New Moon 18 Lib: "Two men placed under arrest"

New Moon 17Lib30, Oct 11, 1:00 am edt, Washington, DC:

As you know, the US secondary progressed (sec) Mars is now station Rx at 18Lib+, or depending on the US natal chart you use, about to be so.

The "Two men placed under arrest" of "18Lib" seems pertinent to what's going on in our newly-evolving police state as well as with Blackwater and other disasters and outrages of the Iraq occupation. Seems the ones who deserve arrest continue their skulking with little interference and under the protection of the DOS.

Rounding up there's the next degree, "19Lib", with its Symbol:

"A gang of robbers in hiding" which also seems tres descriptive of current events yet I confess to feeling a slight tinge of a a robber barons of 1892 flavor with this degree...puts me in mind of them and their descending spawns who now ravage the world's natural resources and enslave populations just as their pappies and grandpappies loved to do. They like the "we create jobs" excuse as well.

As in, we ruin your environment, your health, and your life, but hey! at least you have a low-paying job for which you should thank our exalted selves.

Actually, the Alaskan wilderness is about to be sullied with the open-pit Pebble Mine project--gold and copper abounds, they say. NPR mentioned it just today.

Now my custom is to use Dr. Marc Edmund Jones' version of the Symbols--The Sabian Symbols in Astrology, but recently I have glommed onto Lynda Hill's book, 360 Degrees of Wisdom: Charting Your Destiny With the Sabian Oracles so I thought you'd find Lynda's take on "18" and "19Lib" very informative especially with Thursday's New Moon upon the very spot of the US sec Mars (military; police; firefighters; operatives; men between ages 25--35, etc.)

This New Moon occurs during a Mars Hour and with Mars out-of-bounds...working on his own, and now conjunct US natal Jupiter at the "Gamebirds feathering their nests" degree. Expansion comes with a Mars-to-Jupiter transit and someone will be given more credit than is due (another "superb job"? or more credit woes?)

In its Fall in Cancer, Mars is very self-protective, defensive, and emotional and because of retrogradation, we have a long slog until November with this placement of Mars which can bring us anger, frustration, and discord in domestic relations.

Any planets transiting Cancer always highly affect America with her Venus, Jupiter, Sun, and Mercury in the sign of the side-stepping Crab.

Mars to George Bush's chart:

Mars will be conjuncting Bush' natal Sun (and US n Sun) giving a 'surge' of energy and aggression (ugh) and then Bush's natal Saturn before the transit ends, both in his behind-the-scenes, karmic 12th house of the Unconscious.

Mars to Saturn indicates more focus and careful planning yet may have a frustrating or blocking influence as well. And halfway through will be this picture for Bush:

Sun/Saturn = tr Mars: energies feel confined; running hot'n'cold; a sense of futility; seclusion; loneliness; mourning (Tyl; Ebertin.)

There may be a connection to hospitals involved (12th house.)

The Libran New Moon chart has a financial flavor (click-to-enlarge to read a few of my notes.) One monetary factor is that NYSE's natal Moon is conjunct MC, the Goals and Aspirations Point of the chart.

The Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Pluto on Dec 11 (2:34 pm est White House) will begin another cycle of the powerful pair. Their conj at 28Sag24 occurs in the 8th house of the Dec 11 chart along with Mercury 16Sag09 and the Sun 19Sag23, Sun squaring Sep 11's Solar Eclipse. And 28Sag24 is opposite the Moon's position on 9/11/01.

Jup/Pluto = Moon: desire to bring about social improvements and aspirations; ability to influence the masses through an emotional appeal; establishing one's position with a 'gut feel'; emotional conviction guides a new start (Tyl; Ebertin.)

As you know, 8th house is the house of credit, debt, inheritances, shared resources, transformation, the subconscious, death, and occult studies. Given the housing market and other stock market woes it seems to point to new perspectives in the financial arena whether positive or negative. (Positive for the rich, for the poor--not so good.)

Astrologers always peek at "the last time" something in the heavens occurred, so we see that Jupiter/Pluto conjoined last on Dec 2, 1994 at 28Sco26. All Jup/Pluto doings in the last 13 years have been happening in the 1994 cycle with a Scorpionic flavor, and Scorpio is a sign of very big business. It includes surreptitious undertakings and investigation as well and has the USA association (the eagle.)

Sagittarius, however, is the sign of the seeker, yet is ruled by moneybags Jupiter! Yet Jupiter also represents professors, gurus, judges and lawyers, and such, and is a significator for the Republican Party.

Pluto in Sag since 1995 has been the foreigner particularly with an impose my religion on you tone attempting to transform societies. West and East are equal culprits in this, imho, although perhaps you disagree.

Jupiter/Pluto's plutocratic energies when combined indicates: leadership, a striving for the development of power, organisers of large projects, teachers and professors of economy and law, the desire to exploit the masses, wastefulness, spiritual and intellectual leadership, fanatical zeal; a thrust for power.

Sounds like plutocratic syndicates the world over, doesn't it? The breedy gastards.

Previously I had stated that perhaps a Big Meeting is due between Jupiterians and Plutonians and it will be interesting to see if any summits or conferences are touted or promoted in December--perhaps appr Dec 19-21 when the Sun reaches the Jup/Pluto conjunction degree and hangs around awhile. Perhaps it's time for the GOP and their secret shot-callers--the Plutonians--to begin a new phase of their agenda. I say this because the R-Party's natal chart has an unaspected Pluto just doin' his own thang with his power-behind-the-throne bad self.

Jup/Pluto = Sun: doing well with all resources; keeping things in one's own grip; the successful use of strong personality power; creation of magical effects.

Magical effects? Now those should be easy to watch out for! Let me know if you notice any, okay?

