The Path of Mars Dec 2024 into Feb 2025

Transit Mars in Leo turns retrograde ('Rx') on December 6, 2024 within orb of a conjunction with fixed star Asellus, signature of a defiant, aggressive, warlike leader who doesn't hesitate to use brutality and violent measures.

In the Horoscope, below, we find Mars' change of direction in Washington DC occurring in the 2nd house of the National Treasury at 6:33:08 pm est with 11Can27 rising which spotlights the Sabian Symbol (word picture) for "12 Cancer: "A Chinese Woman Nursing a Baby with a Message." Obviously, the US-China relationship is suggested as well as financial dealings and misdealings along with ongoing efforts by foreign actors to undermine America's global leadership via finances and relationships with Allies.

Then below you see the Mars Direct Horoscope set for February 23, 2025 with Mars @17Can00 conjunct Midheaven ("MC: Aspirations; Goals") in DC and opposed at IC by the Moon @14Cap30; Sun @5Pis42 conjuncts the 7 North Fascism Rising Eclipse of 1933 so that the current crop of zealots and anarchists fighting against democracy can take a cosmic bow; penned on the chart is the Moon-Mars opposition's favorite slogan: "Don't tred on me" from Revolutionary days, plus, finances and relationships remain part of the Martian picture of 2024 into 2025, as a new administration full of kleptocrats and thieves leads the plundering process:

Of note is an Image for Integration for the Sun Pisces-Moon Capricorn blend on February 23, 2025 which reminds us of supply chain disruptions and high prices if nothing else due to the expected mismanagement by Mr. T's "kleptocrat krew", tariffs and all: "A old freighter chugs toward the port, bringing in the goods" (Sun Sign-Moon Sign, The Harveys #ad). Then as you know, a completely daft tariff war is expected if the collapse of the US economy goes as the saboteurs plan.

Meanwhile, stationary Mars Direct @17Cancer squares the greedy, stationary 2nd house Jupiter of Mr. T and this supports the theory some political pundits have proffered that with his Agenda 47 (Project 2025), someone may have bitten off more than he can chew.

His Wikipedia bio gives basic details concerning Hungary's Viktor Orban, creator of the "mafia state" kleptocracy that afflicts today's Hungary, and political idol of America's far-right Republican Party of regressive zealots. This style of government is what some are now calling "soft fascism," a term that provides no comfort for freedom-loving Americans who reject the barbaric dystopian Utopianism determined to destroy civilization as we know it.

As for the 2022 Midterm Elections and the Presidential Election of 2024, perhaps you're heard that Steve Bannon is calling for "shock troops" to "deconstruct state" as the GOP 'takes over' in 2024 - he's pre-activating this idea and organizing or planning to organize MAGA-style 'shock troops' to take over federal agencies immediately after the 2024 Elections. And brazenly, Fox News talking head Tucker Carlson broadcasted his show for a week from Hungary in August 2021. (See chart details for Hungary, below.)

Well, if the Venus Cycle has anything to say about Election Day 2024, Venus will be in Sagittarius, sign of the stranger or the outsider which suggests that the victor in 2024 will be of the rival party and not a member of the incumbent party. Sorry to type this, but there it is - unless various factors, planetary and earthly, combine to seriously interfere with the outcome (there have been a couple of exceptions). And yes, this outcome unfortunately makes sense considering all the 'prep work' Republicans are doing to assure control.

Now as you know, there are two eclipses that directly influence the 2022 Midterms and one is the Lunar Eclipse in Taurus perfecting on that very election day, November 8, 2022. Plus, the Solar Eclipse Saros Series ('PE') that the 2022 Midterms fall into is the same series as the 'Nazis Rise to Power Eclipse' of 1932 (@8Virgo) - only this time a 6 South Eclipse will manifest on October 25, 2022 @2Scorpio with themes of 'being forceful, taking power' and 'sudden events' via 'manic energy in group activities' (paraphrasing B. Brady's Predictive Astrology #ad).

So as I've typed previously about such signposts on the way to naz*ism, America is being warned by the Cosmos via a cosmic blink! - which gives Washington DC time for democratic forces in the US to organize some form of shock troops of their (our!) own if America as a democratic Republic is to survive the 'subversion of security agencies' (Munkasey) by what amounts to a global criminal network of mobsters and thieves as described in Astrology by the titanic duo of Neptune-Pluto = organized crime (ex: "mafia state"); plans for mutual destruction; and, the occult.

Then perhaps the question should be: Do the real power players of Washington DC lurking behind the political thespians who play-act 'Politics' for public consumption have "plans for mutual destruction" - do they actually want to fight against such a draconian take-over of America - or has The Utopian Take-Over Plan, in fact, been their baby all along?

Wednesday January 17, 2018: by now you've heard of more money laundering accusations apparently being leveled against Donald Trump having to do with the Trump SoHo Hotel (now The Dominick) and kleptocracy Kazakhstan, plus, the fact that Trump welcomed the autocrat of Kazakhstan to the White House yesterday. Guess they had stuff to catch up on! (Or stories to get straight). Well, here's the country's foundation data for its declaration of independence from the Soviet Union in case you don't have it yet:

Banking Jupiter (also plays The Politician) is in the 2nd house of Money and Values and traveling with asteroid Cupido which contains several archetypes within, any of which may apply: The Family (religious, criminal, or other type of large organization), Corporatism, the Criminal Underworld. Actually, the word 'mafia' comes to mind.

Interesting that all the transiting planets now in Saturn-ruled Capricorn are snugged within the chart's 6th house with the national North Node 9Cap57, Uranus 12Cap47, and Neptune 15Cap39, the 'Enlightenment Planets' shown as they were lining up for their three Great Conjunction/s in 1993 @18Capricorn: smug or strong-armed paternalism...POLITICAL POWER..."The Union Jack Flies from a British Destroyer." And with transit Pluto @18Capricorn off and on these days, the trio forms the stark midpoint picture: 'the big picture commands a certain course of action, very little option to do otherwise' (Noel Tyl).

And on this towering financial topic we then look to the upcoming Solar Eclipse due on August 11, 2018 @19Leo in the 2 New North Saros Series, the themes of which mimic the meaning of Tarot card #16, The Tower which collapses in a cloud of dust. Perhaps 2 New North eclipse energies refer to the global economic system on course for demolition and rebuilding in The Dragon's image, and/or, on another level, to Donald Trump's much touted, now weakened 'empire' of gilt and illusion. After all, some Trump buildings have been taking 'TRUMP' off their facades for a while now in vain attempts to hide past links to the man. And personally, I don't blame them. Do you?
