Partners in Crime: A Presidency of One no more

February 5, 2020: With the Republican Senate's vote to exonerate scofflaw Trump set for this afternoon (4:00 pm est), if accomplished it will then be official - the Republican Party is made up of culprits complicit in the crimes of Donald Trump. Partners in crime, as the saying goes. And it looks to me as if this coming together of scoundrels, codifying lawlessness into law, shows in the Inauguration 2021 Horoscope (below) for as you see in the dual charts, unlike Inauguration 2017 with only the POTUS Sun in the 10th house of Career and Public Standing, the victor will also have Saturn, Jupiter, and Mercury, all in Aquarius, all handmaidens to the POTUS Sun:

Now I haven't yet compared the natal planets of all possible scoundrels who could be represented by the three 10th house planets (2021) but it did occur to me to check the planets of Stephen Miller for any natals in Aquarius. Miller's natal Jupiter Rx @9AQ36 is there in 10th house just beyond 2021 Jupiter (7AQ22--conjunct US natal South Node of 1776) so if Trump commands the Oval Office for a second term, we may find bigot Miller whispering in his ear once again--and, as the Cosmos would have it, Miller's Jupiter Return perfects on January 29, 2021.

As for the three Aquarian planets of Inauguration 2021, here are a few brief potentials for each placement:

Saturn in AQ suggests ambitious plans with no sound foundation, eccentric expectations, and/or a reliable partner.

Jupiter in AQ implies comradeship (!), self-willed individuals, and/or indecisiveness (so many options!). Note that Jupiter can represent a financier (donor), CEO, politician, priest-minister-guru-mentor, and/or The General.

Mercury in AQ suggests reforms, inventions, a desire to work alone, and/or Utopian ideals. These ideals may be supported by the rising Mars-Uranus conjunction @7Taurus and its tendencies toward revolution, anarchy, explosiveness, and/or expressions of a violent temper. Potentials for this duo include radical reforms in the military, unplanned military actions, groups that exploit energy resources, modernization of the steel industry, security forces used to control strife (police state vs We The People?), rebellions against modernization efforts, and/or outbreaks of hostility (Munkasey).

Plus, you see an impulsive We The People's Moon rising at a critical 29th degree of Mars-ruled Aries. Sun AQ-Moon Aries: "Robin Hood and his band of merry men outwit the evil King John once again"..."A court jester mocks the social injustices of the realm" (Sun Sign-Moon Sign, the Harveys). Well, evil is definitely in the house, I'd say, at work in the behind-the-scenes 12th house of Politics, Large Institutions, and Karma.

Well, I don't care to type anymore on the topic of Inauguration 2021 until we're closer to it and the November 3, 2020 Elections are over--whenever that will be. Besides, the Electoral College is scheduled to vote for president on December 14, 2020--the very day of a 4 South Solar Eclipse.

Now I wonder who scheduled that?

Now please note that the Inauguration 2021 Horoscope may not be a cosmic picture of a second presidential term for Donald Trump and yet you may agree that the 2021 Inaugural midpoint pictures suggest quite a mixed cosmic bag of negative and positive possibilities including: temporary or passing states of chaos, success and recognition, lowered standards and goals, magical effects, retaliation, impatience with interference, crooks and swindlers, and someone becoming the mistress or master of her or his own fate.

All this said under the assumption that America will continue to inaugurate presidents during this old order vs new order stage of societal dissolution and regeneration. Meanwhile, Pluto creeping through Saturn-ruled Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business, imposes his own destructive energies, doesn't he?

And so for authoritarian Trump this marks a period when transit Saturn (3AQ55; planet of authority and legalities) opposes his progressed Saturn (3Leo09 conjunct his progressed MC 5:40) and progress is difficult if not impossible to achieve--and transit Pluto @24Capricorn opposes his natal Saturn in Watery Cancer, sign of tribalism and nationalism, and suggesting titanic challenges to his personal authority and control. Hopefully! Is he vanquished yet? Well, perhaps the 'Images for Integration' for Inauguration 2021's Air-Fire Sun AQ-Moon Aries blend of cosmic energies might be of an uplifting nature:

"A court jester mocks the social injustices of the realm...Robin Hood and his band of merry men outwit the evil King John once again." (Sun Sign-Moon Sign, Charles and Suzi Harvey). On second thought, mocking and/or outwitting can play out for good or ill, so maybe not.

Clinton vs Trump Impeachments: cosmic time links

An annular Solar Eclipse prior to The Impeachment of Bill Clinton in 1998 manifested @28Leo47 in the 19 North Saros Series on August 22, 1998. In the news now, comparisons are being made between the Clinton impeachment and the potential impeachment of Donald Trump with many pundits saying there are differences. A basic difference is that the investigation of Bill Clinton began with a land deal but for Trump it began with Russia interfering with and corrupting the 2016 Presidential Election on behalf of Trump, Putin's favored candidate--and with Trump's firing of FBI Director James Comey in a Trumpian attempt to stop the investigation in its tracks. Additionally, in 1998 Clinton was a popular president, today Trump is not.

So let's consider 19 North themes, plus, a few of the cosmic time links between the August 1998 eclipse and the natal planets of Trump who was 52 years old in 1998. Note that a 19 North Solar Eclipse last manifested on September 1, 2016 @9Virgo and is the Prenatal Eclipse ('PE') of the Clinton Impeachment and both Election 2016 and Inauguration 2017 as we've previously discussed:

19 North Themes: 'realism, coming down to earth, becoming aware of a situation for what it truly is, a constructive time for tackling the truth' (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology).

Now right away, I know that the eagle-eyes of both SO'W readers notice that the 1998 eclipse conjoined the natal Ascendant (29Leo) of Donald Trump, a cosmic condition which made the 19N eclipse personal for Trump then, and, imho, continues to make it so now.

