Scandals and Smears: On the Moon of Hunter Biden

With December holidays quickly approaching and an abundance of political issues heating up daily news cycles, no time has been spent by yours truly writimg about the natal horoscope of Hunter Biden. The constant drip drip by Republicans to make a huge deal over the laptop of President Biden's son (which has amounted to nothing, last I heard), plus, other potential Republican dirty tricks intended to make President Biden "cry" on camera have yet to turn up on my draft list of SO'W posts-in-waiting so here's a link to the 'noon' natal horoscope of second son Hunter Biden, its accuracy rated only X (time unknown). We could say that his 'noon' natal chart reveals 'what we know so far'.

Then as regular readers may know, this Capricorn gets fussy if it seems necessary to write about an individual's natal chart when there's no birth time known, so there's another reason I've held back from posting about Hunter Biden and the GOP's dirty tricks being employed against him meant to harm his father, current president and a potential 2024 candidate. Why, Hunter's natal Moon has not one but two possible signs to add to his 15AQ Sun: either Capricorn or Aquarius which makes a consideration of his personality blend more complex.

Capricorn Moon or Aquarius Moon?

So which lunar sign might it be for Hunter Biden, born on February 4, 1970? Due to the early loss of his mother and baby sister, I lean toward a Saturn-ruled Capricorn Moon but let's consider a brief overview of the two lunar signs which reveal clues about a person's reigning emotional need:

Capricorn Moon potentials include a repressed emotional life, a sober, practical, and business-like outlook on life, patience, endurance, a sense of duty, and awareness of responsibility. Considering the tragedy in his childhood, resorting to negative escapism such as drug use would be an obvious go-to for most people dealing with such a deeply depressive loss, and perhaps with the aftershock effect of feeling responsible for what they're not responsible for, along with suffering from feelings of helplessness and deep melancholy.

Perhaps we can agree that heavy emotional baggage suits a Capricorn Moon.

Aquarius Moon potentials are somewhat lighter and provide good powers of observation, deep concern for other people's troubles, an understanding and sympathethic nature, readiness to help others, the ability to change, a love of independence, and an abundance of hopes and wishes. (My italics.)

Two other facts about Hunter Biden's natal Moon: it's out-of-bounds of the earthly plane as no other of his planets are which increases the potential for estrangement from or loss of his mother, and on his day of birth the Moon left Capricorn and entered Aquarius at 11:20 pm which gives him better odds of being born under the rays of a Saturn-ruled Capricorn Moon.

Election 2024, DeSantis, and Vatican II

If you've read the Wikipedia page concerning Ron DeSantis you know quite a few details about the 2024 presidential hopeful. Having posted previously that the Election 2024 planets weren't all that encouraging for him, this post is intended to somewhat amend that opinion. One major transit that gave me pause about a victory for DeSantis is tr Pluto opposing his natal Jupiter (@1Le043), not always a beneficial condition for political or financial activities due to powerful external challenges. However, November 2024 Mars in Leo, sign of natural leadership, will conjunct his Jupiter suggesting an expanded or exaggerated part to play in events.

In other words, Election Day 2024's forceful, even brutal, Mars-Pluto opposition contains the natal Jupiter of Ron DeSantis which obviously can have military implications (or militia?), and/or suggests potentials such as: good outcomes when using extreme measures (M. Munkasey), and/or usual success (R. Ebertin). Not potentials I had hoped for previously, but there it is.

So below you see a bi-wheel of horoscopes:

Inner is the November 5, Election Day 2024 chart, timed by the day's Moon reaching 00Cap00:00 (Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business) at 10:17:17 am EST, surrounded by a 'noon' natal chart for Ron DeSantis, born 14th of September 1978 in Jacksonville, Florida. Prominent planetary contacts are circled, plus two significant natal midpoints are Angular in the November 2024 Lunar-timed horocope of the presidential election: n Mars-Pluto = MC, and his n Moon-Venus = Ascendant (these midpoint pictures are only speculative so consider them gingerly).

Also note that in his natal chart, DeSantis' Pluto @15Lib36 conjuncts one of the power asteroids, Hidalgo (the social climber), and as you see, his Pluto conjuncts 2024 Midheaven ('MC" = The Goal: power, control, wealth). Meanwhile, 2024 Sun conjuncts his Uranus (@13Scorpio, and ruthless in Scorpio) and, as noted, 2024 Mars @00Leo29 conjuncts his natal Jupiter which opposes US Inaugural Sun (@00AQ+ with transit Pluto conjunct it: dictatorship?). This planetary pile-up makes for a powerful Sun-Mars-Jupiter-Pluto connection for a politician I suspect is a social climber determined to rule the roost (see 'Sun Sco-Moon Cap' notes penned on the chart, upper left, which include Puritanism). Other planetary contacts are noteworthy but I must depend on you, dear reader, to find them.

