Here New Zealand astrologer Barbara Goldsmith gives her comprehensive view on 2011 events, financial and social conditions in a video presentation. First she goes over her 2011 predictions which have come to pass and it's a daunting list if you care to skip to the middle. I say this because we're all in process of experiencing these events of 2011 now and therefore may wish to avoid hearing them listed at this particular juncture.

Well, there are some moments when Astrology simply isn't needed, for we can hear about events in the news or peer onto our very doorsteps, can't we?

So the primary reason I'm publishing (belatedly--mea culpa!) Barbara's video on 2011 predictions in September is that around halfway through, she addresses the shifts of transpersonal (collective; outer) planets Uranus into fiery Aries and Neptune into its own watery sign of Pisces.

Barbara Goldsmith's predictions for 2012 will be useful now that we're entering the difficult period of Autumn 2011 into the oft-touted yet dreaded year of 2012. My fret is that the promised 'Paradigm Shift' will be purposely engineered by social tinkerers and Uranian chaos creators who are in process of collapsing the global financial system for their own rebuilding and control aims.

And although I don't like mentioning it, these potentially chaotic conditions could fulfill the ancient 'no one will be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast' Biblical prophecy.


Is Neptune Holier-Than-Thou?

In her video, Barbara relates a stratification of society to Neptune in Pisces' desire for existence on a loftier plane and I have wondered (somewhere on this blog but with almost 3,000 posts, it's difficult to find mentions that don't have specific tags) if NASA's ISS and certain undersea capsules have been invented for Those Who Will Escape the Worst of Earth's coming travails until things settle down for their 'royal' emergence.

Thing is, no one born on Earth can escape karma for all must reap what they sow.

2012, 2012, and...2012

Another facet of the Paradigm Shift 2012 question is, of course, Earth's obvious physical changes (earthquakes, volcanoes, ice melting, all of which can be man-induced or encouraged through ecological assaults and unusually powerful weather events--HAARP? Hedron Collider? mad scientists!) These earth changes are cyclical--so are magnetic poles shifting? If more and more animals fly or migrate as if drunken by confused navigation systems, I'm guessing that could one small clue.


Speaking of mysterious events under the sea, here's a tidbit from April 2000 concerning the lost Henry Clay, named for a prominent and controversial US politician who is featured this weekend on C-SPAN's The Contenders.

With its spotlight on past presidential candidates who lost but "changed political history", my intention is to view all of The Contenders including the segment on Progressive Movement candidate Eugene Debs who helped champion the social improvements of the early 1900s, the ones that 2012 presidential candidate Rick Perry promises to abolish from high atop the perch of the Oval Office, a plan which to my dissenting American mind (a DAR persuasion peeking through!) should disqualify Mr. Perry from running for US President.

So I ask you: in what watery, upside down world can a secessionist, of all creatures, effectively govern as US president the United States of America?

Come on now! Perry makes it clear he's a divider, not a uniter.

Neptune to Our Solar Eclipse Degree 00Pis33

Yes, transit Neptune to 00Pis00 has simmered up a thick, murky broth for the American people to stew in, compliments of transpersonal forces which dissolve and undermine our nation as described on one level by Neptune's conjunction to America's Pre-Natal Eclipse Series, circa 1776 (00Pis33.)

A repetition of America's PE manifested once again on July 11, 2010 (12 South Saros Series) and its flavors resonate directly with the BP-Deepwater Horizon Blowout of April 2010 which decimated our Gulf Coast region through corporate-instigated environmental terrorism. About 4 days after the eclipse occurred, BP announced a successful capping of the well--finally:

12S = 'successful outcomes to long term worries; a situation or an issue will at first seem worse, then clear with good outcomes', to paraphrase Bernadette Brady's Predictive Astrology.

(Historical Note: after 12S, the next Solar Eclipse in the Founders' era occurred on August 14, 1776 and actually describes the founding of America to perfection. It's the 13 North Series which speaks of 'breaking an already existing bond for the sake of large, ambitious group projects; initial separation then joint achievement'! (Brady.)

This hints to me that the completion of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on August 2, 1776 under the influence of 13N is an integral component embedded within our nation's identity, perhaps even more so than the July 4, 1776 date the Founders wanted us to celebrate as our national 'birthday'.

We do so slavishly, of course, with patriotic fervor and idolatry yet its seems that the Cosmos may have a slightly different calendar than mortal men! Is this one of the reasons some (possibly Astrology-informed) delegates waited until August to sign? (The 13N Series actually began on August 14, 1776 which resonates with the important new World cycle that started with America's founding.)

