Pluto to Jupiter-Saturn Transforms US Inaugural Sun as Election 2024 is Affected by Election 2020

When expansive Jupiter and restrictive Saturn met on December 21, 2020 @00AQ29, a new 20-year cycle of social ordering began, this time in an Air (mental) sign rather than in the practical Earth sign of Taurus (May 28, 2000 @22Tau43). Also at 00AQ+ every Inauguration Day is US Inaugural Sun (the presidency) which in late 2020 was Trump. Can it be the orange marauder again? Sadly so. But that's a topic for a future post.

Meanwhile, from December 2020 until October 31, 2040, the Sabian Symbol for 0 to 1 degrees of Aquarius is held aloft for the world to see as is the US presidency: "An Old Adobe Mission" which, among other indications, speaks of "building structures of survival with your group" (see lower right corner of the chart, below).

Yet anyone viewing the Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction Horoscope of 2020 (inner) can see that transformative manipulator Pluto @23Cap51 will plod on and reach the 2020 Conjunction at some point in time and, as you see in the bi-wheel, below, the first of three exact meetings of Pluto to 00AQ29 occurs on February 4, 2024 (outer).

This also denotes 'transit Pluto to Jupiter' and 'transit Pluto to Saturn' influences which suggest potentials for, seeking greater power and influence but exaggerated plans may backfire, and abuse of authority issues surface involving financial, political, and other societal realms as regaining balance is sought. For example, in government, the Jupiter-Saturn pair = checks'n'balances and although bad actors have disrupted and sought to completely alter this practical tradition in the US, they mustn't be allowed to get away with it! Therefore, accountability is a must:

Now besides February 4, 2024, transit Pluto hits 00AQ29 twice more, on August 8, 2024 and December 11, 2024. Because the August 8th chart shows what seem to me to be the more numerous contacts with the Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction chart of 2020, I'm displaying it, below, with prominent contacts circled and way too many of my study notes penned on for the curious.

Potentials within the midpoint picture of Jupiter-Saturn 2020 = tr Pluto 2024 are listed at the very bottom of the horoscope and suggest societal events and conditions that we've already have been experiencing, primarily thanks to Trump and his inability to accept his election loss in November 2020.

Trump's ongoing legalities and foolish legal situations are straining our judicial system and are, of course, part of this cosmic picture which began with a vengeance around the time of the 4 South Solar Eclipse of December 14, 2020, which perfected @23Sag08 on the very day of the Electorial College Vote that chose Joe Biden over Trump, the sore loser.

4 South's themes of 'strong emotions over money and relationships' and a 'sense of frustration' or 'blockage' that feels 'fated' continue tiresomely to play out due to a sore loser who refuses to let go after a loss (paraphrasing B. Brady). And as you know, he hopes to keep himself out of prison by promoting the farce of his Big Lie ad nauseum.

So in closing, the Jupiter-Saturn 2020 chart represents a 20-year cycle of societal shifts, changes, and reforms, my friends, and you know that mundane Pluto brings transformation and regeneration in his wake--once the dust settles.

As an additional note of concern, it saddens me to mention that the natal Moon of President Biden (00-1 Taurus) receives prominent contacts in the August 8, 2024 chart (and before) yet I don't care to say more on the topic in this brief Sunday night post, other than to say that Astrology is all about potentials which may or may not express at all. Of course, not all planetary contacts can be squooshed upon either of the bi-wheels you see, above, so I trust that you will find more factors for yourself if you wish since these (highlighted in blue) are simply the ones that seem prominent to me. jc

As Thom Hartmann always says, despair is not an option! Besides, forewarnings of coming difficulties, cosmic warnings or otherwise, can be successfully heeded for better, if not best, results!

Below you see a marked-up dual chart image of the March 2023 Full and New Moons, aka, lunations, with charts set for Washington DC. Study notes are messily penned on and include interesting planetary factors such as the current Prenatal Solar Eclipse Saros Series (6 South; 'PE' @2Scorpio) through which society and the March 2023 lunations must navigate with its manic, forceful, Nazi-like themes and influences, plus, a few midpoint pictures are listed for a fuller cosmic picture. Not shown are additional midpoint pictures which you may wish to consider.

Gemini Mars: Versatile, Quarrelsome, Ready for Action

Also added is the current US Mars Return, a three-fer with #3 occurring March 6, 2023 prior to the Full Moon, with Sun and Neptune squaring US 1776 Mars listed in the lower left corner. The squares to US Mars suggest a combination of potentials for anger, frustration, challenges, competition, undermined efforts, confusion, misguided actions, head injuries or fever - any, all, or none may apply. And of course, astrological Mars signifies males in general, pioneers, military folk, transport drivers, activists, and those who use weapons such as warriors and vigilantes (aka, 'warriors' in their own minds). You can think of more actors that Mars can represent, I'm certain.

