Every summer since the late 19th century, Earth's polar skies have lit up with gossamer, electric-blue clouds, twisting and rippling in the twilight sky. They're called noctilucent ("night-shining") because they can be seen after dark. The origin of the clouds, which hover at the very top of Earth's atmosphere in close proximity to space itself, is uncertain. They have been linked to causes as varied as meteoroids, climate change, and the icy exhaust of the space shuttle.

News flash: The 2010 noctilucent cloud season has just begun in the northern hemisphere, with sightings over Russia, Scotland and Denmark. Although noctilucent clouds were once a phenomenon of high latitudes only, in recent years they have been sighted in the United States as far south as Colorado and Utah.

Mars 10Vir24 conjunct 3rd cusp makes the only applying aspect to chart-ruler Moon (and thus the Eclipse): a helpful trine (5A37.) Yet activist Mars feels quite stymied in staid Virgo, sign of the dedicated worker, health, practical nurturing, and criticism. (Read more on Mars below.)

Fraudulent Neptune (in 8th house of Debt, Credit, and Big Banking) and status quo, restrictive Saturn remain inconjunct indicating continued staunching of credit flow and financial untruths affecting hapless victims - and the communications (3rd house) which influence them and cause intense emotions.

In 11th house lurk asteroids Pan conjunct the Venus/Uranus midpoint = 'erratic or extravagant with money', and MIDAS conjunct the Venus/Jupiter midpoint = over-indulgence with money affects prosperity and growth; foreign raids on the treasury; religious interference in the justice system.

However, there are two midpoint pictures particular to this LE, one perhaps more problematic than the other for the president; the first involves an opposition between Mercury and Pluto with its propaganda implications - plus, as mentioned above, America's natal Mercury/Pluto opposition is emphasized on the ASC/DESC axis with its surveillance/spying vibe; Jupiter adds religion, philosophy, ideals, broadcasting, and Big Money to the plutonian devils' bargain:

Mercury/Pluto = Jupiter: diplomacy; the art of persuasion; public recognition; the need and power to control info and materials released to the public (or perhaps not controlled in the light of this Full Moon! - jc); increased public relations maneuvers (Nov 2010 elections? scandals? jc); gaining a good reputation; great successes; crooks and swindlers. Saturn/Mc = Sun: needing to fight hard and having the capacity to do so; becoming the master of your own fate in spite of early obstacles; driven to perform for praise; lack of courage; insufficient powers of defence with regard to other people; emotional depression; illness.

Saturn/Mc = Moon: subordinating oneself to the needs of family; strict family values or ethics; impressionability; depression; renunciation of one thing and the adoption of another to better fulfil needs; an attack on private emotions.

With the Lunar Eclipse's Sun @ 4Can46, we know the US has a birthday coming in July and the usual question of 'what to get' is second on many an astrologer's lists of quandaries; first is which natal chart to use for US Solar Returns: charts with Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, or Sagittarius rising? Well, they're all in use and each has much to recommend it.

For 9/11/01 studies, I believe Sag rising or Gemini rising work best but you may disagree. And using a Scorpio rising chart can always be used for Scorpionic matters such as Big Finance, Spying Agencies, and such...even for 9/11 with its questions of betrayal from the US government against we-the-people. Yet a Gemini ASC gives freedom-loving Uranus rising indicating an 'ability to cope with the unexpected' so naturally I like that chart, too!

Well, for today's post we're considering only the Lunar Eclipse of June 26, 2010 @ 7:30:18 am edt, the White House, DC; chart-ruler Moon is ruled by Saturn which emphasizes the Can/Cap axis of Security, Ambition, and Homeland. Controlling, coping Pluto has eclipsed the Moon (though I'm glad the chart clocks in with Moon already moved beyond powerful, manipulating Pluto, 0S41) and an infection may develop which affects the health of the people.

Now Celeste Teal, in her masterful book Eclipses, has titled this LE 'A Rough Patch' and you can see what she means. A cadent house indicates stages of preparation, Pluto shows awesome power and obsessions with it, and the presence of the North Node here brings an influx of new elements and energies into daily life, plus, a need for adaptability in matters of the 6th house.