Traditionally, America relates to the world as a Water-Air, past v future Sun Can/Moon AQ personality blend, but the August 14, 1776 Solar Eclipse presents the US as a double-Air, idealistic, zealous-for-justice Sun Libra/Moon Libra nation!

Unfortunately for the populations of many countries, it's in 2011 and 2012 that eroding, nebulous, merging, self-deceptive, and often fraudulent Neptune softly stirs up 00Pis00/33 in the Tropical Zodiac, creating a karmic, watershed moment in World and US history as I suspect you may agree.

Ex: recently it's been reported that the Deepwater Horizon well is leaking again--that Neptunian erosion of the 'successful outcomes' which the July 2010 eclipse described in such hopeful terms. Of course, with media-loving Neptune's talent for confusion and deception, it remains to be 'seen' if the Macondo well is leaking or not.


All this and I didn't even mention transforming, sabotaging, destructuring Pluto in system-loving Capricorn, now creeped back into closer opposition to US natal Jupiter 5Can56...'6Can' = "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests." (Rudhyar; Jones.)

Hmmm...wonder if those cozy, plush nests they've protectively feathered are orbiting in Uranian space or perhaps secreted beneath a Neptunian sea?

But, by the God that made me, I will cease to exist before I yield to a connection on such terms as the British Parliament propose; and in this, I think I speak the sentiments of America." -Thomas Jefferson, November 29, 1775

And the breaking of an already existing bond was less than one year away!

My fervent hope for America is that many of us now feel similarly about the lousy terms upon which ideologue GOPers propose to (again) misrule this nation. And if you agree, you cannot seriously consider sitting out the November 2012 presidential election. Seriously. Electing a president by default will not be an option.

Solar Eclipse of the Siege at Waco 1993

The US government-Branch Davidian stand-off which history calls the Siege at Waco began on February 28, 1993, ended on April 19, 1993, and was shown live on TV in the US around the clock, as I remember (or perhaps it only seemed that way. We were more easily shocked back then - and perhaps shocking the public was part of the motivation.)

The 50-day Waco stand-off happened within a certain Solar Eclipse Series, the 13 North, which actually manifested on December 24, 1992 @ '2 Capricorn' and repeated on January 4, 2011 - we're in the 13N now. Interestingly, something else portentous occurred during this Series: the first of the three Great Conjunction/s of Uranus and Neptune (#1 on February 2, 1993 @ 19Cap34), the Illuminati planets...in other words, Uranus and Neptune = the New World Order duo.

Paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology, we have then and now a theme of groups and associations, large ambitious group projects, the breaking of an already existing bond (such as when joining a cult), separation then joint achievement. The next occurrence of 13N will be in the year 2029; for historical comparison, 13N also occurred in 1902, 1920, 1938, 1956, and 1974.

One assumes the 'joint acheivement' part was on the side of the FBI, Janet Reno, then-President Bill Clinton, and their globalist masters hidden in the shadows of our invisible government. (See sidebar near top for quotes from presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson on a very similar topic.)

Natally, 13N is the Pre-Natal Eclipse Series of Rod Blagojevich (remember him and his hair?), Patsy Ramsey (mother of Jon Benet Ramsey), and poet Emily Dickinson (December 10, 1830.)

The initial eclipse in the Series occurred on August 14, 1776 and its horoscope contains quite a descriptive midpoint picture which may relate to the heavy-handed Siege at Waco; Mars was @ 18Can13, North Node @ 5Leo28 conjunct US natal NN, and power-mad Pluto Rx was @ 26Cap38 - less than one degree from US natal Pluto and the degree of the Midheaven (Aspirations) in all modern-day presidential inauguration charts:

Mars/NN = Pluto: the performance of record achievements; a violent or forced separation from a partnership or union; deterring the competition; increased need to be in control of groups and associations which wield influence in your professional areas of interest.

Keynote: The necessary realization by any individual making a violent use of collective power that it will lead to the inevitable destruction of some of the values ensuring group-integration.

...The "capital" of group-energies is partially squandered in armaments and death. WASTE is the opposite of group-integration.

On a similar theme is the Massacre at Ruby Ridge. And 'ruby' is red and red is 'Rose' and it's possible that "Rose" in the Sabian Symbol for '2Cap' refers to Rosicrucianism and we're back to 'Swords vs Torches' once again.