UPDATE Dec 1: Fed meeting called for Dec 11...moneybags Jupiter and power-behind-the-throne Pluto, associated with underground pipes, tunnels, caves and mines.

Perhaps Pluto in this case relates to oil-rich foreigners who now possess obscene amounts of oily money (and who are buying up Citigroup and other US companies and properties more than ever before.) Plus, Pluto = deep riches and treasure beyond compare.

OR...Jupiter = the GOP, and Pluto = whoever really pulls the strings. Pluto is out-of-bounds in the Republican Party's natal chart, y'know.

On Dec 11, Pluto may represent the world monetary types--the Rothschilds and Rockefellers who call the shots, bankroll wars and coups, and generally keep things under their control 'unbeknownst' to the rest of us.

And since life is complex, descriptive Astrology can be no less so--all of the above and more may be described by the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Pluto on a myriad of levels--and simultaneously, with this important planetary cycle (Jup/Pluto = plutocracy; leaders of the masses; the Big Picture) of appr 13 years' duration beginnning once again on Dec 11.

al Qaeda: 1988--2007, and Jupiter-Pluto

With today's announcement of the scoring by the US gov of what is supposedly another bin-Laden-Gone-Wild Video, this double-ringed chart image has al Qaeda's natal chart of Aug 11, 1988, surrounded by 'noon' today in Washington.

As you see, al Qaeda was cobbled together during the Great Saturn-Uranus Conjunction of 1988. Their last hook-up was a 'triple' with the middle conj being the Rx phase.

The dates for their triple 1988 Conjunction are:

1. Feb 13; 2.June 26; 3.Oct 18.


December 11's Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Pluto 28Sag24 (nuclear expansion? bombs flown across six US states to LA? religious big-dogs or mullahs meet with behind-the-scenes power-mongerers? Economic transformations? increase of power for *plutocrats? All of the above and then some?):

Jupiter-Pluto in December will be triggering al Qaeda's natal Saturn-Uranus conj and eventually natal Pluto (but that's not for a while. With Saturn and Uranus now moving into opposition--the Full Moon phase of the cycle which began in 1988--and with tr South Node now conj al Qaeda's Pluto-Chiron midpoint, they're falling back on old tactics. Perhaps old footage made up this new video.

Jupiter-Pluto = Uranus: fanatically striving for improvements; the quick exploitaiton of every situation; sudden reforms; quick developments; adjustments to new circumstances.

As with all triggering of midpoint pictures, manifestation may be either: all, any combination, or none-of-the-above.


And yet it is quirky, isn't it, that bin Laden 'chides' the American people for "re-electing" Bush--as if his previous video didn't promote just that. "Convert to Islam," says he. Personally I owe all allegiance to the Creator of the Universe who does not condone the worship of death as some people would slanderingly represent Him to prefer. Hogwash!

You see in the natal chart the Leo Moon--al Q's reigning need (Moon) is for approval and recognition, both of which are provinces of Leonine egoism/tism and pride. Leo thinks only he can rule, and that, monarchically.

But we know that Love is the Foundation of the Universe, bin Laden-types notwithstanding.

To be sure, it's Satan fighting Satan...with innocents in the middle. Hopefully you, Dear Reader, are not one of the hoodwinked! Is it real? Or is it Memorex? What do you think?

Bush, Harper, Calderone Summit

Bush Seeks to Boost Canada, Mexico Ties at a 2-day summit in Montebello, Quebec, today and Tuesday as these midpoint pictures form the background of the week:

Saturn/Uranus = Mars (conj asteroid Midas): tremendous upheaval possible through rebellion, overstrain, calamity, or anxiety about how things will get on; challenges leading to a fight (Tyl): injury; accident; deprivation of freedom; the wrong use of extraordinary energy (Ebertin.)

The pairing of Saturn (structure; form; old; the past) with Uranus (rebellion; disruption; shock; progress; the new) is always indicative of the tension and stress between old vs new which may lead to conflict and sometimes to violence, and there's an intervention in one's destiny flavor. Instigator and activist Mars has been mightily busy of late, hasn't he?

And with Mars at 6-8 Gemini this month puts me in mind of the last Great Conjunction/s of Neptune/Pluto, the Robber Baron team of the late 1890s...

This is when the real exploitation of natural resources and the oppression of the masses got its modern beginning not they hadn't before, of course. Sad to say, the other difficult midpoint picture ongoing is explosive in the extreme:

Mars/Pluto = Uranus: tremendous energy; dangerous sense of attack; chip on the shoulder; fight first, talk later (Tyl); cruelty; violence; brutality; sudden disasters of great consequence (Ebertin.)

Weather-related catastrophes are included in these pictures, and the Saturn/Uranus/Mars combo certainly relates to mining collapses all over the globe from Utah to China, and to airplane explosions in Japan, etc. Boeing planes have been grounded there for inspections as an unaspected Uranus 'runs away' with current energies--yet Uranus is the focal planet in the Mars/Pluto midpoint picture, and is associated with electromagnetic weaponry, lightening, technology, and creative genius.

May the shuttle Endeavor's early return escape the violent influences of Hurricane Dean and of instigators of all stripes.


But back to Canada's 2-day summit:

Protesters have been out since yesterday prior to Bush's arrival for some Canadians see this 'partnership' as a threat to Canadian sovereignty being led by the US.

Agreed, but in this case it takes three to tango, my Canadian friends, for No Borders are respected by Chiron-Uranus Types in Government.

With PM Stephen Harper and Mexican president Felipe Calderon categorized as "conservatives" and "free trade advocates" (supposedly more so than their recent predecessors) it seems the North American Union globalist plans are grinding along nicely and with better shills now in place.
