The following is a copy-paste from a previous post on my WordPress blog and was written back in those early, heady days of the Obama administration when the future seemed to stretch out in front of us like...like a VOC Moon sailing without interference toward a previously determined port.

As you know, the Moon in Mundane Astrology = the people, or, the populace...so in the US, it's We-The-People, and also relates to moods and popular trends.

Now my suspicion is that Alphee Lavoie's interpretation of a VOC Moon (see below) applies quite closely to the presidency of Barack Obama--except for the "nothing to worry about" part--for with transnational globalist banksters and gangsters in charge and calling the political tune, we have a lot of challenges to face, as has become extremely apparent.

(One of the transiting midpoint pictures in force for weeks and still in force as I type is: Jupiter/Neptune = Uranus: sudden recognition of a difficult situation. Another of its potentials: real v imaginary, according to Reinhold Ebertin.)

Since the Moon 29Sco45 for Jan 20, 2009, noon EST, Capitol Building, Washington DC, applies to no major (Ptolemaic) aspect with another planet while the Moon remains in Scorpio, it is being considered as having no course, or is ‘void of course’.

Indications for a VOC Moon are: impediments; things will not come to a good end except with great toil and trouble; good time for festivities (Bonatus); matters go hardly unless Moon is in Taurus, Cancer, Sagittarius, or Pisces; business seldom goes ‘handsomely forward’; nothing will come of the matter; no significant changes (Lilly.)

Yet in modern terms, Alphee Lavoie says that a VOC Moon means that a conclusion is already manifested, the outcome is already known, and/or there’s ‘nothing to worry about’!

One reason to hope for the best come Inauguration Day 2009 is that modern interpretations take into account whether the VOC Moon is applying closely with other planets from the sign she’s in – such as we see with Jan 20′s Moon sextiling the 10th house Sun/Mercury conjunction 00AQ+…which also happens to be Barack Obama’s natal Jupiter degree.

Well, we know that 29 degrees of any sign is a Critical/Crisis Degree and in the case of 2009′s Inaugural Moon in Scorpio, I’m relating the Moon’s condition (VOC) and degree (29) to the financial and medical crises the American people continue to suffer ungladly.

Plus, spying and surveillance relate to Scorpio, along with Big Finance, and for certain a whole lotta surveillance will be going on in the inaugural city, and a whole pack of till-raiding financial crooks are on the loose.

So…nothing to worry about? Dunno about that although some folk seem to feel (unrealistically) that having Obama, a Democrat, in the White House will solve everything. At least he isn’t a dratted Republican, right?

Will this Moon’s condition make the down-to-earth transit of restrictive Saturn to US natal Neptune (ideals; dreams) more of a shock…or will it bring solidity and realization (Saturn) to our ideals and dreams (Neptune)? (Saturn to US Neptune August-Sept 2009.)

But I suspect 2009′s Inaugural Moon is reaching forward into Sagittarius (which sextiles Aquarius) toward the change and hope of a new presidency’s promise to put the American people’s needs first in line over monied interests. Sextiles are aspects of opportunity, but willing efforts must be made in order to benefit from them.

Whether the ‘reaching forward’ results in eventual improvements for we-the-people is a question for the future to answer.

That there will be delays and difficulties in implementing plans is a given, but I pray the ineffectuality of a traditional VOC Moon doesn’t rule the day or the modern presidential term of Barack Obama which will be served, we hope, on behalf of we-the-people.

Oct 28, 2011: turns out that the majority of the reaching forward is being done by patriots--most of them of the younger generation--the demonstrators in the Occupy Wall Street Movement (aka, We Are the 99%) along with the other protests and sit-ins being done in solidarity across the country and the globe, and asking for the ('30 Scorpio') "Halloween Jester" phase of US politics to be put aside for good as we demand that the US government remembers from whence their only true power comes--not from shareholders, CEOs, or monarchists--but from the willing consent of We-The-People.

You may also wish to review the horoscope of the Solar Eclipse which forever marks the presidency of Barack Obama, what I've called the New President Eclipse of January 26, 2009 at 6AQ30--conjunct US natal South Node (SN) of the Moon, a separative, Saturn-ruled point where cosmic energy rushes or is drained out rather than new energy being infused into the proceedings.

But then, Mr. Obama has lofty connections and wealthy backers to neutralize or cushion problems indicated by the bend-or-break Saturn-Uranus opposition which was in effect on Election Day 2008 as well as in January 2009. Was it to be the status quo of Saturn or the progress of Uranus? I decided Mr. Obama's natal Saturn Rx in its own staid sign of Capricorn would lean him toward the status quo though his Aquarian Jupiter, also Rx, may idealize toward other directions.

Plus, the January 2009 Solar Eclipse degree (6AQ30) is the zodiacal position of transiting Neptune on the morning of 9/11/01 and qualifies as a Neptune Return since the religion of Islam was founded when Neptune was within that range of Aquarius.

