America's 1776 Aries Ingress Horoscope

March 18, 2018: here is a view of the Aries Ingress (Spring Equinox) horoscope of March 19, 1776 (Sun to Aries Point) which shows a New Moon @1Aries ("A Woman Has Risen from the Ocean, a Seal Is Embracing Her"), and marks the beginning of a new cycle of activity and, as we know, heralds the founding of a new nation in 1776--order out of chaos. As you see, the midpoint of the revolutionary pair, Uranus and Pluto conjoins the Sun-Moon midpoint. Uranus-Pluto denotes the "collapse of the old order, construction of the new" and "revolution" (Ebertin).

The Sun Aries-Moon Aries combo? Mavericks and crusaders! Saturn exalted in Libra and rising? Difficulties at the beginning but ideals will be put into a proper form with laws for guidance.

Of course, 'a woman rising from the ocean' hints at a newly invented America and her founding motto, E pluribus unum, 'out of the many, one' and the 'seal' refers to America's Great Seal with its Illuminati symbols as accepted by the era's enlightened thinkers determined on the betterment of society (Sun sextile Uranus). These were our nation's Founding Fathers whose contrary ideals inspired them to become advocates for the common man (Sun sextile Pluto). To me the fact that Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto were not yet discovered in 1776 is of little if any consequence since a Neptune-Pluto trine was above their heads and denotes those who can respond to the invisible realms and forces whether they are aware of it or not!

So when looking at transits to America's natal horoscope (of which there are many versions set for various hours on July 4, 1776), this cosmically timed Aries Ingress 1776 chart is an alternative and may be a chart to keep in mind.

March 6, 2014 Jupiter Direct Station and Gridlock in Washington

Well, quarrels and gridlock continue in our nation's capital as 2014 rolls along toward Spring. Astrological Jupiter, the *banking and financial planet of large proportions and (usually) generosity, remains in retrograde until its Direct Station of March 6, 2014 when it seems to pause at 10Cancer26, in the 5th house of Gambling and Risk-Taking when the horoscope is set for Washington DC.

As you remember, Jupiter's Rx Station occurred on November 7, 2013 @20Can30, a critical degree (in 11th house in the DC chart) with 24Leo09 rising. Curiously, the Jupiter Direct Station chart of March 6th shows 24AQ04 rising, the Jupiter Rx ASC's opposite degree and the Illumination Point. Plus, in the Direct chart, ASC 24AQ04 brings up US natal Moon (We the People)--but also asteroid Hopi (ambush or prejudice but also...hope which springs eternal.)

The IC (Foundation of the Matter) of the March 6th horoscope is conjoined by trickster Pan and gold-hoarding Midas along with Royal Star Aldebaran (potentials: courage; warmongering; military leadership; violence; sickness--A. Louis) which places Antares (potentials: war; legal problems; fires; quarrels; suspicion; violence; honors and riches but sudden loss--A. Louis) at MC, the Goal Point of the chart.

As predicted on this blog that sequester cuts would be nixed for the Pentagon's sake, does anyone believe the now-restored funds in the military budget won't result in America's continuation of waging war and beginning new ones (under the guise of 'intervention' and other such euphemisms) across the globe? Yes, our domestic needs are sacrificed for the sake of war abroad--it's the same old guns vs butter argument which the American people tend to lose.

Politically and financially, there is 'fateful deception' going on between the two horoscopes of Jupiter's Rx and Direct Stations (Sun-Neptune = Pluto) via the use of illusory, spiritual, or psychic forces to persuade. The November 7, 2013 Rx chart shows warrior Mars @13Vir17 rising as contentiousness over foreign and domestic matters has resulted in the ongoing gridlock in Washington, as we've seen on many occasions.

Of course, if you've read this blog a few times, you may know that I consider most of the frustrating Political Theater 'gridlock' and 'stalemates' in government to be part of a script written elsewhere for US politicians and media types to follow as they further ensnare the American people in global government implementation. To me, that means that the two political parties are little more than factions of the ruling class who have been promised large gains via their cooperation (if not controlled by blackmail or threats to family members.)

Cynical me? Oh yes. Washington's perfidies made me that way and yet I love my country. After all, it isn't what they say or promise the public, it's what ends up happening that matters most. And so often these days, a majority of us don't agree with our government's actions or how they spend our tax dollars. It seems the NWO freight train just keeps chugging down the fast track though supra-nationalists must get worried now and then that their plans aren't coming to fruition.

So! May we expect some improvement once Jupiter turns Direct on March 6th? Yes, forward plans may be put into action though improvement may not be felt until the Jolly One moves past his shadow degree of its Rx Station of November 7, 2013 which is 20Can30. (The transiting Moon is at 20Can+ as I type!)

This cosmic event occurs on June 1, 2014 at 1:13:40 pm EDT with the 'success' midpoint of Venus-Jupiter at MC, and Jupiter just fertilized by the Moon @26Can46. Moon-Jupiter contacts generally portend happiness and/or sucess, even if it's only temporary. However, tr Pluto @13Cap03 Rx (secret wealth; sabotage, etc) remains in opposition to US natal Sun (the leader; the president) suggesting that recent and current titanic power struggles and stalemates will continue to bedevil the president's programs pertaining to both foreign and domestic matters for and in the US, along with the tr Uranus-Pluto square (generational conflicts and blockages) as a major part of the rebelling, protesting, striking, rioting, and obstructing gridlock of Washington DC.

Dec 2013--July 2014: Testy Mars in the Sign of Diplomacy

With all the diplomacy going on these days and since Libra is said to be the sign of diplomacy, I've become somewhat fretful over the long drawn-out transit of 'god of war' Mars through the airy Venus-ruled sign of Libra. As you know, the orbit of Mars around the Sun lasts approximately two years, however, the last transit of Mars through Libra occurred from the end of July 2010 until mid-September 2010--so the 2013/14 transit will occur almost three years later. Sheesh! Impatient Mars makes a long slog through a sign in which 'he' tends to be uncomfortable more often than not, thanks to our Solar System's retrograde phenomenon.

See PBS News Hour's photo slideshow of Events of 2010 which includes the BP Deepwater Horizon blowout that sabotaged the Gulf of Mexico and our coastline, the horrific earthquake in Haiti, the trapped Chilean miners' rescue after 69 days, austerity measures forced upon Europe, massive floods in Pakistan, the START Treaty between US and Russia, Iceland's volcanic eruption, the failed Times Square bombing, WikiLeaks leaking of US State Department documents, and, on August 31, the ending of the US combat mission in Iraq (with Mars in Libra!)

