G7 Summit 2025 in Canada

This year, Canada is the "big cheese" in charge of the G7 being held in May (beginning tomorrow) and in June when the G7 Leaders' Summit is scheduled:

May 20-22 in Banff, Alberta

June 15-17: G7 Leaders' Summit in Kananaskis, Alberta.

So using a smattering of astrological shorthand, let's consider the midpoint pictures and their potential influences upon events and participants for May 20 and June 15, 2025 in those locations. I'm using 12:00 am MDT as a spot check point so we can scoop them up for we know that last minute preparations are made prior to the actual opening of such events:

May 20, 2025 12:00 am MDT Banff, Alberta:

Power-mad Sun-Pluto = nebulous Neptune: impressionability; lack of vigor; undermining health and/or vocational positions; martyrdom. (Note: Sun conjuncts health asteroid Hygeia; radical Uranus conjuncts enraged star Algol; undermining Neptune conjuncts protective asteroid of democracy and food supply, Ceres. Supply chain issues are suggested.

Revolutionary Uranus-Pluto = restrictive Saturn: egoism; hatred; exposure to extreme pressure by others.

Plutocracy's Jupiter-Pluto = Venus: craving indulgences; creative power; attempts to impress others.

Persuasive duo Mercury-Pluto = North Node: desire for intellectual domination.

June 15, 2025 12:00 am MDT Kananaskis, Alberta:

Moon-ASC = Pluto: an emotional need to gain power and prestige at the expense of others; relationships with tragic consquences. (The words famine and lack of medical care come to mind - jc).

Sun-NN = Venus: meetings about beautification (putting lipstick on a pig? jc); sociability.

The Uranus-Pluto = Saturn picture remains in play but Neptune must be added back, an ongoing picture that you must be as fatigued with as I am: insecurity; uncertainty; sympathy; delving into the supernatural; knowledge of human nature; unfulfilled wishes; fatigue; nervous diseases; neuroses.

Now as we know, the G7 Summit 2025 opens the day after the military parade desired by Mr. T for his 79th birthday. A military parade would be an overly expensive indulgence which could physically harm the streets of Washington DC, leading to more expense just to massage a massive ego, and would serve as an oppressive point of despotism if such a parade occurs. Well, perhaps that's his goal.

Qatar September 1, 1971

Thanks to Qatar's jet plane bribe to Grandpa T all over the news cycle, this post contains a simple old Horoscope of Qatar (Campion #254) set for 12:00 am Dohar in lieu of a precise hour when independence from Great Britain was attained:

Karma, Power, and an Eclipsed Pluto

You'll note that Qatar's 4th house Pluto @28Vir43 will be "hit" by the 9 New South Solar Eclipse (@29Vir05) on September 21, 2025 with themes of 'longterm worries surface about loved ones, health, or communication issues; worrisome news arrives and responsibilities come home to roost' (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology #ad).

Now as with all eclipses, issues can appear as early as two weeks prior to the eclipse date.

Meanwhile, it so happens that 9 New South is the very Series in which Qatar became independent for that particular manifestation of a 9NS Eclipse occurred on August 21, 1971 @27Leo15. This makes 2025 a very eventful year for the country.

Then as we see above, 1971 Mercury Rx @28leo41 conjoined the 9NS Eclipse which emphasizes attention to details, reading the fine print, plus, the logic and reason that are required for best results (R. Lineman/jc). Yes, royal star Regulus, the kingmaker, was being ruffled then but that's a topic for another post.

So, Pluto conjunct a solar eclipse is known as a power aspect (both planet and eclipse become more powerful) and their combination can lead to negative reactions such as a misuse of energies during a period when manipulative wealth-hoarder Pluto is highly influential. Event-wise, everything from criminal offenses of the Underworld kind to violent fanaticism, plus, war or other aggressive acts can occur as long as 9NS themes hold sway in cahoots with 1971 Pluto, a sneaky spy of a planet that tends to take whatever it wants.

And actually, these Plutonian potentials are on the world's cosmic menu until the next Solar Eclipse themes begin running in the background of society in February 2026 from within the 10 North Series which will bring a period of frustrating events that make it a good idea to take things quietly, one at a time, as best we can.

