The August 2017 Jupiter Return of Donald Trump

Two Horoscopes: Donald J. Trump natal (inner) with his Jupiter Return (August 4, 2017--number 3 of 3) around the outside. As you see (marked in red), his Jupiter Return chart shows major transits affecting Mr. Trump's natal Sun, Moon, and Jupiter--and as he goes, so goes America.

Transit Saturn Rx @21Sag32 in his 4th house precisely (again) conjoins natal Moon while opposing natal Sun. We've discussed this cosmic condition in previous posts with its depressive tendencies, family, relationship, and/or health issues, and ego deflation. This August 2017 Jupiter Return chart suggests a decrease of popularity and lack of cooperation from others who may feel suspicious of his motives (Venus in Cancer rising opposite Moon in Capricorn which conjoins transit Juno and Hygeia Rx).

(I don't blame them--is he being a stupid know-nothing on purpose?! He is a performance artist! See Neptune-MC = Sun and Moon, lower right, where his discontent with the difficulty of the job is shown along with a tendency to become lost in his own world--and transit Neptune now conjoins, veils and provides cover for US Progressed Sun @14Pisces!)

But the Clincher for Mr. Trump's Very Expansive Jupiter Is That...

From natal 5th house of Risk-Taking to natal 2nd house of Money and Values: transit Pluto @17Cap31 (18Cap = the NWO-Uranus-Neptune degree of POLITICAL POWER and smug or strong-armed paternalism - Jones) squares natal Jupiter very closely (0A04) denoting a period when old habits of taking himself too seriously and exaggerating his own importance can be crushed by others who have more power, influence, and, of course, wealth. In a Jupiter Return chart, this transit by heavy weight Pluto--the only aspect to or by his Jupiter in the return chart--indicates a time when revision of what had appeared to be permanent becomes necessary (ex: his luxurious former life of ease, comfort, and gilt). Something must be eliminated from his life in order for genuine growth to occur.

Of course, this assumes that our political belly-button-gazer wants such growth and change since he may be feeling squeezed or suffocated by his new duties. But until and unless Mr. Trump comes to terms with what's now required of him, he'll be blocked by powerful, manipulative forces (Pluto) and hoped-for outcomes will be mixed at best.

(But perhaps that's the goal of those who put Trump in the White House--the failure of our nation as the undermining of our three branches of government proceeds very quickly now until 'global government' seems the only 'solution'--puh!)

And although the relationship may be temporary, someone comes or has come into his life to act as an 'agent of change' to help him 'see' what needs to be eliminated and this may result in separation from those who keep him from progressing in his new role. And as we've seen, new opportunities arise if Mr. Trump can handle this Pluto transit well but as always, (his) true motives and unconscious desires must also support his (and our nation's) success with the large scale endeavors often identified by Jupiter-Pluto, a plutocracy pair of planets.

Now, thanks to Jupiter's periods of retrogradation, Donald Trump's 2016/17 Jupiter Return/s are a three-fer, exact on December 4, 2016, April 13, 2017, and on the date you see above. His natal Jupiter is prominent and Station Direct in 2nd hou$e conjunct Chiron and Neptune indicating a man with bubbly dreams and a distorted sense of himself (especially with blindspot Chiron) which is supported by an indiscreet, fantasy-prone, reality-challenged Mercury-Neptune square--underscored in the Jupiter Return chart by a Mercury-Neptune opposition with potentials for intentional deception (by and/or against him), lack of clarity or logic, elusive truths, and dangerous ideas. As noted above, in the return chart and rising is a Moon-Venus opposition which affects public perception of him and reflects a tendency toward self-pity, overindulgence, and empty gestures that masquerade as diplomacy.

Now of course, there are many other chart factors of importance contained in both horoscopes, some of which are penned sneakily upon the charts if you look closely but it's time for me to slink away and allow you to find them and more when and as you may!

Can We Resist Pluto in Capricorn's 'Fear Factor'?

Here I am sassily publishing a thoughtful though anonymous reader's perspective concerning powerful, subversive Pluto's destructuring meander through Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business, which brings an imperative within the collective to resist the fear which this transit naturally engenders as Pluto creeps toward its 1776 position (27Cap33) in the US natal horoscope, a 'planetary return' never before experienced during America's brief and fabled history:

By no means am I an astrologer. I don't even qualify as an amateur my knowledge is so shallow. I do consult certain astrological sites. But I do recall that one recommendation from several astrologers about Pluto's entry into Capricorn is to refuse to give into fear. I do understand that Capricorn is an organizational sign (I have a Cap ascendant at 4+ degrees and am thus by nature a worrier - but I'm also a triple Aries - sun, moon and Mercury so go figure....).

