An Intense DC Horoscope for Spring Equinox 2024

As you know, all Spring Equinox Horoscopes are "good for" the entire year its planets describe with the Sun conjunct the Aries Point. Therefore, the Spring Equinox 2023 Horoscope remains in force until the Spring Equinox 2024 Horoscope with Scorpio rising takes effect (chart shown below). As noted in the previous post, the March 2023 Horoscope reveals planetary potentials for simmering debt ceiling issues, illusions, deceptions, misunderstandings, undermining of associations, plus, a Mars-Pluto inconjunct of anger, persistence, and diehard competitors who refuse to accept defeat. If these potentials don't describe current actors and events in America (and elsewhere), I don't know what does.

Then if the March 4, 2024 J6 Trial of Mr. Trump holds on to its date via Judge Chutkan--the day prior to Primary Day 2024--the trial also will be 'covered' by the Spring Equinox 2023 Horoscope but proceedings may easily last long enough to 'stray' into 2024 territory. One consideration is that the J6 Trial falls within the 7 South Eclipse Series which contains energies of a Mars-Pluto square from 7 South's initial eclipse (June 22, 1248 @8Can03--conjunct Herr T's natal Mercury).

DC Horoscope: Spring Equinox March 19, 2024 11:06:22 pm edt Washington DC; ASC @16Sco10 ruled by Mars with co-ruler Pluto; MC @25Leo26 (sporting Trump's natal Mars) with transit Mars @27AQ46 conjunct the foundational IC of Endings. And with Mars opposing his natal Mars, he may experience a period of fruitless head banging as others challenge his actions with an equal or more intense use of force, a possibility which sounds promising for the rule of law:

2024: Thales Planet a Saving Grace For Heated Emotions

For a namesake, you may wish to see Thales of Miletus, an ancient Greek pre-Socratic philosopher credited with the famous saying, "Know Thyself." Of course, current-day politicians who complain against Americans being "woke" don't care at all for ancient Thales, or for his teachings! And many Republicans show an embarrassing lack of self awareness.

Yet as you see, a ruffled-up Moon-Pluto opposition falls across the self-will axis of Leo-AQ, so aggressive quarrels will continue--and we don't need Astrology to realize this! In fact, this aspect is termed The Devastator by Alan Oken and symbolizes people determined to gain complete control of others. But the good news? There's a Thales Planet that, if utilized, can ease the negative potentials of the manipulative Moon-Pluto opposition. The Thales Planet in the chart is Neptune in its own sign of compassionate Pisces, with the placement a marker for peace:

Neptune trines Luna, a positive and creative aspect, and sextiles Pluto, a transiting aspect in effect for quite a while now and denotes those who are responsive to the uplifting vibrations of the planetary pair in the higher realms as the consciousness of the masses continues to awaken and then sees things more clearly. The sextile-trine condition suggests that diplomacy may be in the offing, in Washington DC, and in foreign conflicts.

As for the Sun-Pluto sextile, those who control information and are adept at winning arguments through this control are indicated. Since ultimate power is involved via Pluto along with leadership (Sun), this may be a picture of powerful legal experts and court officials attempting to hold scofflaw Trump accountable to the rule of law, and/or to the wealthy folk who are on the side of democracy rather than cheering and financing brutal animalism against the American people and the entire world population.

So What If Miller Comes 'Round Again?

Is this the Wikipedia page of Stephen Miller's second-great grandfather Dov Ber Cheinman, an illustrious figure and teacher in Jewish history? Yes, Mr. Miller is Jewish and was architect of Trump's ripping children from the arms of their parents at the Southern border, even though his ancestral heritage includes asylum seekers fleeing anti-semitic progroms. How's that for an example of pulling up the ladder behind you? Hypocrisy much? Well, if you wish, read about controversial flame-thrower Stephen Miller here and expect more of him if Trump manages to grab the White House again.

As for Miller's natal planets, here's an excerpt from a previous post containing a few astro-notes concerning Trump's hardcore reich-wing speech writer Stephen Miller with mild edits for clarity:

Additionally, Mr. Miller's Earth-Fire personality blend is known as a 'bulldozer' which tends to push moral certitude upon others (ex: "scorched earth" policies). Often dictatorial and insensitive to other people, Mr. Miller values rationality over human suffering while shoving through his preferred political policies (Sun Sign-Moon, Charles and Suzi Harvey #ad).

