Let's convert its heavy-handed ugliness to some appropriate astrological symbolisms: 'stability' = Saturn, 'police' = Mars, and 'force' = Pluto.

Both the Jup/Nept cycle and 2nd house relate to money issues.

We may expect rhetoric issuing from the summit to be subtle and manipulative, and perhaps even enticing. An underlayer of cruelty may remain hidden a while longer.

Sunrise Dec 7, 2009 (Pearl Harbor Day, I know - the chart for the first bomb is well-studied next to the chart for the 1st plane hitting the WTC on 9/11/01, for both events took the US into 'justified' wars) has Sun/ASC 15Sag19 with Venus 6Sag47 oriental (planet that rises before the Sun, no matter how far apart they are in zodiacal degrees.)

Venus oriental = people who deal with valuable things; money issues; one's image upon the reflective 'screen' of the world's collective unconscious which may be substituted for one's true personality; masks, personae, veils, and subpersonalities abound in the environment...as they relate to the Climate Change Summit in Copenhagen Dec 7, 2009.

December 7, a date 'that will live in infamy' all right, but around here it lives as very possibly a false flag op perpetrated by Freemason FDR & pals in order to shove America into war (again.)

The DESC of the Copenhopin' Summit sunrise chart (15Gem19) has America's natal Mars/Uranus midpoint conjunct it = either great and speedy energy with a rebellious attitude, explosive actions, revolution, and/or accident potential.

Since senators and representatives have been on the public dole with their Cadillac health care all along, the ploy on Thursday (Dec 3) by Senators Coburn and Vitter to further gum up passage of health reform makes a lot of sense: all senators and reps must enroll in the public option program, "no other possibilities, no other choices," said Vitter to The Hill.

But the Rs weren't attempting to make sense, they were proposing an amendment that they assumed the Ds would oppose thus making Dem efforts for a public option seem hypocritical. (Memo to GOP: precious few of you in Congress need help with hypocrisy - you're past and present masters.)

As Senator Coburn said about the Rs' tricky amendment, "It's called leadership. If it's good enough for everybody else, we ought to be leading by example."

Hurrah! Now that would be a novelty on Capitol Hill - leading, and by example, too! Next thing you know, Congress will be retrieving its oversight duties and stepping up to our constitutional plate.

One-upsmanship: by unanimous consent vote, Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Al FRanken (D-MN), and other Ds have been added as co-sponsors of the Republican amendment. Now what do you think are the chances for reform passage with the public option for government reps attached? Nil? Or none?

Hey, wait a minute. If this amendment stands as the bill is ultimately voted up or down, will it be merely one of the reasons that health insurance reform crashes altogether? Hope not. But I think my total lack of trust in my 'elected' officials' good faith on our behalf is showing. Again.

In my real world I've had time this week to speak to friends and several people of my acquaintance and so far we all agree: sending 30,000 US soldiers (or however many it will really be) is a very bad, if not insane, idea which will ultimately do America more harm than good.

And promoting Bush's past justifications only makes Mr. Obama's culpability more obvious and saddening. Of course, BHO did sign on to carry water for the plutocratic oligarchy, didn't he?

Now as a daughter of the revolution myself, I shall type once again the Sabian Symbol of the difficult Solar Eclipse degree now affecting the world @ '30Cancer'...you may agree that it's quite apt; from *July 21/22, 2009's 11 South Series at a 29th 'crisis' degree (29Can27), and rounding up:

"A Daughter of the American Revolution" = INHERITANCE...

positive expression: an infectious pride in leadership through which a group is able to act as a unit;

negative/unconscious/shadow side: the ultimate betrayal of self hood by a false assumption of superiority.

Normally I don't like to interpret Sabian Symbols here in close relationship to the subject of my post since everyone should be free to associate the symbolic word pictures as they wish according to their own insights and opinions. But considering the seriousness of the president's actions as he jumps on the ruin-and-bankrupt-America-by-war bandwagon, I shall sassily do so now. You don't have to agree, I'm just telling you how the Solar Eclipse influence seems to me to be affecting us at this important juncture, this crossroads where we're taking, imo, the wrong turn.

The American people have inherited a tendency to 'solve' things by going to war once our emotions have been played upon for a 'cause.' This is a hold-over from revolutionary times. Our military forces have been ably organized and trained - anti-constitutional though they may be as a 'standing army' - and are the best in the world, of which we may be justly proud.

