An Unsealed Letter Within An Unsealed Letter

Since Stars Over Washington is basically an unsealed letter, and because current conditions in the US are dire, I've decided to copy/paste this morning's reply to a thoughtful reader's comments which were posted in October 2019, pre-Covid. In part my reply concerns which US Horoscope to use and why I must continue to use the US chart with Saturn-Neptune at Midheaven. However, please know that the following words are not for the faint of heart nor for the overly fretful or sensitive so please Do Not Read if this describes you, dear reader:

August 30, 2020, I'm just now replying, and we're embroiled in the covid pandemic, as you know zeebling. Depopulation and 'purification' of humanity are well underway and the 'reset economic agenda' is being implemented (with most of us out of the way). Meanwhile the Davos Forum has been rescheduled from January 2021 to Summer 2021 - allegedly due to covid concerns - and this places the 'reset' Forum under the prophetic 5 North Solar eclipse of 2021 rather than the difficult 4 South of December 2020. And as you say, the Inauguration 2021 Horoscope is aggressive and destructive with the Mars-Uranus conjunction rising. Riots and upheavals in US streets show the success of social tinkering efforts to ignite a race war and with a religious war simmering on the back burner. All that I'd fretted over these last several years of SO'W fusses is appearing in front of our eyes.

Meanwhile, I've gone back and forth over which US Horoscope to use but considering current events, I'm sticking with the July 4, 1776 5:09 pm LMT Philadelphia chart with its Saturn-Neptune = MC (00Libra) for the planetary pair's potentials for 'illness, suffering, renunciation, distrust, sacrifice, methodical execution of plans, tormenting emotional inhibitions, neuroses or diseases with causes difficult to ascertain' plus 'socialism' and other -isms since most now seem to apply. Oh and there's 10th house Saturn's well known "fall from grace" potential if Saturnian demands have not been answered. As they have not. DC and the Pentagon had their chance at global leadership and imho botched it badly. And as usual it's 'the little guy and gal' who must pay. And all this with our US Pluto Return/s almost exact. I continue to see 1776 Pluto as foreign involvement and of course we know which entities this describes in our era.

Yes, it's a dreary picture of course (playing out now!) but as a Saturnian astrologer I've said before - and realistic people know - that we must face our monsters to have any hope of vanquishing them. And with US Mars Rx by progression since 2006, its energies turned inward, it's going to be a long battle.

Horoscope: Uranus to AQ 1996 = Jupiter-Saturn 2020

DC Horoscope: Uranus to futuristic Aquarius January 12, 1996 2:12:57 am est Washington DC; Hour of the Moon (changes, fluctuation) which leads a BOWL shape of planets; 1996 Sun and Neptune @25Cap06 have been 'met' by the 2020 Capricorn trio of Saturn, Jupiter, and Pluto, here in the 3rd house of Communications (Technology!) which, combined, suggests potentials for dreams come true vs the grim face of reality (Saturn), fanaticism, paranoia, scandal, pretense, bankruptcy (Jupiter), Civil Rights struggles, control issues in the realms of politics, economics, society, and religion (perfect timing for Jupiter-Saturn's game-changing input), and/or the illusion of power, or power that erodes over time (Pluto). It all sounds familiar, yes?

The 1996 Uranus to Aquarius Ingress Horoscope is posted here because of the Winter Solstice 2020 Great Conjunction (or, Great Mutation from Earth to Air, if you prefer) of societal planets Jupiter and Saturn for the pair will also conjunct 1996 Uranus @00AQ+ then and thus create a midpoint picture of potentials (listed on the chart, upper right) for shifts, changes, and reforms. And noted in 3rd house are Jupiter and Saturn 2020, highlighted in blue, and Uranus 1996 highlighted in green.

Additionally, in the center of the horoscope a few potentials are listed for 2020 Neptune in Pisces conjunct 1996 Saturn (@20Pis14, 4th house) which transit Neptune has done off and on of late and will again, plus, the Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE'; highlighted in red) of the 1996 Ingress event is in 12th house @00Sco17 in the 16 North Saros Series with its themes listed, lower right. Basically, 16 North = 'Illumination of ideas' and the Collective rising up of 'unconscious material and insights' (Brady) thanks to the vibes of Uranus-Neptune (with their NWO, Illuminati implications) with The Enlightenment pair of planets moonlighting as 'New World Order' heralds of visionary idealism, awakening, (or, loss of consciousness), higher planes of knowledge, mysticism, the occult including Astrology, illusions, disguises, and/or the possible use of underhanded methods. (As you know, Uranus and Neptune conjoined three times in Capricorn all through 1993 where 2017 Pluto activated their 'Big Picture which must be followed' potential.)

