Tonight is December 26, 2015 and the current year will soon become a relic of the past!

With 2016 approaching stealthily it's Capricorn Season so here is expert astrologer David Cochrane discussing the Witness Consciousness of Saturn-ruled Capricorn folk and the sign's other core traits. I've always heard that the entire sign of the Goat is a labyrinth and it's quite typical for a Cappy to be described as an enigma and difficult to understand--you can't mold a Capricorn, some like to say.

Chiron in Pisces: the Allegiance of Barack Obama

Of course I voted for him--there was no other choice possible!

But is it true that President Barack Obama's Allegiance Is Not to America and God But to the New World Order and Satan?

Besides noting the warring events and assassinations which a majority of the American people have not sanctioned or asked for, we may wish to establish a 'goat-hand-signal watch' as the above linked article does with several links to beastly photos (Obama, Mrs. Obama, the Pope, Dubya, and others) which may then cause a revision of our opinions of US 'leaders' to include the possibility that psychopaths run things in the US and across the globe, and they are serving, not the interests of The People (as we know they are not), but Satan's interests in establishing a totalitarian 'new world order' to promote and extend Lucifer's dominion of the world.

(Aka, 'one-world-government' or 'NWO'. The terms 'Satan' and 'Lucifer' are here used interchangeably though their adherents may see differences between them. Since both intend major harm to mankind, I'm using the same brush for each.)

Capricorn the Labyrinth and Chiron in Pisces

Without going into too much astrological detail, we know that *50-year old President Obama was born with a 1st house Chiron in mystical Pisces, the placement of astral interference, mentorship, and a crisis over connecting with the God force(Clow.)

Thing is, mankind has free will and can choose to serve the god of death instead of the Living God. So I ask you: do drones raining death on innocent children around the world sound like a commander-in-chief worshiping a God of Life--or a god of death?

Chiron rules intense mystical experiences and spiritual ecstasy and never more so than when posited in Jupiter/Neptune-ruled Pisces, sign of the Two Fishes--one swimming upward to the heights, one swimming downward into the gutter. Chiron in Pisces hears the Flute of Pan, a different tune than most people march or dance to.

The Pan-esque lyrics in his head are supported in Mr. Obama's natal chart by his Saturn Rx in Capricorn, strong in its own sign of The Goat (goat-hand-symbols included.) As you know, the entire sign of Capricorn is a labyrinth whose ancient symbol is the Mer-Goat.

(Rx Saturn indicates the absent or weak father.)

Plus, Mr. Obama's natal Chiron is opposed by powerful Pluto in Virgo, a placement that makes living a trivial life impossible and increases interest in and talent for mystical, if Underworldly, realms. And of course, the Pluto/Chiron pair signifies Plutocracy, oppression, disenfranchisement, environmentalism, racism, socialism-communism-capitalism, etc.


Constellation Capricornus

Aratus called this constellation the Horned Goat (the hand symbol our leaders are fond of sending out to Satan's minions.) In Syria, Persia, and Arabia, it was known as the goat-footed Pan, and as early as 1,000 B.C.E., the goat had taken on a fish tail.

(As you know, asteroid Pan has been traveling in tandem with asteroid MIDAS, the gold-hoarder, for some time now and both conjoin US natal Uranus 8Gem55; Pan = panic, panorama, pandemic, Pan-American, etc.)

The sea-goat or goat-fish was known in ancient Babylonia as the god Ea, protector of his people (oh the irony)--He of Vast Intellect and Lord of the Sacred Eye. In fact, he was an Osiris-like god who cared, educated, and civilized his people.

(Personally, I don't find the threat of death-dealing drones to be very civilizing, do you?)

Ea became ruler of the earth after castrating his father Apsu, and he ruled from the waters from which the great rivers flow. Later his brother Bel sent a great deluge (the precession of a sign through the equinoxes) to wipe out the population and "start a new world order" (Brady's Predictive Astrology.) The myth goes that it was Ea who saved our bacon by urging mankind to build an ark and you know the rest of the story with God's rainbow at the end.

