Are Our American Hopes and Dreams Still 'Enshrined' in George Washington?

May 25, 2015: Lately I've been messing around with Historical Horoscopes as I tend to do whenever the chance arises and couldn't fail to notice that first (official) President George Washington has a Secondary Progressed (SP) Full Moon upcoming--on June 1, 2015 @10Gem03! Opposite of course is his SP Sun @10Sag03 which conjoins SP Uranus (10Sag27), inventive planet of revolution, revolt, disruption, and genius. Sun conjunct Uranus denotes an original, unique, outstanding personality of genius and innovation--and a rebel or maverick, of course.

Would you like to see his current SP Full Moon horoscope? Here it is, set for Colonial Beach, Virginia, his place of birth. Relocating the SP chart only makes one degree of difference to the ASC-Desc axis and gives him a 12Cap56 ASC-->Sabian Symbol "13Cap" = "A Fire Worshiper" which may also be used for karmic information as the prior degree of the Full Moon Ascendant, his nibs himself:

I consider Washington's current progressions to be the evolution of his society's opinion of him as president and as all that he has been to our nation or has been made to seem. I refer to Mason Locke Weems, aka, Parson Weems, who may be most responsible for George Washington's near-mythical status in American culture and the 'cult of personality' with which we garnish him and all subsequent presidents (as long as they don't become too tarnished by their own sorriness!) So how has Washington evolved from his birth in 1732 to June 1, 2015, and what is a Secondary Progressed Full Moon anyway?

The SP Full Moon is a culmination phase of fulfillment which issues from a natal horoscope and provides details on how an individual's birth potential has changed through the years to whatever date is specified. Although George is long passed away, his natal planets of February 22, 1732 continue to be contacted by transits and progressions; even planetary returns to natal degree can be significant.

Certainly the more prominent the figure and imposing the natal horoscope, the more significant may be changes to the related charts and a character's continued influence. Here, we see a significant, prominent man of his era who remains so in 2015 as the first archetype of The Leader of the United States of America and there are several reasons for his high status which I have discussed in previous posts and will not go into now. And if you seek Freemason references, check the Sabian Symbol of SP Pluto for '20 Libra' which hints at more occult information. Also, scroll to the sidebar Search field and type in his name for more articles on such topics.

Obviously, as America's Commander-in-Chief of the Continental Army, we continue to honor his vast contribution--the hardships he faced and the sacrifices made. And note that the Sabian Symbol for '1 Sag"..."A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire"...now rests on his SP 11th cusp @00Sag30 in this SP Full Moon chart denoting a time of harvest and reward and by this I refer to those who now wear Washington's mantle of power--and those hiding behind it.

Now chart-ruler Saturn (ASC 13Cap28: George is still 'the boss' of our collective psyche!)--makes a few aspects to other SP planets in the chart as you see and is the Thales Planet of the Sun-Moon opposition, the Full Moon via a sextile to the Moon and a trine to the Sun (listed on the chart, lower left.) Curiously, Saturn (Rx--no longer with us?) is positioned at 10Ari10 so we have a 'saving grace' provided by Thales Saturn at '11Aries'..."The President of the Country." This may refer to President Obama and/or to several other possibilities but for the sake of brevity I'll leave them for you to consider, if you may (contact: judecowell at gmail dot com to discuss.)

Notably, it is the 5/11 axis of Self Will and Creative Pursuits in focus here including Washington's SP Nodal axis of Future Direction. And there is SP Mercury @17Sag16, planet of Thoughts, Communications, and Plans, joining the Groups and Associations duo of Sun-Uranus. Also in focus is the 3/9 axis of Philosophy, Religion, Foreign Lands, and the Lower-Higher Mind with a power trio that relates to wealth in 9th house: Jupiter @00Sco37, Venus @25Lib30, and Pluto @19Lib47. This planetary trio may signify foreign donors and the powers controlling the US government from abroad (always the case--Washington was a central bank 'fan' with Hamilton) and one suspicion is The City of London, the UK's financial sector.

