August 2023 Horoscope: Uranus turns Rx

On display in today's post are two DC Horoscopes:

First, the August 28, 2023 Uranus Station @23Tau04, then a view of the 7 South Solar Eclipse of October 14, 2023 @21Lib07 with its angry, powerful 'Mars-Pluto square' influences issuing from 7 South's initial manifestation of June 22, 1248 @8Can03. This is the position of Trump's natal Mercury (spotlighting his irrationality), and you'll notice that 8Can01 also happens to be the position of Astraea ('justice') in the 6th house of the October 2023 Eclipse Horoscope.

So by this and other chart factors we know that the planets in both horoscopes, set for Washington DC, relate to current events in the US, events and conditions that include disruptive Uranus and its association with fanatics, anarchists, rebels, and radical politicians, along with the Midterms 2022 Lunar Eclipse @16Taurus conjunct Uranus with its 'swords vs torches' symbolism which points toward the maga politicians who just barely managed to take over the House of Representatives. Also implicated by rebellious Uranus are the GOP's racist followers, seditionists, and comrades-in-arms.

Then prominent in the Eclipse chart, you'll see the implications of Pluto square the Eclipse (which is also US 1776 Pluto squaring the lunation), and Uranus inconjunct the Eclipse with its radical vibes of disruption, assault, and shock ability.

Manic Force, Nazis, Aries Point, Spies, and Pluto

As Thom Hartmann always says, despair is not an option! Besides, forewarnings of coming difficulties, cosmic warnings or otherwise, can be successfully heeded for better, if not best, results!

Below you see a marked-up dual chart image of the March 2023 Full and New Moons, aka, lunations, with charts set for Washington DC. Study notes are messily penned on and include interesting planetary factors such as the current Prenatal Solar Eclipse Saros Series (6 South; 'PE' @2Scorpio) through which society and the March 2023 lunations must navigate with its manic, forceful, Nazi-like themes and influences, plus, a few midpoint pictures are listed for a fuller cosmic picture. Not shown are additional midpoint pictures which you may wish to consider.

Gemini Mars: Versatile, Quarrelsome, Ready for Action

Also added is the current US Mars Return, a three-fer with #3 occurring March 6, 2023 prior to the Full Moon, with Sun and Neptune squaring US 1776 Mars listed in the lower left corner. The squares to US Mars suggest a combination of potentials for anger, frustration, challenges, competition, undermined efforts, confusion, misguided actions, head injuries or fever - any, all, or none may apply. And of course, astrological Mars signifies males in general, pioneers, military folk, transport drivers, activists, and those who use weapons such as warriors and vigilantes (aka, 'warriors' in their own minds). You can think of more actors that Mars can represent, I'm certain.

Now for me, the squares' potentials pretty much sum up current events in the US as perpetrated by far-reich MAGAts and other bad actors and the foreign handlers who pay them for their extremist views and actions through which they seek to undermine and collapse our nation. For as noted, activated in the Mars Return chart of March 6, 2023 is America's problematic Mars-Neptune square of clouds, fog, paranoia, and contagion with subverted energies that remain an albatross around our country's neck - except for the times that the aspect's higher inspiration via divine Neptune is followed by positive actors on behalf of the common good:

And as mentioned multiple times in previous SO'W posts, New Moons can affect or disrupt events on Earth in similar Uranian fashion to Solar Eclipses while Full Moons can behave much as Lunar Eclipses that uncover or leak inconvenient facts, secrets, or scandals. Either 'cosmic blink'-style lunation may trigger startling, even shocking, effects, as you know. Significantly, zealous Uranus @16Tau18 in the New Moon Horoscope nears its anarchist conjunction with the Midterms 2022 Lunar Eclipse (@17Taurus: "swords vs torches", a Nazi reference, as is the 6 South Eclipse). Of course, a major cosmic event every March is the Aries Ingress which times the beginning of each Spring Season. See the Spring Equinox 2023: Secrets, Delusion, Power Horoscope in which the Sun's entry into tropical Aries occurs on March 20th this year when the Sun spotlights the Cardinal Aries Point of World Events and Recognition (5:24:48 pm edt Washington DC).

Then another chart factor worth mentioning in both March 2023 lunation charts, above, is power planet Pluto at a critical 29th degree, poised to enter progressive Aquarius and, on March 7th, leading a ruthless Locomotive pattern of extreme determination and executive ability; then on March 21st Pluto leads a BOWL shape as an advocate for a cause or a mission.