Will Apr 3, 2011's Mars/Uranus conjunction heat up Politics?

You betcha! And House Speaker John Boehner has already used graphic Mars/Uranus-style gun rhetoric concerning labor unions. One assumes it's okay with Mr. Boehner if the powers that be are holding the "machine gun" of Mars/Uranus to our heads but unacceptable when we-the-people stand together to protect ourselves from political and social abuse.

Yet rhetoric isn't all that sizzles with a Mars/Uranus conjunction if history serves as our model. Riots, revolts, strikes, uprisings, wars, battles, and natural disasters are on the global menu - even volcanic eruption cannot be ruled out (I'm looking at you, Mount St. Helens, among other sensitive locations.)

An example is September 9, 1943, when Mars and Uranus conjoined @ 8Gem+ (during a US Uranus Return) and the Allies invaded Italy in what turned out not to be the quick resolution they'd dreamed of. Will their April 3, 2011 hook-up trigger a US invasion? Perhaps, though my prayer is that Washington will not add to our tattered plates yet another violent military meddling in the Middle East or elsewhere. However, Secretary Clinton has already put the 'on the table' threat of intervention on the table concerning Gaddafi's massacre of his people in Libya for protesting against him.

Haven't a majority of we-the-people already agreed that the US cannot afford to continue acting as global police force? You'd think common sense would win out on that one on Capitol Hill, but apparently not. This gives the 'crash America' argument more fuel, imho, since that is, in fact, what our politicians are in process of doing on behalf of the much-vaunted 'new world order' - see link to Plutocracy quotes, below.

An Historical Overview of Mars/Uranus Conjunctions

Master astrologer John Townley's Desert Lightening! Mars-Uranus strikes again feature will fill you in on present and past conjunctions and their effects with Astro-Cartography maps showing the pair's swaths of influence including the conjunctions of 2009 and the upcoming one on April 3, 2011 which is strongest over Alaska, Hawaii, and the West Coast of the US.

And since April's Mars/Uranus meet in Aries, a Fire sign, we may expect a continuation of upheavals along with wildfires or even explosions especially since April 3 falls within the time frame of the January 4, 2011 Solar Eclipse 13Cap38/9 conjoining Fixed Star Manubrium with its 'flaring heat' indications (Eclipses, Celeste Teal.)

Besides the previously discussed increase of refugeeism, there's also the Jan 2011 eclipse's 'turbulent spirit against those in high places' vibe which we're experiencing across the globe in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Wisconsin...seems there will be more outbreaks very soon if Mars/Uranus has its way. Keep an eye on Alaska, Hawaii, and the West Cost prior to the next solar eclipse which manifests on June 1, 2011 in a sensitive spot: 11Gem02 conj US n Desc = 'surprising developments'. Whatever Mars/Uranus conjs may trigger, things can erupt prior to the actual conjunction or just before the next conjunction two years one month later and particularly within the swath cut on the global map.

With Mars conjoining Uranus so near the Aries Point (00Ari00:00) in April 2011, the potential for manifestation of their explosive energies upon the world stage is greatly magnified - quite certainly predicted by myself and others, in fact.

Plus, another thing about the April 3, 2011 conjunction of Mars/Uranus @ 1Ari18 is that it falls upon the Ic of America's natal chart (n Ic 00Ari53 in the Sibly version) which 'personalizes' the conjunction for the US. So because all houses (departments of life) in a horoscope have their polar opposites, we may use US natal Midheaven (Goals, Aspirations, Public Status, The World Stage) to form a midpoint picture while noting that Ebertin gives the Mars/Uranus combo as 'intervention', 'sudden application of effort', 'striving for attainment of power and authority', 'oppressing others', etc, as channels for possible expression:

April 3, 2011 tr Mars/Uranus = US n Mc: putting a pistol to some one's head (click above to read Boehner's remark); an inflexible character (Gov Scott Walker and his ilk? jc); executing violent measures; injury, accident, operation; the desire for independence.

Note: America's natal Mars 21Gem23 and Uranus 8Gem55 indicate a recent conjunction took place between them prior to July 4, 1776 - on June 15, 1776 @ 7Gem52...'8Gem' = "Around a Closed-Down Factory, Strikers Mill Defiantly"!! Transiting MIDAS is @ 8 Gemini now and has been for a while.)

