of Money); intervention of a Higher Power (China saves the global financial system?)

Jupiter/NN = Neptune (an ongoing mdpt picture): indecision or vacillation; inhibitions in partnerships; instability; unreliability; disappointment; getting sober again.

Moon/NN = Neptune: disappointment through others; an undermining of associations or unions.

Moon/Saturn = Mars: a lack of determination; the desire to overcome difficulties; feeling inferior; soul conflicts; separation or illness.

Moon/MC = Mars: total devotion to a task; industriousness; a spirit of endeavor.

And last but not least, our world's two societal planets, Jupiter and Saturn, point to activist Mars as well...

Jupiter/Saturn = Mars: a lack of endurance; enforcing changes of circumstances and life conditions; feeling unrewarded and making a change; not wanting to toe the line; ambition emerges out of discontent.

And since Mars opposes US natal Pluto...

Jupiter/Saturn = n Pluto: dramatic trust of self; fearlessness; major change of situation; tremendous perseverance; attaining aims slowly but surely; immense efforts; restrictions; separations; violent changes.

Mercury/Venus = Sun: compassion; recognition; a sunny disposition.

Full Moon over DC 29Can27 Jan 19, 2011; Hu Jintao to Washington

When China's President Hu Jintao arrives in Washington DC on Tuesday evening January 18, 2011, the Moon's darkened phase will be under way with the Full Moon 29Can27 perfecting Wednesday Jan 19th at 4:21:20 pm est in Washington.

The first Full Moon after a Solar Eclipse (1.4.11) is important as the culmination or fulfillment stage of seeds planted at the New Moon (prior eclipse.) Rising 19Can38 is the degree of July 11, 2010's Solar Eclipse in the 12 South Series:

successful outcomes to long term worries or illness; a draining issue at first seems worse, then clears with successful outcomes (all eclipse info in this post paraphrases Brady's Predictive Astrology as usual.)

Considering the longstanding and alleged tussle between America and China (our biggest loan-officer) over dollar-yuan issues and trade imbalances, let us hope such success will resound to the benefit of China's and America's people, and not just to the benefit of NWO promoters who desire a global currency. Will the US Chamber of Commerce and US Treasury Department bigwigs willingly sit this one out? Impossible especially considering the Sabian Symbol for the full Moon's Sun...

'30Cap' = "A Secret Meeting of Men Responsible for Executive Decision in World Affairs"...Keynote: The power to assume responsibility for crucial choices arrived at after mature discussion with those who share this power." EXECUTIVE POWER. (An Astrological Mandala, Dane Rudhyar, who relates this symbol to "inner government", "occult hierarchy", and the "White Lodge"...aka, the White House. What US government the public observes being 'conducted' is PR window dressing to hide the real deals going on behind closed doors, m'peops.)

Add to that, Mercury/Neptune = Mars 3AQ05: acting according to deliberation and experience; inspired planning pays off; realization of plans. (This Mars conjoins US Inaugural 2009's 10th house Jupiter = expansive or exaggerated plans; giving others more credit than they deserve; actions of others expand one's potential for development...further extension of credit as our debt ceiling needs raising?)

And Jupiter/Saturn = Mercury: a long trip; speaking with great maturity; asking the right questions.

The persuasive, spying, propaganda-touting pair of Mercury and Pluto are on the Nodal axis of fated encounters which creates a midpoint picture:

Mercury/Pluto = NN: a desire to dominate; lording it over others.

The current Solar Eclipse Series (13N = groups, associations; breaking an already existing bond leads to joint achievement) which manifested on January 4, 2011 @ 13Cap38 opposes US natal Sun (the leader in a mundane chart) and spotlights President Hu Jintao's criticism of US economic policy as mentioned in the above-linked article with the recent Federal Reserve decision to inject $600 billion into our economy at the expense of other countries' exports (as the media's popular line goes.)

It's an Hour of Mars which indicates action and points to Jan 2009's Inaugural Jupiter as noted above and which affects the 10th house of Public Status for the Obama administration and thus for America. The Full Moon's Mars 3AQ05 is also a transit to China's natal Moon (the people), a time of anger and frustration when the pace of life increases and domestic activities are of greatest concern.

An additional midpoint picture of note which relates to mercurial journeys, negotiations, and trade: Saturn/Uranus = Mercury: the ability to hit back under provocation; making great demands; necessary changes; organizing resistance; the act of separation. (Saturn = tradition, the past; Uranus = progress, the future with the tension and energy focused on Mercury, the Messenger.)

How about a list of prominent US-China contacts between our natal horoscopes? Here I'm using China's national chart for Oct 1, 1949 3:15 pm CCT Beijing (from historical record) with the Sibly version of our US natal chart (July 4, 1776 5:10 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA):

US Venus and Jupiter (3 & 6 Can) conjunct China's n Uranus (Venus/Uranus = extravagance with money, separation; Jupiter/Uranus = horizons broadened or altered, breakthroughs, political affiliations and independence highlighted; US natal South Node conj China's n Moon 3AQ11 and ASC 5AQ57 shows the US habit of falling back on the resources of China for support, and the hard work of the Chinese people; US natal Saturn 14Lib48 has China's n Mercury 13Lib10 and Neptune 14Lib39 upon it.