NN Lunar Eclipses are usually more positive than SN ones; we may expect new developments and revelations of previously hidden things with any Lunar Eclipse yet the NN association bwo Jupiter here (SN being Saturnian and indicating a release of energy) is more positive. Yes, something often comes out into the open with Lunar Eclipses, and to tell you the truth, financial affairs in general and possibly more econo-scandals are highlighted here (a 1st house comfort-loving Venu$ in showy Leo quindecile sneaky Neptune in 8th house: obsessions, veilings, and difficulties with finances. Neptune/Chiron continue to represent the ongoing BP oil disaster of April 20, 2010; Neptune to US natal Moon, the foreclosures and other dissolutions for we-the-people.)

Sorry to say that US military actions cannot be ruled out and they may be on the US plutonian menu of aggressive imperialism for the rest of 2010 (shhh! Sun the leader and Mercury the planner are consulting together behind the door of the secretive 12th house; more bad karma on the way.)

Yes, US troops may come home (hurrah! perhaps part of the June 26 influx of energy is our martian soldiers returning home) while other troops are deployed anew, for after all, President Obama did make one promise during the 2008 campaign which he has kept scrupulously on behalf of the NWO: military escalation in Afghanistan.

So to my dissenting American gaze, it seems that the haunting specter of the exportation of power clings round the edges of the June 26 Lunar Eclipse chart set for Washington DC, and there could be delays or obstructions to transportation, trade, and/or communications. Plus, I do hope the power grid isn't affected unduly...power (Pluto) grid (Saturn-ruled Cap.)

Yes, Summer 2010 will continue our 'season of discontent' especially with disruptive Uranus now re-active on the world stage (Uranus = AP historically indicates scientific breakthroughs though 'radical global changes' are certainly possible as well.)

Actually, research on secret projects may be what comes to light under the Moon's bright rays especially with circuit-breaker Uranus holding at Aries Point in 9th house...perhaps 'foreign scientists'?

A spotlight on the 6th house reflects the folly of indiscretions which can bring danger as clandestine projects are revealed - or perhaps it's the danger which causes them to be uncovered in the first place...hopefully, Pluto's plutonium isn't implicated.

So as usual with Full Moons, relationships are strongly emphasized and balances must be found at this, the culmination/fulfillment phase of seeds planted at the previous New Moon two weeks prior, a New Moon in Gemini conjoining US natal Mars, planet of war, soldiering, violence, riots, and protests.

Yet astrological Mars also rules energy, initiative, motivation, and new starts - and Mars here @ 10Vir24 - conjunct 3rd cusp but just barely entered into 2nd house of Earning Ability, Valuations, and Self-Worth - makes the only applying aspect to the Moon...a helpful trine (5A37), as noted above. Mars in 2nd house usually means 'the more you work, the more money you make' yet finding salaried employment would be integral to that interpretation, wouldn't it?

So this particular LE chart indicates 'obsessions' (Pluto) as noted, along with 'conspiracies among men' yet I'm banking on its 'North Node influx of new energy' with a potential for Jupiterian luck to pull us through a difficult summer; however, large storms should continue to be expected in residential areas which will especially threaten the Gulf Coast region all the more thanks to BP, Halliburton, and Transocean and their over-confident and environmentally dangerous oil drilling.

A Political Peep-Eye Afoot?

Lunar Eclipses tend to work on inner levels yet the presence of the NN here brings its effects onto outer levels with contacts and encounters in the physical realm. Yet it will be our attitudes (Moon) which carry us along for ill or good because where our thoughts go, so go our emotions. (I think Dr. Laura Schlesinger said this, among others. Scripture says it another way, that As a man thinks, so he becomes. Political manipulators and propagandists know this truism very well and use it regularly as they assault us on the level of the senses.)

My advice remains: If you find yourself being taught to hate a particular politician and all they stand for, you might consider the possibility that you're being used a tool for other peoples' purposes! And Uranus to AP says, It's time to Awaken, my Brothers!

So will the second half of 2010 bring new fiascoes or political scandals that give conspiracy-minded folk such as myself new focuses for their rants and rages? Does George Bush love neocon kool-aid?

Yes, this LE will uncover stuff which some will wish were left buried. Even interesting skeletons, buried treasures, relics, and fossils may be found with ancient Pluto's influence so near the astrological Moon which rules, among other things, the past.

