June 2015: Germany, France, Italy, the UK, Japan, the US, Canada, and the European Commission Hunker Down

Details concerning the June 7 & 8, 2015 G7 Summit in Germany are available for the curious. Included are this year's motto ("Think Ahead. Act Together"), key topics, and what this year's symbols stand for though obviously symbols can represent a variety of levels of reality, all tucked neatly beneath their outer meanings. Let's consider this year's crop of 3 symbols mentioned on the website, above:

1. A mountain. Said to be chosen because of the G7 2015 venue in the Alpine location of Schloss Elmau, Germany in Upper Bavaria. (Note that Adam Weishaupt set up the May 1, 1776 Illuminati society--in Bavaria.)

A mountain symbolizes a pyramid and it's no stretch with these 'power elites' to assume that that would be a pyramid of power. The concept of a mountain pilgrimage also comes to mind and what a centuries-long pilgrimage it's been for generations of bossy power grabbers determined to march the world toward Global Government. Simultaneously they manage to squish all the fun out of life for those who get in their way with more mayhem in store if that's what the establishment of a new order takes "...by consent or by conquest," a new world order freak once threatened.

2. Seven lines. On the face of it, these allegedly symbolize for the 2015 Summit (another mountain reference!) the '7 routes that lead toward a common goal'--the pinnacle, one presumes. Note the emphasis on the number '7' as in, "The Light of the Sixth Race Transmuted to the Seventh" in the Sabian Symbols. Many people recognize that it's late days for their global agenda and the ideas of a change and a turning point have been felt by you and me but have also continually promoted by the media and others as the New Millennium has careened along with higher (lower!) levels of primal violence, depopulation, and greed used a tactics against decent people. "Hope and Change" was a mighty handy if tiresomely deceptive campaign slogan, wasn't it?

Noting also that the 2015 begins on the 7th, perhaps you know that 7 is the number of the Universe as well as being found in the Bible (seven times seven), in Hebrew and Greek cultures, and in other places and systems such as references to the Japanese concept of the Seven Lucky Gods. Perhaps the summit attendees from Japan can share how lucky the seven of them feel to be 'in charge' while busily climbing the pyramid of power which also has the distinction of being a symbol for the original satanic corporation, the Tower of Babel.

Plus, who can forget the 7 days of the week, the 7 known planets prior to the discovery of Uranus, or the 7 weeping sisters of the Pleiades constellation with its difficult stars such as Alcyone? (You may remember that Alcyone was eclipsed in May 2012.)

3. Colors. The colors of the 2015 summit are said to 'reflect the countryside of the Wetterstein mountain range and the architecture of Schloss Elmau'. Since color symbolism depends on particular cultures and since I know little of German culture or know what colors Angela Merkel prefers, I'll let you figure out what the G7 2015 colors portend.

Thing is, since Germany plays the role of G7 president this year, Merkel fronts for their stated (and hidden) goals which include "the upcoming UN conferences on international climate protection and the post-2015 agenda" and naturally the global economy is said to be a target, too.

Astrology Notes: Sun in Traveling Gemini and Moon in Two Signs

Now astrologically there are many hints and clues to be found nestled within the horoscopes of June 7 - 8, 2015 in Scloss Elmau, Germany. What I tend to do with summits and other group endeavors is to set up at least two horoscopes for the beginning and ending dates--the first for 12:00 am local time, the second for 11:59 pm even though the events probably wind up earlier and begin later in the day or the morning. This covers the Sun (conscious) and Moon (unconscious) degree positions and naturally provides the signs and any sign changes which may occur. Midpoint pictures, aspects, planetary significators, rulers, and other factors of course apply but I prefer not to type it all out in a blog due to my theory that no reader has patience or the interest in reading what would amount to a small book.

There's Venus Again

Yet for this summit I shall mention a few general chart factors such as the secretive meeting's beginning lunar phase of Dissemination (+234:01; spreading information) and the fact that 12:00 am on June 7 is an Hour of Mars @17Gem59. Instigator Mars is out-of-bounds of the earthly plane and thus isolated from the rest of the actors (planets.) This degree conjures images of the June 2004 G-20 Summit on Sea Island, Georgia USA which was brazenly held precisely during the last (current) Transit of Venus (17Gemini), then the second Transit in 2012. Now many folks hoped the Transits would herald an increase of feminine leaders in top positions (such as Hillary for US president 2012) but with my usual Capricorn-tinted lenses, I had to lean toward an increase of paternalism (militarism, aggression, police state on the rise, GOP 'war on women', etc.) Of course, Angela Merkel leads the G-7 this year and as noted, Hillary still wants to be #POTUS -- both are females, yes, but rather Martian ones, imho. Neocons in skirts are not really an improvement toward the common good though you may disagree.

