Inauguration 2009 Horoscope

Just a brief heads-up to say that Inauguration 2009's horoscope has been updated this morning to reflect what TV's talking heads say will be an Oath of Office taken at 11:56 am est.

Bush's term mercifully ends precisely at noon, and reader Dan Smolen tells me that at the moment Obama says, "so help me God," the eyes of the Secret Service agents move from George Bush to Barack Obama because that's the moment Obama becomes president in their book. Me, too.

Actually, my eyes have crossed with consternation and regret every time I've looked at His Smirkiness' monkeyish, dissembling, propaganda-catapultin' face these long years...quelle relief!

1.20.09: pass the Sour Cherry Chutney please

When January 20, 2009 comes and Barack Obama sits down to lunch with Congress, the menu includes Sour Cherry Chutney and a brace of American birds.

Word is, the American eagle is safe from the grill.

Security high for Inauguration 2009

Not sure if this qualifies as a code magenta or puce, but Inauguration Security Enlists Snipers as four million people are expected in D.C. for the Jan 20, 2009 Inauguration of Barack Obama.

Even this blogging gnat in faraway Georgia knows an entire family driving up to Washington for the event and fortunately for them, a family member lives nearby so accomodations are no problem (good thing!)

And what a crush it would be if a sharpshooter had to pop someone, wouldn't it?

Think I'll soon be taking another gander at the Inauguration 2009 chart with closer attention to safety concerns now that the Oath's festivities are drawing near and snipers are mapping out their best locations.

Here's the 2009 Inauguration chart with midpoint pictures in English (and a few are troubling but midpoint pics are all-none-or-some possibilities, not certainties), and other comments - but remember I wrote it months ago when it was difficult to believe that Bush and Cheney would ever be pried from the White House!

But Blogger's comments moderation set-up doesn't tell me which posts comments are left for as I okay them, so if I don't reply to you it's probably because I'm having to search for your remarks after I publish them.

Comments on recent posts are easy to discover. But if you comment on an older post, I may never figure it out.

So if you think of it when commenting, it would expedite matters if you mention the post's title or subject in your remarks to ID its location! It's just crazy, I know, but there it is. My duh, no doubt.

And have you heard of former counter-terroism chief Richard Clarke's new book, Your Government Failed You...?

Clarke will be interviewed on NPR's Fresh Air tomorrow (edt schedule--check your local listings) so I may have to check it out. I only hope Clarke's book tells us Stuff We Don't Already Know--unlike Scott McClellan's new Bush-bashing book which so far gives me that 'NOW he tells us' feeling...how about you?

One thing's for sure--I somewhat have to agree with Karl Rove for once: McClellan didn't criticise the war while he was working in the White House (paycheck in danger, Will Robinson, back away.)

Ugh. I just realized I agree with Karl Rove on something, pathetic defense though it may be for an administration's many lies, frauds, and self-willedness.

And both these books may secretly be backhanded ways of promoting propaganda as if anything ever happens in Politics that wasn't designed to happen...misdirected, ill-waged wars included.

Guess the Plame Flame continues scorching their sorry patooties just a little, doesn't it?

Just a quick heads-up on a Page published today on some links between the charts of Cornwallis' Surrender of Oct 19, 1781, and the planetary positions of America's Inauguration Day 2009, noon est, Capitol Building, Washington, DC.

The 1781 chart, aka the Yorktown Surrender chart, is yet another of several versions known of America's birth or natal chart.

Well, sheesh and more sheesh! it's as if our Masonic, Sacred Geometry-versed Founders were trying to hide our beginning, rather than reveal it!