The ancient Ea myth goes on to relate him to fish (for obvious reasons) but also to a snake which turned up in the Garden of Eden to tempt mankind into eating the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

(And evil has been fighting over this corrupted world ever since.)

So the myth goes, wherever Ea roamed upon the earth, he took the form of a goat, and was called by some (the gullible!) the "Father of Light" which is precisely what satanists and luciferians of our day say of their goatish idol, The Beast. All the way back to 15,000 B.C.E., Ea's celebrations were carried on by participants wearing goatskins, a habit that would elicit howls of laughter in today's Washington. But tossing out a goat hand symbol? Not so funny.

Now we all know that early Jews considered the goat to be sacred and placed their sins upon a scapegoat each year and sent it out into the desert to die for them--an archetypal ritual of The Messiah dying for our sins. By Christian times, the goat, the snake, and the Horned One represented the essence of evil so having our national leaders signifying their allegiance with a goat hand symbol may not surprise those of us who think the government of the United States has gone the way of The Goat--down into the darkest of gutters.

The stars of Capricorn are quite faint but there is one that is used in Astrology charts, Deneb Algedi (or, Giedi, the horn of the goat, Delta Capricornus), and its themes are lawgiver, life and death, sorrow and happiness, beneficence and destructiveness. (Brady.)

Unfortunately for the entire world, Barack Obama seems to be playing on the side of the death and destruction team as the current leader in establishing a new world order. Remember the attacks of 9/11/01 when Osama bin Laden called America "The Great Satan"?

Well, Satan always accuses himself of doing evil just to confuse us over who's representing him on earth!

Amanpour touts "emerging new order" @ 11:38 am est 2.20.11

My Jaw-Dropping Moment Watching TV's 'This Week' as Amanpour Shouts Out a NWO Feb 20, 2011

Journalist and host of ABC's This Week, Christiane Amanpour slipped off her globalist gloves during an interview with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on the topic of uprisings in Bahrain and across the Middle East when she asked a softball question about, " -- the emerging new order."

This code phrase for a longstanding agenda for establishing a 'new world order' (aka, a 'one-word-government') was broadcast at 11:38 am est (my time zone down in Georgia as well as that of DC, my old stomping grounds) so I set a horoscope for that time, today's date, in Washington (1.), and a second chart set for Cairo, Egypt (2.) - and some interesting chart links appear between the two capitals.

Using Sabian Symbols and the basic method of WHAT? (Asc), WHERE? (Desc), WHY? (Mc), and HOW? (Ic) for comparison between the locations, let's peek at the horoscopes of Amanpour's disclosure of her poker hand and its potential meaning in America and in the Middle East, or simply, Cairo.

Comparison key: 1. = Washington DC; 2. = Cairo Egypt.

For background, we note that her husband, James Rubin, is a former Secretary of State who worked in the Clinton administration, and is currently an 'informal adviser' to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and to President Barack Obama, as cited in Amanpour's Wiki bio linked above. That's okay, I suppose, yet Amanpour's propaganda shout-out to the global elite and their operatives who squelch the rights of populations as they 'head' puppet governments propped up by the USA (because they serve our corporate interest$), seems a subtle bit of political craft which perhaps should not go unnoticed.

That SoS Clinton is going around spouting an amazing amount of hypocrisy about US 'support' for the people in upheaval and demanding democracy is one embarrassment among many these last decades with America speaking out of both sides (US n Mars and Uranus in duplicitous Gemini - actions, motivations, and behavior - our government's old 'forked tongue'.) Liars have an ability to deceive themselves into thinking that people (and nations) will continue trusting them long after their perfidies and disenfranchisements are discovered many times over. Looking into a camera and propagandizing with a straight face is an oration talent which must be developed and coordinated if one is to be a successful shill appearing in the media circus that is US politics.