Significantly in 2022, America reached for the first time ever, her Pluto Return (27Cap33). Meanwhile, no matter his sign, astrological Pluto manipulates, even assassinates, from afar while hiding untold amounts of wealth and gold in hidden places - when 'he' isn't busy spying on everyone or hiring entities who will.

Toxic Pluto Coming to Your Town?

Another possibility at the March 2023 Full Moon is that Pluto as the engine of a Locomotive represents on one level, railroad executives responsible for train derailments that result in the toxic ruination of communities and the environmental damage expected to spread to other locations.

Modern Humanity's 2022 Birthday Gift: A Solar Eclipse!

Another 'Forewarned Is Forearmed' Post: An Eclipse? But You Shouldn't Have!

Not so long ago we discussed the Modern Humanity Horoscope as timed by the Taurus Solar Eclipse of April 26, 1892 Washington DC (A.E. Meece) along with a transit chart showing radical Uranus @7Taurus in 2021 conjunct that very Eclipse. As we know, radical reformer Uranus has acted as a major troublemaker of late while it lurches through the Fixed, often intolerant sign of Taurus, activating earth changes, financial shifts, turbulence, and more.

Below is a bi-wheel of charts showing, not the April 26, 1892 Solar Eclipse Horoscope, but the actual Neptune-Pluto Conjunction of April 30, 1892 @7Gem41 which is the third of three such conjunctions (August 2, 1891 @8Gem38; November 5, 1891 @8Gem19) in their approximately 492-year cycle. Among other things, The Supernatural, mysticism, drugs, subversive activities, and Organized Crime are astrologically represented by this heavyweight planetary pair.

Now as you see, the outer horoscope is that of the Midterms 2022 Lunar Eclipse of November 8, 2022 @16Taurus and the reason for displaying this bi-wheel is that Modern Humanity's North Node of future direction (destiny) @16Tau58 will be 'eclipsed' on Election Day 2022 (USA) - including involvement from the radical planet of zealotry, anarchy, Utopianism, chaos, turbulence, and/or rebellion, Uranus (@16Tau56 Rx; aka, the planet of Awakening; Illumination and The Witness). Of course, Utopianism says that man has no need of laws which is poppycock and a recipe for chaos, but you knew that already. And it's an ages-old blueprint for the destruction of civilization.

Much of such things we've discussed previously so I won't repeat myself here but will add another cosmic synchronicity:

That the Solar Return 2022 of Modern Humanity (humanity's 130th "birthday"!) will receive the 'gift' of a cosmic blink, a Solar Eclipse. This adds a larger measure of prominence and a sense of unification of affairs to the themes of the April 30, 2022 Eclipse in the 6 North Series and increases indications of potential Uranian intervention, disruption, separation, and/or rebellion and upheaval to the level of directional changes in society which are always a bi-product of eclipses (along with revelations whether such disruptions are convenient or not.)

Therefore, 6 North themes are definitely on society's 2022 cosmic calendar! However, Taurean bullheadedness and inflexibility tend to cause setbacks when progress and growth are what's needed. As for finances (the 'Bull of Wall Street'?), raids on the US Treasury may be occurring underneath the surface as 6 North Taurean Eclipse themes run 'in the background' of society. Not that such raids haven't been perpetrated against the US previously.

(Please Note that I work with eclipse degrees and am not overly concerned with whether a particular eclipse is visible or whether it cuts a path across America when I type these things. You may, of course, disagree. Thankfully, this manifestation of a 6 North Eclipse is only partial not Total, while the Midterms 2022 Lunar Eclipse is Total and is infused with vibes from electrical planet Uranus which may easily bring on technological issues with our voting machines or ballots, inspired by the anarchy of domestic seditionists - or may even suggest interference from outside hackers and saboteurs.

In closing, here are 6 North Themes to be aware of: 'relationship to father or authority figures; a need to take responsibility or control; acceptance of commitments due to another person's unreliability or illness' (paraphrasing B. Brady). Politically, these indications could be positive or negative.

The initial 6 North Solar Eclipse in the Saros Series occurred @27Tau55 on May 15, 850 (OS) with eroding Neptune Rx @27Cap35 (conjunct US 1776 Pluto 27:33); 6 North Eclipses also occurred in the years 1914, 1932, 1950, 1968 (DNC 1968 Chicago: turbulence), 2004, (2022), and will again in 2040 @21Taurus.