So the G7 Summit 2015 begins with Sun in Gemini, Moon in Aquarius. This is a Double Air combo of The Thinker who handles people with great insight and skill while weaving clever arguments. Detached and observant, such actors are under the faulty impression that complete objectivity is possible (the arch-objectivist Ayn Rand comes to mind with her frosty survival of the fittest selfishness, and the world certainly seems to be bedeviled by such depopulating speculators, brigands, and cheats who pretend to govern while breaching the public trust at every turn. Guess this summit is a meeting of the cream of the crop.

As for America, transit Pluto in mid-Capricorn remains within orb of its ongoing opposition to US natal Sun (POTUS), challenging the power of his office. Plus, US Sun happens to conjoin goddess star, Sirius, which implicates ancient secret societies and hints of the paternal-maternal blending of energies ('war on women' or worship of women as Madonna-esque child-bearers vs whorish sex symbols), and now in 2015 we see on a major magazine cover another sex-related issue of transgenderism more clearly than we could guess in 2004. After all, polarities must become one eventually--and no genders will be necessary in heaven.

Moral Deformity Behind Closed Doors?

Now the June 7th Sun @16Gemini has a Sabian Symbol of note: "A Woman Agitator Makes an Impassioned Plea to a Crowd"...Angela? Is that you? Curiously, the latest possible degree and symbol within our time frame is 18Gemini: "Two Chinese Men Talking Chinese," a symbol relating to those having "specialized objectives" and a sense of exclusiveness (Jones.) And yes, a need for more isolation turns up in the two horoscopes along with "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire" (Saturn @1Sag), Corporatism and The Syndicate (Cupido conjunct Venus in early Leo conjunct President Obama's natal Mercury), "dreams about agricultural policies" (Agenda 21? engineered famines? chemical and GMO contamination of food supplies? the latest Moon position reaches US natal Ceres which conjoins our nation's Pluto-Chiron midpoint of Plutocracy, oppression, and exploitation), fortunate decisions, manipulation viafalse flag ops, feverish haste toward realizing goals, the use of religion as a tactic or diversion, vacillation and quick tempers, the illusion that they are free of all traditions and societal conventions, and "delusions about popular support for current policies" once the Moon nears deceptive Neptune in Pisces and the luxurious spa empties of its pampered patrons.

With the Moon leaving Aquarius and floating into Pisces during the summit, we note that a Sun Aquarius-Moon Pisces blend is a more emotional Air-Water mix of energies which gives the attendees a sea-change toward communication, dreaminess, and cunning. Journalism is spotlighted as summit intentions and goings-on are touted as being quite different than they actually are--and much of the world mistrusts these jokers. This is a chameleon blend that 'blows with the wind' and may be truth-challenged as shown in a famous quote by an English writer who was born under the Sun AQ-Moon Pisces combination, Arnold Bennett, so let's close with a few of his words of wisdom spoken from experience which perfectly describe conditions in 2015:

Agreed, in most cases. So if you hear of any results or policies issuing out of G-7 Summit 2015, get ready for flights of fancy, well-worn propaganda, and facile assurances of the good intentions of 'world leaders' who must meet in secret far away from the public's prying eyes in order to speak freely and make their draconian plans.

Astro-Notes: John Oliver April 23, 1977

HBO's Last Week Tonight is hosted by a British comedian with a dry sense of humor that American politicians, Politics, and society royally need. My theory has been to ridicule the powerful as much and as often as possible and John Oliver does not disappoint. In fact, Oliver is brilliant at it--first on Comedy Central's The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and now on his own, Last Week Tonight.

A Few Astro-Notes on Political Satirist John Oliver

Without knowing a correct birth time I'm using 'noon' on his birth date of April 23, 1977 Erdington, West Midlands, England. And although during the day the Moon left Gemini and reached 00Cancer00, a Cardinal World Point of prominence and fame, the more descriptive personality blend for John Oliver seems to be Sun in Taurus with natal Moon in communicative, witty Gemini rather than in the domestic, emotional, self-protective sign of Cancer. And of course, by progression, natal Moon in Gemini would still have triggered 00Cancer some months after birth--or years by Solar Arc.