President's Address to Congress 9.8.11 ends w Moon/Jupiter

Maybe later it won't be as cantankerous but who has time for balking when there's so much to do?

One thing not mentioned in my post linked above is that at the precise end of the president's Address, the Moon/Jupiter midpoint arose and thus perfected a picture.

At 7:41 pm edt, Washington DC, Moon was in the sign of America's natal Moon (*27AQ10) but @ 8AQ, so right away we know that we-the-people have a Lunar Return soon--actually, this Saturday morning (@ 9:54:22 am edt) with the emotionally (Moon) expansive (Jupiter--but The Banker/General/Guru/GOP planet is Rx in **intolerant Taurus so he's keeping his powder dry as the Jupiterian Republicans did when they nixed the tradition of giving a rebuttal to the President's Address Thursday Sept 8, 2011.

Don't know about you but I didn't exactly miss their goatish rebuttal especially after Wednesday night's Republican 'Debate' of The Stubborn Jackasses.

Galileo much?

Thing is, I've noticed quite a few Moon/Jupiter contacts such as conjunctions in the natal charts of politicians whose mothers apparently led them to believe in themselves--that they could be or have anything they want. And yes, sometimes decent folk are attracted to what was once called the 'public service' aspect of Politics but usually it's the misguided ones without moral compasses who gravitate toward Politics, 'that organized system of hatreds', where their (presumed) preciousness is babied and whose main job is to shill and represent for their financial backers. And stay in power, of course. And propangandize the masses.

What that makes the majority of them, I'll leave for you to fill in since southern ladies don't often use such language.

But then we have a few more direct, progressive types like, say...Senator Bernie Sanders whose birthday is September 8--Happy Birthday, Bernie!

Some potentials for the Moon/Jupiter midpoint in Politics and Business include: a legal system that acts as a barrier to commercial or agricultural production, ineffective lawyers, and, sad to say, floods. (Munkasey.)

Shout-Out! The Equal Party (of-by-for The People)

Today my online time is brief (gotta motor!) but I have managed a bit of reading and was surprised to find an interesting blog concerning The Equal Party suggesting ideas for how We The People can return control of the US government to the of-by-for crowd, United States citizens.

Of course, this presumes that we had any control to lose. With every US election fixed, manipulated, rigged, or plum stolen, it's difficult to be certain especially when you consider the so-called 'Manifest Destiny' issue and America being founded by and as a New Atlantis corporation. Perhaps that's where the early 'of-by-for' came in and America was never, as we now suspect, meant for We The People at all.

The Equal Party site's Reminders from Mullins: the Rape of Justice and the World Order contains a quote from Eustace Mullins' The World Order which you may think useful for understanding what's going on socially and in Politics, that 'organized system of hatreds', as Henry B. Adams aptly described it..."No matter its professions", that's what its practice basically is.

A quick search for Mullin's The World Order on Amazon yielded no results but I did locate another of his books A Study of the Federal Reserve and Its Secrets (2010) and here is an excerpt:

"If Congress actually had retained its sovereignty and refused to let Woodrow Wilson and Carter Glass hand over the sovereign right of coinage and the issue of our money to private bankers in 1913, the American people today would not stand on the brink of slavery. The Federal Reserve System has been the death of our Constitution, and the end of our liberties. The Federal Reserve Board of Governors, chosen by and working for the powerful international bankers, have inflicted catastrophe after catastrophe upon our people." - Eustace Clarence Mullins

Amen to that!

So who was Carter Glass (Jan 4, 1858 - May 28, 1946)? He was a busy political bee on Capitol Hill including acting as President Wilson's Secretary of the Treasury, and was instrumental in the passage of the Glass-Owen Act of 1913 which created the Federal Reserve System. And in 1933, lent his name and efforts to the Glass-Steagall Act which separated commercial from investment banking, and set up the FDIC.

Click his name to read a Wiki page where Carter Glass's firm belief in the disenfranchisement of African-American voters (!!) splays out for all to see.

And what is the astrological signature of disenfranchisement? The main one I use (though other planetary combos such as big banker Jupiter/Pluto certainly play in to the power elite's oppressive activities) is the duo of Pluto/Chiron with Chiron adding The Wounding factor to the anti-social mix.

The Great Conjunction of Pluto and Chiron (@ '12Sag') on December 31, 1999 began a new, refreshed cycle of disenfranchisement and heralded the increased oppression which the world has experienced in the New Millennium in tandem with the King of Alarm (or Terror, including financial) Solar Eclipse of August 11, 1999, the eclipse that Nostradamus warned about centuries ago and which spotlights the Oxen Point, the Lion Point, the Eagle Point, and the Angel Point from Biblical prophecy at mid-degrees of the Fixed Signs.