Karmic Eclipse Themes Undergird Events; Solstices and Equinoxes Are Timers

As Astrology always reveals, it's the Winter Solstice Horoscope that takes us from one year into the next and holds particular influence as its planets reflect earthly events until Spring Equinox of the following year. In fact, it's illuminating to consider both charts for a fuller picture, perhaps in the form of a bi-wheel with the Winter Solstice chart snugged inside since it is the first cosmic event to occur. One might also take a Spring Equinox Horoscope and add the Winter Solstice Horoscope for the same year to see how things are moving along, especially since Spring Equinox charts are 'good for' an entire year and may be considered via transits, directions, and such.

So as 2021 nears its end, here's an excerpt from the previously published Winter Solstice 2021 Horoscope (DC Horoscope shown):

Winter Solstice 2021 falls within the 5 New South Eclipse Series which manifests on December 4, 2021 @12Sag22 with benefits promised. (The 12Sag Eclipse is in 9th house of {the Winter Solstice 2021} chart conjunct Midheaven although it isn't penned upon the {Solstice} chart - and the Midheaven is unaspected by any planet so the beneficial themes of the eclipse may be the objectives of the winter season!

Therefore, considering President Biden's legislative efforts in Congress this year, such beneficial objectives and the good news that comes with them (ex: his Infrastructure Bill) seem to be a given. A 'given' representing progress to some legislators for the American people (aka, the common good) but improvements to block and delay for others who are regressively minded as they work to accomplish an authoritarian take-over of the US government, a fascist/corporate effort that failed in 1933. And of course you know which political party is which within our current circumstances as transit Neptune in Pisces opposes US natal Neptune in Virgo (clash of ideals; racial and other persecutions across the Virgo-Pisces victim/savior axis). Plus, transit Pluto is already within orb of America's first-ever Pluto Return - exact three times all through 2022 as societal scaffolding is forced to collapse and traditions and laws are sabotaged and ignored. Yet we know that the fascist plot of 1933 became known as 'the businessmen's coup' and it failed, just as it should have.

This time, after decades of patient planning, the plot has widened and a multitude of wealthy corporations and CEOs are funding the fascist coup attempt yet it's imperative that the traitorous saboteurs and criminals who have infiltrated and infested America must be made to fail again!

And on that note, thanks go to journalist Judd Leggum and this staff, because the public can know what many corporations are up to in private while funding far-right efforts against democracy - despite what their gaslighting public relations people say in public.

Thom says that Republicans are already "licking their chops" over crime rates going way up this year after rates were down last year when everyone was safely snugged inside. And with the all-important Midterms 2022 on the calendar, Republicans won't be letting higher crime rates go (with many states having Democratic governors) considering the spiteful vow of the GOP to 'make President Biden fail':

Fretsomely for the future of our country, our Midterm Elections are scheduled for November 8, 2022, the very day of a Lunar Eclipse @16Taurus when inconvenient secrets may be revealed, disruption could be on the menu of bad faith actors, and results could turn out unpredictably and/or inconclusively.

The Two Karmic Eclipses That Affect Midterms 2022

Wednesday August 4, 2021: One reason to spotlight here the two eclipses that will affect the Midterms 2022 Elections is because of the clues, hints, and the cosmic information that their horoscopes contain. Yes, previous posts have been published concerning them, however, this dual image of the charts can be seen, below, for the purpose of adding the midpoint pictures from both eclipes: the 6 South Solar Eclipse of October 25, 2022 @2Scorpio conjunct Venus (2Sco39: cooperation needed and material values are involved) and rising in Washington DC, and the November 8, 2022 Lunar Eclipse @16Tau00 conjunct radical reformer Uranus Rx (16Tau56) with the Sun @16Scorpio snugged between Mercury (15Sco52) and Venus (20Sco13) - all rising in our nation's capital led by the transiting South Node in Scorpio which emphasizes the karmic implications for Washington DC of the 6 South Eclipse.