Opposite in 3rd house is 'Presidential' Saturn, authoritative planet of lawmakers, managers and father figures. SP Cupido, astrological signature of The Family, The Syndicate, and Corporatism, sits directly upon the IC, the Ending Point of all horoscopes which identifies The Drain. And obviously on a financial level, it would be worthwhile to ferret out the precise date and the transits thereof when SP Jupiter (which 'began' at a natal position of 8Lib37 Rx in natal 6th house) entered the Money and Big Business sign of Scorpio but that's beyond the scope of this post (though SP planets changing signs is significant.)

How interesting that a man gone since 1799 has SP Mars in 1st house! Now evolved into Aquarius--an independent, reformist sign for activist Mars, the warrior--natal Mars began in brooding, sexy, occult-loving Scorpio (23:13) in George's 7th house of Partnerships and Open Enemies. And at birth in 1732, a powerful midpoint conjoined his natal Mars--Pluto-NN, the 'tiger by the tail' pair. A midpoint picture thus formed indicating potentials for violence, brutality, making others amenable to one's wishes, and/or the misfortune to be placed in someone else's hand and power (Ebertin). Nowadays, SP Mars is not apex of any midpoint that I can find but there are others in the SP Full Moon chart to consider which may affect our society's current circumstances:

Uranus-NN (political reformers; shared upsets) = Sun: becoming upset; inclination to violence even at the slightest cause (!)

Sun-Mars (activities; vigor; soldiers; surgeons; intellectual fighters) = ASC: cooperative teamwork; total devotion to a cause.

Mars-Uranus (fighters for freedom; effort; interventions) = ASC: acts of violence (tragically we have plenty of those--jc); upsetting events; accidents; arrests (ditto to all.)

Mars-NN (collaboration; disputes) = ASC: energetic cooperation; family ties; good fellowship.

Mars-Pluto (superhuman power; force; brutality; objectives obtained by ruthlessness; people disabled by war) = Mercury: a desire to realize fanatical plans; presence of mind; excessive nervous irritation.

In America, the continued popularity of Founder George Washington as a national figure and important historical personage may be seen in part by Venus-MC (love; affection; attachment; vanity; conceit) = Jupiter.

The last SP factor I intend to discuss with you on the occasion of this major turning point for President George Washington--unaware of it though he be and possibly marking a limit to his or our global reach upon the world stage--is the chart's planetary pattern called a Locomotive with its lead planet (engine), Pluto.

As you know, Locomotive patterns indicate genius and a determined drive toward success of the sort found in executive positions--and its power tends to overshadow a person's flaws until 'absolute perfection' seems to be the case. And though it's true that this is a progressed Locomotive, I suspect that it's our current crop of Washington politicians who benefit from this pattern which actually shows up in Washington's natal horoscope as a Bucket pattern, a Bowl with a 'handle' planet. In George's natal chart, the handle planet that carries the rest of the planets is his mystical Neptune @14Gem40 Rx in the 1st house of Self. This resonates with Washington's natal Sun in mystical Pisces and his early joining of secret societies such as the Freemasons, an organization he adhered to all his life. He swore his presidential oath upon a Masonic Bible, in fact, then leaned down and kissed it (a Masonic ritual). You've seen images of him dressed in his fancy Masonic apron, right?

That his worldly endeavors and aims were aided by his 'brethren' seems to me a given for he was actually chosen to lead them into creating this nation. But nowadays, there's that SP Locomotive with powerful, plutocratic Pluto as the engine chugging along in the 9th house of Foreigners and Philosophy (the Utopian 'New Atlantis'.) Perhaps a consideration of each planet's sign is helpful here since in our memories we have not experienced Neptune in Gemini and it's been a while since Pluto crept through Libra:

In Gemini, natal Neptune echoes his tendencies toward mysticism and occult studies, visions, fantasies, illusions, not being what he seems (he was ambitious for power), and the placement gave him a love of nature and a talent for inspired communications (his use of spying comes under such guise!) Now in Libra, SP Pluto provides extraordinary powers of assertion within the environment, the family, and the public (assertions aimed at us), plus, manifestations of genius and celebrities who benefit or harm humanity.