Yet arrogance has crept into our national psyche with our plutocratic leadership egging it on with ideas and dreams of 'Manifest Destiny' as if we have a right above all others to expand into the world - into the territories of others. You know the history of the US government vs Native Americans, so I don't have to mention its tragedies and sorrows.

Our first overseas invasion - of innocent HAWAII, for cryin' out loud - was inspired by Robber Barons' visions of sugary profits which I've written about previously; you may view the chart with details of the Jan 16, 1893 coup, if you wish. You'll see the Sun was conjunct US natal Pluto 27Cap33. Sun-to-Pluto is a transit of formidable aggression and strong will with power issues highlighted. Needless to say, Hawaii didn't stand a chance.

Besides that, 'assumptions of superiority' are against what America generally describes as its 'Christian' heritage, because all people are unique yet equal before God's Throne and we each have a true condition before God - not how we think of ourselves or what anyone else believes about us, but what He knows we are.

And His is the only opinion that matters in the end - not spins from dictators calling other dictators 'evil' or objectifying entire races of peoples in order to 'justify' taking their lands and resources, or otherwise oppressing them. (Dropping bombs upon them I would include in this category which, of course, brings in a little old Commandment against killing.)

And so Americans are induced to betray themselves by falsely assuming that the Universe allows us actions which are somehow above the rest of Earth's inhabitants as we do so...as if reaping what we sow - the law of karma - only applies to others, not to us.

Astrologically, America is said to be highly influenced by freedom-loving, chaos-bringing Uranus, discovered by William Herschel in 1781 - between the American and French Revolutions (both of which were started by Rothschildian machinations and other world domination types who use chaos situations they engineer as game changers when it suits their notions and NWO whims.)

Then we come to the Illumination Point conjunct US Sec PLUTO in Capricorn; Pluto, a signature on one level of the 'secret hand' that directed our nation's founding, and I believe, still directs in secret conferences with goals of their own which are against America-as-we-know-it's best interests. Thus, they high-handedly expand the Pentagon's war machine in spite of the majority's wishes.

These plutocrats are the ivory-towered power elite of the shadow government (Neptune/Saturn) who had to sign off on Barack Obama as president or he wouldn't be in the White House. He plays our 'propaganda-catapulter-in-chief' whose oration attempt on the evening of Dec 1, 2009 is considered by many to be unconvincing rhetoric. It was definitely not his most uplifting orating performance, but look at the sorry material he had to work with. And look how empty his assurance of when our troops would leave - made for the American public's benefit, as well as for others'.

So ramping up war in the Middle East to control the region's lucrative resources is an opportunity for Pentagon big dogs to justify their jobs, keep the US military industrial complex and private contractors in business, and follow the world domination script of the ruling plutocracy. And of course, other political concerns are at work as well.

But you know - it's primarily their selfishly crass and morbid 'exploitation of others' that grips my heart most sadly.

Mundanely this close timing intimately relates the Solstice 2009 chart to the America people (Moon), and of course, Moon = home, security, and nurturing issues as well. President Obama's war escalation has been framed in similar fashion as Bush's - as integral to protecting the homeland and the American people. Personally I don't believe this for I think our boots on their holy sands rile up opponents as it kills civilians, so if Washington and its string-pullers wish to create more chaos and sustain perpetual war, they're on the right war path for that agenda.

4th house, the Basis of the Matter, contains the July 21/22, 2009 Solar Eclipse of 'system failures; reforms and new methods needed' @ a critical 29th degree: 29Can27, ruled by the Moon...crises at home. Since the president's message on Dec 1, we've seen political hacks and shills making political hay of his decision with some Republicans supporting the idea of sending 30,000 US men and women abroad - which justifies their previous rush to war with Bush and Cheney leading the charge, as Rs hope.

The president called his war escalation a 'new approach' in his Dec 1 address...'new methods needed' so I again think of Karzai's corrupt government - but is his any more corrupt than ours?

Plus, Republicans and their enablers have to love it, one supposes, that more massive war expenses make changes at home on behalf of the American people quite impossible financially, and I'm not convinced that Health Insurance Reform won't collapse for lack of funding; operatives are working on assuring that debacle now. (Pres. Obama, like others before him, is following the lead of his neocon Zionist pals and has chosen endless war over the American people's dire needs at home - if you tire of reading me say that, you may imagine how tired I am of typing it because they're perpetrating it as I type.)

