Destiny, Virgo Symbolism, and the "Hall of Records"

Since the current embroilment between a slapdash former president (2017-2021) and the National Archives (NARA) branch of government is proceeding into Summer 2023 and beyond, the following post concerns the creation of NARA tasked from its creation with keeping our records safe from harm. Therefore, I've rounded up a variety of information for your consideration, much of which is on the esoteric level of knowledge. My focus is the NARA building itself with its esoteric symbols carved in stone and featuring a Zodiac sign that's sprinkled all over the Federal City: Virgo.

Mercury-ruled and representing humanity's analytical, critical, categorizing, fact-based functions, The Virgin symbolism has appeared through the centuries under many names: Mary, Isis, Columbia, Lady Liberty, Ceres/Demeter, Ishtar, Inanna, and more. Often associated with concepts of protection, nurturance, and truth, the celestial Virgo archetype by any name easily lends her attributes to the protection of America's records. Designed by noted architect John Russell Pope who surrounded the edifice with the sacred number 72, the neo-classical NARA building underscores these concepts with a side helping of Heritage and Destiny.

Of note is a frieze on the North side of the NARA building with these words inscribed in ALL CAPs:

"This Building Holds The Records Of Our National Life And Symbolizes Our Faith In The Permanency Of Our National Institutions."

So here we find one of the reasons why Hmm-hmm-hmm stole classified and secret documents which belong in the National Archives, and which by law belong to the American people -- to further undermine We the People's faith in the permanency of our institutions.

In fact, the National Archives building "was saturated in the Virgoan impulse," asserts astrologer David Ovason, and we see this via two significant events listed in Ovason's The Secret Architecture Of Our Nation's Capital (#ad):

Ground-breaking and formal foundation laying: September 9, 1931 (in the morning) with Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Neptune in Virgo; and,

Cornerstone laid by President Herbert Hoover on February 20, 1933 with Mars, Jupiter, Neptune, and North Node in Virgo.

Now Herbert Hoover had been busy with the Depression so it was President Franklin D. Roosevelt who recognized the need for such an archive, a "Hall of Records," and had been active in the movement to persuade Congress for such a measure. Thankfully, FDR was successful - until the recent breach by a faithless, unprincipled man who played the presidential role as if it were reality TV, and who shall not be named in this post.

To close, there exists cosmic time links full of Virgoan (and Piscean) energies between then and now. One is the 19 North Eclipse which influenced Election 2016 and Inauguration 2017 through 19 North themes of 'realism; tackling the truth; coming down to earth" (B. Brady) which manifested @9Virgo. Gumming up the eclipse themes of realism and truth and bringing confusion and chaos ever since has been the fact that an opposition to the eclipse came from transit Neptune, planet of deception, fraud, theft, intrigue, and the tiresome gaslighting with which you-know-who and the Republican Party continue to undermine and sabotage We the People and the US government in every malicious way they can devise in an attempt to force our democratic Republic into an autocratic authoritarian dystopia.

Then when we look at the date of the NARA building's cornerstone laying, February 20, 1933, we find two more Solar Eclipses of influence: the 6 South of August 31, 1932 @8Virgo, and the 7 North of February 24, 1933 @6Pisces (because it occurred within two weeks of the event). And 7 North is the series in which this post is being typed at you today.

In Tribute to Master Mason George Washington

Have you ever visited the George Washington Masonic Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia? Its basic design or shape is 'obelisk' and it is intended to evoke the famous Lighthouse at Alexandria Egypt, a factoid that ties right in with the Freemasonry so revered by General Washington, Master of Alexandria Lodge #22. As you know, the Lighthouse at Alexandria is one of The Seven Wonders of the World. Such symbols hint of the possible involvement of other secret societies though those of today may be newly invented or are offshoots of older organizations. As we all have noticed, whatever virtuous character these networks think they possess they may not and most Americans realize this when considering how America's Ship of State has been helmed through the years--in misguided, perverted directions, no longer under the inspiration of America's original founding principles.

And as Thomas Jefferson said of George Washington, "The moderation and virtue of a single character probably prevented this revolution from being closed, as most others have been, by a subversion of the liberty it was intended to establish."

Admirable! And yet the power-grabbing egomaniacs in the White House and frequenting its environs today have no intention of following the George Washington model of leadership, or of heeding his warning for the future. With perverted consciences, they pursue ravenously all they desire while the sabotage of our country goes flagrantly on, our freedoms unjustly looted away. Thinking the American People divided beyond repair, their brazenness increases and yet a reckoning is coming. How long will biological and philosophical descendants of the American Revolution allow the dismantling of our nation before stopping in its tracks the sabotage by the infiltrators?

How to View the Total Solar Eclipse of August 21, 2017

Are You Prepared for The Great American Eclipse?

For such a rare once-in-a-lifetime event as the Total Solar Eclipse on August 21, 2017 I was glad to receive a heads-up from astronomer Brian Ventrudo that a handy and informative e-book How to See the 2017 Total Solar Eclipse: A Practical Guide for the First-Time Eclipse Watcher is now available on Amazon for free download if you order by May 23rd! Brian co-authored the Guide along with Manish Panjwani.

