A Presidential Election in 2028?

As you know, America is scheduled to hold a presidential election on November 7, 2028 which should result in an Inauguration 2029 ceremony (Saturday; horoscope shown) for an elected president to take the Oath of Office to preserve, protect, and defend the US Constitution (see the document's May 2025 Jupiter Return).

Yet as we know, our Constitution has been under heavy threat from multiple authoritarian forces and criminal networks aligned against democracy, self-rule, rule of law, the traditional checks and balances of a three-branched government, and the Age of Enlightenment principles of our country's founding in order to prevent Election 2028 and Inauguration 2029 from successfully occurring or completing or, causing results to be distrusted by voters as shown by the dynamic T-Square of Mercury-Saturn = Pluto and the midpoint picture the trio forms (notated, right side). The applicable Solar Eclipse of influence (12 South Saros Series) is also listed, lower right corner.

Meanwhile, the socially-tinkering wealthy power elite monarchists adore the people's insecurity and paranoia over the many problems they have purposefully created for the sake of the societal chaos and disruption (Uranus) which makes implementing a One World Government easier for them - a ruling regime that they can fashion and control - aka, the "NWO." And obviously, enlightenment principles are what GOP/Maga types have urged Americans to avoid because they're "woke," and which can cause certain crimes to come to light more easily.

Please Note that theirs is a draconian totalitarian agenda (Project 2025, a part of it) that's been planned for centuries - for it's the existential good vs evil conflict being played out on Planet Earth in front of the entire Universe. Now I know you may not want to accept this, but there it is, dear reader. Feel free to ignore it, as you wish.

You'll see in the upper right corner a note that Election Day Venus in Libra favors the incumbent (but exceptions have occurred in past elections.) A Call for Action to Save Democracy!

Significantly, the Governor of California says, Wake Up, America! And perhaps you've heard today that Governor Newsom is calling for California to hold a special election this November 4th with the redistricting of California on the ballot - named the "Election Rigging Response Act." That's unless Texas Republicans stop their redistricting efforts to skew elections their way, and their way only. Now I don't know about you, dear reader, but I wouldn't trust a fasc*st GOPer as far as I could throw him/her. And I can't.

Hopefully, you can make out at least some of my scribbles because it's nearing 5:00 pm and this post has taken hours to prepare and publish. In other words, I'm wumped out, dear reader! And it's been a long week for all of us. Yet I must add two more notes:

1. Watch for August 24, 2025 when transit Jupiter first squares Newsom's natal Libra Sun (7:22:28 am PDT), then opposes his natal Capricorn Moon (9:51:37 am PDT) which activates in some way his natal Sun-Moon square of restlessness, conscious will vs unconscious habit patterns, and possible relationship issues. Newsom's parents divorced in 1972, yet his lawyer-then-judge Father (Libra Sun) and worked-multiple-jobs Mother (Capricorn Moon: he and his sister lived with her) could also be involved with expansive Jupiter improving or inflating issues, possibly in the realms of reputation and/or finances. I imagine Republicans are casting about for some issue to inflate, spin, and undermine Governor Newsom with, don't you?

2. Energies and themes running in the background of society and influencing both Election 2028 and Inauguration 2029 are those of the 12 South Solar Eclipse of July 22, 2028 @30Cancer, the "D.A.R." degree.

Due to current events and the uncertainty that surrounds America's Presidential Election 2028 (November 7) and Inauguration Day 2029 (January 20), I'm optimistically publishing the DC Horoscope of the 12 South Solar Eclipse that will influence both events with its energies and themes running in the background of society.

12 South's strength crescendoes at exactitude on July 21, 2028 @29Can50:45 - yet actually, some effects may be noticed for up to two weeks prior to that date, and on through the rest of the year:

Now as you see, astro-notes are penned on the chart for the curious reader and include 12 South themes listed at the top of the image. We may expect a measure of karmic improvement if Mercury's logic and reasoning ability manage to override impulsive hotheadedness. Cancer is the Moon-ruled sign of patriotism and tribalism, after all, and this Eclipse closely follows a Mercury Return for the US.

As for the Pluto opposition to the Eclipse - well, we're already dealing in 2025 with scofflaw miscreants who've reverted to Plutonian animalism and use Pluto's primal violence as a tactic of control and manipulation against society to "have their way" - as if we're living and dying in the Wild West all over again - a past that lawless types prefer to glorify when they're not waxing poetic about The Confederacy of the 1860s.

Sun-Pluto: Power, Control, Paternalism, Wealth

In this, the 18th year of writing Stars Over Washington and dissenting against what corrupt politicians have "done with the place" in many instances (exs: preemptive wars; torture; lying the American people into war; CEOs supporting insurrection; finagled financial crashes and recessions; our two-tier legal system; class warfare; Citizens' United; domestic and foreign bribery of politicians; a corrupt, unreliable SCOTUS, etc), this particular Daughter of the American Revolution realizes that Inauguration 2025 might be America's final presidential Oath-taking - assuming that Election 2024 manages to go reasonably well despite the massive amount of sabotage being utilized against our nation.

Therefore, all these things may make the following publish of DC Horoscope: Inauguration 2029 pointless unless the Federal Government can get every one of its ducks in a row and bolster all three of its branches - each one created with an oversight duty to monitor the others.

So for the sake of comparison, below are two unmarked Horoscopes: Inauguration 2029 and Inauguration 2025. From the position of radical rebel Uranus, America's 'totem planet' of war, we find that the US will experience a Uranus Return between the years 2025 and 2029. Actually, due to retrogradation, it's a triple Return (to 8Gem55), exact from July 2027 to the third Return in May 2028. Of course, other planetary changes, shifts, and contacts occur as well during the time frame but are beyond the scope of this limited post.

Now obviously, as transit Pluto in recent years has crept through Capricorn, met US 1776 Pluto, and recently lumbered into Aquarius, the Inaugural 10th house Sun-Pluto situation of power and control shown in both charts takes precedence at a primal level since Sun = leader/leadership of the country, and transit Pluto, planet of Underworld elements, is now in process of overtaking or melding with US Inaugural Sun.

So perhaps an addition of Sun-Pluto potentials in Politics and/or Business can be instructive, so here is Michael Munkasey's Hegelian Dialectic form describing the power-drenched planetary duo affecting the Presidency of the United States more strongly than ever before with transit Pluto reaching Inaugural 10th house.

Please note that any, all, or none may apply - not to worry but to inform:

Thesis: Changes of policy or direction from leadership; new leadership and the changing of policy and direction; the governing authority used to control threatened dissent or subversion despite its cause or sources.

Now it may seem that a sense of inevitability is indicated by the Pluto-to-POTUS-Sun transit, and I suppose on a karmic level, it is. Yet there are ways of doing things that don't have to be fascist or dystopian, despite all the TV shows and movies with such themes that we've been plied with through decades. Yet instead, why can't our national Uranus Return period reactivate us as a unified people motivated by the intense desire for freedom and independence from paternalistic tyrants so that We the People demand a strengthening of our democratic Republic, as President Biden now envisions, and let fascist saboteurs relocate themselves to wherever their barbarism is appreciated.

If such a place exists upon the Earth.
