Davos World Economic Forum moves to Summer 2021

August 26, 2020: Citing Covid-19 concerns and the amount of global travel involved, it is reported that the date for World Economic Forum 2021 at Davos has been moved from January 2021 to Summer 2021. This effectively removes the Forum's Reset Agenda from underneath the influence of the difficult December 14, 2020 4 South Solar Eclipse to the more amenable 5 North Solar Eclipse of June 10, 2021 - as long as the Forum's yet-to-be-announced opening occurs within two weeks prior to June 10th (and of course, thereafter).

Therefore, if the Forum opens during the final week of May 2021, 5 North influences will be in play with themes of 'visions, prophetic dreams, and insights which can be acted upon' (Brady), solar-lunar energies which can be used positively or negatively. With this solar eclipse, Mercurial Geminian favors (trade, commerce, arriving at a crossroads) will be evident. And naturally, such a rescheduling of approximately 6 months makes my previous post concerning the 2021 World Economic Forum at least partially moot. However, the post does link to an article about the group's 2021 economic 'Reset Agenda' and displays the DC Horoscope of the final of three Jupiter-Pluto Conjunctions which perfects on November 12, 2020. Now as you know, the Jupiter-Pluto pair relates closely to financial matters, corporations and Big Bankers such as the Houses of Rothchild and Morgan, plus, the Federal Reserve Banking System, speculation, huge projects, and Plutocracy.

Whether the tyranny of plutocracy will be one of the Forum's topics of discussion or be part of their 'reset agenda' goals to be furthered in the world must remain to be seen. For now it appears that fear of Covid-19 has them and their big-picture plans on the run.

Let's Not Blame Jupiter and Saturn for Men's Ill-Conceived Schemes

July 6, 2020: In case you haven't heard, the crises now enveloping the globe (pandemic-financial-social-environmental) will culminate on a draconian planning level in January 2021 at Davos, Switzerland as 'the reason for their treason' becomes more clear to the world at the Agenda 2021 Reset Summit. For years here on SO'W I've fussed over the power elite (and their hidden enablers) use of the Hegelian Dialect for just such devilishness as this: create problems then "solve" them the way you intended to all along.

And now that 2019 has morphed into 2020 with the corona virus putting the brakes on most human activities, depopulating nations, and rearranging society's deck chairs, we find that the Hegelian model where "oh please form a new world order now because global problems are simply Too Large for little nations states to handle" will become the 'order' of the day as 2021 begins if not before. After all, one reason globalism was forced upon us was so that future collapses would be worldwide and would figure into their Great Plan for totalitarian domination.

Now again, here is the Jupiter-Pluto Conjunction of November 12, 2020 for your consideration with the wealthy, manipulative Jupiter-Pluto duo representing such groups as 'developers and implementers of large-scale projects' - large projects such a global agendas:

Karmic Saturn The Lord of Time

So will the Great Conjunction in Air of societal planets Jupiter and Saturn time the establishment of the agenda's 'new order'? Cosmically, yes, their 20-year cycle does represent an 'out with the old in with the new' paradigm but obviously conspirators such Davos planners and other social tinkerers (and their astrologers!) have known the 'new order' conjunction was coming in December 2020 and will use it to hide behind what has been their Hegelian-style agenda to "reset" the world order along with boosts from the other Major Conjunctions of 2020 and the new cycles of activity they signify.

Yet as a Saturnian astrologer I must note how easy it is and will be for any astrologer to fall into the trap of laying Agenda 2021's implementation and negative outcomes at the feet of Jupiter and Saturn, who benevolently act, after all, as the 'Flywheel of the Universe' via their expansion-restriction qualities that keep the planets in our Solar System orbiting within their courses.

And this always reminds me of Psalm 23:4, KJV, which illustrates the assurance that in spite of all that depraved men can do upon this Earth, our Creator is The One in charge (my italics added for clarity):

"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me; Thy rod (Saturn) and Thy staff (Jupiter) they comfort me."