Now just a bit about the SP Full Moon blend of conscious-unconscious energies as detailed by Charles and Suzi Harvey (Sun Sign-Moon Sign). This is a Fire-Air 'live wire' combo, full of ideas but with a potential for bombast, bluster, and rhetoric which may be eloquent but lasts too long. Sun Sag-Moon Gemini denotes clarity of thought, cold logic, and a wise sage with a love of learning. This blend tends toward over-analysis and rationalization in an attempt to avoid emotions--of self and of others. (Can you imagine the 'discomfort' of certain survival-of-the-fittest politicians having their way--totally cutting granny's food stamps and those of her grandchildren and then having to hear their anguished weeping and watch them starving on the streets of America?)

The Sun Sag-Moon Gem blend is shared natally by some interesting characters such as New-Ager Benjamine Creme, Green Party founder Petra Kelly, Anna Freud, Francisco Franco, Persia's Akbar the Great, and Noel Coward who informs us that, "I've over-educated myself in all the things I shouldn't have known at all." And you may find the blend's Image for Integration somewhat curious considering the conservative anti-brother's-keeper agenda knocking at our societal door:

"Robin Hood as a young boy plays truant from school to go to his archery lesson, but ends up teaching his card tricks to his master." The 'robbing from the rich to give to the poor' fellow!

Well, that's all I care to say for now about George Washington's SP Full Moon of June 1, 2015 which times the limit of his and perhaps Washington DC's reach in the outer world. Perhaps when June 1st arrives-- a date which also times the potential sunseting of section 215 of the so-called US Patriot Act, unconstitutional as it is-- you'll give a small thought, fond or otherwise, to our first president and his SP Pluto, conjunct Spica (the Washington Monument) and Arcturus (the White House) as it chugs our nation forward toward whatever ultimate goal our Founding Father and his colleagues had in mind for this, our 'New Rome'.

In case you missed it, the website of Bill Moyers has published an excerpt from a new book The Age of Acquiescence by historian Steve Fraser.

The book concerns the Robber Baron era of Industrialism, the 1880s into the 1900s (sometimes called the 'Generation of Materialism' or 'The Gilded Age') and relates the era to America's current 'gilded' conditions. The complexity of today's conditions is addressed as the book notes an obvious difference: then the populace rose up against the inequities, oppression, and exploitation perpetrated by the Plutocracy and their political enablers--unlike today's watered down efforts by a largely apathetic public.

Since the founding our nation, America has had a 'materialism v spiritualism' conflict (Saturn v Neptune) and perhaps we may say that Alexander Hamilton and the monarchists have won. And unfortunately for most Americans, the November 4, 2014 mid-term election outcomes in Congress will prove this tragically the case as 2015 proceeds along with SCOTUS' 'Citizens United' treason against the foundation of our alleged democracy.

An Updated Horoscope of a New World Order (1993)

Horoscope: a Modern 'New World Order' October 24, 1993 Washington DC

Now that my SolarFire Astrology software is updated to v9, I'm in process of reviewing some of the older horoscopes I've worked with through the years and finding that many of them are now easier to calculate for a more precise 'birth' hour. One such is the 'Modern NWO' horoscope set for the third of three Great Conjunctions of outer planets Uranus and Neptune, the Enlightenment/Age of Reason duo, which occurred on October 24, 1993 @18Cap32.