(Regular readers of Stars Over Washington know that I consider what issues forth from Washington DC to be Political Theater anyway, yet it's good to keep up with whatever storyline the media echo chamber is touting the loudest on any given topic. And perhaps you've noticed that there are few if any differences between the Democratic and Republican parties. They just follow the world government script, sad to say. Plus, if We the People don't interrupt their secret TPP deal America will be bowing to global corporations in the blink of a pyramidal eye with national sovereignty a thing of the past just as international corporatists have long planned, the borry sastards.)

But let's get back to Mars in Libra:

Now on his good days, Mars in Libra doesn't act in a particularly negative manner for he actually wants to associate with others and if he can manage to show some cordiality, friendliness, and teamwork, he can successfully achieve his goals--providing that his emotional moods don't lead to too much frankness so that others are put off. Differences, differences, differences! Can they be put aside?

Approximate dates and degrees pertinent to this long transit are Mars' Retrograde Station around March 2, 2014 @27Lib31 after which he seemingly backs up through Libra until reaching approximately 9Lib01 (conjunct Fixed Star Vindemiatrix--see star info below) around May 20, 2014, then moves forward until reaching his own 'shadow' point (the degree of his Rx Station) on or about July 21, 2014. After Mars reconnoiters the same territory in the Zodiac, whatever actions (military or otherwise) have been on hold can begin to move forward once again. Hopefully, these actions will be something the American people will want to move forward--and not the TPP or the groundwater-destroying Keystone XL Pipeline.

Mars-Saturn

During his long sojourn in Libra, Mars will encounter US natal Saturn (14Lib48) indicating a period full of obstacles littering paths (though the blockages may have been self-placed) although much hurry is expected and annoying rules are imposed. Becoming more structured, organized, and focused are possibilities as well and with careful planning, things may work out in the end in spite of delays.

Mars-Sun

Also during the Mars through Libra transit, Mr. Fussy will square US natal Sun (leadership) in Cancer three to five days prior and after conjoining US natal Saturn due to our nation's Sun-Saturn square. In fact, Mars can perform as an excellent trigger so the energy embedded within our Sun-Saturn square will be activated near the dates given above. However, Mars square natal Sun often denotes frustrated actions, difficulties or separation in alliances, and touchy feelings with egos bruised as authority is questioned or challenged.

Whew! Sounds pretty much like the entire presidency of Barack Obama, doesn't it?

Vindemiatrix (the Grapes Gatherer, or just The Gatherer; aka, Epsilon Virgo) is said to be an evil star (Robson) having the nature of Saturn and Mercury (Ptolemy.) Its influence may include disgrace, theft, and wanton folly and may indicate a loss of partner thus creating widows or widowers (Brady.) However, Ebertin mentions Vindemiatrix as providing mental concentration which aids such people as businessmen and architects.

Its magnitude has dimmed in our days so the star's influence is not as keenly felt as it once was, plus, precession has taken a toll. Still, its role as The Vintager may be pertinent to modern-day horoscopes (along with asteroid Bacchus) and I have seen its degree triggered during times of widowing or of 'reaping what's been sown' which is what this Saturnian astrologer describes as karma. jc

US Eclipse Aug 1776: Thor's Hammer, Isis' Key, and a Bucket

With Washington DC's lazy August 2013 break still moseying along (for the most part--Congress returns to Capitol Hill on September 9th), perhaps you'd like a peek at the horoscope of what I believe best describes the foundation of America, the Solar Eclipse of August 14, 1776 @21Leo52:

The Hour is the Moon's (changes, fluctuations, publicity, the public mood) and the horoscope's shape is a bucket with Pluto @26Cap37 Rx as the handle. Pluto is out-of-bounds (working on his own which I believe describes the US government's true bosses--the transnational banking houses of Europe who legally have us since 1913 under their sway via the 'Federal Reserve' Banking system'.)

Blogging time is limited this week so I recommend you click the image to enlarge and read a few basic notes penned upon the chart or set up the horoscope for yourself, if you haven't. As you know, most of the signers of the Declaration of Independence did so on August 2, 1776 which falls within the 2-week range of this Solar Eclipse of August 14, 1776 in the 13 North Saros Series.

This is the initial eclipse in the 13N Series which supports so many of America's 'firsts' including what became our nation's global leadership role (as we bossed around other nations--or did.) Its double Fire signature is perfect for our fiery nature, so Martian in its application of conquest and expansion, me-first attitude, and what became our overbearing warmongering and resource plundering.

13N carries themes of 'separation that requires the breaking of an existing bond, large ambitious group projects, and joint achievement' (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology.) The 'existing bond' was with Britain, of course, though its continued separation has been diverted and is directed by the central banking system model. 13N repeated last on January 4, 2011 @14Cap--opposite US natal Sun 14Cancer. And you know how fiscal and budgetary matters went in 2011--soon to repeat in 2013 into 2014 if austerity-promoting obstructionists, the Republicans, have their Saturnian way.

Now I want to include here a couple of factors including notes on the horoscope's bucket shape with powerful, wealthy Pluto of the Underworld Syndicate as the handle. the following information is gleaned from The Guide to Horoscope Interpretation by Marc Edmund Jones (1941 edition):

A bucket pattern is similar to a bowl pattern with planets on one side of the chart. The inclusion of Pluto forms a handle for what then becomes 'a bucket' as hemispheric emphasis indicates extreme self-containment and having something to bear (as a bowl is used to hold things.) The occupied area of the horoscope shows activity and organization with the unoccupied area denoting challenges to existence along with where our attention must be directed. The advocacy of a cause and/or the carrying out of a mission results.

And of course, 'Manifest Destiny' and America as the 'New Atlantis' of Utopian ideals comes to mind along with the Illuminati of the House of Rothschild who backed Adam Weishaupt and his May 1, 1776 founding of the Bavarian Illuminati. The destruction of the US Congress is well underway, as you know, and our lack of trust in the lawmaking body and its eventual dissolution are the expectable conclusions. That's why I try not to guffaw too much over GOP 'clown car' passengers since there is a wider, sinister game that directs neanderthal Republicans' crazy backwardness. But sometimes, you just have to laugh.

Note that the Sabian Symbol for Pluto's '27Cap' = "A Mountain Pilgrimage" and is the degree of the Midheaven--The Goal; Aspiration--in US Inauguration horoscopes since the early March date was changed to January 20th during FDR's administration, in January 1937.

So! A bowl becomes a bucket when it acquires a handle and this provides an important point of application which acts similarly to the lead planet in a dynamic locomotive pattern. The bucket may be considered to act as a bowl would act but the addition of a handle determines a special capacity or gift for certain activities of the sort described by the handle planet--here, *Pluto: manipulator, puppet master, propagandist, assassin, spy, underworld boss--all the interests that selfish plutocrats uncompromisingly employ in order to exploit the rest of humanity--here, focused on Pluto in 8th house of Debt, Credit, Shared Resources, Legacies, Insurance, the Occult, Death, Transformation, and--as a vehicle of transmission--Corporatism. And of course, Pluto's drug trafficking has been lucrative for centuries and made several family fortunes (ex: the Bushes.)