To this midpoint picture affecting US n Mc, Michael Munkasey adds: 'new approaches to effecting social changes'; undermining the collective bargaining power of labor unions would be one approach that would do it; plus, the tactic's ultimate goal of undercutting union support for Democrats in the 2012 election couldn't be more obvious. It so often boils down to grasping the megaphone and the nuclear button of the White House, isn't it?

As for timing, we may wish to consider the parallel (similar to a strong conjunction and helpful for timing purposes) between Mars and Uranus which becomes exact around 8:42 am edt on the morning of April 4, 2011.

A New Moon Joins the Mars/Uranus Fray

Also on April 3, 2011 at 10:32:16 am edt, a New Moon occurs @ 13Ari30 (in 11th H of Groups and Associations) with US n Desc rising 13Gemini. This plops America's natal Mars upon the Asc 23Gem31, our first natal planet to rise in the New Moon chart when it's set for the (Masonic) Capitol Building in Washington, DC.

N Mars/Uranus = New Moon's Asc (Desc): becoming verbally abusive to those who impede your progress; enjoyment from agitating others; an upsetting event; acts of violence; an accident or injury; arrest.

And perhaps the April 3rd New Moon's Sabian Symbol applies to our topic especially if we round down rather than up (one degree morphs into the next - if nothing else, a later degree represents something recent and perhaps, unconscious); the following symbol is from Marc Edmund Jones' The Sabian Symbols in Astrology with my own addition of 'shadow side/unconscious' and other remarks:

'13Ari' = "An Unsuccessful Bomb Explosion" = IMPETUOUSNESS...

positive expression: a dramatic rejection of any accomplishment falling at all short of very deep or hallowed purpose (WI Governor Walker, is that you? Well, buyers' remorse has set in and shouts for your recall are getting louder - and voting Mercury 23Ari33 is Rx - re-call - on April 3! Fascistically locking Wisconsin citizens out of their State Capitol Building this week will not do - jc);

negative/shadow side/unconscious: a waste of opportunity and a futile expenditure of self through vanity and conceit.

A particular midpoint picture of great concern in the New Moon chart (DC) for it points directly at the Mars/Uranus conjunction is' note that Pluto and Asc are *quindecile (QD) one another which means that tr Pluto 7Cap30 is QD-ing US n Mars, both aspects of manipulation, greed, dominance, and taking over control:

Pluto/Asc = Mars: loud and persistent arguing when calmness is called for; exposure to danger; foolhardiness and daring (another US invasion would be that - jc); ruthless energy deployment; courage; upsets.

Pluto/Asc = Uranus: unusual events fan the fires further; success at all costs; living with constant anxiety; restlessness. (My italics and bold, as usual.)

Well, this is certainly a disturbing look at the Mars/Uranus conjunction and New Moon of April 3, 2011 yet no one needs Astrology to tell them the world is erupting. And if forewarned is forearmed (a descriptive slogan for this gun-toting pair of planets, Mars and Uranus), I hope everyone stays out of harm's way and yet are free to stand up for their rights in an honorable and successful manner.

Can Arizona nullify federal law? Phoenix's natal horoscope tells a tale

With the state of Arizona continuing its drive to propose a secession bill, one may wonder what is really behind such a bullheaded notion which seemingly has no merit in law.

Not having a natal horoscope for the state of Arizona, I'm publishing one for its state capital Phoenix which is based on a new town rising from the site of an ancient Hohokam people irrigation system. Thus Phoenix is a namesake of the mythical, mystical bird. Early pioneers capitalized on the remains of the irrigation system which diverted water from the Salt River for their farming - see horoscope for transformative Chiron Rx in Aries (sign of the pioneer) in 4th house of Foundation/Roots.

Even in 2011, providing water and sewage services are on top of the city's agenda - a 7% rate increase is scheduled to be addressed on February 23rd.

In Astrology, it is always of extra importance when an eclipse falls upon a natal planet or point. Of current interest in AZ's secession issue is the 13 North Series which manifested on January 4, 2011 @ 13Cap38 (our current Solar Eclipse season.)

The January 2011 eclipse conjoined Phoenix's natal South Node 13Cap27 in 2nd house of Values, Worth, and Earning Ability. As you know, the SN is a Saturnian point of separation, aka, the Dragon's Tail. And on its other end (the Dragon's Head) is NN (encounter; karma; destiny) which as you see conjoins US natal Sun (leadership) in tribal Cancer, a solar symbol of our federal government.

13N (click chart to enlarge; see chart, bottom left) has telling keywords in this particular situation: 'separation; breaking of an already existing bond, then joint achievement' (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology.)

