January 16, 2021: When I began pointing out in 2020 that the transiting Uranus-Pluto midpoint in mid-Pisces was opposing and triggering the Great Conjunction/s of Uranus and Pluto in mid-Virgo (once in 1965, twice in 1966) from across the victim-savior axis, little could I know that the planetary pair's violent, subversive energies would express physically against the US Congress on January 6, 2021 by what I call the Trump Mob (aka, the MAGA Mob). Civil Rights and other social causes of the mid-1960s bubbled up again, had never gone away nor been properly dealt with, and we were seeing in 2020 such historical 'rhyming' via Black Lives Matter protests and other social demonstrations, plus, the violence, upheaval, and denials of guilt that came with them.

As you know, the transformative pair of Uranus-Pluto is a marker for revolution and for 'collapse of the old order, construction of the new' (Ebertin). Adding to societal difficulties is the current Saturn-Uranus square with its resistance to law and order and challenges to authority vibes. Stubborn blockages will continue through the year between karmic Saturn's status quo qualities vs the futurism and progressiveness of techie Uranus, a pair that also contains 'old order vs new order' implications - all set upon the background of the recent Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius with its 'new order' timing.

So below is a bi-wheel of the first of three Uranus-Pluto Conjunctions (17Vir09: October 9, 1965 4:11 pm edt Washington DC; ASC 18AQ53) in center and around the outside, a Horoscope of the Trump Mob Attack of January 6, 2021 (set for 1:00 pm est since that's when the congressional session met to certify the Electoral votes for Joe Biden; the assault soon began).

Now annoyingly, my nose today is too sniffy with allergies to add a bunch of notes and fusses with these charts so perhaps you'll do that for yourself, dear reader. Yet I must note that the 1965 Midheaven ('MC'), the Goal Point, will soon receive a Lunar Eclipse @5Sag25 on May 26, 2021 so perhaps in May, June, or later in the year a few inconvenient secrets concerning Uranus-Pluto activities and conditions (ex: more names of backers or enablers involved on January 6th?) will be revealed by the light of the Full Moon!

America's Progressed Full Moon 2008 and the February 22, 2016 Full Moon

The Full Moon @3Vir33 on February 22, 2016 has me thinking: did 1776 America 'peak' in December 2008? For that is when our nation's natal (birth) horoscope reached a Full Moon phase by progression with Sun @4Virgo10 and Moon @4Pisces10--less than one degree from the February 22nd Full Moon positions across the victim-savior Virgo-Pisces axis. Below is a version of the US SP (Secondary Progressed) horoscope as published to my WordPress blog back in the day. The chart is set for the moment of exact opposition between progressed Sun and Moon and issues from our July 4, 1776 5:10 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA natal chart:

Campaign 2016 Under a Virgo Full Moon

Now as you've noticed, the rhetoric of Campaign 2016 has included certain events that occurred during the 8 years of the Bush-Cheney presidency (or, regime, as some describe it) such as expansion of US war efforts and the stupidity of invading Iraq. The national debt limit may soon be a featured GOP talking point as 2016 proceeds, and yet, karma rides side saddle with December 2008 marking what some consider the crescendo of Financial Crash 2008 when the mask of disguise could no longer be worn by America.

As a blogging astrologer, I have used America's 2008 SP chart for such a timing purpose because SP Full Moons cosmically identify the external limits to which a person or entity may reach in the world given the capabilities they began with (the natal potential). If this is so for our nation, it seems that only the less prepared--the 99% of us--were deeply harmed by the crash and by what has turned out to be a continuance of Wall Street's fraudulent ways and now big banks are bigger than ever and home mortgages are being sold over radio and TV as if they're hot cakes--yours for the asking! But not so fast, for victimized Americans have traveled this rocky road to ruin before...

My thought is that although you can presume to cheat natural laws for a while, at some point karma--the law of reaping what was sown--will catch up with you. Even power elite manipulators and their cat's-paw politicians must learn this basic universal lesson in the end when all cosmic litter boxes shall be cleansed. Perhaps you disagree, but to me, Senator Bernie Sanders is the only 2016 candidate offering to wield a giant pooper scooper!

For after all, our symbolic SP Full Moon and the real-time Full Moon of February 22, 2016 fall across the victim-savior Virgo-Pisces axis and we may find again that various types of impure shenanigans are under our Piscean feet and may be revealed by the light of the February Full Moon.

Jupiter-Neptune Infuses the White House

As you can see in the Autumn Equinox Horoscope 2015 set for this Wednesday September 23rd at the White House (above, as if you didn't know!) it's now time in the Jupiter-Neptune cycle for the Grand Spirit duo of planets to oppose one another after their three great conjunctions all through 2009, the first year of the Obama presidency.

Their three airy conjunctions manifested at 24-27 Aquarius directly upon US natal Moon (We the People) and this trio accounts for some of the dreaminess of 2009 as our 'rock star' president, who was early on awarded a Nobel Peace Prize for mere good intentions, dealt with the fraud and thievery left behind by the Bush-Cheney administration along with the threat of inflation, frothy market bubbles, and our inflated hopes, dreams, (self) deceptions and illusions that the Jupiter-Neptune combo tends to favor.

As you can't help but remember, the Bush years had peaked in a morass of speculation, waste, over spending, grand schemes and plans, wispy fantasies, over promising, over expansion, watery sentiments, religious flim flams, and the resulting disappointments, discontent, and sense of loss most of us felt as Jupiter-Neptune's overblown energies necessarily gave way to more practical, clear-eyed assessments, and Saturnian realism prevailed. 2005's Hurricane Katrina, certainly a Jupiter-Neptune event, brought transiting Saturn to George Bush's natal Ascendant and harsh criticism and accountability for his sorry response to its victims landed upon his neglectful doorstep.

Even political conflicts may be identified through the auspices of the Jupiter-Neptune pair of energies along with natural disasters involving Neptunian realms such as water, oceans, rivers, oil, gas, poisons, contamination--and scandals. Lots of scandals.

Their Conjunction Leads to Opposition

Now in 2015 into 2016, boundary breaker Jupiter and merging Neptune oppose one another across the Virgo-Pisces victim-savior axis and we find a culmination of their cycle, the current one of which began in 2009. Their opposition may be described as a Full Moon phase of awareness and fulfillment, and a high point for their faith vs reason energies. Of course, Saturnian boundary, border, wall, and fence issues are ongoing as refugees displaced by Bush-Cheney-Obama wars and destruction reap what profiteering warmongers have sown against the East and Neptune (planet of Islam) in its own watery sign of Pisces supports a massive, collective urge to merge, aided by massive Jupiter, ever hopeful for broad horizons and new vistas.