Now for me, the squares' potentials pretty much sum up current events in the US as perpetrated by far-reich MAGAts and other bad actors and the foreign handlers who pay them for their extremist views and actions through which they seek to undermine and collapse our nation. For as noted, activated in the Mars Return chart of March 6, 2023 is America's problematic Mars-Neptune square of clouds, fog, paranoia, and contagion with subverted energies that remain an albatross around our country's neck - except for the times that the aspect's higher inspiration via divine Neptune is followed by positive actors on behalf of the common good:

And as mentioned multiple times in previous SO'W posts, New Moons can affect or disrupt events on Earth in similar Uranian fashion to Solar Eclipses while Full Moons can behave much as Lunar Eclipses that uncover or leak inconvenient facts, secrets, or scandals. Either 'cosmic blink'-style lunation may trigger startling, even shocking, effects, as you know. Significantly, zealous Uranus @16Tau18 in the New Moon Horoscope nears its anarchist conjunction with the Midterms 2022 Lunar Eclipse (@17Taurus: "swords vs torches", a Nazi reference, as is the 6 South Eclipse). Of course, a major cosmic event every March is the Aries Ingress which times the beginning of each Spring Season. Then another chart factor worth mentioning in both March 2023 lunation charts, above, is power planet Pluto at a critical 29th degree, poised to enter progressive Aquarius and, on March 7th, leading a ruthless Locomotive pattern of extreme determination and executive ability; then on March 21st Pluto leads a BOWL shape as an advocate for a cause or a mission.

Significantly in 2022, America reached for the first time ever, her Pluto Return (27Cap33). Meanwhile, no matter his sign, astrological Pluto manipulates, even assassinates, from afar while hiding untold amounts of wealth and gold in hidden places - when 'he' isn't busy spying on everyone or hiring entities who will.

Toxic Pluto Coming to Your Town?

Another possibility at the March 2023 Full Moon is that Pluto as the engine of a Locomotive represents on one level, railroad executives responsible for train derailments that result in the toxic ruination of communities and the environmental damage expected to spread to other locations.

When Pluto Hits America's POTUS Sun

Power-Mad Ego-Driven Sun-Pluto Craves Domination!

So will US leadership continue to be global after 2025? These days, forces are working for and against such a continuation, yet tragically, Washington hasn't always handled power well, as you may agree (exs: preemptive wars, invasions, plunderings, financial exploitation). Admittedly, this entire thing with Pluto sounds draconian to me, perhaps powered by Utopian zealotry, but let's proceed anyway.

Well, when it comes to issues of power and the abuse of it, astrologers keeping up with politics and the planets have followed along with powerful, subliminal Pluto as the wealth-hoarding Mr. Invisible has crept toward America's first-ever Pluto Return (to its 1776 position) in late degrees of Saturn-ruled Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business (see tri-wheel link, below). And most folks know that master astrologer Reinhold Ebertin labeled Pluto in Capricorn, the dictator, and can agree that the authoritarian archetype of "the dictator" now vultures over the masses expectantly like a malevolent raptor with humanity in its sights.

The barbarians aren't simply at the gate, they're sabotaging our country from inside the compound. And we should expect that America's current crisis situation with democracy under attack will affect events of 2023, 2024, and 2025 - and will form the basis for them.

So! the following bi-wheel is set up backwards: the inner chart is the Inauguration 2025 Horoscope surrounded (outer) by the transits of February 18, 2024 at the moment (3:11:24 am EST) that transit Pluto @00AQ53 hits the position of what will be the Inaugural Sun 2025 (the leader, taking the presidential Oath of Office at noon on that day):

Why backwards? Because tr Pluto reaches 00AQ53 prior to the actual Inauguration of January 20, 2025 (assuming that we have our traditional ceremony). In fact, February 18, 2024 is the first of three times this conjunction occurs, and penned on the chart are the other dates of exactitude: July 22, 2024 and December 26, 2024.

Now obviously, Pluto's direct, transformative contact to US POTUS Sun (aka, Inaugural Sun: identity change?) cosmically affects year 2024 and the 2024 Presidential Election - before and afterwards (Feb-to-Dec). An extended period of vote counting, plus, contentiousness, seem probable, of course, so there is that to consider but it's beyond the limited scope of this post.

Note that you may wish to check out the bottom of the image concerning 2025 Mars Rx @24Can23 conjunct US 1776 Mercury Rx (an indicator of political conflicts), and the date when transit Mars will oppose the Sun-Pluto conjunction on or about May 21, 2023. Yes, 2023. And, due to the two-year cycle of Mars, again on Election Day 2024! Obviously, other planetary influences will alter conditions with both positive and negative energies, as they always do.

Now That We See the GOP Is "The Evil Empire" Party

As always, there are both positive and negative transits upcoming for us all and given the dire state of conditions in Ukraine, a look at 2022 planetary transits to the country's Independence Horoscope of December 1, 1991 6:00 pm EET Kiev, UKR (Campion #342) may be revealing, with an emphasis on the harsh, destructive Saturn-Pluto duo in particular.