The Midterms 2026 Leo Eclipse

If despite everything working against it, we manage to hold our traditional Midterm Elections on November 3, 2026 and election winners are able to fill their seats on Capitol Hill, the 2026 Midterms will have occurred under the auspices of a 10 South Solar Eclipse - and lo and behold - the 120th Congress will gavel in at noon on January 3, 2027 if all goes well - also under the influence of the 10 South Eclipse which perfects on August 12, 2026.

Now today is only May 13, 2025 so this look-ahead post is intended to display a bi-wheel of DC Horoscopes of the 10 South Solar Eclipse of August 12, 2026 with the November 3, 2026 Midterms Horoscope surrounding it, plus, a separate DC Horoscope of what we expect will be the 120th Congress intending to open at 12:00 pm EST on January 3, 2027 (my birthday, as usual!).

And yet we both know that if America's domestic and foreign enemies continue to have their twisted, hateful, anti-societal way, all bets may be off and Uranian unpredictability and lawlessness will continue to reign instead of the common sense and moral integrity shown in the 120th Congress Horoscope with its Sun Capricorn-Moon Scorpio blend of conscious and unconscious energies:

Now as you see, the 10 South Eclipse of August falls within the 5th house of the 120th Congress which suggests that unselfish humanitarianism must be developed and uplifted in order for karmic progress to be made by this particular governmental entity.

However, this may be expecting too much - depending on which political parties control the House and the Senate, and whether the selfish so-and-sos can be tossed out of office at Midterms 2026. Let's all do what we can to assure that this happens and send the gangsters and thugs a-packin'!

Horoscopes: Libya 1951 and 1969

Since the potential for deportation from the US to Libya is now in the news and being threatened, here are Libya's two horoscopes found in Nicholas Campion's The Book of World Horoscopes (#ad) for the country - numbers 196 (1951) and 197 (1969 - Republic); 1951 and 1969 Eclipse influences follow:

Libya December 24, 1951 Tripoli comes under a 7 South Eclipse which manifested @8Vir16, with Themes of "immense power and anger" (due to 7 South's initial Eclipse's Mars-Pluto Fixed Square); "huge obstacles suddenly clear," or a fast-moving crisis occurs; events move at great speed.

Libya - Republic September 3, 1969 Tripoli comes under the 7 North Eclipse @27Pis25 with Themes of (blood - jc) "lust," and long-hidden passion that takes people by surprise (All Themes are paraphrased from Brady's Predictive Astrology #ad).

However, on Wednesday a certain Federal judge said that a deportation flight to Libya could violate his prior court order.

Yet astrologically, with current day planetary activity of a karmic nature occurring in late Pisces (exs: societal planets Neptune and Saturn), it seems more reasonable to use Libya's 1969 Horoscope for transits and other cosmic investigations.

Will the US Postal Service 1775 be privatized?

Tr*mp accused of forcing a 'hostile takeover' of USPS by pressuring them to appoint FedEx board member as postmaster explains current machinations toward the (ill-advised) privatization of the venerable service we all depend upon. As usual, for authoritarian plutocrats in the US (where the money is) "making out like bandits" is their favorite activity.

Solar Arc Directions = External Forces

So with pressure from anti-American saboteurs continuing against the very existence of the US Postal Service via demanding its privatization, let's check out the current Solar Arc Directions for the institution which has served the public well since its founding on July 26, 1775, Philadelphia, PA - with Benjamin Franklin appointed first Post Master.

A "12:00 pm" hour is used to progress the Directed planets, and as you see, SA (Solar Arc) Pluto @4Lib11 conjuncts USPS Saturn, SA Moon @3Ari11 opposes USPS Saturn (due to the Moon-Pluto opposition of July 26, 1775), and SA Saturn @13Gem10 conjuncts USPS Jupiter.

Also notable is the Solar Eclipse in the 11 South Saros Series under which the USPS was founded (and under which the American Revolution began) with difficult themes of system failure and new methods and ideas are needed to deal with events - and, "any blocks can be tragically or violently removed" (B. Then as we've discussed in previous SO'W posts, an 11 South Eclipse and its themes repeat August 2, 2027 @9Leo55 conjunct Mr. T's 12th house midpoint picture: (Underworld planet of criminality) Pluto = Mars-Saturn of death, destruction, rage, and "the intervention of a higher power" (R. Ebertin).

And yes, as always, we'll be needing the US Postal Service for significant events such as Midterms 2026.

Our Federal City: External Forces May 2025

The accurately timed Freemasonic cornerstone laying ceremony of the Federal City aka, Washington DC, makes an intriguing historical horoscope which we considered in a January 4, 2015 SO'W post.

