DOGE whisperer Elon Musk has reportedly admitted that he's shocked at the hatred against him and his Tesla vehicles but are victims of his machinations shocked? Not so much. In fact, millions of veterans and other recipients of Social Security and/or life-saving Medicaid benefits are protesting in the streets - some with placards that say, Deport Musk.

So let's take a look at the South African meddler's natal chart and current planetary transits to his planets by using the 9 New North Solar Eclipse of March 29, 2025 @9Aries; astro-notes concerning the eclipse and its physically expressive themes are penned on the left side of the chart, plus, potentials of a prominent combination are listed in green near the top of the image - Jupiter-North-Node (Jupiter-NN/NN-Jupiter) because it's a reciprocal connection at this time.

As you know, a new 2-year phase of activity begins when a Mars Return clocks in. So below you see a bi-wheel with the natal horoscope of "His Majesty" (in his own mind) surrounded by the Mars Return to Inaugural 2025 position chart.

Yet the first time transit Mars reached this position (of 24Can23:37 - out-of-bounds of the Earthly plane and conjunct US Mercury Rx on July 4, 1776 = verbal combat, competition, vehicles replaced or repaired - like Teslas?) in our current time frame was actually on October 20, 2024 so Inauguration 2025 qualifies as a Mars Return to that date and position; see event links, below).

Then on April 3, 2025, a Mars Return to the Inauguration 2025 Horoscope perfects at the Sabian Symbol of "25Cancer" = "A Leader of Men Wrapped in An Invisible Mantle of Power"; this indicates that transit Mars will also oppose US 1776 Pluto on April 11, 2025 (the third opposition of three), and this is the hostile "contest of wills; urge for dominance; plans for control" transit which may even reveal the use of blackmail:

Mars-Saturn the "death axis" with erratic Uranus

Perhaps you spy my attempt to overlay the pattern on April 3, 2025 of a Minor Grand Trine between Mars-Saturn-Uranus (and His Majesty's natal Midheaven, the Point of Aspiration and Recognition) with the planetary trio's potentials listed, lower right corner); fatality may be involved. Yes, this planetary pattern often represents talent but in this case, I'd say at the least that it describes opportunities for actions that will affect his nibs' Career and Public Status - and through him, America and the American people.

Additionally, the repetition of the number 24 four times (Mars-Saturn-Uranus-and his MC) is karmic or fated - as is Mercury Rx in Nodal Degree - and according to Kozminsky's The Symbols and Meanings of Numbers (#ad), 24 represents the number of Cain as listed in the center of the circle. Notably, the TV show "24" was all about violence, as you may remember. Such "entertainment" has always been intended to accustom the public, if you know what I mean.

Now Back to the Bi-Wheel:

Mars Return Ascendant @27AQ12 = @28AQ: "A Tree Felled and Sawed"; this is the late afternoon position of US Moon on July 4, 1776 (Keyword: IMMEDIACY-Jones) and We the People are certainly being treated like that these days along with the US government. Subversive saboteurs are in a mighty big hurry to bring America down.

Meanwhile, conjunct the ASC is asteroid Eros, known for his piercing ability. Then at Midheaven, the Goal Point, we find 11Sag13 = "12Sag": "A Flag That Turns Into An Eagle That Crows" (negative expression: idle prejudices and unsubstantiated claims-Jones). You recognize this degree as that of the Pluto-Chiron Conjunction of December 1999 with its exploitation, primal violence, racism, fascism, socialism, and other -ism vibes now influencing this "New Millenium."

Now in closing, we know that planet Mars tends to initiate or activate events so a quick check of US events around the October 20, 2024 date turns up at least two occurrences which relate to aggressive actions brought due to bad behavior (the negative use of Mars' energy and motivation functions): Five Civil Lawsuits are filed against Sean "Diddy" Combs for sex*al assault and r*pe, and The Central Park Five file a lawsuit against "His Majesty".

For my Friday end-of-the-week effort, here's a quick posting of a DC Horoscope showing the Republicans' latest Government Shut Down effective Saturday March 15, 2025 at 12:01 am edt:

A major factor is that money planet Jupiter is unaspected in the chart which suggests the planet's typical buoyancy and uplifting ability is detached from the other planets (actors) and from the situation so that a weighted down effect is noticed.

Another negative potential is that Jupiter's traditional judging function is missing-in-action as congressional politicians of the non-governing persuasion once again behave recklessly and carelessly toward our country and our people, thus adding to our problems rather than solving them.

On Saturday March 29, 2025, the future of the US economy and government, and the lives of the American people, are dependent upon events and outcomes manipulated by bad faith actors, both foreign and domestic.