Scorpio Lunations of Scrutiny: 2023 spies 2017

Today's New Moon @20Scorpio activates a significant Full Moon which perfected on May 10, 2017, the very day that dictator-wanna-be (who has now crossed a line and used the word "vermin" for his opponents like the old dead Austrian used to do) fired FBI Director James Comey. We couldn't realize it then but this can be considered a foreshadowing of the alleged agenda known as Project 2025, said to be planned for implementation on Day One of a second term of dystopia if Herr T can claw his way back into the White House.

Why? Because he purged James Comey for not swearing allegiance to him, and he wants a much larger purge starting in 2025 of all government officials and workers who understand that their allegiance is to the US Constitution and not to an indivdidual. A personality cult is not how it works in America so obviously, T and his comrades are trying to operate in the wrong country.

Then if we add the Sabian Symbol for the Scorpio New and Full Moons of 2023 and 2017 we get a Derelict Soldier who follows his conscience - which will not be allowed by wanna-be-dictator Herr T (if We the People stupidly allow the felon back into power).

Anyway, below you see a bi-wheel of two "mystery horoscopes". Inner is the natal chart of a past dictator (guess who?); outer chart is that of a dictator-wanne-be with planetary contacts between them circled and penned on.

Added are a few astro-notes and below the bi-wheel image is a list of potentials of past dictator's natal midpoint pictures which happen to conjunct dictator-wanne-be's natal Midheaven, the Goal Point of any horoscope.

And notably in 1990, Ivana said her husband kept a book of past dictator's collected speeches beside their bed. Sooo romannntic!

Now since the two ill-adjusted, bigoted egotists are sympatico in the realms of abuse of power (Pluto-Saturn), group causes (Jupiter-Uranus), plus, their shared character flaws of grievance, revenge, violence, zealotry, and anti-societal moral issues (Mercury-Chiron), a planetary comparison seems appropriate although disagree, if you must. But please see the lower right corner where nestled are the 1917 Eclipse themes which symbolically influence the combination of their natal charts, aka, their relationship horoscope:

Dictator-wanna-be's MC = 1889 Mars-Neptune (weakness, sickness, failure), Venus-Neptune (losing oneself in illusion), Mars-Pluto (ambition; facing overwhelming force; danger through the intervention of a higher power; an operation), and last but not least, Venus-Pluto (a karmic union). Apparently, some loose cannon goomba thinks he's meant to finish a mission to take over the world!

A variety of news sources are reporting on the potential volcanic eruption expected in Iceland specifically for the small coastal town of Grindavik and a state of emergency was issued November 10, 2023. Being only mildly versed in Astrometeorology, I'll simply publish here for your consideration the two horoscopes for Iceland which appear in Campion's The Book of World Horoscopes (#ad), and which may be handy for future reference.

Meanwhile, I shall add the good people of Iceland to my Piscean Moon's list of folks to be concerned about along with the victims of the multiple traumatic events occurring around the globe.

There's a webpage featuring the infamous 'Pike's Letter to Mazzini', dated August 15, 1871, which describes plans for a Th*rd W*rld W*r designed to pit Zionists against Muslims in order to destroy them all, and civilization with it. The page includes brief biographical details concerning Boston-born Albert Pike, Confederate General, Luciferian occultist, grand poobah of Scottish Rite Freemasonry, and friend of Giuseppe Mazzini, founder of the Sic*lian Maf*a, as I'm told.

Now the primary troublemaker of his day, Albert Pike, was born December 29, 1809, about 9 months into the first presidential term of founding father James Madison who served our country from March 4, 1809 to March 4, 1817. Pike's early Capricorn Sun-Mercury conjunction shows his intellectual prowess while his natal Moon was in late Virgo or in Libra (as late as 11 Libra). Without an accurate birth time for Baby Albert, we can use the two potential Sun-Moon personality blends to make a wild guess. Chances are, Pike's blend is Sun Capricorn-Moon Libra which suggests a courageous crusader on a mission who believes wholeheartedly in his cause. This blend is shared natally by Tsar Alexander of Russia, Joan of Arc, and founding father Alexander Hamilton. I might add a measure of blind zeal to this combination of conscious and unconscious energies. In fact, one of The Harveys' "Images for Integration" seems instructive:

So if nothing else does it, Albert Pike's forceful personality links his 1871 letter detailing plans for a third world war with our day's current crop of sore loser white supremacists and 'Maga' seditionists now bedeviling our nation, and who, through "Christian Nationalism," work to force theocracy, fascism, and a final war upon the human race. Plus, from Pike's photo, above, would you say that he might just favor a troublemaking seditionist of our day: Steve Bannon?