Conserving resources is not an issue for a handle Pluto which here describes those who work invisibly behind the scenes as they adapt allegiances to yield the most profit to fill their hidden coffers. For as we've found in recent decades, transnational corporatists have no allegiance to America or to any other sovereign state and consider the nation-state to be passe and in need of dissolution in order for their Great Plan to be fully implemented as 'Global Government'.

Isis Worship Outed by the Statue of Liberty and Other Goddess Emblems

As for Thor's Hammer/s and Isis' Key (see bottom left on the chart for Carelli's degree of the Solar Eclipse), we find Thor lurking within a double T-square pattern formed between Mars-Saturn and Jupiter-Saturn with their squares pointing toward MC @1Pis02--where transiting Neptune of fraudster fame has sojourned of late. This creates midpoint pictures...any, all, or none may apply:

Mars-Saturn = MC: endurance; power of resistance; needing to overcome many difficulties (to achieve independence! We need to use this energy again--jc);

Mars-Saturn = tr Neptune: insufficient power to tackle resistance or obstacles; waning powers and weakening efforts (in the news now about America having less 'influence' in foreign policy issues);

Jupiter-Saturn = MC: fluctuating success; changes; losses; the philosopher;

Jupiter-Saturn = tr Neptune: feeling abandoned; begrudging other people's good fortune; losses; damage to buildings via water, gas, or war.

Pluto at His Worst

Now there are many more interesting factors in the 1776 Eclipse horoscope, but let's close this fussy post with a quote from Dr. Jones' book, as noted above:

"The bucket type at its best reveals the real instructor and inspirer of others, and at its worst the agitator and malcontent."

Well, I myself am a malcontent when it comes to the self-destructive, totalitarian direction that politicians and other agents and operatives are taking America--but thankfully for my eternal salvation, I'm no reptile-hearted plutocrat!

Notice that in this horoscope, spies Pluto and Mercury @9Leo51 are not opposing one another as on July 4, 1776, but are quindecile (165/166 degrees), an aspect of compulsion-obsession as noted by Ricki Reeves in her book, The Quindecile. The results of this aspect are penned on the chart, bottom right. Another difference is that Mercury here is not retrograde and conjoins the natal Mercury of the Republican Party (July 6, 1854.)

Plus, Jupiter's prominence in America's natal horoscope and psyche also denotes the ego-expanding American Exceptionalism theory made more brash through the influence of our natal Sun-Jupiter conjunction in Cancer (with self-satisfied Venus nearby.)

Mercury Rx affects astro-blogger!

Wishing for tech assistance for my new office set-up has so far proven futile, dear reader, with Mercury, ruler of this blogger's natal horoscope and 10th-house ruler, turned retrograde. Annoyance and frustration are 'in the air' so to speak, and there's no telling when yon wireless service provider will knock upon the door--but first, he must re-ply to his voice mail re-questing assistance!

Will his efforts need to be re-done once accomplished? That re-mains to be seen. Usually, periods of Mercury Rx only affect me in superficial ways if at all (even with natal Mercury in Capricorn direct) but of course, it's been years since I've experienced such an abundance of change in my life--with change being of the province of Mutable Mercury as well.

Therefore, if you landed here and wish to read a little Political Astrology in spite of my tech troubles, you may wish to check out a recent post of the historical variety which concerns America's Syzygy Moon of July 1, 1776 if you haven't as yet. The usual (Water-Air = mist) Sun Cancer-Moon Aquarius blend that describes our national personality came three days later for it's a Saturn-ruled Capricorn Moon of ambition denoted in the syzygy horoscope. And naturally, our Syzygy Moon signifies a moment of real-world transits as our nation was being invented and the Declaration of Independence was in process of being debated.

Besides, re-viewing is an appropriate activity for us all during Mercury Rx periods, plus, transiting Pluto (The Transformer; the Dragon Guarding the Riches) nears our nation's Syzygy Moon degree and has crept within orb of it already. Pluto will perfect or create a midpoint picture quite soon, one which I think we're already feeling...

Occurring during the final days prior to the public reading of the Declaration of Independence (and its partial signing on July 4, 1776, the date America's founding fathers seemed to have preferred us to celebrate as Independence Day) is a Full Moon @10Cap12 (Sun 10Can12 on July 1, 1776, a lunation which was recently 'eclipsed' or triggered by a Solar Eclipse @9Can12 on July 1, 2011.)

Below is displayed our Syzygy Moon horoscope with some rather messy chart details added by yours truly; please click image to enlarge; according to my SolarFire software, this Full Moon became exact at 10:30:06 am LMT Philadelphia, PA, and is the last lunation prior to our nation's birth (pre-July 4, 1776):



ASC 20Vir13 makes Mercury chart-ruler and brings up Fixed Star Denebola (to go against society; if rising: good fortune attended by dangers and anxieties, because of folly--DeVore.)

Venus 29Gem05 in 10th H is at a critical-crisis degree (29) and hurrying to reach Cancer where she will reside on July 4, 1776 in the 3-4 degree range and nearer to moneybags Jupiter ('6Can' = "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests"--Jones.)


Mercury's three applying aspects tell how things proceeded on this date, in this place, and at the hour of a culminating Full Moon showing an end of a phase of activity.

Chart-ruler Mercury applies:

1. semi-square Uranus (1A36; 45 degr) shows minor irritations between youthful orators, writers, and/or businessmen and the radical politicians and geniuses of the day; minor adjustments to future plans were necessary.

2. sextile Neptune (2A59; 60 degr) denotes inspiration, futuristic insights, and high ideals guiding the participants; however, if distracted, this promising energy makes it hard to begin again with the same high enthusiasm as before for it's rather wispy; philosophically minded people are indicated who put spiritual values above material concerns--well, some of them did; Mercury in 11th H shows groups, associations, hopes, and wishes centered on Cancer, sign of shrewd businessmen plus, domestic and security concerns; NN in 11th H denotes meetings and group encounters of a creative nature (Leo.)

3. square Chiron 20Ari04 in 8th H (5A17) gives mental exactitude, extreme opinions, high intuition, and a potential for creating magic (Clow.)

And as you see, our eye-in-the-sky, mind-controlling Mercury/Pluto opposition is separating as on July 4, 1776, but its unconscious influence continues to track and bedevil us when it isn't coping with problems of its own.


In Mundane Astrology, Moon = We The People

Moon inconjunct the planet of freedom and liberty Uranus @8Gem45 indicates recurring crises, anxieties and nervous conditions that lower resistance, and an excitable energy which attracts con men, politicians, and propagandists who play games in order to gain our willing if unconscious submission.