With a continuing resolution barely passed in Congress this week in lieu of an actual 2025 budget, a government shut-down is apparently avoided if the Senate agrees, and if so then US financials can simmer along until September 30, 2025, the traditional end of the financial year, interference with markets by the White House's daft tariffs notwithstanding.

Soon we'll discuss more about September 2025 which contains two Eclipses - a Lunar Eclipse on September 7th @15Pisces, and a Solar Eclipse on September 21st @29Virgo in the accident-prone 9 New North Saros Series - which basically amounts to an Autumn Equinox 2025 Eclipse that will hold sway until Winter Solstice 2025.

March 2025 Cosmic Lunations

Meanwhile, the Virgo Lunar Eclipse perfects this Friday (March 14th) at 2:54:37 am EDT, a Total Eclipse and so-called "blood moon" due to its reddish color. Inconvenient facts, secrets, and scandals are nearly certain to be uncovered, and synchronistically, the Lunar Eclipse lands upon the Full Moon that timed the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy filing in September 2008 and could possibly "activate" certain energies of a karmic nature. At the least, it's a cosmic spotlight cast upon the Virgo-Pisces victim-savior polarity. But will historical events rhyme or echo from 2008 forward to 2025? Perhaps, yet there is another possibility that could echo from way back in 1929:

A potential echo because the third of three Jupiter Returns to the infamous Black Tuesday Crash Horoscope of 1929 occurs with corporate-banking-moneybags planet Jupiter @15Gem25 conjunct royal star Rigel in 1929. Of course, mundane Jupiter can also wear other hats besides financier, such as politician, broadcaster, preacher or guru. Or perhaps a Wall Street mogul, a Rockefeller, and/or a Treasury Secretary could be appropriate in the role:

And of course, the Jupiter Return to its 1929 position has occurred about 7 times through the decades but this time it occurs the day prior to the 9 New North Solar Eclipse.

With expansive Jupiter, an abundance of communications, trades, and deals are suggested along with the Geminian tendencies of multiplicity, superficiality, and duplicity.

Now as you see, both charts are set for New York, New York for obvious reasons, and manipulative wealth hoarder Pluto in early Aquarius (M*sk and his "tech bros" plus their bosses) leads a BOWL shape of planets signifying a mission or a cause - here, to sabotage and hollow out our country, heist all they can, and beggar our populace so that yet another obscenely massive tax cut for the wealthy can be finagled into corrupted pockets - and during the Tr*mpian chaos, a new form of government can be more easily installed against the will of The People.

In other words, America is to be removed from global leadership and control handed over to certain foreign nations whose names in this post shall remain unmentioned.

Although surveillance of Tr*mp and wife Ivana began in or around 1977, the year of their marriage, Russia is said to have "courted" Trump as an asset since 1987.

In case you've missed it, Politico published an article by Luke Harding in 2017 with details concerning the sordid situation, Tr*mp's First Visit to Moscow on July 4, 1987. With their visit assisted by the KGB, Tr*mp and wife were put up in hotel room 107, the same room that Lenin and his wife had enjoyed for one week in October 1917 (see the Bolsheviks' October Revolution). For Tr*mp and Ivana's stay in July 1987, the room was bugged.

From 2016, Politico also has: Trump's First Campaign Speech October 22, 1987 delivered in New Hampshire. The Kremlin's Orange Asset used the same KGB-inspired talking points he uses now: America is a "failure," "other countries are laughing at us" - you know the script - clearly written by enemies of America for their asset to spread.

And so it's taken our enemies decades to shove Mr. T into position in the Oval Office where he can do the most damage, and now he's been finagled into position twice.

Meanwhile, even unwary voters - and those who stayed home in November can now see how the dismantling and collapsing of America is done - from the outside, and from inside the House.

As you see, only three eclipses are Total, the most influential sort of eclipse in the bunch: the Virgo Lunar Eclipse of March 3, 2026 (first lunar eclipse of the year), the 10 South Solar Eclipse, and the Solar Eclipse of August 2, 2027 in the difficult 11 South Saros Series. Solar Eclipse Themes of 2026/2027

10 North @28AQ49:43: Emphasis on communications; frustrating or inhibiting events via news, paperwork, or a young person; may feel tired and drained; take things one at a time for best results. "29AQ": "Butterfly Emerging From a Chrysalis."

10 South @20Leo01:58: Breaking out of a negative situation where no hope can be seen to a positive space with many options; the Cosmos shows the solution which should be taken up without delay. "21Leo": "Chickens Intoxicated."

March 4, 2025: A Non-SOTU Address to Congress

As you've heard, Tr*mp is scheduled to deliver an Address to a Joint Session of Congress this evening at 9:00 pm EST.