News of the violent May 30, 2010 Israeli flotilla attack is being reported by all corporate-controlled, NWO-promoting mainstream news sources and alternative sites as well yet I sallied forth into cyberworld seeking a Palestinian source with a necessarily different viewpoint.

The old propaganda engines have become tiresome, y'know? And Israel's Siege of Gaza needs to end for humanitarian reasons, terrorists included or not.

So you may wish to try Ma'an News Agency for a different p.o.v. without all the imperialism creeping in. What creeps in? Well, I can't promise you that nothing will but sometimes you just have to take a chance on a click!

One thing I know: the US and Israel are working to start another war. It's their accustomed M.O. and the May 30 flotilla mayhem may bear likeness to the 1964 Gulf of Tonkin incident that falsely undergirded America's entry into Vietnam.

Yes, you've probably seen the video or the TV coverage of the obviously imploded demolition of Building 7 on 9/11/01 which you see here falling straight down into its own footprint as if by professional, controlled demolition.

At 5:21 pm edt in NYC on 9/11/01: ASC 8AQ23 - '9AQ' = "A Flag Turned into an Eagle" which is similar to the Sabian Symbol for America's natal ASC (Sibly)...'12Sag' = "A Flag Turned into an Eagle That Crows."

'9AQ' speaks of "The dynamic incorporation of new social values" and an ACTING OUT of the vision" (uh-huh, a NWO); '12Sag' indicates "The spiritualization and promotion of great symbols of a New Age by minds sensitive to its precursory manifestations. Bilderberg Cabal Agenda: June 4 - 7, 2010, Spain

Perhaps you've heard of journalist Jim Tucker who has worked for 25 years to shine a light on the worms of the World Shadow Government by tracking the secret meetings and finaglings of the Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg Group who meet in secret cabal on June 4 - 7, 2010, in Sitges, Spain, 12 miles from Barcelona.

The meeting's agenda, according to Mr. Tucker, has two primary goals: a US attack on Iran, and a financial bail out of Greece and other EU nations in financial straits.

BP is a Bilderberg member and its oil 'spill' in the Gulf of Mexico plays in financially (see previous post with a petition to sign against US taxpayers Bailing Out BP for damages to the Gulf Coast!) which could be the missing link in the story of the oil fiasco.

On May 20 just past, the Bilderberg-controlled Washington Post called for making the IMF a "global overseer" so that modern challenges can be more efficiently met, and, attributing the view to Liliana Rojas-Suarez (senior fellow @ the Center for Global Development) WaPo states that, "It may take a global agency like the IMF to address the problem."

Translation: US taxpayers (bwo the IMF) are pegged for bailing out failing financial systems and governments in the EU including Greece, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, and who-know-where-else.

This is how creating a 'New World Order' is being framed for public consumption with the IMF and the UN Bank ruling the global financial roost, US borders dissolved into a North American Union (with Mexico and Canada, a major goal of the Bilderberg Cabal), and world totalitarianism on the rise.

That these are the same players who helped set up global markets and financial systems into a global network so that they can all be crashed simultaneously is what's behind the Ozian Curtain which we're supposed to ignore.

In his article, Mr. Tucker goes on to quote President Obama from a few days ago when he gave a shout-out to the NWO but I was too busy dealing with power outages here to make note of it on this blog as I would have preferred.

In his West Point commencement address to cadets, Mr. Obama said, in part, "The international order we seek is one that can resolve the challenges of our times."

Well, my pointy ears perked up when I heard him say that! For it was spoken like a true NWO shill by a Bilderberg-owned President of the United States...and probably an Illuminatist at that...or at least, he's their 'cat's paw' as other US Presidents have been!

So the Bilderbergers meet in Spain June 4 - 7, 2010?

Why, the Illuminati is said to have its earliest roots in Spain! Plus, today it is being reported by BBC News that Spain's credit rating has now been downgraded by a second agency. Hmm...

US Taxpayers to Bailout BP? Sign the petition!

A chance to sign a petition directed to the US Senate has arrived in my Inbox this morning from Fire Dog Lake - to hold BP completely accountable for the damage done to the Gulf Coast.

Please sign the petition before Congress gets its chance to lay the financial burden for oil damages on the backs of over-strapped US taxpayers.