Venus inconjunct Pluto describes being left holding the financial bag (which has been painfully brought forward to 2007/08 and before--ex: corporate welfare and bank bail-outs), and a tendency toward financial over-extension which greatly added to our monetary woes. In its day, I believe this aspect described conditions of American diplomats going overseas to plead our cause and garner funding to support the American Revolution with about one third of the funding coming from the House of Rothschild (whether all the founders were fully aware of this enslavement to debt or not).

This is precisely what President Andrew Jackson fought so vehemently against--foreign banks holding debt over the US government's head when we may have to tussle on difficult issues or go to war with them later on. Makes you wonder about the wisdom of threatening China, our biggest creditor, doesn't it?)


Since members of the Continental Congress meeting in Philadelphia were in great danger of treason charges with dire consequences from Britain, the enterprise's conditions were at critical points all through deliberations in June and July 1776. Perhaps you've heard that Benjamin Franklin (almanac writer and publisher, astrologer/Freemason, and more) wanted the Declaration signing to happen after the Moon left Saturn-ruled Capricorn (thanks, Ben! An Aquarian Moon is much better in the humanitarian department) and sailed beyond opposition to the Sun (the leader.)

This chart marks the moment when the Sun/Moon opposition (we-the-people v leaders) culminates and is at its strongest--3 days before our nation's official birthday which falls into this particular lunation cycle and describes mundane (daily) conditions within the environment.

Some indication of the Convention members' testy arguments and stand-offs are also noted here through the opposition appearing across the Cancer/Capricorn axis of security, reigning needs (Moon), public status, business, law, and government (Saturn = lawmakers; Sun = the ruler, or, leadership) as the Full Moon perfects.

Note: The term 'Sygyzy' refers to a yoking together by conjunction or opposition of a planet with another--particularly with the Sun, and here it's Luna timing her own Full Moon with relationship/awareness/culmination and fulfillment implications.

So with America possessing several versions of a natal horoscope with most set for July 4, 1776, why am I showing you yet another one to consider?

It's not my scampish streak, it's our current societal conditions and the very real prospect that subtle plutonian forces of infiltration have been and are working to take over our country to an even greater extent than they already have (exs: 9/11/01; the 'Patriot' Act; death-dealing drones across America, global imperialism, US military as world cop, US citizens left out in the cold--too bad, so sad, Americans pepper sprayed in their faces and eyes for protesting legally, US wealth and resources heisted away to foreign entities, SOPA as mentioned below, etc, etc)...and the fact that progressing our Sygyzy Moon chart (a day for a year) shows that US Secondary Progressed Full Moon @4Vir10 (a phase which reveals what should be the limit of our expansion into the broader world)...hasn't occurred yet!

Why 'yet'?

Because progressing the US 'Sibly' natal horoscope (July 4, 1776 5:10 pm LMT) results in a Secondary Full Moon @4Vir10 on December 24, 2008 and as we experienced, this timed the limits of our financial growth with the crescendo of the Bush-Cheney Financial Collapse 2008 presenting us with a major freak-out in December 2008. This may be because the 'Sibly' chart has Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius rising (The Seeker on a Sacred Quest--to bankrupt the entire world while protecting the wealthy, it seems.)

As you see above, America's natal Mars/Neptune square (misguided inspiration and actions; deceptive ideals; a misdirected military) is on full display--Neptune rising and Mars at Midheaven, the Goal or WHY? Point of any horoscope. And military Mars is, sad to say, the closest planet to an Angle in America's Syzygy Moon chart of 1776.


Saturn a Karmic Planet

The T-Square between Sun and Moon pointing toward apex Saturn gives info we don't usually obtain from other US natal charts since here, Saturn is within orb of the Sun/Moon opposition; Saturn rules the Moon (Cap Moon = major ambitions; emotional coldness or isolation) so the lesson-bringer's involvement is made more pertinent in the chart, and the business-oriented Sun in Cancer is ruled by the Moon.

Apex Saturn in a Cardinal T-Square shows managers with executive talents who tend toward impatience, ambition, and self-determination; difficult challenges are confronted head-on until objectives are reached; issues of domination and authority are involved and concerns of immediate importance are directly dealt with.

And you see there, Saturn conjuncts 2nd cusp (money; earning ability; values) denoting the dearth of money the Continental Congress had to work with.

Checking a transit chart for April 1, 2012, we find the Moon @6Leo48 conjoining US natal North Node (from July 4, 1776) which is apex of a YOD pattern (special task; crisis; turning point; crossroads) between Pluto 9Cap33 sextile Chiron 7Pis31 at the YOD's base--and the Pluto/Chiron duo work together to disenfranchise and oppress all whom they can while lining their lairs and pockets with goodies and loot stolen or exploited from people of all ages, stripes, hues, and professions.


Check out transits in the April 1, 2012 horoscope (5:03:26 pm edt) with its retrograde chart-ruler Mercury (@24Pis09 in 7th H), if you have a chance. With its 12th H (Politics behind the door; Karma; Large Institutions such as hospitals and zoos; Self-Undoing; the Unconscious) Mars 4Vir38 Rx (during his long stay in critical Virgo, sign of Work and Health), we may be in for an April 2012 of denials, delays in plans, equipment breakdowns, and the usual, tiresome performances of Opposition Politics so prevalent and debilitating to the national interests of the American people and which is now over-covered and promulgated with impunity by a complicit Mainstream Media that should act as the people's governmental 'watchdogs' but who choose to operate instead as willing and happy enablers of corporate Global Governance ideals.

Our millionaire Senate is set to vote on SOPA on January 24, 2012 and this draconian bill will sail through to a corporate harbor if enough people fail to speak up and out. If it passes then subversive, controlling string-puller Pluto in staid Capricorn will win and we will lose a larger chunk of our republic and our right to exercise free speech than we may yet appreciate.

This of course echoes the early rift between John Adams-Alexander Hamilton monarchists v the democracy championed by the Jefferson-Paine-Franklin-Madison alliance & their anti-King-George-III colleagues.

Yet since December 1913, the British-style Banking System rules the US government through the Federal Reserve System which is neither federal nor reserve-holding.


And so if we fast forward to modern Washington DC, Campaign 2012, political promises that will miss their mark, and actual consequences of political policies and decisions, many people note that there's little if any difference between Democrats and Republicans, and with this I must agree. Why, it's almost as if the power elites of Washington DC are not the real and final arbitrators of our concerns, you know? CRaZy!

And since the GOP is the prime party of monarchists in the US, our allowing headstrong Republicans to take control of the White House helm and bullhorn once again (so soon!) seems to me more grievous and damaging to our tattered Republic than what a sane people with scales fallen from their eyes should reasonably and self-interestedly allow.