In case you've missed details of Bradley Manning's true condition while in prison these 7 months as the alleged WikiLeaks whistle blower, here's a link to hook you up concerning Manning's confinement, the details of which are being glossed over - no, misreported - no, lied about - in the press.

Now here's a wish for Christmas 2010: for the raptors of the US government (those factions that spy on us all and must rely heavily on secrecy to hide and avoid prosecution for their gangster behavior) to back off their fascist suppression, torture, and bombing of the world - for their deepest and ugliest motivations are showing.

Perhaps the much-touted New Millennial Great Awakening may turn out to be in favor of the peoples of the world as despots, world banksters, and their criminal pawns are held accountable for their death-dealing, antisocial actions as we approach the explosive and riot-instigating Uranus/Pluto square in action-oriented Cardinal signs.

Complicating things is that rebellious Uranus in Aries is ruled by warring Mars and Mars/Uranus is an explosive/gun-to-head combo of energies, totally unpredictable; yet inspired, creative, and original actions are potentials as well.

Pluto in Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, the authority, with Saturn/Pluto recalling the two planets in opposition on 9/11/01 across America's natal ASC/DESC axis (and at other times in history) when hardships come, and victimization by those whose primary goal in life is to gain and retain power and control runs roughshod over the masses.

"Cornering the market" isn't good enough for these shrivel-hearted creeps for they feel they must corner the last farthing tucked under our mattresses!

And that in part describes the most recent takeover of the US government, with the Saturn/Pluto pair as one of the culprits, and the onrushing Uranus/Pluto square a major signpost on the way to a select few power elite's long-planned totalitarian domination on a global scale. Riots welcomed as population control is no fallacy, but add genetically modified foods to the mix and implicate Science's eugenics while you're at it. The attempts of Hitler's regime were mere peanuts compared to these guys.

Has Science run amok?

Or has the Royal Branch of Inquiry simply progressed through the decades at humanity's great expense? 'Causing damage to others without their being aware of it' has been at play on every level of society and GM engineering of food and the degradation of water bears much of the blame along with the plastics and chemical industries' hormone inhibitors that interfere with DNA at cellular (hidden) levels.

Now in December 2010, a transiting midpoint picture remains intact (within orb) between Jupiter and Saturn (our societal planets which describe the business cycle, too) and powerful, secretive wealth-hoarder and manipulator Pluto so it's still operative and causing many difficulties:

Jupiter/Saturn = Pluto: restriction; separation; violent changes; attaining one's aims slowly but surely, no matter the cost; transforming the future into today's reality (Ebertin; Munkasey.)

So Deck the Halls But Which Ones?

Today's post is not Christmas fare, granted, but it is important to note that 2011 arrives soon with a Solar Eclipse right out of the gate (Jan 4, 2011 13Cap38 opposing US natal Sun, the leader) with 2011 beginning the next phase of the plutocrats' plans to be implemented upon us, as more individuals, the guilty and the innocent, will be 'detained' ad infinitum and left with little or no Hope.

Our young Bradley Manning comes instantly to mind especially since I do not know what really happened or what he actually did, if anything. How could I? But I do know the 'official line' on WikiLeaks and on several other 'realities' and governmental scripts we're constantly being sold by the men lurking behind the propaganda curtain.

Meanwhile our 'R v D' parties collude and conspire against us. Plus, 2011 contains a 'Constitutional Crisis' Solar Eclipse later in the year which will be considered more fully as time permits (assuming that new Net Neutrality laws will allow this blog to be accessed and that I can continue to write and publish in the 'cyber commons' as Bill Moyers calls it.)

So as 2010 ends, this Sun/Mercury/Mars/Jupiter Capricorn says, Deck with greenery and red berries whatever halls you may have, m'peops, and invite others to join in your merriment! (Above image, Nandina which grows in holiday fashion around my yard.)

Truth to be probed on Capitol Hill!

In an ironic and hilarious turn of events, political thespians on Capitol Hill are discussing the setting up of a truth commission to probe law-breakers in the Bush-Cheney administration...as long as Bush and Cheney are kept safe.

"Truth" commissions, like the Warren Commission set up to obfuscate the assassination of Pres. John F. Kennedy, tend to find only truths they can hide. And Sen. Arlen Spector, of Warren Commission fame, is on the "truth" case again and making sure that Bush won't be harmed by Sen. Patrick Leahy's grandstanding on behalf of truth, the concept.

Wonder what will result from a 'truth probe' in Washington DC? Lots of talking done on our dime, no doubt, with no guarantees that anything of note will actually occur other than the uncovering of legal inconveniences and the smoothing of the populace's ruffled feathers.

Bulldozing the District swamp and starting from scratch might do the trick if you can get the grandfathered-in, wealth-addicted politicians shoveled on down the road to an ordinary life.

Then they might learn to truly appreciate what their sell-out of our nation has meant to and for...