Mercury to Saturn shows advice being sought, serious discussions between our two nations, and on another level, our restricted communications. Neptune to Saturn emphasizes communism-socialism concerns; US n Neptune 22Vir25 has China's natal Saturn nearby @ 13Vir09, a double indication of shared Saturn/Neptune motifs such as secret government, and idealism which can be highly misguided, strange, and grim for the masses (Neptune.)

(BTW: I am compelled to add that on Sept 11, 2001, China's Mercury and Neptune were conjoined by transiting Mercury - airplanes - which was rising and crashing into the Twin Towers on that morning; also, tr Neptune conjoined China's natal ASC 5AQ57, a mysterious influence concerning one's self-image in the world. Interesting, yes?)

Other factors in the Jan 19th Full Moon chart and our nations' national horoscopes are of interest but it's time to close this post with two of the Images for Integration for Wednesday afternoon's Full Moon chart which imprints its mark upon the January 2011 visit to the US by Hu Jintao:

"A priest blesses his family before setting off on a pilgrimage...A politician kisses a baby without pretence." (Sun Sign-Moon Sign, Chas & Suzi Harvey.)

Now it seems the first Image refers to President Hu Jintao's historic journey to the White House under the rays of a critical-degreed Full Moon and 'pilgrimmage' may refer to the symbolism of sun-worshiping that goes on among global leaders intent on instituting one-world-government.

The second Image sounds all but impossible to imagine because pretence seems to be a major requirement for the practice of politics....unless we factor in a certain Sabian Symbol for '12Can' (conjunct US natal Sun 13/14 Can): "A Chinese Woman Nursing a Baby with a Message."

How easy it will be for both presidents to deliver and hear this week's particular financial messages and exchanges we may never fully know until it's too late and the selling-out of America and her citizens has been ultimately and completely accomplished.

China's natal chart and why Geithner is there: April 2010

Here you see the *national horoscope of China from Nick Campion's World Horoscopes software as cited by Celeste Teal in her book Eclipses: Oct 1, 1949 3:15 pm CCT Beijing; Hour of Mars (**conjunct Pluto) - ruler and co-ruler of MC; ASC 5AQ57, Moon rising (chart-ruler Saturn and co-ruler Uranus are mentioned below); MC 27Sco09 conjunct asteroid Cupido (corporatism; fascism; The Family; underworld crime syndicate) with Scorpio ruled by Mars, co-ruled by Pluto.

Mike Whitney has written this explaining the real reason behind Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner's current trip to China, a nation with a credit bubble about to burst!

Around the chart and highlighted in red are the planetary positions for early this morning (April 8, 2010), a Lunar Return for the country which emphasizes a midpoint picture from the natal chart, and along with Sun conjunct natal North Node, describes Geithner's visit. Plus, US natal Neptune 22Vir25 - and President Obama's n Mars - sit upon China's 8th house of Shared Resources, Debt, Credit, etc...

Venus/NN = Moon: seeking a cordial and complete understanding with others.

Natally there is a telling midpoint picture with n Sun ('Hero's Journey')...

Pluto/MC = Sun: a desire for power and authority; seeking leadership and notoriety for power; tremendous pride in accomplishments; a rise from obscurity.

But perhaps above all, I must mention China's lonely, unaspected Saturn in Virgo (7th house) representing an isolated, ivory-towered government yet with three midpoints keeping Saturn company and allowing the energies of Saturn to operate through these influences...

Sun/Pluto = Saturn: waiting patiently for results of achievements; exercising restraint when showing destructive tendencies or potential for fanatical ventures; ruthless overcoming of obstacles; restrictions; separation by a Higher Power; imprisonment.

Venus/Uranus = Saturn: estrangements and separations; perpetuating new forms of finance, art, or music.

Mercury/Mars = Saturn: avoiding discussions about might or force; long-term, loud negotiations; an old argument is debated.

And last, but not least, the April 6, 2010 Pluto Station Rx opposes China's natal Uranus 4Can59 in 5th house (with 6Can04 on 6th cusp, so Uranus affects both houses.) Pluto opposes US natal Jupiter as well, a pessimistic influence which does not favor US finances or politics.

When tr Pluto opposes n Uranus, circumstances involve tremendous conflicts with those with power and resources which are pitted against established financial and political institutions.

In April of 1948, China's PE occurred @ 7Tau41 in this chart's 3rd house with 00Tau15 on the cusp, the so-called 'Hitler's trigger degree' (Hitler's natal Sun), a degree of violence.

China's Pre-Natal Eclipse Series is 5 North: prophetic dreams and hunches; flashes of ideas from the unconscious which may be acted upon (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology), and since the last manifestation of 5N occurred on May 31, 2003 @ 9Gem19, I suppose that China could have 'seen' or envisioned their current credit bubble coming!

But perhaps that's the point - global financial collapse to pave the way, not just for the New World Order, but for peoples of the world to plead for its quick and thorough implementation.