If my surmise is correct, Sun Taurus-Moon Gemini is an Earth-Air combination of energies which identifies Mr. Oliver as innovative, rational, and able to bring together abstract thought with real world issues. This is a 'practical idealist' whose aim is to 'come to grips with reality while making his efforts as humane and far-reaching as possible' and this his reports on Last Week Tonight certainly do.

Today's News and the Two Natal Horoscopes for Jeb Bush

May 31, 2015 News of the Day includes the sad death of VP Biden's son, Beau, due to brain cancer and the hapless thigh bone break of our cycling-in-France Secretary of State John Kerry who is flying back to Boston today to consult the doctor who previously performed his hip surgery, plus, the last sign-off by Bob Schieffer from Face the Nation.

Then at midnight tonight comes the expiration of some provisions of the draconian US Patriot Act which will begin to be dismantled around 4:00 pm today by the NSA if Congress doesn't act. Or that's their script anyway and they're sticking to it.

Okay now, if we must, let's talk Jeb Bush who wants to play president like his dad and brother did:

The presumptive 2016 presidential candidate Jeb Bush has two potential birth times on February 11, 1953: Rodden's 8:50 pm CST and a Starkman-rectified time of 2:28:16 am, Midlands, Texas. Naturally, different degrees for the chart angles and cusps result, plus, the Moon is at 26Cap01 at 8:50 am on that date and at 14Cap49 at 2:28:16 am CST. There are other slight differences which may be compared or contrasted by clicking or tapping the link, then the links for each natal horoscope. One difference, however, stands out for its change of sign: Mercury from late Aquarius (28:49) to 00Pis13.

Now it has been written (and I'm not certain by whom) that US presidents who tend to be elected have links between their natal positions and the US Moon in Aquarius, the We the People signature of the public in Mundane Astrology. There may be additional links, of course, and with Mr. Bush this is the case no matter which birth hour is considered. In Astrology, natal Sun (conscious) and Moon (unconscious) combinations provide details concerning a native's personality blend so it may be interesting to consider the Sun-Moon blends of four Founding Fathers: Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Thomas Paine, and Thomas Jefferson in honor of Memorial Day 2015. May 25, 2015: Lately I've been messing around with Historical Horoscopes as I tend to do whenever the chance arises and couldn't fail to notice that first (official) President George Washington has a Secondary Progressed (SP) Full Moon upcoming--on June 1, 2015 @10Gem03! Opposite of course is his SP Sun @10Sag03 which conjoins SP Uranus (10Sag27), inventive planet of revolution, revolt, disruption, and genius. Sun conjunct Uranus denotes an original, unique, outstanding personality of genius and innovation--and a rebel or maverick, of course.

Although George is long passed away, his natal planets of February 22, 1732 continue to be contacted by transits and progressions; even planetary returns to natal degree can be significant.

Certainly the more prominent the figure and imposing the natal horoscope, the more significant may be changes to the related charts and a character's continued influence. Here, we see a significant, prominent man of his era who remains so in 2015 as the first archetype of The Leader of the United States of America and there are several reasons for his high status which I have discussed in previous posts and will not go into now. Obviously, as America's Commander-in-Chief of the Continental Army, we continue to honor his vast contribution--the hardships he faced and the sacrifices made. And note that the Sabian Symbol for '1 Sag"..."A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire"...now rests on his SP 11th cusp @00Sag30 in this SP Full Moon chart denoting a time of harvest and reward and by this I refer to those who now wear Washington's mantle of power--and those hiding behind it.

Now chart-ruler Saturn (ASC 13Cap28: George is still 'the boss' of our collective psyche!)--makes a few aspects to other SP planets in the chart as you see and is the Thales Planet of the Sun-Moon opposition, the Full Moon via a sextile to the Moon and a trine to the Sun (listed on the chart, lower left.) Curiously, Saturn (Rx--no longer with us?) is positioned at 10Ari10 so we have a 'saving grace' provided by Thales Saturn at '11Aries'..."The President of the Country." Notably, it is the 5/11 axis of Self Will and Creative Pursuits in focus here including Washington's SP Nodal axis of Future Direction. And there is SP Mercury @17Sag16, planet of Thoughts, Communications, and Plans, joining the Groups and Associations duo of Sun-Uranus. Also in focus is the 3/9 axis of Philosophy, Religion, Foreign Lands, and the Lower-Higher Mind with a power trio that relates to wealth in 9th house: Jupiter @00Sco37, Venus @25Lib30, and Pluto @19Lib47. This planetary trio may signify foreign donors and the powers controlling the US government from abroad (always the case--Washington was a central bank 'fan' with Hamilton) and one suspicion is The City of London, the UK's financial sector.