Now previously, we've discussed the Sun Virgo-Moon Aquarius personality blend of Ron DeSantis, if you'd care for a look. This pragmatic combination of conscious-unconscious energies tends to turn "dry as dust" and become stuck in cost-effective mode, you know (Sun Sign-Moon Sign, by Charles and Suzi Harvey #ad).

Now since no accurate birth hour for Governor DeSantis is known, you may also wish to check out a page concerning Ron DeSantis' time of birth with Libra rising. His chart has been rectified via events such as his marriage and past election wins, plus, the deaths of his grandparents. No, I've not gone through these timings myself, but I link to the page of persuasive potentials for the curious reader.

Now in closing, below is another bi-wheel of Horoscopes with Vatican II (October 13, 1962, historically timed) inside surrounded by an 8:00 am est Election Day 2024 chart (which could also be set for Rome, Italy if you prefer). However, the outer Election Day chart is set for the US since Election 2024 will happen here - but with possible foreign interference. And no, I don't know if Ron DeSantis is of the Roman Catholic persuasion because that info seems to be missing from his online biographical details. Trump's "Furious Storm" Solar Eclipse

2019 North Node of Future Direction: 2021 and Beyond

Published on the significant day of January 20, 2021 came NPR's The "Storm" Never Struck as 'QAnon' bizarrely predicted so let's have a peek at what I'm calling "The Storm" Solar Eclipse of January 5, 2019 @15Cap25:02 which by degree eclipsed the 1st house Moon (We The People) in America's Powell Horoscope (@15Cap16).

Now we know that 'QAnon' began spinning and gaslighting the public in 2017, the first year of the Trump regime, but I'm labeling the 2019 manifestation of a 2 South Eclipse as, "The Storm" due to the rounded-up Sabian Symbol of the eclipse's North Node of future direction, or destiny (@27Cancer): "A Furious Storm Rages Through a Residential Canyon" (Jones; Dane Rudhyar gives, not "Furious" but "Violent"). This symbol reveals a negative expression of "fatuous enjoyment of turmoil" (M.E. Jones).

Opposing this degree is its Illumination Point of "27Capricorn" = "A Mountain Pilgrimage" which contains many potentials, including the esoteric, and is the US Inauguration Midheaven degree these days (conjunct US 1776 Pluto Rx). Negative expression of "27Cap": "satisfaction in superficial allegiances and a parade of false virtue" (M.E.J.).

Now if any of this reminds you of people who feign patriotism while being and behaving anti-American, then we're on the same page, dear reader. After all, fascists and nazis can hardly be considered patriotic in an American sense. (To this I must add 'Christian' Nationalists and theocrats who want to negate our traditional separation of Church and State so they can dominate US society and enforce their religious beliefs including what day we worship: see upper right corner of the bi-wheel!)

When Pluto the Dragon Encountered His Own Tail

So by transit, the Saturnian South Node (aka, 'tail of the dragon') swiped across America's 1776 Pluto Rx (natal and progressed) in late 2018 and early 2019 - under Trump's feckless tutelage. The Pluto-SN combination denotes people whose wills are out of sync with current social trends and conditions and this causes resentment, misunderstandings, and the destruction of personal security. Although a measure of self-reliance may be indicated by a Pluto-SN conjunction, dangerous collective events of a perilous nature, even war, are also part of the Plutonian-Saturnian picture.

Plus, as you see, "The Storm Eclipse" of 2019 @15Cap25 is bracketed by karmic planets Saturn and Pluto, the harsh planetary pair that, one year 7 days after this eclipse, met by conjunction on January 12, 2020 @22Cap46 - conjunct Trump's natal Vertex of fated encounters. These are good vs evil days, my friends, and I suspect that Trump knew this cosmic factoid about his Vertex and used it to his advantage as much as he could - with his natal Saturn in Cancer of misrule opposing. For as everyone knows, responsible Saturn's demand for accountability has never been his 'thing'.