I also have understood Pluto to mean the great transformer. So it stands to reason that the organization(s) of the world will be transformed on a very fundamental level. There is so much fear moving about the US and the world today (except perhaps for Asia - not counting Japan). There are many good reasons to fear - climate change, the bank-induced explosion of the financial sector, the economic treason to the American middle class perpetrated by the international oligarchs and their willing servants among the politicians and media.

The righties fear and foment the culture wars. We lefties understandably fear the machinations of the righties (end of collective bargaining, the push to lower the pay of employees to developing nations' standards, the threats to what's left of the social safety net, Obama's lack of spine or collusion or unfortunate placement as the Jackie Robinson of national politics with the attendant demand that he turn himself into a pretzel to get along with the GOP/TP, etc.) I'm not trying to be a pollyanna. Clearly, there is a welter of fear mongers out and about in every corner who seek to profit from those very fears they raise.

But again, I go back to, I think, Jessica Murray's advice with the Pluto incursion into Cap that we refuse to live in fear. And we act against those fears and align ourselves with the higher purpose of combating all the sources pushing our fear buttons with faith turned into action by speaking up for and acting in concert with our fellow men and women mindful of those higher purposes in order to aid the best side of Pluto's changes in our organizations. Forgive this virtual tyro's "preachiness" and rant.

Thanks, Anonymous, well-said! That's a great explanation of the current astro-weather affecting our societal condition as politicians and others use the weapon of plutonian-tinged fear against us. Agreed, that a best plan is to consult our higher natures to gain more positive perspectives than those which issue 24/7 from a cynical and corrupt Washington DC.

You know, if The Politician's eternal promise to "bring transparency back to Washington" (heard so often along US campaign trails) actually came to pass, we'd be running 99% of the varmints off to Sing Sing when the true depth of their perfidies and secret sell-out-America deals with the devil were 'transparently' revealed! Of course, it's a huge assumption that transparency in any government is ever possible given political man's pocket-lining tendencies, for example. Their true loyalties are certainly suspect, aren't they?

And we see how they've 'run' America in recent decades by Where We Are Now.

US natal Jupiter, planet of largess, expansion, religion, money, military generals, and bankers is at the root of many of our current problems due to mismanagement of Jupiterian abundance and egotism. Our national Jupiter possesses a telling Sabian Symbol from July 4, 1776: '6 Cancer' = "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests"...and they've been feathering them lucratively ever since.

Difference now is, these Utopian Usurpers want to steal everyone else's nests, too, and have just about done it which may be why I feel particularly and especially squawky today. How about you? jc

Gerald Celente: predictions for 2011

Economist Gerald Celente has made financial predictions for 2011.

Not an easy read but worth the trouble if you think facing demons is better than ignoring them and allowing them to fester in darkness.

The most basic planetary transit affecting the US now is Pluto's ongoing opposition to America's natal planets in Cancer: Venus, Jupiter, Sun, and eventually our Mercury Rx which shows, among other things, a titanic power struggle between our nation and the secret power elite who have engineered the financial crisis (and other crises) for their own New World Order/fascist purposes.

This morning I watched C-SPAN's feature on the first presidential debate on TV (Sep 26, 1960) between Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy. The tape was shown and once again I was struck by JFK's opening statement in which he laid out what is now in its final stages: whether the world will move toward freedom or slavery.

I leave it to you to decide how we're doing as we look toward 2011.

The Fed's 'quantitative easing' made simple (video)

The Fed's wrong streak continues with even the high-stakes G-20 Summit nations agreeing that another round of 'quantitative easing' in the US is a bad economic idea - unless collapsing the global economy is your ultimate goal, Mr. Bernanke.

Why, many people (like myself) see the Fed's culpable clawprints on every financial bubble and collapse in history. Guess the Federal Reserve Bank's natal Sun/Pluto opposition foreshadows its future (now?) realignment which such an opposition promises as they vie for more power with the defensive-when-challenged energy of a Sun/Pluto opposition.

Well, for both of you keeping up with the Fed's natal chart (Dec 23, 1913), its natal Sun/Pluto opposition (using '12:07:10 pm est' Capitol Building: 1Cap18/00Can05 Rx) has been under fire from transiting Pluto in early Capricorn - on one hand, conjoining the Fed's natal Sun, on the other hand, Pluto opposing natal Pluto which describes the grand proportions of one power locking into a no-compromise struggle with another power - with the rest of us and our budgets caught in the middle.

Pluto to natal Sun shows the recent ploys of the Fed to gain more power and control though the 'no-compromise struggle' of tr Pluto in Cap seems to be interfering with those plans. One thing is certain: where powerful, subversive Pluto lurks and catalyzes, complete transformation will be the ultimate result.