Now prior to January 12, 1996, about 84 years earlier, transit Uranus entered its own sign of Aquarius on January 30, 1912. A busy year, 1912 brought several Uranian-style events of novelty, new beginnings, suddenness, and/or shock such as: the establishment of the Republic of China (January 1), New Mexico (January 6) and Arizona (February 14) becoming 47th and 48th states, a Suffragette Parade in NYC (May 6), US Marines landing in Cuba (June 5), the eruption of Mount Novarupta in Alaska (June 6-8), the RNC nomination of Taft (June 18) and the DNC nomination of Wilson (June 25), US Marines invasion of Nicaragua (August 4), break-away progressive Republicans forming the Bull Moose Party and nominating Teddy Roosevelt (August 5), an attempt on Roosevelt's life while he was making a speech in Milwaukee (October 14), the first novel in the series Tarzan King of the Apes, and quite a bit more.

So will the 2020 activation of rebellious Uranus by the combined energies of Jupiter and Saturn in December 2020 be noticeable or merely an unconscious blip for us all as we fret over the future? Might the planetary trio reflect a 'history rhymes' condition in society or signify absolutely nothing at all? Or, because of the unpredictable nature of planet Uranus can there be reliable answers to such pertinent questions at all?

Well, to me it seems that if Uranian energies are activated in or around December and do express in noticeable ways (echoing any events of 1912 or 1996 - or not), we must wait patiently to see if astrological Uranus follows its usual erratic course and acts early, late - or never. Yet beneath it all, it's possible that the 'new order' or 'reset' implications of the Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction could combine with 'Age of Aquarius' Uranian vibes and boost the old world into 2021 with something like, say, A 'Great Reset' Agenda manipulated by the World Economic Forum at Davos in January.

If so, my suspicion is that that high-handed agenda (aka, the 'Big Picture which must be followed'?) is what the calamities and purifications of 2020 have been preparing the world for. Whether we like it or not.

Let's Not Blame Jupiter and Saturn for Men's Ill-Conceived Schemes

July 6, 2020: In case you haven't heard, the crises now enveloping the globe (pandemic-financial-social-environmental) will culminate on a draconian planning level in January 2021 at Davos, Switzerland as 'the reason for their treason' becomes more clear to the world at the Agenda 2021 Reset Summit. For years here on SO'W I've fussed over the power elite (and their hidden enablers) use of the Hegelian Dialect for just such devilishness as this: create problems then "solve" them the way you intended to all along.

And now that 2019 has morphed into 2020 with the corona virus putting the brakes on most human activities, depopulating nations, and rearranging society's deck chairs, we find that the Hegelian model where "oh please form a new world order now because global problems are simply Too Large for little nations states to handle" will become the 'order' of the day as 2021 begins if not before. After all, one reason globalism was forced upon us was so that future collapses would be worldwide and would figure into their Great Plan for totalitarian domination.

Now again, here is the Jupiter-Pluto Conjunction of November 12, 2020 for your consideration with the wealthy, manipulative Jupiter-Pluto duo representing such groups as 'developers and implementers of large-scale projects' - large projects such a global agendas:

So will the Great Conjunction in Air of societal planets Jupiter and Saturn time the establishment of the agenda's 'new order'? Cosmically, yes, their 20-year cycle does represent an 'out with the old in with the new' paradigm but obviously conspirators such Davos planners and other social tinkerers (and their astrologers!) have known the 'new order' conjunction was coming in December 2020 and will use it to hide behind what has been their Hegelian-style agenda to "reset" the world order along with boosts from the other Major Conjunctions of 2020 and the new cycles of activity they signify.

Yet as a Saturnian astrologer I must note how easy it is and will be for any astrologer to fall into the trap of laying Agenda 2021's implementation and negative outcomes at the feet of Jupiter and Saturn, who benevolently act, after all, as the 'Flywheel of the Universe' via their expansion-restriction qualities that keep the planets in our Solar System orbiting within their courses.

And this always reminds me of Psalm 23:4, KJV, which illustrates the assurance that in spite of all that depraved men can do upon this Earth, our Creator is The One in charge (my italics added for clarity):

"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me; Thy rod (Saturn) and Thy staff (Jupiter) they comfort me."