1. February 2, 1993; 2. August 20, 1993; 3. October 24, 1993 (from 18Cap33 to 19Cap34).

Now if you've read this blog of my dissenting fusses before you may know that the Sabian Symbol for '18Cap' seems to me most applicable for the so-called 'new world order' or, 'new economic order' or, Global Government, or, Zionist Earthly Kingdom at Jerusalem--whatever you want to name the luciferian global syndicate and its centuries-long 'great Plan' to take control of the entire globe. Smoosh the 'Illuminati' in there somewhere with its Total Awareness program, and you have a picture of most, if not all, of the Plan's anti-societal, depopulating, genocidal, psychopathic illness which becomes more visible in public every day. The false reality of 1999's The Matrix was pretty close to the beast and is a good example of how they use the entertainment industry to place ideas into consciousness thus making drastic changes seem more palatable later on when it's time to implement them or something very like them.

Go back further than 1999 and you find Robocop hinting at Transhumanism and the current robotic, militarized Police State.

So here you see a horoscope of what may be considered (if you wish!) a natal horoscope of the Modern New World Order for the power game is really older than the hills--back to Heaven, if you think that way. For astrological purposes, its genesis can be dated at various times in history with events such as: the beheading of King Louis XVI, the founding of America (and the Bavarian Illuminati, also set up in 1776--it's like we're twins), the Fall of the Berlin Wall, Bush Sr's invasion of Kuwait (he actually stated publicly that 'Desert Storm' "heralded" the new world order, plus, other historical dates and events you care to name. Such events are signposts along the way and to them may be added previous Great Conjunctions of scientific genius, Uranus, and elusive Neptune, planet of spirituality and mysticism--but also of deception of the masses.

'Fanaticism' is the title I have given the horoscope (and the Syndicate of zealots and criminals it signifies), not the least because of the toxic Pluto-NN duo of violence, brutality, infiltrators, security breakdowns, secret treaties, pacts, deals, and the use of clandestine information and data-gathering. It's the "tiger by the tail' duo with karmic Pluto, god of Hades, sporting his invisible mantle of power and hidden wealth, and using the Jupiterian point of encounters and meetings, NN, as his contact with the public and with his minions and infiltrating agents and assassins. Machiavelli is twerking in his grave.

2014 into 2015 Planets Affecting the Chart: Destiny of the Masses?

Of note in current transits is karmic Saturn soon to leave intense Scorpio and enter Sagittarius, sign of The Seeker and The Foreigner. Consolidating Saturn now travels between 9th house Pluto @24Sco29 and the North Node @3Sag32 Rx, a point of future direction, or, destiny. Now I won't take up your time analyzing all the transits and what they indicate since you can do so yourself, but I will add the midpoint picture it creates, plus, a bit more.

When transit Saturn catalyzes the Pluto-NN midpoint we may expect some people to realize that relationships must be built over time and based on trust--meanwhile, the crooks and malcontents among us are more likely to express the trio's rebelliousness and rigidity which usually result in violent terminations of relationships and alliances.

Another midpoint picture of importance involves the Uranus-Neptune conjunction itself: transit Pluto is within 5-degree orb of 18Cap now and for me, the timing includes the current take-over of the US Congress (as of the first week of January 2015--Jan 3rd?) by the Republican Party of radicals and anti-government plutocrats and their cousins, the monarchists. Not that Democrats aren't enablers and complicit culprits in the Great Plan--most if not all of them are--and are also descendants of the original culprits. Now that's long-range planning.

And so we will do no better here than to quote expert astrologer Noel Tyl concerning the trio's midpoint picture, Uranus-Neptune = transit Pluto: "The big picture demands a certain course of action which must be followed; very little option to do otherwise."

Why, this 'big picture' evens describes how political candidates are 'vetted': can you make decisions based on no facts but what we tell you? In other words, will you follow orders without refusing our tap on the shoulder and disregard the fate of the unwashed masses below you? It also denotes the tiresome political script we hear from all players in Washington DC and elsewhere--never answering questions directly--and hints at the planned program of militarizing police departments across the country, among many other things now in plain sight.