Opposite in 3rd house is 'Presidential' Saturn, authoritative planet of lawmakers, managers and father figures. SP Cupido, astrological signature of The Family, The Syndicate, and Corporatism, sits directly upon the IC, the Ending Point of all horoscopes which identifies The Drain. And obviously on a financial level, it would be worthwhile to ferret out the precise date and the transits thereof when SP Jupiter (which 'began' at a natal position of 8Lib37 Rx in natal 6th house) entered the Money and Big Business sign of Scorpio but that's beyond the scope of this post (though SP planets changing signs is significant.)

How interesting that a man gone since 1799 has SP Mars in 1st house! Now evolved into Aquarius--an independent, reformist sign for activist Mars, the warrior--natal Mars began in brooding, sexy, occult-loving Scorpio (23:13) in George's 7th house of Partnerships and Open Enemies. And at birth in 1732, a powerful midpoint conjoined his natal Mars--Pluto-NN, the 'tiger by the tail' pair. A midpoint picture thus formed indicating potentials for violence, brutality, making others amenable to one's wishes, and/or the misfortune to be placed in someone else's hand and power (Ebertin). Nowadays, SP Mars is not apex of any midpoint that I can find but there are others in the SP Full Moon chart to consider which may affect our society's current circumstances:

Uranus-NN (political reformers; shared upsets) = Sun: becoming upset; inclination to violence even at the slightest cause (!)

Sun-Mars (activities; vigor; soldiers; surgeons; intellectual fighters) = ASC: cooperative teamwork; total devotion to a cause.

Mars-Uranus (fighters for freedom; effort; interventions) = ASC: acts of violence (tragically we have plenty of those--jc); upsetting events; accidents; arrests (ditto to all.)

Mars-NN (collaboration; disputes) = ASC: energetic cooperation; family ties; good fellowship.

Mars-Pluto (superhuman power; force; brutality; objectives obtained by ruthlessness; people disabled by war) = Mercury: a desire to realize fanatical plans; presence of mind; excessive nervous irritation.

In America, the continued popularity of Founder George Washington as a national figure and important historical personage may be seen in part by Venus-MC (love; affection; attachment; vanity; conceit) = Jupiter.

The last SP factor I intend to discuss with you on the occasion of this major turning point for President George Washington--unaware of it though he be and possibly marking a limit to his or our global reach upon the world stage--is the chart's planetary pattern called a Locomotive with its lead planet (engine), Pluto.

As you know, Locomotive patterns indicate genius and a determined drive toward success of the sort found in executive positions--and its power tends to overshadow a person's flaws until 'absolute perfection' seems to be the case. And though it's true that this is a progressed Locomotive, I suspect that it's our current crop of Washington politicians who benefit from this pattern which actually shows up in Washington's natal horoscope as a Bucket pattern, a Bowl with a 'handle' planet. In George's natal chart, the handle planet that carries the rest of the planets is his mystical Neptune @14Gem40 Rx in the 1st house of Self. This resonates with Washington's natal Sun in mystical Pisces and his early joining of secret societies such as the Freemasons, an organization he adhered to all his life. He swore his presidential oath upon a Masonic Bible, in fact, then leaned down and kissed it (a Masonic ritual). You've seen images of him dressed in his fancy Masonic apron, right?

That his worldly endeavors and aims were aided by his 'brethren' seems to me a given for he was actually chosen to lead them into creating this nation. But nowadays, there's that SP Locomotive with powerful, plutocratic Pluto as the engine chugging along in the 9th house of Foreigners and Philosophy (the Utopian 'New Atlantis'.) Perhaps a consideration of each planet's sign is helpful here since in our memories we have not experienced Neptune in Gemini and it's been a while since Pluto crept through Libra:

In Gemini, natal Neptune echoes his tendencies toward mysticism and occult studies, visions, fantasies, illusions, not being what he seems (he was ambitious for power), and the placement gave him a love of nature and a talent for inspired communications (his use of spying comes under such guise!) Now in Libra, SP Pluto provides extraordinary powers of assertion within the environment, the family, and the public (assertions aimed at us), plus, manifestations of genius and celebrities who benefit or harm humanity.