Meanwhile, in order to counter the ugliness of Luciferian warmonger Pike, here are words of wisdom from James Madison, the Father of the US Constitution:

Trump Monster To Use Insurrection Act If "Re-Elected"

Those who have criticized Donald Trump or who stood in his way have good reason to be worried about Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025. Trump's comrades are said to be preparing the fascist Project 2025 so that Trump can "hit the ground running" Day One and implement the Insurrection Act so that he can use the military (and militiamen one assumes) to take revenge against the American people, against anyone who dares protest against him or his "presidency" - to arrest participants in civil disobediance. Americans making good trouble, as John Lewis would say.

Although the Heritage Foundation is denying culpability, the Koch-infused group, along with the "America First Policy Institute" of anti-democracy seditionists, are said to lurk behind the "guideline" being called Project 2025, an agenda by which they intend, using figurehead Trump backed by foreign comrades of the global criminal network, to "re-shape" the federal government into a Hungarian-style government which under despot Viktor Orban is no longer a democracy.

Meanwhile, if a US voter in 2024 wants to see how America will end up under another Trump regime, check out results in occupied France by August 1944 when American forces arrived and liberated the destroyed country from the Nazi regime, by watching the four episodes of All the Light We Cannot See on Netflix. This could be the USA under Trumpists like Jeffrey Clark, who may be another election denier about to flip on Trump in Georgia, Newsweek reports.

And as for wide-girthed Trump hitting the ground running, see "Trump's vision on executive authority is more organized and ambitious" (includes a Nicolle Wallace segment). His 'hitting the ground' sounds great, but 'running' is laughable.

Why Did President Jefferson Sign the Insurrection Act?

When President Thomas Jefferson signed the Insurrection Act of 1807, it was intended to "foil a plot by Aaron Burr" to set up a republic of his own - former VP Burr's own private Empire in Mexico. Sedition then, sedition now. But for insurrectionist Trump to use the Insurrection Act in 2025 - and the presidency to protect himself from criminal accountability - would be a topsy turvy use of the Act! Why, George Orwell would be proud/not proud.

So! See what you can make of the horoscopes, below, and the transits from 2025 to 1807. We should note that the 1807 Act became operative under the influence of a 7 North Eclipse ('blood') lust; hidden passion which repeated on April 20, 2023 @29Ari50 (conjunct the J6 Mars of 2021 and the American Revolution Sun of 1775); Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025 will occur under the auspices of a difficult 8 South Eclipse @10Lib03 with themes of loss and separation (B. Brady).

Now although the 1807 Act was amended in 1871, 2006, and 2007, the initial date of the enactment of the Insurrection Act creates a most interesting Historical Horoscope worth keeping in mind if grudge-holder Herr Trump grabs the opportunity to use its provisions for taking revenge against his fellow Americans - not against enemies of our nation, but against the American people who find him intolerable and unfit for purpose.

And for those who use a late Aquarius Moon to symbolize We the People, his dreamed-of revenge feels like Trump's rising Mars in Leo opposing US 1776 Moon writ large, if we allow it. The exact hour of the 1807 Act's enactment is unknown to me, so 12:00 am LMT is used to set up the Insurrection Act 1807 Horoscope, above, set for Washington DC, and March 3, 1807, the date the 1807 Act came into effect. As you see, there are contacts between the 1807 planets and the planets of the Inauguration 2025 Horoscope which surrounds the 1897 chart in bi-wheel form, plus, a list of midpoint pictures for both events is added, here, with both events sporting distinctive Sun-Pluto signatures of power and the use of it:

Shown below is a bi-wheel of two DC Horoscopes of the first time that transit Pluto reached 00Leo00:00 on October 7, 1937 (first of 5), and the first time that transit Pluto reached 00AQ00:00 (first of 5) on March 23, 2023.

Diametrically opposed, this plutonian stand-off identifies the watershed moment of 2023 within the titanic, no-compromise power struggle now causing turmoil, unrest, and animalism across the world. (Yes, Pluto entered these signs in past centuries but that's not the issue of the moment.) The stand-off provides information such as the Solar Eclipse Saros Series of influence operative in October 1937 (11 South: 'systems fail; new methods are needed; any blocks may be violently or tragically removed'), and influences operative in March 2023 (6 South: 'forcefully taking power; manic energy; huge effort in group activities; sudden events'; 6 South is the 'Nazis Rise to Power' Eclipse of August 1932, and is the Series that brought us Midterms 2022 and a gaggle of Maga House members.

These dates reveal cosmic time links for cyclical historical study for those who are curious about repeating events and similar conditions ("history rhymes"), and/or are interested in discovering hidden motives which are passed down through generations - either biologically, ideologically, or both. And the moral of the story? Please Vote Blue in November 2024 so that these won't become the barbaric "Nazi years" of our era.