At about 8:45 pm est, Mitt "I like to fire people" Romney was announced as the victor in today's New Hampshire primaries which was the predictable outcome for this former Bain Capital financial 'hitman' who signed pink slips hand over greedy fist during his years running the corporation and predictably boosted the company's bottom line. Legend has it, Mitt created a few jobs, too. Hmm.

And yes, his "I like to fire people" remark of January 9, 2012 has been taken out of context in order to hoist Mitt upon his own corporate spear of destiny.

An Astro-Peek at When US Authority and Authenticity Changed

In the Fall 2010 issue of Julie Demboski's Eclipse e-zine (subscription only, now an email subscription and worth it!), I wrote a column called American Empire: When Jupiter Bowed to the Sun which detailed my views on one of the signposts along the way of America's change of trajectory toward overreach, over-expansion, overspending, quixotic notions leading us astray, and excessive arrogance and greed.

This is not our Founders' country anymore, as many Americans feel!

Astrological Jupiter's connection to idealism, broadened horizons, philosophy, and finances figures into the path-diverted picture as well for a planet moving direct at birth (July 4, 1776 US natal Jupiter 5Can56 conjunct US natal Sun and Venus) may turn retrograde by progression depending on whether it turns Rx in real time (1776), and a progressed chart is based on a natal chart when the 'clock' starts ticking by degree as well as moment--for America's founding, Jupiter began @ 5Can56.

So, you ask, just when did America's planet of Jupiterian realms turn Rx onto a more inward-looking, subtle, distanced course which transformed its participation with other natal planetary energies? Precisely on November 15, 1905, and right away we think of President Teddy Roosevelt, the Progressive Social Movement, the soon to blowup Panic of 1907, and the resulting creation of the privately-owned Federal Reserve Bank. Other events and changes occurred as well, and perhaps you can locate my article in Julie's Eclipse issue for more details.

Besides, today I want to focus on US *Sec Saturn's Rx Station on December 14, 1996 during the President Clinton era--especially with the final conjunction of US Saturn by transit to US natal Saturn @ 14Lib48, our national Saturn Return, occurring soon on August 28, 2011--the date that the new Martin Luther King Jr Memorial is to be dedicated in Washington, DC. Plus, Saturn rules stone and stone markers, of course, in an attempt to create a permanent (Saturn) remembrance of a person or event.

Astrological Saturn, as you know, rules such things as authority, accountability, responsibility, austerity, reality, restriction, constriction, restraint, constraint, reserve, inhibition, Time, delay, endings, discipline, loss, lack...but also form, function, structure, walls and boundaries (even bones, teeth, skin), prisons, membranes, old age, the elderly, etc. You know the senex scoop.

If such a Rx change of direction by progression occurs simultaneously with major transits (as they did with US Sec Jupiter's Rx Station of 1905--lots of powerful Mars/Pluto action in the early 1900s), then a "backdrop for new perspectives" becomes evident although it will be subtle at first. However, something tangible may happen during that year (1996), perhaps directed by those who are aware of the planetary change, and some US leaders are nothing if not aware of such subtle forces which they attempt to engineer to suit their wills--the old win-win way of playing the game for those in charge. Plus, a need-to-know-basis is used for keeping the strings of power within certain hands.

With Saturn Stationing Rx, a progressed trine to the Sun follows in about 11 to 13 years when a fruition of some kind is achieved which stems from the year of the directional change--1996, here, so the years 2007--2009 are implicated (US Sec Full Moon Sun 4Pis10, December 2008, occurred less than one degree past the Sec Sun/Saturn trine.)

This info, of course, provides us with a time frame linking the internalization of America's Saturnian functions (such as authority, authenticity, realism) during the Clinton era 1996 (his second term) into the era of George Bush and on into the Obama Inauguration of January 20, 2009--and beyond to this very moment, for Mr. Obama is still in office.

Yes, the presidential baton was passed from Dubya to Barry in 2009, yet on many levels, the new boss of Saturnian authority acts much the same as the old, doesn't he? And we have basically the same problems grinding on.

So looking back to the Clinton era we may one day be able to see a suspension or weakening of Saturnian functions more than we can now. And it would take months or years for me to study and blog at you concerning the effects of Saturn's directional shift as evidenced by actual events. (My Sec Jupiter Rx Station article took about 5 months off and on to compile and compose.)

Besides, you probably remember some of the authoritarian actions or non-actions of the Clinton administration (the February 28, 1993 Siege of Waco comes to mind as Sec Saturn was slowing down in preparation, already on its Station degree @ 3Sco24 and had just crossed Sec IC by progression into 3rd house where it remains) but here is a brief list of December 14, 1996 events to whet the whistle of those who are concerned with the condition of the US government and the inverted condition of our Saturn, planet of government, law, and business.

Yes, it's 2011 and America's 'broken systems' have been in the news every day now since 2007/08--and tottering, they tell us, on the brink of Saturnian collapse with transit Pluto (transformation; destruction) in Capricorn working his toppling magic.

The rest of 1996 applies as well but why not use the actual date since we have it?

Now you'll note from these news stories the use of Saturnian words such as loyalist, rigid rules, big conservative, hostages, governor, law-politics-labor-business, blockages, obstacles, and other terms which tie in directly to Saturnian themes and issues.

All 5 articles are from the Baltimore Sun and the list begins with the nation that is now our biggest creditor and a man who, it states, once worked for General Electric:

China's new man in Hong Kong Governor-elect Tung Chee-hwa was a big conservative in the US;

Clinton taps Reno, Richardson, Daley Commerce, U.N. posts go to loyalists (contains 'free' trade agreement mention--current lack of US tariff barriers now pose a huge problem along with Ross Perot's predicted "sucking sound" of US jobs being shipped overseas, aka, the NAFTA SHAFTA);

Daley has ties to law, politics, labor, business Son of Chicago mayor ran Clinton's '92 Ill. campaign (Daley 'managed' it: Saturn!);

Businesses challenge Glendening lawsuit planned to block Governor on collective bargaining;

Richardson has knack for freeing hostages abroad Nominee for U.N. envoy also is Clinton loyalist with Hispanic roots.


Well, do you feel that 'something changed in America' during Clinton's presidency as his 'authority' was constantly under challenge and threat from the GOP? Our legal system certainly was affected by the brouhaha. But I'm not so certain that the legal challenges by conservatives to his administration weren't just staged Political Theater meant for public consumption (and for the usual dividing-and-conquering of the people, plus, a financial boondoggle) for it isn't as if the Clinton presidency ended over Ken Starr's investigation, now is it?

Horoscope USA: Uranus in Gemini Rising

Shown: America's natal horoscope with Uranus in Gemini Rising July 4, 1776 2:22 am LMT Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; it remains a Venus Hour as in the US Sibly chart, and Venus, Mars, and Pluto retain their out-of-bounds status.