In addition, a 29th-degree Moon (in critical or crisis condition--the people) at the end of Aquarius rises along with its preceding planet, Saturn Rx--a depressive pair as you know. Venus, one of the names of the ancient goddess these modern-day psychopaths worship (as did America's Founding Fathers--ex: Columbia), is the lead planet in the chart's Bowl formation which reveals their tendency to follow the feminine archetype against the mainstream of current thought and belief. The star, the diamond, the 8-petaled flower, a 'V' hand signal (not for 'victory' when a departing Richard Nixon flashed it, but for Venus)...all and more symbols signify the Founders' goddess-based religion of mysticism.

So! I'll hush for now and hope that you can enlarge the horoscope to read a few notes such as the Pre-Natal Solar Eclipse Saros Series in which this abomination falls (13 South). Its degree (00Gem31) in 3rd house conjoins Alcyone of the Pleiades and if you're familiar with that area of the Zodiac you know it's a fated or karmic region of Middle Eastern stars of bullish rage that inspire revenge, beheadings, and other calamities and when activated gives all of humanity 'something to cry about'.

US Eclipse Aug 1776: Thor's Hammer, Isis' Key, and a Bucket

With Washington DC's lazy August 2013 break still moseying along (for the most part--Congress returns to Capitol Hill on September 9th), perhaps you'd like a peek at the horoscope of what I believe best describes the foundation of America, the Solar Eclipse of August 14, 1776 @21Leo52:

The Hour is the Moon's (changes, fluctuations, publicity, the public mood) and the horoscope's shape is a bucket with Pluto @26Cap37 Rx as the handle. Pluto is out-of-bounds (working on his own which I believe describes the US government's true bosses--the transnational banking houses of Europe who legally have us since 1913 under their sway via the 'Federal Reserve' Banking system'.)

Blogging time is limited this week so I recommend you click the image to enlarge and read a few basic notes penned upon the chart or set up the horoscope for yourself, if you haven't. As you know, most of the signers of the Declaration of Independence did so on August 2, 1776 which falls within the 2-week range of this Solar Eclipse of August 14, 1776 in the 13 North Saros Series.

This is the initial eclipse in the 13N Series which supports so many of America's 'firsts' including what became our nation's global leadership role (as we bossed around other nations--or did.) Its double Fire signature is perfect for our fiery nature, so Martian in its application of conquest and expansion, me-first attitude, and what became our overbearing warmongering and resource plundering.

13N carries themes of 'separation that requires the breaking of an existing bond, large ambitious group projects, and joint achievement' (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology.) The 'existing bond' was with Britain, of course, though its continued separation has been diverted and is directed by the central banking system model. 13N repeated last on January 4, 2011 @14Cap--opposite US natal Sun 14Cancer. And you know how fiscal and budgetary matters went in 2011--soon to repeat in 2013 into 2014 if austerity-promoting obstructionists, the Republicans, have their Saturnian way.

Now I want to include here a couple of factors including notes on the horoscope's bucket shape with powerful, wealthy Pluto of the Underworld Syndicate as the handle. the following information is gleaned from The Guide to Horoscope Interpretation by Marc Edmund Jones (1941 edition):

A bucket pattern is similar to a bowl pattern with planets on one side of the chart. The inclusion of Pluto forms a handle for what then becomes 'a bucket' as hemispheric emphasis indicates extreme self-containment and having something to bear (as a bowl is used to hold things.) The occupied area of the horoscope shows activity and organization with the unoccupied area denoting challenges to existence along with where our attention must be directed. The advocacy of a cause and/or the carrying out of a mission results.

