Nikki Haley Astrology Chart

Now that US Ambassador to the UN has re-signed her post two days prior to planet Venus slinking through Scorpio and turning re-trograde @10Sco50 (October 5th), a peek at her 'noon' horoscope is in order and may be viewed at Star4Cast, Marjorie Orr's excellent website.

Also included is a view of Haley's natal chart blended into a composite chart with that of Donald Trump--and it's fairly curious! Plus, if you haven't, check out Haley's natal Mars-Uranus opposition which squares her natal Mercury in Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business. (Nikki Haley January 20, 1972 Lansing, MI, birth time unknown.)

Mars-Uranus = Mercury: acting independently and drawing heavily upon one's nervous energy reserves; a test of strength or power carried out calculatingly; an achievement or invention thought out in great detail; excessive irritation of the nerves (Ebertin).

A primary feature is that the combining of their natal charts and planets results in a difficult, frustrating Mars-Saturn square, not the best portent for an easy, lengthy relationship, or it may be sporadic or alternate between apathy and cooperation. Still, Haley says she's supporting Trump in 2020 and apparently intends to stump on his behalf. The square also denotes a tendency toward bad timing, an idea the GOP is publicly sporting due to Haley's resignation only one month prior to the 2018 Midterms (unheard of!). Good timing for her though.

Hopefully, Ambassador Haley is not involved or connected in any way with the disappearance or murder of the Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi who hasn't been seen alive since he walked into the Saudi Embassy in Istanbul, Turkey. After all, Nikki Haley has been hangin' with all nationalities at the United Nations and might 'know a little something' about the case.

So in spite of her resignation, Haley and Trump are so far expressing no rancor between them as she prepares to re-turn to the private sector at or by the end of 2018, possibly to earn money to balance her personal budget. Yet we know that 'Venus scorned' is an archetype within the Venus in Scorpio model along with potentials within Scorpio for brooding intensity and betrayal. It has been reported that she was mightily upset when Trump passed her over for Secretary of State and named oil magnate Rex Tillerson to the post. Bruise! So it will be interesting yet sad to see if Mr. Trump turns at some point toward criticizing Nikki Haley who may have become too high profile at the UN for attention-vampire Trump's weak ego to manage.

Now here are a few details concerning the Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE') of Nikki Haley:

January 16, 1972 @25Capricorn; 10 North themes: communication is emphasized along with frustrating or inhibiting events via news, paperwork, or a young person; feeling tired and drained; must work through difficulties one at a time (Brady).

A 10 North eclipse last occurred on February 7, 2008 as what I then called 'The Unmasking Eclipse' @17AQ45 because of its degree's Sabian Symbol. And it is my belief that the current solar eclipse which manifested on August 11, 2018 in the 2 New North series ('The Tower') has activated the potential themes of The Unmaking Eclipse which, on a subterranean level of the Collective Mind, so that its 'wild card' Uranian energies combine with our current eclipse theme of 'collapse of lifestyles, plans, and structures'.

As for 'The Tower' collapse potentials we're mired in now, my personal best-case scenario would be the ultimate collapse of Donald Trump's Tower of Lies which in 2018 trembles on shaky ground.

An Astrological Comparison of Donald Trump and John Bolton

As you've heard, neocon warhawk John Bolton is Trump's designated National Security Adviser now that General McMaster has been ousted from the White House. Let's take a look at the aspects between Trump and Bolton in the synastry grid, below. Since Bolton's birth hour is so far unknown, a speculative 'noon' hour is used--his Sun and Moon remained in their signs the whole day through--Sun Scorpio and Moon Cancer, Double Water (see his personality blend notes, below):

Across are the planets of Donald Trump (June 14, 1946 10:54 am Queens, NY with his Mars 26Leo rising with royal Regulus). Down are the noon planets of John Bolton (November 20, 1948 'noon' Baltimore, Maryland). Marked in Red are the aspects likely to cause the most conflict between them (squares and oppositions). I would consider the Trump Mars square Bolton Sun the most challenging aspect, dynamic though it is. Note that Bolton was born with a disassociate conjunction between Mars in Sagittarius and Jupiter @1Cap05 which is opposed by chaos-creator Uranus Rx @29Gem44, a critical-crisis 29th degree of impatience, and conjunct a Cardinal World Point (00Cancer). His Jupiter in Capricorn opposes Trump's Mercury in Cancer, also a challenging aspect (beliefs vs thinking) which hints at misunderstandings and differences of opinion. Their association begins with a bang but may end in acrimony as so many of Trump's relationships do but these two 'warriors' are rather a lot alike which can make things even worse after a time of working together. Plus, Mr. Bolton's natal Saturn in Virgo does tend to be the critic and, as we know, Mr. Trump's overly sensitive ego cannot tolerate criticism.