The following is one of the several potential birth charts for the founding of America. There are two historical hints as to the potential for this chart's use: Benjamin Franklin's famous image quixotically smiling in front of Independence Hall Clock, the hands of which point to 2:22 (or 2:21, if you prefer) which could be pm or am, plus, a tale of Thomas Jefferson overseeing Mr. Dunlap, printer of the Declaration of Independence, at such a late hour which times the first copy of the Declaration to come off the press. Whether either hint is correct, I do not know. But considering the horoscope which results from using this birth time, it's an interesting chart to investigate.

For one thing, there's the then-recent discovery of a planet which relates to freedom, independence, individualism - yet Aquarian groups - and rebellion, Uranus. Typically associated with our nation and the American Revolution, Uranian traits describe America in a nutshell. Add to that, the of-for-by-government of an Aquarian Moon (Moon = we-the-people) near MC, the Goal Point of the chart, tells of Aspirations and Public Status for a democratic government...yet these days, reptilian brains have taken over what should be our helm and forced our aspiration to go on life support.

Having Uranus rising, the higher octave planet associated with Aquarius (with Saturn ruling AQ) supports our Aquarian Moon at Midheaven and gives the nation a Moon-Saturn-Uranus vibe. (The November 2008 presidential election occurred during a Saturn-Uranus opposition = status quo v progress; the battle goes on.)

In this chart, three of our natal planets 'back up' one degree in the Zodiac when compared to the usual 'Sibly' version of our national birth chart. These are, in order of rising: Mars ('21Gem' = "A Labor Demonstration"), Venus ('3Can' =
"A Man All Bundled Up in Fur Leading a Shaggy Deer" - Venus precisely conjoins 2nd cusp 2Can21), Sun ('13Can' = "One Hand Slightly Flexed With a Very Prominent Thumb". This picture always reminds me most of former President Bill Clinton who couldn't seem to give a speech without leveling his thumb at us.)

Our telling Sabian Symbol for natal Jupiter ('6Can') remains the same, "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests", which refers imho to the nature of the Corporate Venture at the foundation of the New World Atlantis, America, the Colossus which was invented and always intended to straddle the globe in the future, the realm of progressive Uranus.

Naturally, planets are posited in different houses (departments of life) here as opposed to the Sibly chart. And our nation's tendency to go to war based on lies and false reports (duplicitous Gemini) is well-represented by the warring, rebellious, violent, explosive Mars and Uranus pair rising and in 12th H of Karma and Self-Undoing, and Mars in the 1st house of Self.

The Uranus Rising chart contains a Grand Trine of sorts but we must stretch degrees if we wish to include Uranus at ASC, Moon at MC, and our exalted-in-Libra Saturn in 5th H. Our Cancer planets continue to keep us sentimental for the past and how things used to be; the 2/8 Desire Axis of Money, Resources, Credit, Debt, Death, and Transformation is highlighted by Venus, Jupiter, and the Sun (leadership); Venus and Jupiter are associated with money, banking, and evaluation issues. As you see, transit Pluto in early Capricorn is now visiting the 8th house of this chart; the upcoming US Pluto Return will fall in the 9th house of this natal chart...transforming philosophy?

Of course, for conspiracy theorists of the Invisible Government persuasion, there's natal Pluto in olde countrie Capricorn which hints at secret controls and manipulation (Pluto) coming from abroad (9th H) though the Sibly chart (5:10 pm LMT) gives a strong plutonian picture as well: controlling, obscenely wealthy Pluto (global banks, ancient bloodline rulers) in 2nd H of Money and Earning Ability, as The Fed controls the US government by printing its money.

As you know, America's natal horoscope with Uranus Rising gives a different chart-ruler bwo Gemini: our retrograde Mercury in 3rd H (rather than the Sibly's Sag ASC ruled by an exalted Jupiter.) Plus, rising Uranus becomes a higher octave 'ruler' of the chart affecting our nation on a cellular level yet on a higher plane as well (Uranus = genius, creative inspiration, the collective, and how one behaves which here, is like a multi-tasking yet possibly deceptive Gemini, sign of Communications and Trade.)

America's natal planetary aspects which are problematic are retained in this chart: a Sun/Saturn square, a Mars/Neptune square, and our Mercury/Pluto opposition of propaganda, surveillance, spying, and obsessive thinking about wealth.

Besides Moon 18AQ15 rising with SIRIUS, this chart shows two major Fixed Stars - Royal Stars of Persia - one rising and one setting. These stars are not quite angular in the Sibly chart but here we have them prominent.

The Watcher of the East, Aldebaran (Alpha Taurus) indicates 'success through integrity', 'facing moral dilemmas that challenge integrity', 'great honor that will not last', and 'success that will make enemies'.

The Watcher of the West, Antares (Alpha Scorpius) indicates 'toughness and pugnaciousness, 'good for military careers', 'keen mentality and courage with a caution of self-destruction', 'going to extremes either intentionally or unintentionally', 'successful efforts honed through the fires of experience', and 'ruthless and obsessed with success'.

Well, Spring is a busy time around here so my blogging hours have been minimal of late, plus, I always take a little time off for Easter, the most important 'holiday' of the year.

So if you've never viewed America's Uranus Rising natal horoscope, here you go, with my compliments. There are more factors worth mentioning, of course, but my schedule decrees that I ask you to consider this posting of the chart as a reference point for further discussion. Watching transits and progressions that affect this version of America's natal chart may be of some interest and I hope you'll investigate as you wish!

America's Natal Chart with Transits for April 8, 2011: Midnight on Capitol Hill

As the US government's budget impasse continues, with raising the debt ceiling soon on our national menu as well, I'm feeling as if the American people and our tattered social fabric are being held hostage to Washington's ideology-driven Capitol Hill Theater antics as the ruling class pushes its 'higher agenda' of world domination upon US taxpayers' tab.

Therefore, the US war budget, a bottomless pit of financial irresponsibility which funds wars on behalf of global war profiteers, will not be put upon the chopping block - but your Aunt Granny Fanny's Medicare probably will.



Here you see dual charts with US natal inside (July 4, 1776 5:10 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA), center, and transits for April 8, 2011 @ 11:59:59 pm Capitol Hill DC, outer. My usual messy scribbles are included so click to enlarge the charts for better viewing, if you wish.

One thing that immediately pops out to the eye is that the transiting cusps are the same as our nation's natal cusps! This makes it easy to see which houses (life departments) contain transiting planets at midnight of April 8, 2011 when the national budget effectively ends.