Today's transits to US and Egypt natal charts include Egypt's Mercury 26AQ35 Return in progress with speedy Mercury @ 27AQ53 in Cairo 6:38 pm eet - this is also a Mercury to US natal Moon (propaganda to we-the-people! But all the political shows are that): messages and info received or given at this time relates to home, family, family property, domestic issues, security needs, the past, food concerns, and/or the emotional environment.

TV host Amanpour (and probably Secretary Clinton, too, since they shill for the same pan-international corporate 'Family' in what some call an elite-run network of global crime syndicates) use the old tactic that tends to work best for swaying the American public to a particular way of thinking: the emotional/unconscious plane of intuition. (In Progressions, it's the Tertiary Progressions based on the evolving positions of the Moon.)

Well, hopefully this post and its typings will remain readily available here so that I, for one, may refer to the horoscope if it becomes necessary. And if you, dear reader, get a smidgen of insight from this analysis, then a certain reluctant astrologer is all the merrier!

If Amanpour's NWO mention today was shout-out to someone in Egypt, perhaps it was meant for Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi of the Muslim Brotherhood (part of the global 'Family'?) as potentially becoming Egypt's New *Hitler.

Now let's include a symbol I've been wanting to publish for a while now for it's where transiting Pluto, god of the Underworld (and crime syndicates, assassins, and their ilk) has been transforming things of late. In fact, the above mentioned charts show Pluto @ 6Cap55 (in US natal 1st H, Egypt's 8th H) for Amanpour's "new order" mention which may be said to relate only to the forming of a new government in Egypt since Mubarak was run out of office by the people (Feb 11, 2011.) Yet the Muslim Brotherhood still may be or become part of the global take-over agenda of the power elite - and are perhaps being courted for their potential contribution to the cause.

The symbol for "7Cap" is relevant to our topic on various levels so I'll place it here, from Adriano Carelli's quirky, rather quaint book The 360 Degrees of the Zodiac; I shall quote some of his explanation for this Egyptian-esque degree which includes intriguing info on the mystical sign of Capricorn as well as an ancient symbol of Egypt herself:

Jupiter turns Direct for Fannie and Freddie bail-out

Stooping to conquer and letting go the money flow, the Great Benefic Jupiter turned Direct early this morning - in Washington DC, at 12:17 am edt.

As you've heard, the Fed and the Bush administration announced Sunday the much-talked-about seizure of mortgage titans Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the freezing of their portfolios. There'll be no more lobbying allowed for this lobbying king and queen.

And as you know, the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Neptune occurs all through 2009 which is as good a description as any of the financial risk-taking and meltdown which the next president will be dealing with beginning with his first year in office.

Now for the Sabian Symbol for Jupiter's Direct Station degree, '13Capricorn' from Lynda Hill:

"A Fire Worshipper Meditates On The Ultimate Realities Of Existence."

Lynda says this Symbol is about being very focused, with a great passion for getting to the core or to the truth; and about new beginnings. It concerns turning inward and closely examining the situation - plus, danger and staring into the flames.

~ Sounds like accounting examinations, doesn't it? And what is said could have happened if this nationalizing bail-out had not occurred.

Plus, Fannie and Freddie's books apparently have irregularities. Umm-hmm...some of that fuzzy math, is it? ~

Lynda gives interesting Cautions for this degree - here are two of them:

overestimation of personal power and abilities and not seeing the forest for the trees.

Now for Adriano Carelli's Symbol for '13Cap'...but I warn you - it may not be altogether comforting:

"A Tartarian archer drawing an incendiary arrow"...

A thirst for absolute power; a tireless and sleepless activity; a tendency to burn one's bridges behind oneself.

An heroic courage, which is never an end in itself, as all energies are subordinate to the aim in sight. Such a character is ready to go to any lengths in order to secure his aim.

Well,'13Cap' is opposite US natal Sun so we may begin to feel and experience some monetary relief as Jupiter widens the orb of this restrictive transit.

Today world and US markets reacted positively to the Fannie-Freddie bail-out, so we'll see how things transpire as rich man/banker Jupiter continues forward upon his merry way through the rest of Capricorn, a sign which is an entire labyrinth unto itself!