Yes, I have downloaded it and appreciate its details of the August eclipse which conjoins royal Regulus (Tropical Zodiac). In Astrology, an eclipse 'hitting' a star ramps up the potential for earthly events to occur on the physical plane. For as David Ovason writes in his book Eclipse,

"If an eclipse hits a star or a planet, node, or angle" (as this eclipse does for Donald Trump--his 29Leo Ascendant, Regulus (00Virgo), and nearby Mars (26Leo)--"the influence can be explosive and extraordinary." It seems there's more drama ahead for the Leonine Mr. Trump though given his tendencies toward scandal, publicity, indiscretion and chaos, we don't actually need Astrology to tell us that, do we?

Well, be that as it may or may not be for his nibs, we all want be prepared for August 2017 Solar Eclipse watching, an eclipse that 'splits' America from West Coast to East, Oregon to South Carolina and promises to still the tweeting of every bird in its shadow. Perhaps even Mr. Trump will be stunned enough to forget to tweet!

Shadow into Light: an Esoteric Department of Justice

Various dates and events are noted upon the Wikipedia page of the Department of Justice along with the name of President Franklin D. Roosevelt but unsurprisingly I find no mention of FDR's attendance at the Masonic ceremony on October 25, 1934 to dedicate the DoJ building at 3:00 pm (The Secret Architecture of Our Nation's Capital, pp. 291/92, paperback, Ovason). Obviously '3:00 pm' was an elected hour for occult purposes.

Across the District of Columbia, esoteric symbols are styled into the city's architecture including the DoJ building via a panel designed by the sculptor C. Paul Jennewein and installed in 1935 on the Constitution Avenue side of the building. Mr. Ovason describes the panel's symbolism as "a rarity in Washington DC, for it was designed to make a hermetic use of sunlight in the slow build up toward an esoteric meaning. Given the context, this symbolism equates the sunlight with the light of justice, and deepens that significance of the Latin above the figures, Lege atque Ordine Omnia Fiunt: "All things are created by Law and Order."

Ovason continues, "Since the facade (and hence the panel) is oriented on the east-west line, the morning sun falls upon the figures fairly evenly, picking them out dramatically, as the relief is highlighted above the shadows. However, the panel has been inset in such a way that, until the whole relief is lighted, a shadow remains over the stick in the hand of the nude figure to the extreme right. As the Sun moves higher up the skies, the hand of the man is eventually picked out. The sunlight then slides slowly down the stick in his hand until the bottom symbol is revealed by its rays. This last penetration of light reveals the intent of the symbolism -- a serpent, coiled in the bottom-right corner. Such a light-darkness symbolism was widely used in Egyptian architectural devices."

So what of the nude man, his staff, and the darkened snake? Officially the symbol of the man is said to represent Order and the snake suggests the ancient "Snake of Wisdom." And of course, healing and rebirth as symbolized by two entwined snakes on the staff of the Caduceus come to mind along with that symbol's Mercurial connection and its resemblance to DNA. But wait! The snake on the DoJ panel is not wrapped around the staff as seen in arcane and religious imagery. On the DoJ building the single snake is quite different for the man is standing on the snake and his staff or stick is actually a spear. It is a triumphant symbol showing victory over man's lower nature as he aims for higher spiritual growth within the basic Masonic theme of redemption.

Tragically, this denotes another way in which America has lost her direction because for too long, US justice, as is usually meted out in our two-tiered system, tends most often to inspire the repetition of criminal acts rather than leading to redemption but this is well known and understandably lamented by the populace--and is a tragedy beyond the scope of this post. It is my thought that once a nation's legal system is corrupted beyond repair, that nation is plummeting down into history's dust bin of oblivion.

As for the abundant use of celestial Virgo symbolism across the city, the Department of Justice building displays The Maiden and wheat symbols on its two large aluminum doors below the above pictured panel. The doors were also designed by C.P. Jennewein and depict lions as well which denotes the Zodiacal progression of the 5th sign Sun-ruled Leo into the 6th sign of Mercury-ruled Virgo, The Maiden, or archetypal goddess so often depicted with shafts of wheat or corn in her hand.

Mr. Ovason explains that "The idea that from the bestial realm of animality (Leo) may grow the life-giving corn, with all the Christian implications of the pelanos, or sacred bread, is a profound reflection on the inner propensity of Virgo for order and perfection. The redemptive theme is also expressed in the spear in the hand of the man above, the bottom part of which transfixes the serpent. Just as this portal imagery associates the snake with the lower lion, so it associates the growing wheat with the hand of man, by which he remains creative in the world. {} Just as the snake remains in darkness to the last, so the hand of man is first picked out by the light of the Sun...The snake is the dark inner serpent which must be overcome to free the inner light."

Categorizing Virgo must have order, yes. "All things are created by law and order." In astrological symbolism, law is one of the provinces of Saturn, ruler of Capricorn, the sign of law, government, and business. And where does Virgo lead? To Libra, sign of the Scales of Justice, and this is available in America--if you have money to pay for it.

So, without further fussing on my part, here is the DoJ horoscope set for October 25, 1934 at the astrologically elected hour of 3:00 pm est, Washington DC with its out-of-bounds Moon which suggests that We the People were 'out of the loop' or somehow detached from the event (or unaware of it). Mars and disguising Neptune are in celestial Virgo while transit Pluto powerfully challenges US natal Pluto by opposition, and the recent Jupiter Direct station @13Virgo was performed upon 1934's Neptune and may be at least partially descriptive of current mutual lawsuits between Washington and NC and the overblown reactions involved on both sides to what is close to being a non-issue of social wedge proportions.