You know, it seems to me that Washington and its corporate bosses are having to work awfully hard to totally destroy this nation. Does it ever seem that way to you?

Eisenhower's Sun Libra-Moon Libra prescient again?

Now it's 2010 and "the vain search" is ongoing and bankrupting America as predicted - or promised (see comment under this post about Eisenhower's controversial US citizenship!) - and there's still no such thing as "absolute security", is there?

Dwight Eisenhower was US President from 1953 - 1961 which makes him my earliest memory of an American President doing his presidential thing. Born in Denison, Texas on October 14, 1890 @ 3:00 am CST; ASC 5Vir52; Mc 3Gem21 with Neptune 6Gem30 conjunct Pluto 7Gem39; Sun 20Lib58 and Moon 25Lib49 make him an Air-Air Sun Lib/Moon Lib.

This is an idealistic combination of Sun/Moon energies which produces a fine intellect, a diplomatic nature, and a zeal for justice. Plenty of discussion is needed in order to arrive at balanced conclusions, and courtesy and fine manners are considered all important. That others can be rude and crude can throw Sun Lib/Moon Lib off balance.

Obviously, relationships play a pivotal role in the life of one born with Sun and Moon in Libra, sign of Relationships, Partnerships, and Romance. A need for feedback from others and for meeting others halfway is evident; when forced to take command, the normally cool and detached Lib/Lib really comes alive (General Eisenhower); romance acts as a bulwark for when life gets tough or becomes unseemly.

The evening of May 27, 2010 a Full Moon 6Sag33 perfects at 7:07:15 pm edt over the White House which is a mere 4 hours and 3 minutes after Uranus reaches Aries Point 00Ari00 at 3:04 pm edt.

The chart of the Full Moon shows an applying inconjunct to Venus (2A54; inconjunct = adjustments needed; Venus = evaluations; relationships) with Venus 9Can27 in 8th house of High Finance and Debt, and just past a recent US Venus Return. It's an Hour of Mercury 11Tau44 in 6th house, and the Gulf oil 'spill' is at the chart's base (Neptune/Chiron.)

The Sun 6Gem33 highlights Pan 6:37, a trickster element indicating such things as 'panels', 'panics', and possible mystical doings. Yes, the President has set up yet another panel (committee), this time to study the BP-Gulf oil disaster - meanwhile, the people of the Gulf Coast panic from threat to their livelihoods and homes.

But as you know, Jupiter, left behind in late Pisces by quirky Uranus, will catch up for their Great Conjunction on June 8, 2010 (00Ari18) but until then, it's Uranus = AP, an historical marker for 'scientific breakthrough', a term which has already been in the news in recent weeks with synthetic cell creation and other Frankensteinian happenings and explorations (Mt. Everest topping.)

BP's amazing plume cam seems part of Uranus = AP to me for it's as if we're watching the First Moon Landing all over again but 5 miles down on the seabed! As in: on the Moon, ocean = Cancer, ruled by the Moon, etc.

What we need is for Uranus to inspire a brilliant solution for the BP-Gulf oil disaster but perhaps it will take Jupiter's presence on June 8 or later for that to occur especially since both charts (Full Moon and Uranus = AP) show creative genius Uranus separating from aspects with two exceptions: its application to conjoin lucky Jupiter, and secret controller Pluto 4Cap49 Rx and Uranus apply to their titanic square (4A49.)

Yet perhaps the Uranus/Pluto square's energetic and 'revolutionary' content may be used for staunching the leak in the Gulf - if interfering, bossy Pluto will stand out of creative Uranus' way.

And when Jupiter's principle of expansion joins the Uranus/Pluto SQ on June 8, we may wish to consider this midpoint picture for clues:

US Post Offices with Secret Rooms for Detainment?

It's being reported that US Post Offices across the country are being re-fitted with 'secret rooms' to be used as investigation rooms along with detainment facilities if (when) martial law is declared in America.

The Rx condition of America's Secondary Progressed Mars (as of 2006) would indicate that this is a possibility: when a natal Direct Mars turns Rx by progression, the 'god of war' becomes reactionary and shows the potential for US police and military forces being used on US soil against the people who may - or may not - be enemies of The State.

Is the US government preparing for a national emergency? Or is it creating one where all detractors will be rounded up, interrogated, and held indefinitely?