Jupiter Hearts Pluto 2020: A Grand Year for Plutocracy and Exploitation

A previous post appeared here on SO'W concerning 2020's three conjunctions of financial planets Jupiter and Pluto in Capricorn. Follow the link to view a tri-wheel of all three conjunction horoscopes set for Washington DC. Their conjunctions range from 24Cap53 (April 4, just passed), to 24Cap06 (June 30), and back to 22Cap52 (November 12), a highly fertilized degree area of the Zodiac this year. Of course, this area of Saturn-ruled Capricorn relates to banking and investment, bail-outs-loans-debt, government, laws, and other Saturnian realms such as authority, systems, structure, order, The Establishment, conservatism, Capitalism, management, stability, the past, and the status quo. Add Pluto and we have powerful religious or military figures, wealthy CEOs, prominent judges, organizers of large-scale projects, people with power or money to dispense, and plutocrats exploiting the masses.

Meanwhile, as the novel Coronavirus pandemic has laid bare, the time has come for 'the old' to be replaced by 'the new' and for those who 'speak astrologese' this is made obvious astrologically by the multiple Great Conjunctions of planets in 2020 that begin ticking away their new cycles in timely fashion. And as 2022 nears, many can feel Pluto approaching his natal degree in the US founding horoscope of 1776--the old order now turned gray around the muzzle. Major transformation now in progress!

Plus, Jupiter and Saturn Start Over Again in December

Of course, the Great Mutation (Conjunction in AIR) of societal planets Jupiter and Saturn will arrive at Winter Solstice 2020 (conjunction horoscope shown) to bookend the year and the era with a fresh beginning in the expansion-contraction realms of life. Plus, their Conjunction joins with America's POTUS Sun (that's US Inaugural Sun @00AQ+ since January 20, 1937 when Freemason FDR changed the Inaugural date from early March with its Pisces Sun).

So what might Jupiter-Saturn = POTUS Sun bring? Will positive leadership be shown? Must boasting from the White House continue? Will the US government's traditional checks and balances finally be crushed? How about the infiltrated, weakened US Justice System? Perhaps we'll find that leniency vs harshness issues turn up in legal, social, and/or economic systems. At the least, we can expect changes in government and/or repression based on morality and ethics (ethical asteroid Pallas conjoins the November Jupiter-Pluto conjunction--and the natal Vertex of Donald Trump). Of course, Pallas also signifies the daughter so Ivanka may be prominent in a new way come late October or early November.

Now below is the third of three conjunctions on November 12 of Jupiter and Pluto, a Plutocracy pair of speculation and inflated power cravings. Obviously, the blending of their energies relates to current bail-outs and other financial, social, and religious happenings going on in 2020 but this November horoscope catapults their energies into 2021 and remains active for about the next 13 years--actually all three of their Conjunction horoscopes remain active with the 13 years divided into quarters of influence. This method gives precedence to the April 5, 2020 chart for the next 4+ years until 2024 or so. (Their next Conjunction will be a one-fer on February 5, 2033 @14AQ50.)

Significant is that the November 12, 2020 Jupiter-Pluto Conjunction @22Cap51 is joined by a transiting midpoint of Mercury-Mars. This duo has political implications in the realms of debate, oration, and discussion. It also relates to powers of thought, determination, achievement and the spirit of enterprise. A few potentials of the midpoint pictures are penned on the chart, upper center, but there was no room to add: 'quarrels, judgments, rash actions, lawsuits and controversies, obstinacy', and/or 'retaliation' (Ebertin).

Lower right you see a 'YOD' or a semblance of one for one point of it is the Ascendant rather than a planet. However, midpoint pictures may be read with the Moon--leader of a Locomotive shape ruthlessly determined on success--Venus, and Trump's natal Jupiter because the Moon conjoins his 2nd house Jupiter. So we have potentials for:

Neptune-ASC = Venus:'showing dislike'; with Moon: disharmony; and DJT's Jupiter: 'the urge to cheat others, or, cheating others'; 'loss of money and/or possessions' (Ebertin).