And of course, 'Manifest Destiny' and America as the 'New Atlantis' of Utopian ideals comes to mind along with the Illuminati of the House of Rothschild who backed Adam Weishaupt and his May 1, 1776 founding of the Bavarian Illuminati. The destruction of the US Congress is well underway, as you know, and our lack of trust in the lawmaking body and its eventual dissolution are the expectable conclusions. That's why I try not to guffaw too much over GOP 'clown car' passengers since there is a wider, sinister game that directs neanderthal Republicans' crazy backwardness. But sometimes, you just have to laugh.

Note that the Sabian Symbol for Pluto's '27Cap' = "A Mountain Pilgrimage" and is the degree of the Midheaven--The Goal; Aspiration--in US Inauguration horoscopes since the early March date was changed to January 20th during FDR's administration, in January 1937.

So! A bowl becomes a bucket when it acquires a handle and this provides an important point of application which acts similarly to the lead planet in a dynamic locomotive pattern. The bucket may be considered to act as a bowl would act but the addition of a handle determines a special capacity or gift for certain activities of the sort described by the handle planet--here, *Pluto: manipulator, puppet master, propagandist, assassin, spy, underworld boss--all the interests that selfish plutocrats uncompromisingly employ in order to exploit the rest of humanity--here, focused on Pluto in 8th house of Debt, Credit, Shared Resources, Legacies, Insurance, the Occult, Death, Transformation, and--as a vehicle of transmission--Corporatism. And of course, Pluto's drug trafficking has been lucrative for centuries and made several family fortunes (ex: the Bushes.)

Conserving resources is not an issue for a handle Pluto which here describes those who work invisibly behind the scenes as they adapt allegiances to yield the most profit to fill their hidden coffers. For as we've found in recent decades, transnational corporatists have no allegiance to America or to any other sovereign state and consider the nation-state to be passe and in need of dissolution in order for their Great Plan to be fully implemented as 'Global Government'.

Isis Worship Outed by the Statue of Liberty and Other Goddess Emblems

As for Thor's Hammer/s and Isis' Key (see bottom left on the chart for Carelli's degree of the Solar Eclipse), we find Thor lurking within a double T-square pattern formed between Mars-Saturn and Jupiter-Saturn with their squares pointing toward MC @1Pis02--where transiting Neptune of fraudster fame has sojourned of late. This creates midpoint pictures...any, all, or none may apply:

Mars-Saturn = MC: endurance; power of resistance; needing to overcome many difficulties (to achieve independence! We need to use this energy again--jc);

Mars-Saturn = tr Neptune: insufficient power to tackle resistance or obstacles; waning powers and weakening efforts (in the news now about America having less 'influence' in foreign policy issues);

Jupiter-Saturn = MC: fluctuating success; changes; losses; the philosopher;

Jupiter-Saturn = tr Neptune: feeling abandoned; begrudging other people's good fortune; losses; damage to buildings via water, gas, or war.

Pluto at His Worst

Now there are many more interesting factors in the 1776 Eclipse horoscope, but let's close this fussy post with a quote from Dr. Jones' book, as noted above:

"The bucket type at its best reveals the real instructor and inspirer of others, and at its worst the agitator and malcontent."

Well, I myself am a malcontent when it comes to the self-destructive, totalitarian direction that politicians and other agents and operatives are taking America--but thankfully for my eternal salvation, I'm no reptile-hearted plutocrat!

Notice that in this horoscope, spies Pluto and Mercury @9Leo51 are not opposing one another as on July 4, 1776, but are quindecile (165/166 degrees), an aspect of compulsion-obsession as noted by Ricki Reeves in her book, The Quindecile. The results of this aspect are penned on the chart, bottom right. Another difference is that Mercury here is not retrograde and conjoins the natal Mercury of the Republican Party (July 6, 1854.)

Thursday May 9, 2013, a Solar Eclipse in the 15 South Saros Series

As previously covered (horoscope shown), the money sign of Taurus, with its dark side of greed, stubbornness, and intolerance, hosts a Solar Eclipse this Thursday (May 9th, or 10th, depending on your location/time zone) @19Tau31. That's Taurus the Bull, of course, which brings in Wall Street implications along with the political.

With its change in political authority in mind, for ages I've meant to publish to Stars Over Washington the natal horoscope of the American Revolution (aka, "the shot heard round the world") when a group of patriots at Lexington, Massachusetts stood up to His Majesty's occupying soldiers who represented the British Crown, and our Fight for Independence from monarchy and oppression officially began.

Having fought British monarchists back once again (on November 6, 2012 in the shape of Mitt Romney, royal plutocrat!) and with the 112th Congress barely breathing and their maufactured 'fiscal cliff' negotiations at an alleged standstill, it seems bloggily fitting that today is the day.

Shown here is the horoscope of the American Revolution, aka, the Battle of Lexington; Hour of Venus (23Tau52 in 1st house), chart-ruler Mars (ASC 21Ari49) squares Jupiter, Venus, and Uranus, a planetary trio which falls across the 2nd cusp of Earning Ability and Values.

As you see, 10th H Pluto @26Cap41, planet of power, manipulation, and control, is in the same degree (26) as battling Mars (the shooter) with Mars @26Leo13. Their inconjunct (150 degr) is nearly partile (exact) and applying (0A27.) A persecuting Mars-Pluto inconjunction (or, quincunx) describes a courageous challenger (Mars) who's grown weary of being someone else's 'workhorse' and Mars' bad temper results in explosive conditions which are made more burdensome by financial stress.

Plus, the square between testy, had-enough Mars and rebellious Uranus adds fuel to the flames of revolution and denotes fear of material loss, rash actions, and anxiety.

One obvious time link to our own era is shown by the position of Uranus @00Gem32 in a money house (2nd) because the May 20, 2012 Solar Eclipse @00Gem21 'hit' this Uranus of the Revolution while conjoining the current position of Fixed Star Alcyone (key phrase: something to cry about.)

So when I watch radical politicians of the duplicitously-named "Tea Party" and others behind the scenes tying our Congress in knots to prevent the business of the people being accomplished and to undermine our nation, it gives me something to cry about every day...for my country, and for You and your loved ones, Dear Reader. And as with the American Revolution of 1775, the entire world's future hinges upon what happens here.

Yes, there are many members of certain organizations who act--or fail to act--as they do now because they believe that they want the total downfall of America. But I suspect the promised rewards for their treason will be few and far between for the majority of them--and they won't like her replacement nearly as much as they imagine they will.

Justice Earl Warren (March 19, 1891--July 9, 1974) was a highly popular Republican governor (in the days when Republican office holders actually governed) when President Eisenhower placed him upon the SCOTUS bench. Perhaps you'll that find one of Justice Warren's more famous quotes applies to America's greedy plutocrats and corporatists who can't get enough American abundance--which they bolster by perpetrating tax evasion and skewing laws in their favor--yet all the while working and lobbying so very hard to deny even the most basic crumbs to the needy as our nation approaches 2013:

Here is President Franklin Roosevelt's assessment of the "economic royalists" of his day in a speech he delivered to the 1936 DNC, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.




On the evening of June 27, 1936--when we hear FDR speaking here--the Sun's position @ 6Can09 conjoined the natal Moon of President Roosevelt and since Cancer is ruled by the Moon which relates to publicity and to The People, we can be quite certain that FDR was thoroughly enjoying himself onstage and feeling (Moon) quite completed on the level of ego satisfaction (Sun.)

Stop coddling the super rich, says one of the richest men in America to the US Congress.

Even if taxes on the wealthy are raised, who doesn't think they'll get by just fine? To say otherwise is simply acting, pretending, and political posturing.

For as progressive broadcaster and author Thom Hartmann has maintained, if wealthy CEOs won't create jobs in America, then you'd think they'd want to aid their country by paying a larger share in taxes!