So if we round up the eclipse and Venus degree to "3 Scorpio" we have a clue: "A House-Raising" which suggests that the US Congress is understandably involved (or even eviction notices, see below). Furthermore, the degree's Keyword is: "HELPFULNESS - positive expression: an exceptional power of accomplishment through a consistent success in winning the good will and enlisting the services of others; negative expression: a complete inability to fit into any pattern of shared relationships" (The Sabian Symbols in Astrology, M. E. Jones). And the eclipse degree's Illumination Point opposite at "3 Taurus" = HOPEFULNESS! YBut yes, the Exaltation degree of the Moon (3Taurus) and the Fall of the Moon degree (3Scorpio) may be somehow involved but I suspect that few astrologers use such cosmic indicators these days. It is an axis like the Nodal Axis with the Taurus-Scorpio 2/8 polarity as the focus of both eclipses with the Lunar Eclipse describing our reactions to the events brought by the Solar Eclipse. One end of the Solar Eclipse has vanity, conceit, and self-glorification (Mercury-Venus = Sun) while the other end brings the radical reforms, shared experiences, and potential upsets of Uranus-NN. Then, our lunar reactions include common sense on one end (Sun-Mercury) and ideals (Sun-Venus) while the opposite end expresses potentials for emotional excitability or tension, sacrifice, and/or possible anxiety due to nervousness over reforms and political or social changes. Circumstances will become clearer once Campaign 2024 is officially underway.

Now of course with any Solar Eclipse in Scorpio, society must handle events and conditions very carefully for although strength of purpose, seeing to the very root of our problems, and karmic opportunities for progress are involved, astrologer Rose Lineman points out that such an eclipse can also bring out in susceptible people the negative traits of Scorpio such as vengefulness, hatred, jealousy, and cruelty. And you'll agree that modern society already has an overabundance of such traits expressing within the Collective. Hopefully, the Scorpio eclipse of October 2022 will activate the more positive karmic possibilities so we must concentrate on this.

Meanwhile, as you see on the Solar Eclipse chart (lower left), communicating Mercury (dot all Is, cross all Ts when rising just before the Sun = oriental), planet of young people, brings along fixed stars Arcturus (the White House) and Spica (the spike = the Washington Monument, or, the US Presidency). This 6 South Eclipse of October 25, 2022 is the Prenatal Eclipse ('PE') of Midterms 2022 and therefore is the PE of the Lunar Eclipse itself which perfects on the very day of the election/s (November 8th), as you see:

'Cosmic Blink' Eclipses Are 'Wild Cards of the Universe'

Now you know that all eclipses are karmic and suggest sudden changes of direction in earthly affairs in similar fashion to the erratic planet Uranus which when active seems to spark external fated events but actually has been acting or catalyzing on an internal level for some period of time. Radical politics and reforms accrue to zealous Uranus but in the earthy sign of Taurus, we've also seen changes (Uranus) within the realms of natural and ecological disasters (with Uranus ruling bolts of lightening and shifts), and in financial matters including a large amount of speculation on Wall Street, plus, stimulus payments of an unusual or novel nature. Even eviction moratoriums fall under the influence of Uranus in Venus-ruled Taurus expressing as unusual financial aid.

As you can see, penned to the left of the Solar Eclipse Horoscope, is a fretful note about the 6 South Eclipse which occurred on August 31, 1932 @8Virgo expressing as the 'Nazis Rise to Power Eclipse' - another very good reason to spotlight the 6 South manifestation approaching in 2022. (6 North is worrisome, too, on the level of 'authority figures' and 'taking over responsibility because someone is ill or unreliable' - B. Brady.) The themes of both elipses sound sinister, don't they? Well, forewarned is forearmed!

Midpoint Pictures of the October and November 2022 Eclipses

Now here are the Midpoint Pictures potentials, first of the October 2022 Solar Eclipse in the 6 South Saros Series, then those of the November 2022 Lunar Eclipse @16Taurus on Election Day. Note that any, all, or none may apply and can be subject to transits, directions, and/or progressions - except where Uranus is involved for its quirky disruption can manifest early, late, or not at all:

Solar Eclipse October 2022: Sun-Moon = Venus, Sun-Venus = Moon, Moon-Venus = Sun: actors or stage performers (ex: politicians), harmony, attractive personalities, cooperation or teamwork. Mars-Jupiter = North Node ('NN'): good cooperation dynamics. And Saturn-NN = Jupiter: a change of position, a fortunate separation.

Lunar Eclipse November 2022: Saturn-MC = Moon: depression or psychosis; impressionability; suffering from members of the female sex. With Uranus: desire to obtain objectives at all costs, making the greatest effort (as with 6 South themes), an emotional shock or crisis, emotional excitability (possibly due to fear and anxiety within the Moon-Uranus combination), Uranus-NN = Moon: new contacts which are terminated quickly, showing quick enthusiasm for other people. Venus-Uranus = Saturn: awakening from love iillusions, estrangement, separation, a difficult birth. And Moon-Venus (again) = Saturn: suppressed feelings, separation from or loss of the husband, renunciation; sad or sick women, philosophizing.