And naturally, we know that the duo's recent Conjunction @22Cap46 on January 12, 2020 started a new 33-year cycle of their difficult, compressive energies, the first since November 8, 1982 (@27Lib36: under Reagan). Check out the transcript of Reagan's March 8, 1983 speech that soon became known as his Evil Empire Speech as the 'good vs evil' planetary duo of Saturn and Pluto aligned in late Libra, years after their three-fer conjunctions during World War I (Horoscope shown). In 1982, the US Congress was in process of debating (they used to debate) a resolution in support of a "nuclear freeze" which the Reagan administration was against.

Was Mr. Reagan projecting evil on to the Soviet Union, a case of the devil slyly calling out the devil? Well, as you see, Tuesday March 8, 2022 marks his speech's 39th anniversary - and now the world suffers through Putin's dream of world domination, beginning with his take-over efforts in Ukraine. If Putin is successful (or seen as successful), other grabby dictators will follow suit. Could Putin's warmongering be a form of payback for Reagan's label for the Soviet Union as "evil"? Well, it is the Soviet Union that Putin wants to reassemble. So if you've missed it so far, I highly recommend Frontline's documentary Putin's Way (53 mins).

Why, the January 12, 2020 Saturn-Pluto Conjunction @22Cap46 even hit disruptive Uranus in the Fed's 1910 New Moon chart (Jekyll Island, GA) resulting in a midpoint picture of "brutal efforts to start a new order" which is a perfect example of the turmoil and cruelty the evil duo of Saturn and Pluto can instigate (their oposition on 9/11/01 another tragic example). Obviously, large amounts of money are involved (exs: Putin's and his oligarchs' hidden wealth, currency devalued, stock markets at risk, etc). February 26, 2022 Jupiter opposes 1991 Jupiter once: Jupiter the General is discontent with his achievements, yet no one is impressed with overblown, overly optimistic efforts at territorial expansion; impulsive overstepping of boundaries = not cool.

2022 Saturn square 1991 Pluto 3x exact on March 21, August 26, December 16, 2022: refugee crisis continues as frightened populations are forced to step into unknown territories; manipulation, contrived actions, frustration, as more power and control are sought and harsh challenges are met; structures continue to be destroyed; children under threat (parents struggle to protect them); nuclear risks incurred.

July 4, 2022: by transit the 'Tail of the Dragon', the separative South Node of the Moon @21Sco01, will swipe across 1991 Pluto suggesting a time of large social events beyond personal control, large-scale changes initiated without regard to their effects on the lives of others; war and violence; personal security destroyed; victims of circumstance; resentment, misunderstandings. Positively, Pluto-SN provides resourcefulness, self-reliance, and the stamina to survive hardships. Now that the transiting South Node is in intense Scorpio, these potentials are already being felt and exercised.

Then once transit Pluto enters Aquarius, the subversive one will be on-track toward conjunction with Ukraine's 1991 Saturn @2AQ49 in 8th house thus creating a double measure of Saturn-Pluto influences. But let's consider that particular cosmic bridge when the world comes to it.

Pluto to 00AQ00 in 2023 and 2024: Midpoint Pictures

December 10, 2020: What are potential results when transit Pluto reaches 00AQ00 and activates and/or deepens the effects of the December 21, 2020 Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn @00AQ00? As you know, since 1937 00AQ00 is the approximate position of US Inaugural Sun (POTUS) which personalizes for America, the American people, and the US presidency the triggering of this Zodiacal degree. Transit Pluto last 'hit' this degree (00AQ00:00) 5 times beginning on April 4, 1777 until December 1, 1778 when, by then, the violent Marseillais Trio (Jupiter-Neptune-Mars) of the French Revolution was in process of aligning from Virgo to Libra.

Years 2023 and 2024: Reform and Rebellion

Possibilities for 2020 Jupiter-Saturn = 2023/2024 Pluto include: 'a total reversal of plans; extreme changes; intense business activity; violent changes/reforms; restriction; separation; tremendous perseverance; dramatic thrust of self; fearlessness; control of the situation' (N. Tyl; R. Ebertin; M. Munkasey). Ebertin adds a footnote to this picture that it can lead to "enforced change through imprisonment, in which case the political situation has to be considered." Oh yes, it certainly does have to be considered.

Ebertin also identifies the Jupiter-Saturn duo as possibly representing entities such as, "professors and teachers of law, clergymen, politicians, government officials, civil servants of the administration, relatives, and/or fellow tenants." Biological Correspondences: "organic defects (ex: tuberculosis), a chronic disease; functions of the gall and the liver." (The Combination of Stellar Influences #ad.)

In Our Modern Era, Transit Pluto Enters Aquarius

For your consideration here's an Image of the Midpoint Pictures that form when transit Pluto reaches 00AQ00:00 twice due to the creeping planet's retrogradation. The first temporary entry into Aquarius occurs on March 23, 2023, the second entry on January 20, 2024 conjunct the Sun since, strangely enough, the date is one year prior to Inauguration 2025:
