July 23, 2021 brings the Biden Presidency's first un-birthday!

July 14, 2021: On May 31, 2021 a post with dual DC Horoscopes was published here as DC Horoscopes: July 2021 Lunations showing the just-past New Moon of July 9th (18Can01) and the upcoming Full Moon of Friday July 23rd @00Leo26 which perfects at 10:36:45 pm edt.

Well! As the Cosmos would have it, July 23rd at 7:54:45 am edt happens to be the precise "un-birthday" moment of President Biden's Inauguration, aka, his Oath of Office taken on January 20, 2021. We all have them 6 months after our birthdays and if we apply its symbolic meaning to the Biden presidency we find that it times a brief period, perhaps only for a day, when one's course for the year should be reassessed and changes of direction made if necessary. Obviously, this 6-month period lasts until approximately January 20, 2022 - or actually until the exact moment of his presidency's Solar Return 2022.

So it may be interesting to see if around July 23rd and perhaps until the rest of July, any hint of such resconsideration or review is mentioned publicly by the President or by anyone in his administration such as Jen Psaki. Of course, they could prefer to keep such deliberations secret!

So astrologers may wish, if they haven't, to set up the July 23, 2021 un-birthday chart to use as a transit chart for commparison with the Inauguration 2021 Horoscope. If so, please feel free to let me know what you find by leaving an on-topic comment with this post. Thanks! jc

The line-up of CPAC 2021 speakers is a regular who's who of authoritarian fanatics of what some might call lovers of Nazism, gaggled together in Dallas, Texas from July 9th to 11th in the glorious year of 2021. Yay.

Follow the link to view a page of pandering portraits of the scheduled-to-speak culprits, most if not all Republicans (or purporting themselves to be) of the Trumpish persuasion. Will The Tr*mp blow in, cape swirling, like a conquering hero (thanks, Hil!), emboldened by rallies he hopes will be well attended? Or will ego deflation be in evidence because his mojo deserted him along with his former crowds of adoring fans?

Now July 2021 CPAC is less than a month away as I type but your guess is as good if not better than mine as to whether Herr Spanky will show or not in Dallas and in what condition. So it may be handy to have a peek at the July 9--11, 2021 time frame and see if there's anything interesting going on in the heavens which might reflect earthly proceedings in Texas and reveal information on US society's current condition.

Well, there is!

For in particular, a new cycle of activity begins within the darkness of a New Moon perfecting @18Can01:40 on July 9, 2021 and here's its horoscope set for Dallas, Texas:

As usual, my messy study notes are scribbled upon the chart for those who wish to read them, and a few of cowardly Tr*mp's natal planets are penned around the outside, highlighted in lavender. Rising is the Neptune-MC midpoint which is how this post got its "acting and pretending" title. But the Neptune-MC duo of 'deceit in career' also suggests potentials for 'criminal offenses, spies which undermine national security, and/or official scandals of very large scope or proportions' (Munkasey). Sounds familiar especially whenever agent orange is involved.

Now as you see in 1st house, CPAC Saturn Rx @11AQ49, chart-ruler making no applying aspects which emphasizes its sign and position, continues to oppose Tr*mp's natal Pluto (10Leo02 conjunct his deadly Mars-Saturn midpoint) so he has that karmic transit challenging his sense of power and control (Pluto in royal Leo). Karmic 'victim-savior' conditions are suggested due to the intercepted Virgo-Pisces polarity across the 2/8 axis of Money and Corporatism. Yet it's powerful, wealthy Pluto Rx @25Cap44 the plutocrat that rises first and leads a Locomotive shape of planets which suggests a ruthless high-powered executive determined on success. At any cost, no doubt, for the stakes are high.

However, the main point of this post is to emphasize The Goal of CPAC 2021 (MC = Midheaven @2Sco42) which is looking to and planning for the future as indicated by the 6 South Solar Eclipse of October 25, 2022 @2Sco00:06 conjunct this MC. So 6 South will be the Prenatal Solar Eclipse of Midterms 2022 when the GOP plans to "be forceful" and "take power." Yet we don't need Astrology or eclipse themes to reveal this for the GOP makes it obvious through their current election-rigging tactics and state legislations intended to oppress the vote (having to cheat to 'win' as they do). And who can forget Tr*mp's attempted 'Stop the Steal' coup of 1/6/21 and the threats of further violence that apparently are being planned? I'll never forget 1/6, will you?