Now just a bit about the SP Full Moon blend of conscious-unconscious energies as detailed by Charles and Suzi Harvey (Sun Sign-Moon Sign). This is a Fire-Air 'live wire' combo, full of ideas but with a potential for bombast, bluster, and rhetoric which may be eloquent but lasts too long. Sun Sag-Moon Gemini denotes clarity of thought, cold logic, and a wise sage with a love of learning. This blend tends toward over-analysis and rationalization in an attempt to avoid emotions--of self and of others. (Can you imagine the 'discomfort' of certain survival-of-the-fittest politicians having their way--totally cutting granny's food stamps and those of her grandchildren and then having to hear their anguished weeping and watch them starving on the streets of America?)

The Sun Sag-Moon Gem blend is shared natally by some interesting characters such as New-Ager Benjamine Creme, Green Party founder Petra Kelly, Anna Freud, Francisco Franco, Persia's Akbar the Great, and Noel Coward who informs us that, "I've over-educated myself in all the things I shouldn't have known at all." Perhaps when June 1st arrives-- a date which also times the potential sunseting of section 215 of the so-called US Patriot Act, unconstitutional as it is-- you'll give a small thought, fond or otherwise, to our first president and his SP Pluto, conjunct Spica (the Washington Monument) and Arcturus (the White House) as it chugs our nation forward toward whatever ultimate goal our Founding Father and his colleagues had in mind for this, our 'New Rome'.

Harry Truman's NSA and Pluto's Covert Actions

Today as I consider the natal horoscope of the National Intelligence Agency (NSA) and its draconian collection of Americans' phone call and email data along with the natal chart of President Harry Truman, I think back to a few snippets that were posted here in October 2010, the gist of which actually concerns all three branches of surveillance and covert actions in the USA: the CIA, the FBI, and the NSA:

That’s because the CIA today resembles nothing so much as the “Invisible Empire” of the KKK that once spread terror across the South and Midwest. Fiery crosses aside, this is what the CIA is doing globally.

Allowing it to operate in secret literally gives the CIA the mythical Ring of Gyges. In Plato’s Republic, the owner of the ring had the power to become invisible at will. As Wikipedia puts it, Plato “discusses whether a typical person would be moral if he did not have to fear the consequences of his actions.” The ancient Greeks made the argument, Wikipedia says, that “No man would keep his hands off what was not his own when he could safely take what he liked out of the market, go into houses and lie with any one at his pleasure, kill or release from prison whom he would, and in all respects be like a god among men.” The CIA, like Hitler’s Gestapo and Stalin’s NKVD before it, has provided modern man the answer to this question. Its actions illuminate why all criminal entities, from rapists and bank robbers, to Ponzi scheme swindlers and murderers, cloak themselves in secrecy.

There are innumerable examples of how American presidents have authorized criminal acts without public discussion that the preponderant majority of Americans would find reprehensible. Example: it was President Lyndon Johnson who ordered the CIA to meddle in Chile’s election to help Eduardo Frei become president. If they had known, U.S. taxpayers might have objected to such a use of their hard-earned money to influence the outcome of another country’s elections. But the public is rarely let in on such illegal foreign policy decisions.

A Few Astro-Notes Concerning the NSA and Its Father, Harry Truman

The NSA formed when one of our Freemason Presidents, Harry Truman, signed a memorandum on October 24, 1952 at 10:45 am EST Washington DC; ASC 22Sag35, MC 28Sco55; 8th house Sun 1Sco10, Moon 11Cap37 conjunct 12th cusp of Politics, Karma, Self-Undoing, and Secret Enemies. Midpoint: Sun-Saturn = Neptune: inner peculiarities; mental, emotional, physical crises. Pluto 23Leo02 squared Harry Truman's natal Sun (18Tau39) denoting possible coercion and manipulation via threats to his power position and influence. Although, as a high ranking Freemason, our 33rd president may have been happily in cahoots with the formation of such an agency for the sake of the eventual implementation of Global Government. Leo and Taurus are, after all, Fixed signs of rigidity.

Plus, we must note that Truman was born under a Mercury-Pluto conjunction in very early Gemini, ruled by Mercury, planet of the senses such as sight and hearing. This resonates with America's natal Mercury-Pluto opposition of total surveillance and dealing with, hiding, and wielding secrets. Curiously, considering the current (staged!) debate on the Patriot Act, the May 20, 2012 Solar Eclipse @00Gem conjoined Truman's Pluto (00:24) and Mercury (1Gem16 Rx, both in natal 8th house of the Occult, Transformation, Corporatism, and Death--Harry did drop the first nuclear bomb though it had already been sanctioned by FDR) in the 14 South Series contains Mercury-Pluto themes of success once obsessive ideas are finally accepted (Brady). Not by me--I don't accept them. Do you? Let it sunset!