Another factor that relates to war escalation in the Winter Solstice 2009 chart is the Mercury/NN conj in 10th house. Mercury 19Cap51 is on the degree of the first Great Conj of Uranus/Neptune of Feb 2, 1993 which occurred two more times in **1993: Aug 20 and Oct 24.

The Oct 24, 1993 Uran/Nep conj is the one I use to time the more public ramping up of the New World Order agenda and its natal chart; Uran/Nep Oct 24 @ 18Cap33 with '18Cap' being the "The Union Jack Flies from a British Warship" degree which has the POLITICAL POWER flavor (Marc Edmund Jones) with its 'smug and strong-armed paternalism' which is precisely what America should stop arrogantly forcing upon the Middle East - irrespective of oil and gas supplies. (I recently wondered aloud if 'insurgents' in the region are actually fighting against the New World Order - the Great Satan they say America is - a remark for which I expected to receive critiques on this blog. I didn't, so perhaps no one noticed.)

Yet the symbol for Mars as noted above relates to Sun/will worship as practiced by NWO/imperialist types, imo. "What thou wilt" and all that marlarkey that supposedly puts certain people above the common laws of the masses and natural laws of the Universe - in their own minds, that is. It's having the political power to implement their madness that now bedevils the world, while the Eye of Horus atop the pyramid of power printed on US money tells a centuries-old tale of world domination visions and total surveillance which we know is being used to snoop upon us all.

Mercury/NN in politics and business: creating new corridors for transportation; enabling business to ship or transport merchandise; well-thought-out and coordinated joint efforts; using transportation facilities for smuggling or unlawful means; theft of material or information on transportation capabilities or policies; ineffective efforts to coordinate transportation options.

Mercury = young people, too, so I'm reading this as relating to shipping troops off to war, and to spies and theft of such info; smuggling may be somehow indicated as well so we may expect possible deceptions concerning troop-equipment-weapons numbers along with who-knows-what-else flowing through smuggling routes. And of course a Winter Solstice chart relates to many things on many levels simultaneously (besides war escalation) since Astrology always describes the multitude of complex layers of life on Earth.

My point is that in relation to Washington's war escalation, Mercury's Rx Station on or about Dec 26, its Direct Station @ 5Cap35 on or about Jan 15, 2010 (day of the next Solar Eclipse 12N @ 25Cap01, conj US Inaugural Midheavens - including Jan 20, 2009's - and a bunch of other powerful midpoints such as the imperialistic, plutocratic Pluto/Chiron 2009 - and conj the Mc of the 1973 natal chart of Aghanistan), plus, the day Mercury leaves its shadow period, on or about Feb 4/5, 2010 @ 21Cap45, will describe the stop-go process of troop transports to Afghanistan.

And perhaps it describes the stop-loss deployment of our overburdened, already-served-thanks soldiers who will be grossly and unfairly affected by Pres. Obama's dancing the war path dance which the Pentagon and other Jupiter/Neptune speculators love so well.

Jup-to-Sat = getting rid of restrictions; burdens are partially eased; long-term efforts and hard work are rewarded; governement authorities find the status quo advantageous. (War!)

Nep-to-Sat: circumstances inspire new approaches to handling authority; traditions and structures previously adopted begin to disintegrate; ideals positively or negatively affect those in authority and government which impacts the lives of the masses.

'New approaches to handling authority' reminds me of Mr. Obama's taking his time, having ten meetings of his war council before announcing what must have been a foregone conclusion to enlarge the activities of the US war machine.

Synchronistically, the Oct 24, 1993 Uran/Nep conj (NWO natal chart) occurred near a US Moon Return, too - and under the harsh rays of a cruel Saturn-Pluto square as we now labor!

In summation: NWO plans require more war; America acts as the world's police force; President Obama follows the NWO script after deceitfully campaigning as a candidate intending US troop-withdrawal, not war escalation, as if he didn't know the score - and he wouldn't have been installed in the White House without the power elite's okay after making secret deals with the NWO devils of perpetual war and chaos.

