My suspicion is that by now, any astrologer with an interest in US Politics has likely glanced at the B-rated natal horoscope of Elon Musk, and although I've tried to avoid it, now I have as well. After all, richest-man-in-the-world Mr. Musk could very well be the figure symbolized by wealthy Pluto in the Inauguration 2025 Horoscope's 10th house of Career and Leadership (in co-rulership?) with the Inaugural Sun (POTUS).

As we see by his natal horoscope shown below, Baby Musk was born June 28, 1971 at 7:30 am EET in Pretoria, South Africa with Sun @5Can53 (conjunct US 1776 Jupiter) and Moon @8Vir15. His Mercury @14Cancer rises at Ascendant with Sirius (The Scorcher) and Canopus, the star of old age. His is a Water-Earth blend detailed below the chart with Moon (Cancer)/Mercury (Virgo) influences.

Then upper right corner you'll find a few notes such as the last 14N Eclipse which occurred on November 25, 2011 @2Sag36 and became known in the US as The Sequestration Eclipse when Congress formed a so-called "Super Congress" of chicanery meant to enforce austerity upon the American people in this, the richest country in the world. With their unorthodox way of "cutting the budget", it goes without saying that Republicans (now Libertarians) were behind the sinister push in 2011 just as they are in 2024 into 2025. Subversion then, subversion now.

Meanwhile, for anyone who has yet to notice, austerity and loss (for us, not for the elites) are exactly what the Trump-Musk-Vance trio want to shove upon us with their neo-nazi-style "Project 2025" purging agenda of brutality, suffering, and loss - if these racist Libertarian zealots can muscle their way into power in a few days via the November 5th Election, cheating and threatening as they go. Perhaps we can agree, dear reader, that their cruel fascist absurdities cannot be allowed in America.

Apartheid and Austerity

Please Note: due to my ongoing relocation to a different apartment, my online time since last week has been sparse so pardon me for plopping these two horoscopes here with little more than the astro-notes I've penned on them. Except to say that the charts may be useful to a student or an astrologer or two, and that apartheid South Africa is where Elon Musk ("Leon"!) grew up until the ripe old age of 17 years. Nowadays, as the richest man in the world, as I'm told, he's part of the maga agenda to crash America's economy and global financial systems with it - like "Bond villains"! - ostensibly to destroy the US dollar and thereby institute a crypto-currency system, no matter who gets hurt or who starves to death. For as everyone knows, during times of extreme chaos, massive reforms can be enforced that otherwise could never occur.

Because as I've fussed for years on SO'W, Tr*mp's cult of personality is a death cult echoing how the Nazis in Germany behaved back in the 1930s and 1940s - until the criminals were stopped in their tracks.

See Musk says Americans will have to face "hardship" if Trump wins. What self-destructive fools will vote for that? In cosmic terms, "hardship" is a facet of the harsh, compressive Saturn-Pluto pairing of evil which you'll remember met in Great Conjunction on January 12, 2020 @22Cap46 - conjunct the natal Vertex (22:51) of Herr Trump, a point of fated encounters.

Significantly for South Africa, Apartheid legislation was repealed on June 17, 1991 and bi-racial elections were held in April 1994.

Now in closing, you may wish to have a glance at the B-rated natal chart of Elon Reeve Musk, if you haven't already. You'll see his Sun @5Can53 rising with the Ascendant in South Africa's constitutional horoscope, shown above, and his natal Moon @8Virgo opposed by Saturn @9Pisces, the victim-savior axis in the same 1994 chart. Yet knowing little about the erratic fellow born during a Saturn-Neptune opposition (possible criminal tendencies? A. Oken), El*n was about 23 years old in 1994 yet I'm uncertain exactly how or if these contacts matter very much, but there it is. What I do know is that when Saturn opposes natal Moon it's a very depressive, oppressive, melancholy period of time in anyone's life.

Then in addition, if you've never watched the brief video concerning Herr Adolf's vision for world domination known as Germania, it's recommended viewing. Because, you see, total control is what these modern-day barbarians are trying again to accomplish - at the expense of everyone in the world.

Today's Full Moon @2Sag55 and a Fussy Post

The history of NAFTA and its replacement, the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) by the Trump administration (in effect July 1, 2020) tells the story of US attempts at establishing a North American "free trade zone" beginning with Ronald Reagan in 1979. Sounds like clearing a path for globalism to me! And perhaps you've heard of 1992 candidate Ross Perot's warning against NAFTA regarding "that giant sucking sound going South" as US jobs chased cheaper labor elsewhere. Obviously, Mr. Perot was correct.

Delusion and A Peculiar Turn of Events

And so NAFTA passed the House on November 17, 1993 (234-200), passed the US Senate on November 20, 1993 (61-38) - and became effective on January 1, 1994 - all under the influence of a 14 North Solar Eclipse @21Sco31:41 (November 13, 1993).