And if you're looking for the applying aspects of chart-ruler Venus you'll find them, lower left, with a few possibilities. Yes, wastefulness and extravagance seem to be on the Jupiter-Pluto menu--but also total dominance over others.

And finally, the Prenatal Solar Eclipse in the difficult 4 North Saros Series occurring at Summer Solstice 2020 (@00Can21) influences the 2nd house of Money, Possessions, Values, Earning Ability, and the National Treasury with 4 North themes of: 'restriction, restraint, inhibition, separation ("social distancing"?), illusions, events that block, misjudgments of strength or the situation; wait until the eclipse passes before taking any real action' (Brady) which on one level I take to mean that our current sequestration measures should continue through the rest of 2020 and perhaps beyond. But with impatient Mars-rising Trump on the loose, what are the chances that caution will rule the day?

Covid-19 and an Eclipse: "a peculiar turn of events"

March 26, 2020: With the ongoing pandemic in full effect and the isolation and sequestration of people undermining national economies across the globe while stressing out people's health, plus, their personal and work lives, I'm adding here a link to my August 13, 2011 SO'W post of the sinister 14 North Sequestration Eclipse Horoscope (14N: "a peculiar turn of events"; unexpected financial events'--Brady) which perfected on November 25, 2011 @2Sag36--the era of the scam-prone "Super Congress" formed to enforce austerity measures, as I think you remember. Now the post is fairly long and involved so you may wish to skip the text but check out the eclipse horoscope shown twice--in a reasonably unmarked version and another image with my usual scribbled notes.

Also see Zach Carter's Senate Democrats Are Handing Trump the Keys to the Country via the outrageous Stimulus Bill about to be voted on by the House on Friday March 27, 2020 with the vote set for 2:00 pm est, last I heard. You'll recognize shades of the GOP 'tax cut for the rich' corporate welfare bill passed in December 2017, happily signed by plutocrat Trump, "the king of debt." Yes, the 2020 stimulus money may boost our economy to some degree (with $1,200!!?) with more relief packages to follow via Congress but it also has the ability to bankrupt the country as Republicans and their enablers have planned for decades. This is working perfectly for Trump will be the one to provide "oversight" of the money! "Oversight" by a deadbeat con man--what could possibly go wrong? Probably something like withholding stimulus funds from states that don't back him for re-election in 2020, imho.

As for the current Covid-19 pandemic, it's interesting in hindsight that US natal Neptune (23Virgo) rises in the DC 2011 eclipse chart and US natal Mars (22Gemini) conjoins the chart's Midheaven, the Goal Point of any horoscope. This spotlights America's problematic Mars-Neptune square of misguided motivations and actions as well as reflecting the Mars-Neptune duo as a marker for infection and illness. Of course, no one in the public knew in 2011 to expect the current widespread contagion and its ability to ruin lives and finances but here we are 9 years later with "a peculiar turn of events" that includes illness, death, and potential bankruptcy.

Current circumstances are made worse, as noted in a previous post or two, by Trump's natal midpoint picture of Mars-Saturn = (12th house) Pluto: 'death of many people; murder; bodily harm; intervention of a Higher Power'(Ebertin).

For as you know, Mars-Saturn is, among other things, the 'death axis' - and here I shall add something that I've shied away from posting before, something that fixed star users are most likely familiar with already: Trump's natal Midheaven (25Taurus) sports enraged Algol upon it--and in Chinese Astrology the keyphrase for vicious Algol (Tseih She) is "piled up corpses." Just sayin'. And only those not keeping up with coronavirus news can miss the aptness of Algol's message when translated from the Chinese. For in NYC, a makeshift morgue has been set up after 88 people died in one day.