In his natal chart, John Bolton's Sun in late Scorpio conjoins his Chiron denoting a deep wound to his sense of self or personality probably via father during Bolton's childhood. However, Sun-Chiron does give him a sense of having a mission in life, Scorpionic as it is. And with Trump's shaky Gemini personality in need of constant approval, their relationship may be fraught with egocentric demands between them which spill over onto others. Yet war, strife, and conflict seem to be both men's aims in life (Mars trine Mars in Fire signs) though their perspectives differ (Venus SQ Venus) and we see that in Bolton's noon chart, Midheaven, the Goal Point, is @1Sag = "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire." Well, he has certainly demonstrated previously his grand ideas and plans to further the American Empire no matter how many innocent people must be bombed (of course, that's my opinion of him--disagree as you wish). There are, however, some beneficial aspects between them (sextiles, trines, possibly conjunctions) but since we're talking about that 'organized system of hatreds', Politics, we'll consider the negative ones in this post.

Now Bolton's explosive Mars-Uranus opposition is a primary motivator in his psyche and identifies his leaning toward reactionary politics and revolution, spurred by his opposition to the status quo. It also suggests that he is drawn to criminals and criminal activity, and possesses a volcanic temper. If any of this suggests Donald Trump, then we agree. For one thing, both men were born under a BOWL shape of planets led by quirky, quixotic Uranus in changeable Gemini. Add to Bolton a Jupiter-Uranus opposition as well and we have a neocon with dogmatic beliefs, a tendency toward adventurism, exploration, and erratic action. His Mercury-Pluto square suggests cruel and/or blunt speech and an obsessive personality who listens very little to others--again, like Donald Trump.

Yet perhaps that's a difference between them--Bolton may actually hold beliefs while Trump's 'beliefs' change with the last person's opinion he heard expressed. Or will this be a huge war hawking ruh-roh as Trump listens to Bolton and attacks Iran? My suspicion is that their partnership will allow two bad actors to scheme together toward global conflagration, as directed by their hidden masters. But hopefully, that's just me fretting--and perhaps their love won't last!

John Bolton's Double-Water Personality Blend

With his watery Sun Scorpio-Moon Cancer personality blend, John Bolton is deeply fond of 'the good ole days' and with this position in the White House those days may have come again--for him. But everyone else--watch out! Bolton is shrewd, perceptive (smarter than Donald Trump), and secretive as only Scorpio can be. A strong sense of duty may motivate him but going by subjective hunches are already in Uranian Trump's wheel house. Mr. Bolton better not show up Mr. Trump! Bolton has a strong sense of himself while Trump does not and both are very ego-sensitive and impulsive as they tend to give objectivity a pass. Still, Bolton's Jupiter-Saturn trine denotes common sense which Trump has so little of. Actually, both men tend to let negative emotions consume them as we see from Trump's obsessive tweets.

Bolton's Prenatal Solar Eclipse

John Bolton's Prenatal Solar Eclipse occurred on November 1, 1948 @8Sco43 in the 4 South Saros Series with themes of: strong emotional feelings in relation to money and/or relationships; anger, lust; relationship events seem fated and are beyond personal control; a sudden desire to finish relationships; emotions are blocked or checked which creates much frustration; avoid rash actions until things settle down (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology; my italics.) 4 South last manifested on December 4, 2002 in the lead-up to the ill-advised, preemptive Iraq War that Bolton helped engineer and promote. 4 South next occurs on December 14, 2020 @23Sag08--less than 2 degrees from the natal Moon of Donald Trump and opposing his natal Gemini Sun--and not far from Bolton's natal Mars @25Sag--planet of war and conflict.

In closing, I should gingerly mention what you may be able to read at the bottom of the synastry grid--that John Bolton's Syzygy Moon, a Full Moon @24Tau19, conjoins the natal Midheaven of Donald Trump (24Tau18--and his Phaethon) and both will receive a New Moon @24Tau36 on May 15, 2018 which is scarily tied in with the 70-year Fig Tree Prophecy of Israel. My apologies, gentle reader, if this offends you, but I just thought you might care to know if you don't--that it's late days for Planet Earth. Can you feel it?

12/01/17 Mars oppo Uranus as GOP forces tax cut bill

Update Dec 1, 2017: in the following post I neglected to mention that voting planet Mercury's position @29Sag, a critical-crisis degree and will soon turn retrograde. Its critical condition (and just having left a conjunction with responsible Saturn--remember the old GOP mantra "fiscal responsibility"?) is apparently enough to stall Republican efforts to pass this bill though GOP leadership continues to shove in spite of the outline-of-a-bill massively increasing the national debt and the deficit.