Flight Risk to Run for POTUS in 2024!

Tuesday July 13, 2021: If you've watched, heard, or read any of the news concerning CPAC 2021 in Dallas Texas, you know that Tr*mp did appear as expected and spoke for a very long time in his disjointed crazy-quilt fashion much to the delight of his die-hard fans in the audience. Apparently, for the audience it was a satisfying helping of their favorite rants 'n' chants and most, if not all, were (are) in on the joke - that their idol's 'Big Lie' of a stolen election - allegedly with 'fraud' by Democrats as the only reason former guy could have possibly lost the November 2020 election - will catapult him back into a white (supremacist) White House. For this delusion and its trick to work one must ignore the fact that a majority of voters in November 2020 did not want the grudge holding white-supremacist-slash-fascist back at the helm for another four years along with the further damage he could perpetrate upon our society. The blighter!

Mass Complicity!

For all the Tr*mp-ish actors secretly agree that his Goebbels-inspired 'Big Lie' is a mass-produced mystery play that he and his supporters are engaged in like one big happy neo-nazi family, whether consciously or unconsciously. My suspicion is that a percentage of his supporters think his desperation is all about regrasping authoritarian power and control so that they can "own the libs" they've been propagandized to hate, and thereby conquer their favorite wedge issues such as repealing Roe v Wade.

And yet a majority of Americans (liberal and otherwise) know that Tr*mp wants to scramble back to the Oval office with its legal protections so that he can avoid prosecution! Oh, and 'winning' in 2024 would please his overlords, both foreign and domestic, and added value: he could continue to plump up his dwindling bank accounts, wherever they may hide. Besides, he wouldn't want his thugs and goons to one day come after him!

So for cosmic support, you'll note that in the CPAC 2021 New Moon Horoscope of July 9th, the deceptive Neptune-MC midpoint rises which reveals the event's "acting and pretending" "mystery play" flavors, with the New Moon (18Can01) phase itself suggesting that demagogue Tr*mp has begun a new cycle of activity within his political endeavors, all geared toward running in the 2024 Presidential Election. And of course, Moon-ruled Cancer is the sign of tribalism, nationalism, and patriotism (whether feigned or authentic) where his watery Saturn, planet of authority, responsibility, and authenticity, resides. As you know, Saturn in Cancer loves its independence but tends to be discontented and aggravated by family ties (R. Ebertin). Indictments, perhaps?

Further cosmic evidence of Tr*mp's power-grasping intentions can be found in the CPAC 2021 New Moon Horoscope, linked above, at its Goal-and-Aspiration Point, the Midheaven ('MC") @2Scorpio, the degree of the 6 South Solar Eclipse of October 25, 2022 (just prior to Midterms 2022 on November 8th, the day of a Lunar Eclipse) for the October eclipse is a repetition of the 6 South eclipse which manifested in 1932 as the 'Nazis Rise to Power' Eclipse (two charts set for Berlin and DC; this is my label for the 1932 eclipse, but if you disagree, look at events of 1932 when Nazis were the largest party in the Prussian parliament and Herr H was on his way to grasping full control of the German government in early 1933).

Take Heed: the GOP now the American Fascist Party

So besides the abundant earthly signs of what the fascist-leaning GOP has planned for America (for which my common good sensibilities and Revolutionary ancestors totally reject), the Cosmos is reflecting similar implications for those with watchful eyes and open ears to hear - and be forewarned and ready.

An additional astro-note concerning yesterday's walk-out of Democratic legislators in Texas and their flight to Washington DC to highlight their fight against voter suppression legislation being forced by the Texas GOP. A peek at the Republic of Texas proclamation horoscope of March 2, 1836 reveals quirky Uranus @1Pis11, one degree from the very zodiacal spot (2:11) where transit Jupiter, now Rx, made his standstill on June 20, 2021! A Jupiter-to-Uranus transit suggests involvement in group causes, and gaining more awareness of physical and mental freedom, both good descriptions of current events because Americans' Right to Vote is embedded within the US Constitution, and rescuing the Right to Vote is a worthy cause to believe in.