The labels 'Democrat' or 'Republican' make no difference to the implementation of the NWO agenda except as a handy tool for keeping we-the-people divided and conquered. WE have the more potent power but rarely ever use it. We Must Unite!

Imo, the president put off announcing his war intentions as a political ploy in a transparent attempt at pacifying his pacifist supporters...Mr. Thoughtful.

Bush deliberately let bin Laden escape to justify war - video

Just as I always thought, as did many other Americans in Dec 2001 and since: Bush-Cheney deliberately allowed Osama bin Laden to escape in order to justify the neocons' illegal invasion of Iraq and accomplish their long-desired overthrow of Saddam Hussein and his statue in Baghdad.

You know the lack of Bush's respect for US soldiers has been demonstrated through the years by many things: lying to take the US into illegal wars, lack of equipment to keep them safer while in battle, shabby medical care once they return home (if they return at all), re-deploying soldiers who deserve a break, 'privatizing' the war, leaving rank and file to answer for Abu Ghraib abuses, Blackwater gangsters - the list is endless.

Now someone speaks out to say that our soldiers were pulled back from capturing the very reason - bin Laden - the Pentagon invaded Afghanistan in the first place so more of our troops could risk and give their lives for a sham cause that makes the rich richer.

And this treason came from not one but two draft dodgers, Bush and Cheney!

Notice I didn't include the attacks of 9/11 as false flag ops. Which is why I just did.

As you know, the 11S Series indicates 'systems breaking down; new methods, ideas, and reforms are needed; any blocks may be violently and tragically removed' (Brady) so will the US war escalation in Afghanistan qualify as a 'regime change' for the country in order to set up a new order?

Well, there are many more factors to consider in Afghanistan's natal chart even without tonight's presidential announcement and I'd be typing for 3 days trying to mention it all.

You see, for instance, that n Sun (leadership) is conj n Ic, an Ending Point which gives great difficulty in achieving full self-expression, for many material obstacles must be worked through in order to manifest the will in the outer world (Mc.)

Add to that the Grand Cross pattern (highlighted in pink) which provides an outlet of the energies of Sun, Uranus, Mars/Chiron (sacred warrior), at Mc. This gives a sign coloration for the Mc where the outlet is (because it's a point, not a planet) - in this case, Capricorn which is known for being difficult, if not impossible, to mold into someone else's pattern.

Having 4 planets in Cap myself, I can assure you from personal experience that no one 'changes' or molds a Cap into anything it doesn't want to be. So with the Jan 15, 2010 Solar Eclipse at n Mc (and considering its flavor as given above), it may take another leader than Karzai to 'live up to' what the West sees as Afghanistan's ultimate character, direction, and detiny in the world.

Yet please click to enlarge the chart, for you'll see listd the details of the aspects from the tension-filled Grand Cross which to me indicates that an open-ended commitment - whether truthfully admitted tonight or not - is the only chaotic tactic that will satisfy the New World Order's requirements for this pivotal country. Meanwhile, the American people's dire needs (decent health care, etc) will continue to be casualties of war escalation in Afghanistan.

(Congress is gearing up within their ongoing political mummeries to disappoint us now on health insurance reform, for Congress willingly spends massive amounts of fiat monies for waging wars, but not for the American people's needs which "cost too much.")

Now please don't take my prediction to the bank or anything, but if the war in Afghanistan drags on for many years, just remember you read it here as typed by this reluctant astrologer who admittedly and maternally can never see any war as beneficial for the common good. If the war doesn't drag on, I'll love to be wrong. Yet the total of US forces won't be in place until late 2010, reports NPR today, so get ready for a long haul, imho.

The aspects from the Grand Cross explain in part why I think it's a waste of our manpower and financial resources to escalate, yet the power elite will make mega-bucks from Afghani gas by protecting pipelines, etc. Therefore they should be the ones to pay for more war. Set up a military draft for the children of warmongering senators and congressmen and that should tamp down their gung-ho jingoism, if not derail it altogether.

And so my conscience adds:

Dear Afghanis, if you can, please forgive the American people for our tragically misguided leadership headed by neocon Zionists who have hijacked our nation, for the whole world suffers under their ruthless and overbearing hubris of imperialism being fed by visions of world domination.

So once again, Afghanistan plays the role of a domino in their "Great Game" of power.