Trump Coup Attempt a Mercury-Pluto/Mars-Uranus Endeavor

Meanwhile, a midpoint picture formed on January 6, 2021 around 1:00 pm est of,Mercury-Pluto = MC: 'arrranging matters well' (R. Ebertin). Secret arrangements, as we know, but which are now coming to light via the J6 hearings. My suspicion is that US Secret Service agents are implicated in Herr Trump's Mercury-Pluto plans, along with the potential that the attack on Congress was in part an attempt to steal certain documents from congressional offices. Were they part of the documents recovered from Mar-a-Lago? Are they buried on Trump's Bedminster golf course?

So as you see, our 1776 Mercury-Pluto opposition (of surveillance) lies upon the transiting Nodal Axis, a planetary pair that turned up on January 6, 2021 with 'insurrection' Mercury conjunct Pluto snugged around the Midheaven (Goal Point). Also of interest is Inauguration 2017's 9th house Mercury @6Cap45 rising in the US Powell Chart (ASC @6Cap07) with all that speedy Mercury can imply (exs: intel, secrets, rhetoric, oration, travel, commerce, lies, etc.)

As for Trump's seditious coup attempt (ongoing, as we know: "The Storm"?), his disruptive, chaotic Uranus, planet of radical politics, revolt, anarchy, and zealotry - is his guiding planet because it's oriental (last planet to rise before his 10th house Gemini Sun: Mr. Chaos). The January 2021 New Moon and Trump's culpability

January 7, 2021: After yesterday's breach of the US Capitol Building instigated by Trump, multiple political pundits and others are now calling for remedies in order to remove a dangerous Trump from the White House such as Impeachment (this would prevent his ever running for office again), the 25th Amendment (due to his unfitness for office which has been the case all along), and possibly the Republican Party telling him to resign (not that he'd listen; but he could be pardoned by Pence, then abscond to a hidey hole). And with about 13 days to go until the Biden Inauguration, untold dangers lurk for America and for the American people, especially those Trump identifies as his enemies (by which he means 'mortal enemies'). The midpoint between yesterday's insurrection (1/6/21) and January 20, 2020 spotlights January 13th and the New Moon which manifests on that date (12:00:04 am est) and identifies a seeding time for a new cycle of activity as New Moons tend to do.

Now previously on SO'W we discussed a few factors concerning the Capricorn New Moon of January 13, 2021 conjunct powerful manipulator and hidden hand, the very wealthy Pluto. And as you know, prominent New Moons can disrupt lives and events in similar ways as a Solar Eclipse can do - for both share similar effects to the separative, awakening, erratic, unpredictable, shocking energies of astrological Uranus. Plus, eclipses are often known as 'cosmic blinks' and 'wild cards of the Universe' and they may uncover inconvenient secrets for those whose planets it touches.

Meanwhile, a New Moon also indicates that 3 days prior - the Dark of the Moon phase - is a period when things can go bump in the night and shady activities may run wild, undetected. And you know that the next Full Moon (January 28th @9Leo06) may shine a bright light on Dark of the Moon events, conditions, and thus create scandals.

Pertinent to the authority of Trump is the fact that the Capricorn New Moon @23Cap13 opposes his natal Saturn in the watery, tribalistic sign of Cancer and this describes Trump's "they did it, don't blame me" attitude concerning yesterday's seditious events which he himself incited. Yes, this is his general attitude yet only by taking responsibility for his actions and doing what he can to correct them will bring him karmic progress (and thus bring it to America - he won't do this but We The People and others must).

Question: can Trump's revenge yesterday against the US Congress and American voters be what finally triggers royal Regulus to exercise its caution against taking revenge - otherwise all that was gained will be taken away?

Lunar Eclipse July 16, 2019: Illumination!

Since opposing degrees across a zodiacal polarity represent Illumination Points, the July 16, 2019 Lunar Eclipse @24Capricorn04 suggests that there is much to be revealed. Besides the habit of eclipses, the 'wild cards' and 'cosmic blinks' of the Universe, to uncover and illuminate secrets and other hidden things, perhaps a peek at the degrees' symbols activated by the July 16 Lunar Eclipse can be instructive especially considering the eventful and scandalous times we live in. After all, a lunar eclipse is a Full Moon and as such, provides the most light possible for revelations and full awareness, no matter how inconvenient for the parties, relationships, and/or activities thus illuminated!

That Robert Mueller is scheduled to testify on Capitol Hill on July 17 concerning his Mueller Report--with his natal asteroids Circe and Nemesis 'lit up'! and royal Regulus rising as in Donald Trump's natal chart--resonates well with the July 16 Lunar Eclipse in Saturn-ruled Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business. Perhaps some brazen Trumpian wings will be clipped if not singed by Mr. Mueller's testimony and its results!