With data gleaned from David Ovason's book, The Secret Architecture of Our Nation's Capital (#ad), historical details abound such as the Federal City's cornerstone laying by Freemason George Washington sporting his Masonic apron and trowel on April 21, 1791 "at precisely 3:30 pm Local Time," with Jupiter rising.

Washington's friend, Andrew Ellicott (b. January 24, 1754 Bucks Co, PA), descended from a line of astronomers and was considered the "most brilliant civil engineer in the colonies." In fact, Ellicott was chosen in 1790 to survey the land for the City's construction.

Voice of America Feb 1, 1942

Just a quick posting today of the Voice of America (VOA) 1942 Horoscope ("12:00 pm") with my study notes scribbled on. No, I had no idea that this very day, May 1, 2025, was the third of three Uranus Returns to the VOA 1942 chart (83-84 yo) until I began working on the horoscope for this post.

A dire situation, yet it's too late in the day to type more than a few of my notes here so hopefully, penned-on study notes can fill in for a curious reader or two.

Below, you'll see that the 9 New South Solar Eclipse this September @29Vir05 will land directly upon VOA's 1942 Neptune (and Neptune relates to having a pleasant voice), among other cosmic happenings for the venerable agency that has worked very hard to bring news and information to a world in need of it.

Then significantly, VOA Mercury ("voice") is Stationing Rx @26AQ58, and for readers who appreciate a late Aquarius Moon for We the People (1776), a cosmic time link is shown which to me indicates that our bond with the VOA mission is being broken. Add to this the transiting Mars-Pluto opposition hitting VOA 1942 Pluto @4AQ28 Rx (conjunct 1942 Siva and opposing 1942 Icarus!) and we find the broadcaster in 2025 challenged by destruction and assassination, plus, 2025 Pluto opposing 1942 Pluto denoting a massive, existential power struggle: democracy vs fascism.

Voice of America February 1, 1942:

Founded during a 16 North Eclipse season with its vibes of Uranus-Neptune, 16N themes of Illumination of ideas, inspiration, and useful insights (B. Brady) reveal that the Total eclipse's energies fit perfectly with the broadcaster's mission through the years.

Now obviously the dismantling of the VOA - or its "take-over" by dark forces - symbolize a black shroud descending over regions and minds - which is just how the global fascist movement prefers it - this is obviously a bullet point on their to-do list. After all, the Uranus-Neptune pair also relates to Enlightenment principles - of wokeness.

Meanwhile, the entire world knows exactly who the culpable figurehead of the dismantling is (via executive order) because the role is being played by the orange marauder pretending to be a president of the United States while he and comrades purge the US government and American society simultaneously. So perhaps we can agree that none of this is governing, it's merely destruction and cruelty perpetrated by sinister bullies who think they're all that when they're really the lowest of the low.

So far, the depopulating purge agenda of Project 2025 proceeds apace with upcoming potentials for famine, illness, loss, poverty, and/or homelessness hanging over the heads of the American people, a feature of subversive "DOGE" activities. Any mention of purging via physical viol*nce has yet to surface, as near as I can tell, although read on for such threats might just be the case for "elites" and others who dare to stand in his nibs' way.

However, the "bl*od" lust Solar Eclipse (in the 7 North Series) has already repeated on April 20, 2023 @30 Aries, a well-activated spot in the Zodiac for its nearness to Herr Adolf's birthday (his Sun @00Tau47), plus, it's the position of combatant Mars on January 6, 2021 ("J6 Mars"), and it's the Sun's position on April 19, 1775 as timed by the "first shot" of the American Revolution.

June 30-July 2, 1934: Pesky Blockages to Power

As it came to pass, the power elite of 1934 Germany were in danger! For a murderous event of blo*d and betrayal occurred as transit Uranus @00Taurus conjoined Herr Adolf's natal Sun (00Tau47) identifying a period when ego (Sun) gratification demanded new or additional impetus, and feeling restless, an individual goes off in a new direction to seek a new identity.

In the Austrian's case, the new identity was "Fuhrer" with all the reins of power and control within one vengeful man's psychotic grasp - once he'd purged Germany of all political opponents who had questioned his decisions. An unpredictable (Uranus) and sudden (Uranus) event of disruption (Uranus) was staged and carried out under orders. Yes, a purge of his own "side" created the chaotic conditions that Herr Adolf could use to his advantage. And he "justified" his brutal actions in a speech before the Reichstag (parliament) on July 13, 1934 under the influence of an 8 North Eclipse (his "dreams and visions" came true).