Anger Management MIA

Missing in action (besides common sense) may be anger management with the tr Moon 21Gem00 conjoining US natal Mars 21Gem23 in 7th house. Moon/Mars contacts indicate anger, intense emotions, impulsive actions, and emotional excitement and with the Moon in a mundane chart signifying The People, one may assume that most if not all Americans will be po'd big time at Congress even more than usual if a shutdown occurs.

The Moon Hour is good for fluctuations and changes though the April 8th Moon is out-of-bounds (OOBs) and thus feeling insecure and perhaps inferior concerning our needs (Moon) - as if the Political Theater now being played out in Washington is more important to DC politicians than our needs are. (Well, to me it's a given that DC pols think this, but maybe some of us still believe that sending reps there to "do the people's business" remains The Deal.)

Tr Pluto 7Cap30 is in 1st house showing massive transformation and as-yet unknowable power issues which are being revealed as Pluto plows through America's house of Identity and opposes US n planets in Cancer. When it comes to money - what the shutdown is purportedly about - Pluto (the dragon guarding the riches) opposing our national Sun/Jupiter midpoint is doing just fine, thanks...

But most of us? Not so much.

Another contact between the charts is tr Mercury 20Ari06 Rx playing about our natal Chiron. The Mercury/Chiron duo indicates a superlative ability to suss out what's really going on and to instinctively understand what others are thinking in relation to the situation. This contact describes a negotiator, teacher, counselor, orator, trader, or reporter, (or blogger?) and may signify President Obama since House Majority Leader John Boehner said this week that the President has been out of the mix on budget issues - yet '21Ari' = "A Pugilist Entering the Ring." We'll see if anyone else is better described as a "pugilist" in this matter though Republican Paul Ryan of Wisconsin is a very likely candidate, isn't he?

And since US n Chiron conjoins our natal Sun/Pluto midpoint, a picture forms...

Natal Sun/Pluto = tr Mercury: consciousness of objectives; a nerve crisis; a public speaker with suggestive power.

In 10th house of Career and Public Status, there's lesson-bringer Saturn 13Lib29 in the midst of our nation's Saturn Return with the last of three conjunctions exact on August 28, 2011. (Note: in the outer chart, I neglected to add 'Rx' to Saturn 13Lib29.) Current budget battles and the debt limit issue are part of our Saturn Return for if the US doesn't raise the debt ceiling, we will be forced to reneg on our debts and promises rather than take responsibilities as seriously as Saturn demands.

But what will linger longer is radiation crossing the ocean from the Japan Nuclear Meltdown with Neptune now in her favorite sign, Pisces (oceans, fish, poisons, gases, contagions.)

Also, with tr Neptune @ 00Pis08, America's Pre-Natal Eclipse Series, the 12 South, is affected; 12S repeated on July 11, 2010 @ '19Cancer' which conjoined a difficult Fixed Star, Castor. 12S = 'successful outcomes to long term worries or illness; a draining issue will at first seem worse, then clear with successful outcomes.' You'll remember the 12S last July which I held out to bring improvement in the BP-Gulf Oil Blowout disaster and 4 days after the Solar Eclipse occurred, the well was successfully capped. And the news from Japan this very morning is that the radiation leak stopped at "around 5:38 am", as reported by Democracy Now!...success? ;p

So will our national PE's influence help with current budget battles? Hopefully so especially with tr NN (destiny; future direction) in 1st house of this chart (a good portent) and conjoining Fixed Star Aculeus, keywords: enduring attacks but success.

Some of those ways are mentioned above, many are not. Government Shutdown New Moon 3.4.11 w Shutdown 1995

Thinking of a potential government shutdown on March 4, 2011 if Washington politicians can't do any better, I searched for info on the last time they came to outs (with the rest of us stuck in the middle.)

Government shutdown 1995 actually occurred in two clumps: Nov 14 through Nov 19, 1995 and from Dec 16, 1995 to Jan 6, 1996. I remember the disgust we-the-people felt that they couldn't do things any better than that, and the relief when the varmints infesting Capitol Hill resumed business.

The primary combatants in 1995 were President Bill Clinton and Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich after Clinton refused to sign the budget bill of the Republicans.

For a glimmer of the budget shutdown issues entrancing Washington on December 7, 1995 I scouted out a video from the C-SPAN Video Library for you. It's about 3 hours long but is worth the time if you're interested. As you see by the date, the program was broadcast in between the two shutdown episodes and it includes several issues such as a discussion of the Gingrich ethics probe. An appearance by Sander Levin is worth noting as well.

One important midpoint picture from late 1995 into 1996 pops out:

Saturn-Pluto = Neptune disguised uses of power; defects in planning for important activities (my fret: that in 2011, they've refined their methods); improbable effects from excessive activities of the past; unstable life situation because of the inexplicable, because of fear; falsehoods, lies, frauds; a desire to harm others secretly; immorality; instability; shattered nerves. Tr Neptune opposes n Mercury Rx 24Can12: facts and figures are confusing or elusive; accurate records are prone to error, deception, or loss; fanatic ideas take hold; networks of colleagues or friends become undependable or disappear altogether along with goals. To make Clinton look bad to the American people just as the potential shutdown on March 4, 2011 is designed to trip up President Obama - along with the GOP's general take-over plan for a one-ruling-party government, then as now.)

This transit began didn't become exact until April 2, 1996; there were five hits, the last one occurring on Nov 14, 1997:

As you know, Bill Clinton was re-elected and sworn in for his second term on January 20, 1997 in spite of the R v D political theater which involved a shutdown of the US government - and Clinton's sexcapades. Bill was a wily cuss, wasn't he?

Will They Shut Us Down Again?

The potential shutdown date is March 4, 2011, and on that afternoon a New Moon occurs @ 13Pis56, in 8th house of Shared Resources and Debt with the chart set for the Capitol Building. Also in 8th H are Mercury, confused or deceptive in Pisces, and disruptive rebel Uranus at a troubling 29th degree of critical conditions (29Pis36 direct.)

ASC 17Leo19 brings chart-ruler Sun's applying aspects into focus yet there is only one (shared by the Moon, of course): an inconjunct from Saturn Rx 16Lib02 in 3rd H.

Sun inconjunct restrictive Saturn, planet of government, indicates taking advantage of others or of being taken advantage of; it describes a taking-things-one-step-at-a-time condition with a vibe of eagerness to be accepted by others. That Saturn is Rx may be help or hindrance to the question of a shutdown since delays are indicated. Unfortunately for the American people, the delay may describe the cessation of governmental workings.

Moon inconj Saturn shows undercurrents of guilt, uneasiness, and exploitation. The Moon in a mundane chart represents the people, as you know; representing the people on Capitol Hill has become an elusive goal for our recalcitrant politicians.

Now the New Moon falls at apex of two midpoints: one, Mercury/Mars is one of strong opinions and with Sun there, we find great determination to succeed; with Moon, we have a potential for clearing the air by talking things out, and emotional quarrels.