The 14S eclipse of 2012 was a major turning point for global society and manifested upon the sensitive degree of a Fixed Star in the constellation Pleiades, Alcyone (keywords: something to cry about and mystical but judgmental). Note: scroll a bit and type 'Eclipses' into the sidebar Search field and you'll find the May 20, 2012 horoscope set for Washington DC on the list.

Now at Truman's NSA signing, another transit relating to ego and goals of Truman's Sun is that transit Jupiter was Rx and in process of conjoining his natal Sun, a time of overconfidence when a culmination of something begun about 12 years before is being reached--in or around 1940 for Truman; this endeavor needed to be either elevated to a higher level or discontinued at that time (1952). A greater attainment of knowledge (ex: spying) is a major part of this Sun-Jupiter picture. Additionally, Jupiter nears Truman's natal Neptune (20Tau41--a Sun-Neptune conjunction for hiding-in-plain-sight-yet-veiled Harry) indicating a time of pretense, illusion, delusion, paranoia, and fanaticism. Sounds exactly like Washington DC in 2015, doesn't it?!

Since the attacks of 9/11/01, we've watched as the agency's anti-constitutional nature has grown and expanded since 1952 and most people agree that the NSA's dependence upon Pluto's cloak of invisibility has been undemocratic from the start.

As for the (June 1, 2015 midnight) sunset provision within the US Patriot Act (section 215), an Act that purports to legalize the massive data collection of US citizens' communications for no logical reason, transit Pluto remains in the neighborhood of the NSA's natal Moon in Capricorn bringing potentials for a deeper transformation through publicity and public scrutiny than the agency is comfortable with, intense turmoil within its own ranks and on Capitol Hill (thanks to Senators Rand Paul's and Ron Wyden's objections to the NSA's massive data collection aimed at innocent Americans as the agency misses finding real needles in real-problem haystacks because of an obsession with knowing it all and using personal info against us later), and their over-zealousness which may cause loss of at least some of their power and control--it is to be hoped for the sake of our right to privacy.

Not that they won't continue surveillance of the innocent under another guise...

Secret-Government related: The American Deep State (contains video)--and all of these topics cast a glaring spotlight upon America's 1776 Saturn in Libra and Neptune in Virgo, the signature of our Founding Fathers' secret/invisible/covert (Neptune) government (Saturn) with our natal out-of-bounds Pluto in Saturn-ruled Capricorn grasping hidden reins of control and manipulation from the beginning of our nation's founding and before.

'Delayed Justice' Reflects America's Retrograde Mars

All violent tragedies and abuses of justice are tremendously saddening but the outrageous victimization of a 12-year-old boy at play is especially difficult for my Pisces Moon and brings up multiple feelings about how America's natal Mars in Gemini--the sign of young people--turned retrograde in Libra in 2006 and will remain so for decades--80 years in total. So far, the distorted, regressive condition of US Mars is very plainly seen through events and in what news broadcasts choose to show us.

For among other things, Mars rules such people as police officers, soldiers, and males in general between the ages of 25 and 35, give or take a year or two. So astrological Mars, planet of energy, action, and motivation is now retrograde (Rx) in the US chart and collective psyche and turns its energy which is often testosterone-laden and aggressive--inward and against the American people in a myriad of ways on the physical plane when we should be re-viewing past (Rx) actions and motivations (Mars) in order to repair and improve our society rather than using regressive methods to act out fantasies and delusions of racial superiority.

And if we simply accept the primal violence (Pluto-Chiron) favored and employed by plutocrats and bureaucrats (who imagine themselves 'above' us), We the People will one day be repentant that we didn't bother to repair such conditions before the ill effects of the ruling class' oppressive tendencies became even more widespread as the 'police state' became bolder.

That's one American's opinion, at least.

Rand Paul Filibustering Renewal of Patriot Act 5.20.2015 - video

Last evening at 11:48 pm EDT with *Pluto in Capricorn rising, Senator Rand Paul completed his performance of something approximating a 'filibuster' on the Senate floor protesting the renewal of the draconian US Patriot Act part of which can sunset away at the end of May if Congress does what it does best, nothing.

As Senator Paul begins to speak we hear his communicative Gemini Moon expressing along side his governmental Capricorn Sun of goals and ego.