Because encouraged by sidekicks Goring and Himmler, Herr Adolf used what we know as the Night of the Long Knives to consolidate his power and settle old scores, thus becoming "Fuhrer," as noted. Now here's a question

Could this type of event be the threat that most Republican politicians (and others!) are so fearful of that they seem frozen in place, unable to outwardly challenge you-know-who? For as we know, history often rhymes, and admittedly, the on/off alignment of the Mars-Pluto opposition is an unsettling condition within all societies, an extenuating cosmic circumstance for such violence-attracting activities to occur if there are those with a brutal turn of mind, determined to have their way at any cost.

And this is a global fascist movement of plutocrats, technocrats, and religionists - with networks of criminal thugs propping up their mission to seize worldwide control.

His nibs' "First 100 Days" Rally

By now you've heard that Mr. T plans to hold a rally in Macomb County Michigan on Tuesday April 29, 2025 to mark his First 100 Days, the end of which actually clocks in on Wednesday April 30th. The rally's venue is said to be just north of Detroit, and last I heard the schedule is yet to be announced.

Curiously, the evening of April 28th (not the 29th) marks the third of three Jupiter Returns in our time frame to the Roman Empire Horoscope: New Order (Campion #255) with Jupiter @20Gem58.

Jupiter @21Gemini: "A Labor Demonstration": negative expression: "futile ill-will and bluster" (M. E. Jones). Sounds perfect for a venomous blow-hard.

Now I agree with you that way too many of my study notes are penned on for the curious reader, but if I can direct your attention to planetary pairs and pictures, note the perfectly timed Moon-Pluto cosmic time link, Moon-Mars = Sun (0027 chart), 2025's T-Square of Mars-Pluto = Sun, Moon-Uranus conjunct angry Algol (2025 - and conjunct his nibs' natal MC: possibly a change of plans), then the fantastical, far-reaching plans within a Thor's Hammer pattern pointing toward Jupiter which leads a ruthless Locomotive shape of planets in the 0027 chart (with Jupiter symbolizing leaders and politicians of the Empire, plus The Pope once the Empire morphed into the Catholic Church - it's never really gone away). A Theory re: Jupiter, and Pluto to 0027 Moon

Typing out loud: might this historic anniversary from 0027 BC suggest a "new order" reason for holding Mr. T's rally a day early on the 99th day - a sly tribute of sorts to empiric control intended to promote our birthday-suited emperor, a bluster boy if there ever was one?

Well, if he blusters at the rally in Detroit with words such as, "new order" or era, Rome, the (recently deceased) Pope, or a territorial expansion of empire, we might suspect that his nibs has been made aware that April 28, 2025 marks a certain Jupiter Return - and he's all about Jupiter, an expressive planet that likes to "bluster" when broadcasting his views. He blustered about his tariffs but they're not working out so well, are they? Maybe it's partially the fact that whatever transiting planet conjoins his Gemini trio, it will also oppose his natal Moon-SN conjunction so that if transit Jupiter fulfills his desires, it will be at a very high price. Of course, he'll shove the cost onto others, as he can.

Because yes, Jupiter's position @20Gem58 falls within the orange fellow's 10th house trio of planets and directly upon his natal North Node (profitable connections), then with his Libran Jupiter stationary at birth, his wide girth identifies him as a Jupiterian figure, yes? Naturally, his love of money, gold, and running the country (badly) like a Jupiterian corporation are within his wide purview as well.

So! With 2025 Jupiter conjunct Mr. T's natal North Node of destiny, he's likely feeling even more "fated" than usual these days and has recently repeated "the chosen one" claim - one assumes, to bolster his followers who believe he has a "mission" (see the BOWL shape led by 2025 Pluto @3AQ48 conjunct the 0027 BC Moon - and with 2025 Mars aggressively opposing the 0027 Moon). Oh he does, but not for the reasons they wish.

In closing, do check out the bottom right corner for the dynamic T-Square between the forceful, viol*nce-attracting Mars-Pluto opposition of 2025 pointing toward the rally's Sun in Taurus at the "A Red Cross Nurse" degree. Hopefully, this does Not symbolize another "attempt" on his nibs!