Then for the sake of comparison, 14 North is the Saros Series of the "Sequester Eclipse" of November 25, 2011 @2Sag36:48 - with quirky zealot Uranus Rx conjunct the Aries Point of Global Events, and shady, secretive financial dealings perpetrated by what was dubbed a "Super Congess." So this is the 14 North @2Sag36 that was activated this morning by the Full Moon @2Sag55, and here I am fussing about it all.

Of course, as all solar eclipses are, the 2011 Eclipse was a New Moon so potentially, under the spotlight of today's Full Moon at the same degree, we might soon hear financial news or gain information that in some measure relates to the crisis-ridden sequestration murkiness of 2011's sneakily formed under-the-table "Super Congress" with its restrictive solutions for our debt-ceiling crisis of 2011, or news that involves secret financial dealings.

Other than this fussy post, of course!

Meanwhile, today's Full Moon may likely relate to the ongoing Trump Trial soon to draw to a close in Manhattan, Judge Merchan presiding. Mr. Trump certainly seems to be mired within a debt crisis of his own creation, yes?

Then besides the shadiness, peculiarity, and despair of it all, 1993 Jupiter and 2011 Jupiter Rx are in opposition across the financial Taurus-Scorpio axis which signals discontent in the money department sparking a potential for overblown efforts!

For as everyone knows, moderation tends to be the best course rather than overdoing issues and draining one's energy - or emptying the National Treasury.

Q: Is there a prominent historical event that occurred under the influence of a 14 North Eclipse? Why yes, the Valley Forge Encampment of General Washington and Our Exhausted Troops in 1777. Now there's a perfect example of drained energy.

Covid-19 and an Eclipse: "a peculiar turn of events"

March 26, 2020: With the ongoing pandemic in full effect and the isolation and sequestration of people undermining national economies across the globe while stressing out people's health, plus, their personal and work lives, I'm adding here a link to my August 13, 2011 SO'W post of the sinister 14 North Sequestration Eclipse Horoscope (14N: "a peculiar turn of events"; unexpected financial events'--Brady) which perfected on November 25, 2011 @2Sag36--the era of the scam-prone "Super Congress" formed to enforce austerity measures, as I think you remember. Now the post is fairly long and involved so you may wish to skip the text but check out the eclipse horoscope shown twice--in a reasonably unmarked version and another image with my usual scribbled notes.

Also see Zach Carter's Senate Democrats Are Handing Trump the Keys to the Country via the outrageous Stimulus Bill about to be voted on by the House on Friday March 27, 2020 with the vote set for 2:00 pm est, last I heard. You'll recognize shades of the GOP 'tax cut for the rich' corporate welfare bill passed in December 2017, happily signed by plutocrat Trump, "the king of debt." Yes, the 2020 stimulus money may boost our economy to some degree (with $1,200!!?) with more relief packages to follow via Congress but it also has the ability to bankrupt the country as Republicans and their enablers have planned for decades. This is working perfectly for Trump will be the one to provide "oversight" of the money! "Oversight" by a deadbeat con man--what could possibly go wrong? Probably something like withholding stimulus funds from states that don't back him for re-election in 2020, imho.

As for the current Covid-19 pandemic, it's interesting in hindsight that US natal Neptune (23Virgo) rises in the DC 2011 eclipse chart and US natal Mars (22Gemini) conjoins the chart's Midheaven, the Goal Point of any horoscope. This spotlights America's problematic Mars-Neptune square of misguided motivations and actions as well as reflecting the Mars-Neptune duo as a marker for infection and illness. Of course, no one in the public knew in 2011 to expect the current widespread contagion and its ability to ruin lives and finances but here we are 9 years later with "a peculiar turn of events" that includes illness, death, and potential bankruptcy.

Current circumstances are made worse, as noted in a previous post or two, by Trump's natal midpoint picture of Mars-Saturn = (12th house) Pluto: 'death of many people; murder; bodily harm; intervention of a Higher Power'(Ebertin).

For as you know, Mars-Saturn is, among other things, the 'death axis' - and here I shall add something that I've shied away from posting before, something that fixed star users are most likely familiar with already: Trump's natal Midheaven (25Taurus) sports enraged Algol upon it--and in Chinese Astrology the keyphrase for vicious Algol (Tseih She) is "piled up corpses." Just sayin'. And only those not keeping up with coronavirus news can miss the aptness of Algol's message when translated from the Chinese. For in NYC, a makeshift morgue has been set up after 88 people died in one day.