Touted as "technically, not a State of the Union Address" ("SOTU"), we have no doubt that his partner in crime, Elon Musk, will be in attendance along with other guests. How many, if any, congressional Democrats will show up for the blather is your guess or mine.

So without further fuss, here's the 9:00 pm EST Horoscope for March 4, 2025 on Capitol Hill, his Non-SOTU Address to Congress, the American people, and to pal Put*n (in no particular order):

Now as you see, Venus, one of the money planets relating to currency, is chart-ruler and speech-ruler but is retrograde ("Rx") in Aries, posited in the 6th house of Military and Civil Service, Employment, and Health - and makes no applying aspects. This denotes that his address will "go nowhere" or will make little difference in the scheme of things.

Of course, Venus in Mars-ruled Aries tends toward an urge to make changes yet a Rx condition hints at delays and/or the fact that his nibs has returned to replay the role of POTUS: after all, Venus' Sabian Symbol for "11 Aries" is "The President of the Country."

Interestingly, the hemispheric weight of the chart falls on others which to me signals that he has little if any agency within current situations, or at least within the topics he'll discuss tonight. Therefore, others likely wrote his script - not that he won't vere off it. And he probably realizes that polishing his image is a necessity with all the protests in the streets and the shouting at Republican "townhalls" of late. Run away run away!

Additionally, we should note that the Sun @14Pis44 conjoins the GOP's 1854 Neptune - and spotlights the fixed star of crisis, Achernar. Sun in 5th house, reveals that a gambling influence may be the case, and there's restrictive Saturn, planet of old age, near the Sun which hints at authority, control, and/or a preoccupation with law enforcement - his outstanding legal cases, perhaps? Well, his restrictive actions against the American people are obvious as he attempts to beggar us into earlier graves as "parasites" via the GOP's depopulation/purging agenda. Yes, seniors are within the raptor's gaze.

Also along those lines, there's Luna (the public) excitedly conjunct radical Uranus in the 8th house of Big Finance, Corporatism, Debt, Credit, Insurance, and Transformation. An unusual mood is indicated, and seditious maga types are suggested along with the rest of us who are riled up over the sabotage of our country and the ruination of our lives - thanks to a whacked out billionaire meddler, no less, who has no actual authority.

His Dreamy Non-SOTU Theme

Now the theme of tonight's address is said to be, "the renewal of the American Dream," a major example of gaslighting the public when we consider the abuse he and his "tech bros" now heap upon our heads. Apparently, the regime's idea of "the American Dream" is intended only for the people they decide are worthy of it. You know the ones. Plus, planet Venus also has to do with perspective and theirs is certainly non-traditional while Neptune-North-Node indicates anti-societal elements.

Reading the "YOD" patterns of crisis and special task as midpoint pictures with the Ascendant at apex, I'd say that inhibiting America's development and forcing our nation into a "standing alone in the world" position are their aims, and so far, these plans are proceeding apace. Significantly, the 7 South Eclipse of October 14, 2023 rises tonight at 9:00 pm with themes of tremendous anger and force (via 7S's initial eclipse's Mars-Pluto content), a potential crisis moving rapidly through our lives, or, obstacles that suddenly clear (B. Brady). I prefer the clearing and I suspect you do, too.

Moon-Uranus: Changing Finances But New Leaders Are Needed

According to Michael Munkasey, the Moon-Uranus pairing suggests "leaders who rule on a whim with little sense of how their enterprise is seen by the rest of the world" and "an emotionally immature person placed in an important and visible leadership role."

And that person will deliver remarks laced with his usual whoppers tonight at 9:00 pm.

June 2025 for Trump: 3 Returns

Distasteful as it is to type his name or to write about him more than a sentence or two, the American albatross now playing the role of POTUS was born on June 14, 1946 and has more than his Solar Return upcoming for he also has a Lunar Return and a Mars Return this June.

Having three planetary returns close together spotlights an eventful month for the anti-American blighter with planetary returns denoting new cycles of activity for each planet returning to natal position. Natal aspects are repeated as well but are beyond the scope of this brief post.

Now as you know, a Solar Return Horoscope "lasts" for a year until the next birthday, a Lunar Return gives clues about the month's activities and moods until the next Lunar Return, and the Mars Return horoscope covers approximately two years until the next Mars Return rolls around.

And that's all I want to type for now because the guy is highly objectionable, an unsavory and sinister character, as perhaps you agree. But whether you agree about him or not, here are the three Return Horoscopes for June 11 and June 13, 2025 set, unfortunately, for the White House; do something with the charts if you want, but if you don't, who would blame you?