Well, there we see Arizona's secession urge in a solar nutshell!

Yet of interest as well is Phoenix's Pre-Natal Eclipse Series (PE): 17 North in n 9th H: 'impulsive, hectic energy; motivations are concerned with financial projects and relationship issues' (Brady.) Last 17N: 1996; next: 2014. Phoenix's PE occurred on July 28, 1870 @ 5Leo06 conjoining US natal NN and was actually the initial eclipse in the 17N Series.

And it would be difficult to miss the high-flying Kite pattern (highlighted in blue, planets listed upper right) which stems out of a prideful, visionary Fire Grand Trine between Saturn in Sagittarius (2nd H), Neptune Rx in Aries (5th H), and Mars in Leo (9th H.) The closed-circuit energy of the Grand Trine channels through the extra point forming and leading the Kite's nose: Sun 27Lib05 in 11th H (government); nebulous, idealistic Neptune, ruler of water, other liquids, and drugs, is the Kite's tail.

Plus, a Sun/Neptune opposition tends to have trouble diagnosing its problems and difficulty correctly understanding them, yet it exhibits defiance toward authority.

Now as you know, America's natal Mars/Neptune square causes our nation many problems with its 'confused motivations-misdirected energy-action vs apathy-massive military' connotations and for Phoenix the pair poses no less a dilemma. We may see this in a midpoint equation which points directly at US natal Mars in sometimes duplicitous Gemini.

Phoenix's own confused Mars/Neptune midpoint = its natal Uranus/Pluto midpoint of rebellion and revolution which may indicate misdirected rebellion. Plus, Mars/Neptune gives a hint of men (Mars) secreted and/or smuggled (Neptune) over the porous (Neptune) border (Saturn, trining n Mars in 9th H of foreigners and Neptune in 5th H of risk-taking.)

Natal Uranus/Pluto = US natal Mars: fanaticism; acts of violence; mania of destruction; a state of precipitation; the stage of bending or breaking; showing anger or devising loud or disruptive activities to purposefully make others feel uncomfortable (Hi there, Mr. President!); being impulsive (see natal 17N Eclipse Series), headstrong, or demanding when forcing methods or ideas; coercion; enormous energy. (All mdpts: Ebertin; Munkasey; Tyl.)

In Politics and Business, *Michael Munkasey gives the Uranus/Pluto combo of energies as: violent upheavals or rioting which bring changes in government. Sounds precisely like the current uprisings across Egypt, doesn't it?

Chart-ruler Mars and co-ruler Pluto, a duo of force, add zeal to the flames.

Then last but not least is Phoenix's expansively active Mars/Jupiter midpoint sitting atop its natal Uranus, that quirky planet of rebellion and freedom...

Natal Mars/Jupiter = n Uranus 26Can31 in 8th H of Shared Resources, Debt, Taxes, Legacies, and Transformation: an urge for freedom; independence; active resistance to tutelage or guardianship; ambition; quick decisions or resolve; sudden incidents; abrupt uses of social forces; finding the best political approaches during times of unrest; changes in competitive rules; explosive expression; breaking loose; domination.

Perhaps that last should be: 'breaking loose from domination'...of the federal government, some wish.

The above details are without consideration of current transits to Phoenix's natal chart other than the very prominent Solar Eclipse of January 4, 2011 conjunct the Dragon's Tail. And looking ahead, more info may come to light as the Lunar Eclipse of June 15, 2011 emphasizes Phoenix's n Jupiter/Saturn opposition (expansion vs restriction issues) and this natal midpoint picture:

Moon/Neptune = Jupiter 26Gem25 Rx: grand imaginings and plans; far-reaching wishes; enhanced ability to read others' motivations and put them into a political context.

My first thought is that the state government of Arizona may want to read and understand its own motivations first before it continues such an undermining course for the sake of America's future for US sovereignty is the basic issue here. However, the thoughts of its citizens (sans forces intending to create an American Union between Mexico, US, and Canada with its starve state budgets strategy) come way before my own.

Any thoughts on the topic of secession?

QUADRANTID METEOR SHOWER: Sky watchers in the northen hemisphere should be alert for meteors before sunrise on Tuesday, Jan. 4th. Earth is about to pass through a narrow stream of debris from shattered comet 2003 EH1, the parent of the annual Quadrantid meteor shower. Forecasters say the encounter could produce a fast flurry of 100 meteors per hour during the early hours of Jan. 4th.