But back to the 14N Sequestration Eclipse Horoscope of 2011 for it shows a Mars-Neptune opposition squaring the Eclipse, the Sun and Moon (a dynamic T-Square). Mars-Neptune = Sun: 'danger of infection; undermining of the health; dissolution of a body'; Moon: danger of infection; sick or moody women; nervous weakness' (Ebertin).

In closing, I'm adding a note on how I came today to focus on the Sequestration Eclipse of 2011--because 14 North is the Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE') of New York Governer
Andrew Cuomo ('noon' chart shown) who has taken the lead from can't-handle-the-truth Trump with the governor's clear-eyed public news updates concerning Covid-19 conditions and issues. After all, Trump the sugar-coater has proven that he has no place in this emergency and says he takes no responsibility for his failures.

Looking ahead, we can note that the next manifestation of a 14 North solar eclipse occurs on December 5, 2029 @13Sag45 conjunct what many astrologers view as America's natal Ascendant. Just sayin'.

July 2019 and America's First Independence Day 1777

Are you in a celebratory mood this year in spite of Trump towering over Washington DC and interfering with our July 4th traditions? First, you may wish to check out 14 Fantastic Facts about the Fourth of July by David Roos just to capture the flavor of the day which promises to sport the Baby Trump balloon floating over the city!

And as most Americans know, the Declaration of Independence, dated July 4, 1776, was first read aloud publicly in Philadelphia's Independence Square on July 8, 1776. The next year, despite the ongoing American Revolution, John Adams called for "bonfires and illuminations" to celebrate our first Independence Day 1777. And if we check out the cosmic weather on that day in July 1777 we find a 14 North Solar Eclipse @13Can10--conjunct the US natal Sun of July 4, 1776. A solar eclipse 'eclipsing' a natal Sun can denote a change of direction in a positive or negative way, a cosmic spotlight cast upon America's leader/s, a few moments of openness to the eternal realms, plus, a chance for karmic progress to be made if events brought by the eclipse are handled correctly. In Moon-ruled Cancer, sign of the homeland, patriotism, and self-protective urges, an eclipse suggests potentials for emotional extremes and attachments, spiritual attunement to situations, and karmic family ties particularly of the maternal persuasion (R. Lineman).

That such things expressed during those trying times under the influence of the 14 North eclipse I have no doubt and they would be personalized for our leaders (1776 Sun). Additionally, an eclipse in Cancer also relates to genealogical research and with transit Mars on July 1, 2019 @29Cancer+, this degree's Sabian Symbol was activated: "30 Cancer" = "A Daughter of the American Revolution" (guilty as charged!). Well, since 1777 our July 4th celebrations are intended to stir the American Spirit within us, right? (the D.A.R. publishes a magazine!) That is, for those who possess such a spirit as certain 'leaders' nowadays do not. In fact one such personage plans to make July 4th 2019 all about his huge ego with new 'Sherman tanks' that haven't been produced in years (will he hallucinate them?) and a pompous military display marching down Pennsylvania Avenue to mass disapproval! Why, it smacks of martial law in DC, my former city of residence, and is completely unacceptable! Not to mention a wasteful extravagance.

Eclipses July 1777 and 2019

Okay, I'll hush for now about empty displays of US might staged by a superficial man desperate to be taken seriously by the world and mention that July 1777 held both a Solar and Lunar Eclipse as does July 2019 - and all four eclipses fall across the Cancer-Capricorn axis. This in a sense creates a sort of cosmic time link between 1777 and 2019 and considering current Washington antics, plus, the dystopian future most people fear is being implemented, one may wonder if July 2019 will in retrospect be a book-end of our national independence. Hopefully not, and of course you may disagree, but there it is.

And so, for your consideration, the following dual horoscopes represent the Total Solar Eclipse (which actually perfected on) July 5 1777 at 7:23:45 pm LMT Philadelphia with 12Cap28 rising and 6Sco35 at Midheaven, and the Lunar Eclipse of July 20, 1777 @27Cap59 conjunct eclipse Pluto Rx (28Cap57) and US natal Pluto Rx (27Cap32) (a cosmic foreshadowing of the RNC 2016 Full Moon conjunct US natal Pluto). Plus, the 2011 14N eclipse was re-activated by the May 21, 2016 Full Moon @1Sag36, a lunation that yokes us to Campaign 2016 issues (with 'sequestration' said to have been a buzzword for 2016 Republican candidates who were lost for words on the topic!) and the continuing travesty, tragedy, and drama that is Donald J. Trump, our pompous-a**-in-chief.

Yet as noted above, a spark of merriment promises to heighten our annual Independence Day celebration on Thursday, made dreary by his nibs, for the 'Baby Trump' balloon will crash Trump's Fourth of July Party as part of Code Pink's 'Trump is a Big Baby Festival'! Now independently speaking, that's what I call something to celebrate!!