Nov 30, 2017: If congressional Republicans have their (and ALEC's) way their bogus tax cut legislation to benefit the wealthy class and corporate interests will be voted on on Capitol Hill this evening or in the early hours of Friday December 1, 2017, last I heard. Looking for an astrological signature for this abomination against the American people, I stumbled upon a major opposition which will perfect on Friday December 1, 2017 at 5:05 am est--testy Mars opposing zealous Uranus.

Demands and arrogance tend to abound under this opposition along with the authoritarianism of those who are cantankerous, anti-traditional, argumentative, dangerous, and risk-taking--who like to 'throw caution to the wind' which is one of the ways the US Government of trust-breachers now treat our nation and which is currently shown most obviously by this corporate give-away legislation that Mr. Trump has called a Christmas gift to the American people.

Curiously, We the People's Moon in the Mars-Uranus opposition chart is @8Tau07 and, rounding up, we find an appropriate Sabian Symbol, "A Christmas Tree Decorated." M. E. Jones gives the negative side of this symbol as: "a desire to place people under obligation and to enjoy life's riches without payment in kind." That sounds about right--like the enslavement debt system we already suffer under and it will only get worse if this secretive bill passes and is signed into law by the bankrupt-in-chief. It may be yet another example of voting on a bill without knowing what's in it or it's even being completely written (the dupes and shills!) But their big political donations must keep piling in, right?

Now the Sabian Symbols for December 1's Mars and Uranus may enlighten us concerning under-the-surface conditions so let's list them with their negative potentials (since we're talking Politics and our saboteur-infiltrated Capitol Hill--maybe not so hidden after all):

Mars '25Libra': "Information in the Symbol of An Autumn Leaf...TACT: negative expression: fascination with the trivial and delight in unbridled fantasy" (this sounds like Trump to me though of course you may disagree!)

Uranus '25Aries': "A Double Promise" ('Reveals Its Inner and Outer Meanings')..."SENSIBILITY: negative expression: a lean to chicanery in all human relationships." Well, that part is self-explanatory, isn't it? Plus, it reminds me of the way Republicans keep using the 'we promised' pretext as if the public is awaiting this dicey bill with baited breath and would be so-o-o disappointed if it fails to pass when really it's the GOP's promise to wealthy donors that they are bound to the tightest for the sake of their careers.

Since the two planets are precisely opposite one another, each is at the Illumination Point degree of the other. Unbridled fantasy and chicanery are what we now expect from Trump, the GOP, and the corporate Democrats as they perform their Political Theater roles and further sell out the American people.

Also of interest is that Mars is the nose of a KITE pattern of high-flying success with maverick Uranus acting as the tail. Jupiter @11Sco09 rises in the chart denoting the bankers, financiers, political donors, and politicians who have large expectations from this lucrative bill--lucrative for them, that is.

Now perhaps mention of the MC of this chart, the Point of Goals and Aspirations--is in order for it is 22Leo20, the 'worst foot forward' or 'foot in mouth' degree (A. Louis). Also, this Mars-Uranus opposition chart when set for Capitol Hill uplifts the February 10, 2017 Lunar Eclipse (22Leo28) and in 10th house is The Great American Solar Eclipse of August 21, 2017 @28Leo52 which conjoined the natal Ascendant of Donald Trump. Currently we are all under the influence of this eclipse which is in The Mother of All Eclipses Saros Series of 1 North with themes of 'unexpected events put pressure on relationships' and 'info is distorted and possibly false' (Predictive Astrology, B. Brady).

See February 2017 (Lunar Eclipse) events here where, among other things, Rex Tillerson and the now-departed Tom Price were confirmed for Trump's cabinet.

Other Chart Factors of Note

Tellingly, the Sun @9Sag24 conjoins royal Antares, a war star, with '10Sag' revealing "A Stage Symbolization of the Goddess of Opportunity"! Venus is oriental (last to rise before the Sun) @00Sag02 with '1Sag' the "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire" degree so full of meaning for America. Oriental Venus denotes those who deal with valuable things (ex: the lives and fortunes of the American people). At the chart's IC, the Foundation/Basis Point, is the midpoint of Pluto and Chiron, the plutocracy pair of oppression, exploitation, and primal violence. That violence has been threatened concerning this bill's successful passage would be no surprise to me if so.

Oh and did I mention that Pluto @17Cap48 is unaspected and thus representing the powerful foreign and other puppet masters in charge of Washington DC? You may recognize this degree as that of 1993's New World Order Great Conjunction/s of Uranus and Neptune and the midpoint picture transit Pluto forms @18Cap: the big picture demands a certain course of action, very little option to do otherwise (Tyl).

So perhaps you agree that, considering the lowering, degrading events since Donald Trump entered the Oval Office, America is being eclipsed across the globe and is being sabotaged from within. My fret today (which will be moot for now if the bill fails to pass) is that this ALEC/Koch-driven legislation will help make certain that our nation can never stand tall again.