Koch memo leak: 'change balance of power' parrots 1.4.11 Solar Eclipse

Sometimes a news event or phrase in the news perfectly parrots an astrological indicator such as this:

Think Progress — which should be called Think Soros because it is funded by George Soros — has released a private correspondence sent out by Charles Koch of Koch Industries. The memo has the itinerary of a *private meeting to be held at an exclusive hotel in Aspen attached.

In the memo, Koch says his group of neocons and RINOs plan to “change the balance of power in Congress this November.” In other words, give power back to a Republican-dominated set of globalists and statists who hope to come out the winners in the perpetual game of musical chairs as the corrupt Mafioso government continues its slow motion Titanic routine to the bottom.

Koch plans to “activate citizens,” that is to say convince them to vote for Republicans and trademark Tea Party operatives who buy into the neocon philosophy.

The hand of the neocons weighs heavily on this invitation only, media excluded event. Charles Krauthammer will dispense his wisdom — something you can get for nothing on Fox News any day of the week — and so will stand-up comic Glenn Beck and broker-dealer Peter Schiff.

Astrology Describes 'The Balance of Power'

What perked up my antennae in the above memo is its parroting of Celeste Teal's title for the January 4, 2011 Solar Eclipse at the crisis or critical degree of 13Cap38: "The Balance of Power" which, as previously noted, opposes US natal Sun in Cancer (the leader or leadership.)

Now you see my emphasis added above to the Koch-neocon group's goal to "change the balance of power in Congress this November" and there are many Americans who may consider this to be a fabulous idea - after all, we've voted to do it before when the ruling party acts too big for its britches or is inadequate, or more corrupt than usual. (I shall remind you that GOP politicians were once deemed 'more corrupt than usual' by the American people not so very long ago. Wonder how Capitol Hill's purported 'ethics seminars' worked out? Ah, for the days of Jack Abramoff, 'The Godfather' Tom DeLay, Newt Gingrich, and the boys. Puh! The Family indeed...bwo Sicily. Interestingly, asteroid Cupido in Astrology signifies The Family, The Syndicate, and/or Corporations.)

According to Teal's book Eclipses, the critical degree of the January 4, 2011 Eclipse indicates a potential for a 'central event having wide-ranging impact' - could this be the November 2010 midterms and a Republican take-over of the House? (Get ready for SS cuts and/or privatization if you, dear voter, fall for GOP and Tea Party rhetoric. Don't know about you, but I paid 100% of those 'benefits' into the SS system for over 30 years and I'd like them all back please.)

Earning power, expenditures, trade, and labor restrictions are also highlighted by the January 2011 eclipse.

The January 4th eclipse also shows a 'turbulent spirit against those in high places' thanks in part to its nearness to Fixed Star, Manubrium (flaring heat.) Opposition to America's natal Sun gives President Obama 'potentially powerful opposition to overcome' which portends congressional battles, gridlocks, filibusters, and attempts at repealing Dem legislation. Obstacles to further legislation is on the GOP agenda as well, so if an unusually bilious amount of contentiousness on Capitol Hill is what you want - rather than dealing with the American public's immediate and dire concerns - vote GOP on November 2, 2010. That will show Mr. Obama we don't know how to vote for our own best interests! Won't he be sorry! (Here's where a font for sarcasm would come in handy.)

Of course, my more basic opinion is that the plutocratic and elite ruling class (Pluto/Chiron, Sun/Pluto, Jupiter/Pluto, etc) of royals and Luciferians has been waging class warfare upon we-the-people for decades with the only real difference being which power players call the shots in their mad drive to be the crowing roosters at the top as they shill for a One World Government (NWO.)

As for neocon 'statists', 'Statism' is also under Pluto/Chiron's purview as are other -isms such as Socialism, Communism, Marxism, corporatism, fascism, totalitarianism, etc. Whatever disenfranchises and oppresses, there's overlord Pluto/Chiron. The US natal Pluto/Chiron in Pisces conjoins our nation's natal Ceres (security and food issues and thus they oppress us with fear-as-tactic (loss of security), and with health-weakening by food additives, mercury poisoning, chemicals in plastics, and such. Monsanto's hold over seeds is a case in point, too. Famines or the threat of them make great tools to get your way!)

Now as you know, 'absolute power corrupts absolutely' and that certainly must include our raunchy sell-out-America band of Rs and Ds - and anyone else who thinks to take charge of this huge enterprise of a cash cow and international police force that we sentimentally like to call the United States of America...for at least a little while longer.