But back to the 14N Sequestration Eclipse Horoscope of 2011 for it shows a Mars-Neptune opposition squaring the Eclipse, the Sun and Moon (a dynamic T-Square). Mars-Neptune = Sun: 'danger of infection; undermining of the health; dissolution of a body'; Moon: danger of infection; sick or moody women; nervous weakness' (Ebertin).

In closing, I'm adding a note on how I came today to focus on the Sequestration Eclipse of 2011--because 14 North is the Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE') of New York Governer
Andrew Cuomo ('noon' chart shown) who has taken the lead from can't-handle-the-truth Trump with the governor's clear-eyed public news updates concerning Covid-19 conditions and issues. After all, Trump the sugar-coater has proven that he has no place in this emergency and says he takes no responsibility for his failures.

Looking ahead, we can note that the next manifestation of a 14 North solar eclipse occurs on December 5, 2029 @13Sag45 conjunct what many astrologers view as America's natal Ascendant. Just sayin'.

Saturn-Pluto and our Social Safety Net Chickens

Year 2020: Karmic Pile-Ups and the Social Order

Listening to C-SPAN Radio this morning my ears perked up when the discussion turned to Social Security issues and mention was made of the social safety net program's crisis of 1982 and into the 1980s. Googling a bit I soon located an archived New York Times op-ed from May 20, 1982 concerning the "recurrent crisis" of funding the program, Social Security in 1982, 1984, and 2020 stating in 1982 that, "The more worrisome crisis is still decades away"..."By about 2020, {} there may be trouble."

Now politicians, economists, and others have been aware of such funding issues all along and "there may be trouble" time is upon us, folks, Baby Boom Bubble and all. And while I don't like typing it, the timing points toward the Great Conjunctions of Saturn and Pluto: on November 8, 1982 @27Libra36 and the upcoming conjunction on January 12, 2020 @22Capricorn46 (both charts linked in the next paragraph). Of course, Venus-ruled Libra is an Air sign of thoughts and ideas, while Saturn-ruled Capricorn is a practical Earth sign through which ideas become reality.

Now, as January 2020 approaches, the most popular content here on Stars Over Washington of late is my recent post displaying both DC Horoscopes of the 1982 and 2020 conjunctions of these heavyweight planets: restrictive Saturn, one of the two societal planets along with expansive Jupiter, and transformative planet Pluto, the usual suspect manipulating powerfully from behind the curtain and a favorite planet of exploiting plutocrats the world over. In fact, America's Predatory Capitalism is one of the basic cash cows funding Plutocracy along with outright theft and criminality.

As for Saturn-Pluto, together their energies in the political sphere support such potentials as 'upsets in existing checks and balances', 'turmoil in any rigid or older structure', 'lengthy consideration of methods of removal or destruction', 'hoarding resources for potential future disasters', 'keeping affairs private or not open to scrutiny' (Trump's tryin'!), and/or 'secret preparations for future restrictions' preparations which I suspect are ongoing. Additional Note: the Saturn-Pluto cycle is approximately 33-38 years in length and prior to 1982, these particular karmic planets conjoined on August 11, 1947 @13Leo07. And by 'karmic' I mean the natural law of reaping what was sown, not that my granny thought she was Marie Antoinette!

Thus it appears that the troubling chickens that squawk within America's Social Security program are on the verge of coming home to roost just as expected for decades (for politicians chickened out on implementing fixes that would have eased the funding situation while purloining its trust fund monies) and the harsh conditions and constrictive energies of the Saturn-Pluto duo are regretfully implicated as cosmic descriptor and timing agent of our Social Security program's karmic troubles that lurk within.

And so it seems necessary to close this dreary post (sorry, dear reader!) the same way my favorite journalist, muckraker, and "all-around swell fellow" Brad Friedman ends each one of his podcasts...Good Luck, World.