And it seems apt that eclipse Neptune Rx @00AQ01 in August 1998 conjoined and obfuscated our nation's POTUS Sun (January 20: Inaugural Sun 00AQ+). This echoes the recent US progressed ('SP') Sun in mid-Pisces being masked by transit Neptune in Pisces (also discussed here before). We also see this plainly by the fact that 14 Pisces is the position of the Republican Party's natal Neptune (1854) with Republicans shielding Trump's every move and making excuses for his flaws, his hateful rhetoric, and his racist ideas and policies. In Pisces, Neptunian deception and fraud run rampant! Yet Neptune undermines and weakens, too, along with bringing various contagions and floods to the world.

As for Trump's natal planets, to me the prominence belongs to two transits:

1998's eclipse Venus (10Leo38) conjunct Trump's natal Pluto (10Leo02 in his secretive 12th house of Politics and Karma), a period when strategy must be used in order to exert or regain control over events and conditions yet there is danger of idle flattery disrupting or preventing success. As we know, Trump is a seducible man with an ego easily manipulated by false flattery--and dictators like Putin and Kim Jong Un know and have used this very well.

Yet the stronger 1998 transit to Trump's natal Pluto is tr Uranus opposing his Pluto--partile at the moment of the eclipse! (10AQ02 oppo 10Leo02.) When transit Uranus opposes natal Pluto, generational clashes occur in respect to how finances and resources are handled, societal movements disrupt, challenge or even eliminate the power and power structure of The Establishment (similar to destructive Pluto in Capricorn now), and coping well with shifts in political and social institutions becomes a societal and personal issue.

In Politics, the Venus-Pluto pair of energies relates to potentials for extremes of private wealth hidden away, attracting and attraction to elements of organized crime (which threatens certain US politicians and others dumb enough to step into a syndicate trap), those who want to transform natural beauty (oil drilling in parks and offshore comes to mind), and/or a breakdown within the social fabric of society (Trump and the GOP are working hard on that as I type).

Uranus-Pluto potentials include riots that bring changes in governmental policies, disruptive intruders, strikes and labor movements, rebellion, and/or "sudden new criminal acts" (Munkasey).

So whether political pundits find comparisons and/or contrasts between 1998 impeachment conditions and those of 2019, 2020, and beyond, there are cosmic time links then and now via the 19 North Saros Series and the activation of Trump's natal Pluto in vain Leo--unaspected, menacing, and identifying a man who is over-shadowed by shadows--in his 12th house of Self-Undoing and Hidden Enemies.

The Prenatal Eclipse of Inauguration 2021

DC Horoscope: Solar Eclipse December 14, 2020 11:16:26 am est Washington DC @23Sag08 10th house; Solar Hour; one retrograde planet: unaspected Uranus @7Tau07 Rx in 2nd house of the National Treasury (see chart, center upper). Ascendant 29AQ01, a critical or crisis degree, and conjunct the natal Descendant degree of Donald Trump so his natal ASC conjunct royal Regulus and natal Mars set in this chart. Plus, this eclipse will affect Trump's problematic Moon-South-Node conjunction.

The heavyweight trio of Pluto, Jupiter, and Saturn in governmental Capricorn snug around the cusp of the 12th house (Politics, Self-Undoing; Large Institutions; Karma; The Unconscious; Secret Enemies) with Saturn strong in its own sign and at a critical-crisis 29th degree.

Also in 12th house is the Neptune-MC midpoint @00AQ17, the precise degree and minute of Inauguration 2017's POTUS Sun which creates a midpoint picture penned on the chart, upper right--someone is pretending to be what they are not. My suggestion: POTUS. Neptune-MC also conjoins the Pluto-Jupiter-Saturn trio which activates potentials for (more) criminal offenses, pursuit of peculiar objectives, gambling and speculation, putting all the eggs in one basket, insecurity, uncertainty, an inability to get over losses, and/or suffering from the consequences of wrong actions. The Neptune-MC pairing itself points toward crooks and swindlers (Ebertin) and deception, disguise, and/or fraud used in career matters and in public life.

Rising are two midpoints--Pluto-Chiron, one of the Plutocracy/Plutocrat pairings of exploitation, racism and various other -isms, plus, primal violence, and Mercury-Uranus which bestows someone with organizing talent, and the ability to act with prudence or deliberation.

Near MC is the transiting Mercury-South-Node conjunction which shows someone feeling mentally alone, whose ideas or communications are stolen (or, a plagiarist; emails hacked?), and/or, one whose ideas are ahead or behind the times.

As for the BOWL shape of planets led by Venus @28Sco44 in the 9th house of Foreign Lands, Philosophy, Higher Education, and Legal Affairs, the empty houses of the chart identify areas of challenge; a BOWL often indicates a mission to fulfill or a cause to advocate, plus, frustration, uncertainty, and/or vindictiveness that arises from a sense of division are possibilities of this particular 4 South Eclipse season. Here, evaluating Venus in Big Business Scorpio acts as the point of application (Jones).

Themes of a 4 South Solar Eclipse identify it as a difficult eclipse series which will affect or influence events and circumstances leading up to the January 20, 2021 Inauguration, the person who takes the Oath of Office, and thus the next administration to inhabit the White House. We may expect issues such as: "very strong emotional feelings concerning relationships and/or money", a sense of fatedness in relationships which are beyond personal control, a sudden desire to end relationships or alliances, blocked emotions that lead to "a great deal of frustration," and a need to "avoid taking rash action until things settle down" (Brady's Predictive Astrology).

Well, there are multiple other chart factors of note and I hope you'll ferret them out for yourself if you haven't already for a time of further turmoil approaches and we need all the fore-arming we can get.