And last but not least: the Uranus-Neptune pair of enlightenment, the new world order culprits from their Great Conjunction/s of 1993 ('18Cap' = POLITICAL POWER = neg: smug or strong-armed paternalism, which to me sounds like the 2011 version of the Republican Party forcing their methods, fanaticism, prejudices, and agenda upon our nation.)

Uranus-Neptune = Sun: impassivity; impressionability; lack of vitality (uh-oh); vaunted self-regard.

Uranus-Neptune = Moon: a sense of being on the right track to do one's best; emotional convictions, real or imagined.

The 3 days prior to the New Moon and just after are the Dark of the Moon when secret activities and deals can easily take place under the table. My Jaw-Dropping Moment Watching TV's 'This Week' as Amanpour Shouts Out a NWO Feb 20, 2011

Journalist and host of ABC's This Week, Christiane Amanpour slipped off her globalist gloves during an interview with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on the topic of uprisings in Bahrain and across the Middle East when she asked a softball question about, " -- the emerging new order."

This code phrase for a longstanding agenda for establishing a 'new world order' (aka, a 'one-word-government') was broadcast at 11:38 am est (my time zone down in Georgia as well as that of DC, my old stomping grounds) so I set a horoscope for that time, today's date, in Washington (1.), and a second chart set for Cairo, Egypt (2.) - and some interesting chart links appear between the two capitals.

Using Sabian Symbols and the basic method of WHAT? (Asc), WHERE? (Desc), WHY? (Mc), and HOW? (Ic) for comparison between the locations, let's peek at the horoscopes of Amanpour's disclosure of her poker hand and its potential meaning in America and in the Middle East, or simply, Cairo.

Comparison key: 1. = Washington DC; 2. = Cairo Egypt.

For background, we note that her husband, James Rubin, is a former Secretary of State who worked in the Clinton administration, and is currently an 'informal adviser' to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and to President Barack Obama, as cited in Amanpour's Wiki bio linked above. That's okay, I suppose, yet Amanpour's propaganda shout-out to the global elite and their operatives who squelch the rights of populations as they 'head' puppet governments propped up by the USA (because they serve our corporate interest$), seems a subtle bit of political craft which perhaps should not go unnoticed.

That SoS Clinton is going around spouting an amazing amount of hypocrisy about US 'support' for the people in upheaval and demanding democracy is one embarrassment among many these last decades with America speaking out of both sides (US n Mars and Uranus in duplicitous Gemini - actions, motivations, and behavior - our government's old 'forked tongue'.) Liars have an ability to deceive themselves into thinking that people (and nations) will continue trusting them long after their perfidies and disenfranchisements are discovered many times over. Looking into a camera and propagandizing with a straight face is an oration talent which must be developed and coordinated if one is to be a successful shill appearing in the media circus that is US politics.

But all the political shows are that): messages and info received or given at this time relates to home, family, family property, domestic issues, security needs, the past, food concerns, and/or the emotional environment.

TV host Amanpour (and probably Secretary Clinton, too, since they shill for the same pan-international corporate 'Family' in what some call an elite-run network of global crime syndicates) use the old tactic that tends to work best for swaying the American public to a particular way of thinking: the emotional/unconscious plane of intuition. (In Progressions, it's the Tertiary Progressions based on the evolving positions of the Moon.)

Well, hopefully this post and its typings will remain readily available here so that I, for one, may refer to the horoscope if it becomes necessary. And if you, dear reader, get a smidgen of insight from this analysis, then a certain reluctant astrologer is all the merrier!

If Amanpour's NWO mention today was shout-out to someone in Egypt, perhaps it was meant for Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi of the Muslim Brotherhood (part of the global 'Family'?) as potentially becoming Egypt's New *Hitler.

Now let's include a symbol I've been wanting to publish for a while now for it's where transiting Pluto, god of the Underworld (and crime syndicates, assassins, and their ilk) has been transforming things of late. In fact, the above mentioned charts show Pluto @ 6Cap55 (in US natal 1st H, Egypt's 8th H) for Amanpour's "new order" mention which may be said to relate only to the forming of a new government in Egypt since Mubarak was run out of office by the people (Feb 11, 2011.) Yet the Muslim Brotherhood still may be or become part of the global take-over agenda of the power elite - and are perhaps being courted for their potential contribution to the cause.

The symbol for "7Cap" is relevant to our topic on various levels so I'll place it here, from Adriano Carelli's quirky, rather quaint book The 360 Degrees of the Zodiac; I shall quote some of his explanation for this Egyptian-esque degree which includes intriguing info on the mystical sign of Capricorn as well as an ancient symbol of Egypt herself:

The wounding, confusing, watery transits of Neptune and Chiron to US natal Moon continue to plague us with fraud, dissolution, homelessness and foreclosures; tr Pluto, the Dragon Guarding the Treasure, opposes US natal Jupiter, a period when US financial matters and professional status are not favored; measures taken during this time will not be sufficient though we may not actually know just who stands in our way due to devouring Pluto's invisible cloak and subversive, sabotaging actions.

However, nothing that is truly ours will be destroyed during the Pluto opposite n Jupiter transit - yet this does not include fortunes that exist only on paper or on a computer screen.

Yes, one of the more encompassing backgrounds of our societal atmosphere that I consider when composing Political Astrology posts are the Solar and Lunar Eclipses for any given year. Whether offering crises or opportunities, these wild card lunations of the universe have always fascinated the collective and may influence events and outcomes even when partial or seen from only certain vantage points upon the Earth; even when 'invisible', we know they're there.

The year 2011 contains 6 eclipses all together: 4 Solar and 2 Lunar.

Let's look at the 4 Solar Eclipses by Series themes and add a few details on the Lunar Eclipses as well since, as you know, 2011 is thought to herald difficult times and acts as chronological doorkeeper to the much-ballyhooed '2012' of Mayan Prophecy, legend, and New-Agery promise; the global power elite have played on collective fears well and see this era as implementation time for total control of the planet.

For historical perspective on the Nov 2011 Solar Eclipse, it may be instructive to consider that the 14N Series first manifested on April 29, 1074 OS @ 13Tau54, with Neptune - the veil - @ 9Gem09 Rx, where gold-hoarder Midas, the asteroid, hangs around these days.

In her book Eclipses, Celeste Teal titles the December 10, 2011 Lunar Eclipse Solicitations with its ruler Mercury accenting communications, speakers, messages, negotiations, youth, transport, trade, speculations, and education; we may as well go ahead and add 'reporters, journalists, and bloggers' to the slosh as war (Mars/Pluto) propaganda (Mercury) envelopes and attempts to persuade the world to bomb defenseless people once again thus expand the globalists' totalitarian reach.