DC Horoscopes: Jupiter-Pluto Conjunctions of 2020

Upcoming Planetary Cycles: Endings and Beginnings

Below is a tri-wheel view of all three Jupiter-Pluto Conjunctions of 2020 which perfect on April 4 (center), June 30 (middle), and November 12 (outer); all charts are set for the Capitol Building Washington DC. Notes are scribbled on the chart/s if you care to view them although I didn't squoosh as many as usual since there simply isn't space on a tri-wheel but most of the basics are there:

Jupiter-Pluto's Prenatal Solar Eclipses ('PE'):

Naturally, each of these cosmic events manifests within a Solar Eclipse Saros Series: 1. April 4's PE @4Cap06 (December 26, 2019) falls within the 3 South Series with themes of 'sudden endings of associations', and 'traumatic transformations via news received or short journeys undertaken'. A 3 South eclipse last occurred on December 14, 2001 @23Sagittarius (near Donald Trump's natal Moon-South-Node conjunction).

Jupiter-Pluto Conjunctions 2 and 3 (June 30 and November 12) both fall within the difficult 4 North Series with themes of 'restraint; restriction; illusions; inhibition; separation; events occur that block progress; misjudging strength or the situation; caution advised until eclipse influences pass'. A 4 North eclipse last manifested @20Gemini (conjunct Trump's natal North Node and Sun, and US natal Mars) on June 10, 2002 while Cheney, Dubya, and the rest of the "1% Gang" of war profiteers were readying their ill-advised, misguided invasion of Iraq intended to stir up the hornet's nest that is the Middle East and act as another signpost on the road to the 'new world order'. As you see, US natal Pluto is penned upon the chart where most of the Jupiter-Pluto action occurs--in 2nd hou$e of the April 4th chart with the Cancer-Capricorn axis intercepted across the 2/8 which adds to the picture heavy karma which must be dealt with if any beneficial progress is to be made.

Potentials which may express from the blended energies of Jupiter-Pluto include 'extreme depletion of resources', 'criminal elements with great social influence' (ex: gangster Trump), 'official corruption', 'moral laxity within society', and/or 'the destruction of legal documents' (Munkasey).

Jupiter and Pluto as Apex Planets in Midpoint Pictures

Also of interest in two of the charts are midpoint pictures pointing directly toward Jupiter and Pluto--in the June 30 chart it's growth-hindering Saturn-MC = Jupiter with potentials for: 'changing fortunes and/or changing residences'; with Pluto add: 'a struggle ordained by destiny' and/or 'success attained under great difficulty'.

Then the November 12 chart shows law-suit-filing, politics-debating Mercury-Mars = expansive Jupiter with potentials for: 'constructive criticism, sound judgment, success, a good critic, and/or a celebrated orator'. Add powerful, wealth-hoarding Pluto and we may have 'a sharp analyst, an over-zealous orator', and/or 'suffering heavy attacks or assaults'. (The Combination of Stellar Influences, R. Ebertin).

Jupiter-Saturn, Jupiter-Pluto, Saturn-Pluto: New Social and Financial Orders

So there's my basic overview of the Jupiter-Pluto Conjunction/s sans other considerations such as the Great Conjunction of Saturn and Pluto @22Cap46 which opens Year 2020 (January 12)--with two of the planetary pairs conjoining near or conjunct the fated Vertex of Donald J. Trump. The exception: Jupiter-Saturn conjunct @00AQ29 which ends 2020 (on December 21--Winter Solstice)...but it directly lands upon America's POTUS Sun so it too relates to Donald Trump. Arggh!

Yet after all, the yoke that is Donald Trump gives the American people a tremendous opportunity to work through the negative, destructive, cruel energies of racism that have smoldered under the surface of our society, then frequently erupted off and on, since before the founding of our nation in 1776. And if we manage to succeed at this Great Task, and if social and economic inequalities are positively dealt with, our Republic will become even 'greater' than a mean one such as Trump could ever imagine in his wildest Mercury-square-Neptune fantasies.