Additional 6 South themes include 'exerting huge efforts in group activities' (Brady) and containing 'manic' energy. Can overly mild Democrats successfully meet and overcome such manic power and determination on behalf of democracy? That's this child of the Revolution's primary fret these days and it's why I keep posting here about such disturbing topics, including certain upcoming eclipses (which are known to influence historical events).

So speaking of historical events, we've previously discussed the fact that the October 25, 2022 6 North Eclipse @2Scorpio is a repetition of the Nazis Rise to Power Eclipse of 1932. Now this eclipse repeating in our day may not make you, dear reader, feel fretful for America's sake but for me the repetition of 6 South themes functions as a cosmic signpost on the way to authoritarianism, or what some call 'fascism in America' - unless the forces of democracy meet its vicious anti-societal energies head-on with equal if not greater strength.

Then to further complicate matters, Midterms 2022 on November 8th will include a Lunar Eclipse @16Tau00:53 ("-swords vs torches"!) which is marked on this CPAC horoscope in the foundational 4th house, not too far from the disruptive anarchist and radical reactionary planet of zealotry Uranus (@14Tau06 - conjunct Menkar and US Inaugural Ascendant = the Presidential Oath of Office). So if a Uranian change of presidents is on anyone's menu for whatever reason, may it be VP Kamala Harris stepping in!

America July 2021: New Plans Made, Then Culminating

May 31, 2021: On the occasion of today, Memorial Day 2021, and as A Child of the Revolution, yours truly chooses to share the following post on behalf of a sovereign America and the common good. Below is a dual image of the two July 2021 Lunations set for Washington DC.

First, on July 9, 2021, comes a New Moon @18Can01 (lower left) exact at 9:16:29 pm edt in 6th house (DC). In the DC chart, Luna rules the 6th house of Work and Service while the Sun rules the 7th house of Partnerships. Rising is 1AQ03 which lifts America's Inaugural Sun (Joe Biden) and bold Altair the eagle with it but with its solar power snugged between karmic planets Pluto and Saturn, both retrograde ('Rx') which suggests that some measure of renunciation, even privation, may affect the presidency - unless Mr. Biden, his team, and his high-powered backers can turn the energy around and use it on behalf of democracy and the American people.

One thing we know - there exist anti-American entities who will attempt to create difficult conditions in order to undermine the agenda of President Biden. (See Nemesis the foe @28Scorpio in the New Moon's 10th house conjunct the President Biden's Scorpio planets.) In addition, can anyone disagree that uplifting the common good is simply not a (neo) fascist objective and never was? Obviously, seizing power and forcibly taking control of America is their current objective as it was on July 1, 1933 when they approached General Smedley Butler with their malicious take-over scheme against FDR and the democracy-preferring American people. Note that representatives for the era's big bankers were among the treasonous group in 1933. Do you think it's different this time around?

And you know that cosmic evidence exists! For 1933's anti-FDR fascists were influenced by the background energies of two solar eclipses, one in 1932 in the 6 South Saros Series, the other in 1933 in the 7 North series. And so as eclipse and historical cycles will have it, it will soon be time for 6 South and 7 North eclipses to manifest again on: October 25, 2022 @2Scorpio and April 23, 2023 @30Aries. Wisely we should mark our calendars and be watchful before, during, and after these high-powered, 'cosmic blink' lunations of disruption and/or directional shifts just as many folk already are. For as progressive broadcaster Thom Hartmann oftens reminds us, "Democracy is not a spectator sport"! Which means, be active, do what you can!

Now as for July 2021, the stage of culmination, fulfillment, and/or complete awareness is reached with the Full Moon of July 23, 2021 @1AQ26 (upper right chart), the very degree that rises in the New Moon horoscope so for this and other reasons we may expect in July a focus on President Biden, but more broadly on the White House and the Office of the Presidency, plus, July brings our nation's annual celebration of our hard-fought independence from overbearing monarchy, cosmically known as America's Solar Return 2021 which we discussed in February 2021 (horoscope shown).

Plus, previously we noted the June 24, 2021 Capricorn Full Moon as society's reaction to the June 10th Gemini Solar Eclipse which is a 5 North Solar Eclipse that precedes both July 2021 lunations. This June 24th Full Moon @3Cap27 floats society from the Gemini-Sagittarius axis of 'Mercury-Jupiter' and into the Cancer-Capricorn axis with its 'Moon-Saturn' influences that suggest potentials for security concerns, home-vs-career issues, ambition, strategy, direction, possible illness (chronic or acute) and/or depressive or serious conditions.