Though kicking and screaming, we came to their rescue when large corporations and plutocratic banks 'needed' massive bailouts to cover their fraud and gambling losses and make off with a huge payday yet now they leave millions of US workers idle. Paying more in US taxes when the funds are sorely needed for the sake of the nation is the least they can do after profiting off the backs of the American people for decades.

And the media's much-touted 'lack of confidence' has nothing to do with it since the willing participation of wealthy corporations would quell any such lack immediately by bolstering the system. (Mr. Buffett didn't say that, I did.)

Without right-wing think tank The Heritage Foundation and journalist Stephen Colbert to define what being "poor" in America really means, what would our refrigerator-rich, microwave-oven-infused nation do?

Here's the latest rant from the Heritage Foundation website against "liberals" who cause all of America's problems, didn't you know?! Good thing Bush-Cheney ignored them those 8 years and shoved their neocon-warhawk agenda upon the nation.

You know the Heritage Foundation was incorporated on February 16, 1973 as a reaction against Richard Nixon's 'liberal consensus' tendencies and it's been a neo-conservative thorn in our national side ever since. One of its founders, Paul Weyrich, is the one who said that large voter turn-outs don't help Republicans win elections.

Perhaps that's because a majority of the American people would never vote GOP--against their own best interests--if the truth were told during political campaigns rather than facts being spun and hidden. (Glaringly against our best interests is the 'trigger' mechanism inserted into the 'debt deal' on the Senate's table today. All the GOP has to do is not agree to the 'cuts' list and Americans crash.)

Now few of us would vote Republican if everyone made it to US voting booths and were allowed to cast a ballot. The Weyrich ploy is behind the ongoing and current movement to disenfranchise certain groups of voters with photo ID requirements and other hoops now placed between American citizens and their right to vote for the political brigand of their choice (for even most of the 'good' politicians turn bad when mixed into the corrupt system such as we have.) Votes can, of course, be skewed by miscounts, funky voting machines, and other tiresome, previously un-American tactics employed by both parties but mainly by the success-at-all-costs Republlican Party.

Astro-note on the Senate's session today which began at 9:30 am edt: the trine between Jupiter and Pluto blesses the proceedings and the US natal Pluto/Chiron midpoint was rising and signifying the global banking cartel, powerful religious leaders, US and global plutocrats now collapsing our nation, and an extreme depletion of resources.

But not to fret! Jupiter in Taurus and Pluto in Capricorn are moving in and out of a privileged, futuristic trine these days so we can chillax--for plutocrats aren't the ones who will suffer 'extreme depletion of resources' because that's reserved for those pesky refrigerator-buying, microwave-using "poor" folks of America that we hear so much against and whom Democrats and Republicans are in process of legislating in order to further wound. Population control!

And Pentagon cuts? The Pentagon budget will still be able to grow with inflation so it's part of the ruse, people!

Personally I prefer the ideas of Van Jones and his Rebuild the Dream movement because I do not want neocons back in total control of Washington DC, much less running America off a cliff as they continue the Bush-Cheney trajectory along the path of a New World Order meant to dominate the entire globe.

Well, the Senate's action at noon will occur with Senator Bernie Sanders voting 'no' because the bill is, as he says, "grossly unfair". Agreed.

And what else was rising at 9:30 am edt on Capitol Hill today when the Senate went into their drama-riddled session? America's natal Ceres @ '9 Pisces' (security needs and issues; food/grain supplies and supply chains, etc) which has, since July 4, 1776, had the plutocrats' Pluto/Chiron midpoint conjoining it with its tinges of 'primal violence (which Washington expects when the American people realize the full gist of what's been done against us and hit the streets--peacefully, please!), corporatism, fascism, racism, and other -isms of oppression...basically the "Haves" in the Haves v Have-Nots equation.

Imho, the only planetary pair that describes the elitist US Senate better than Pluto/Chiron would have to be Jupiter/Pluto!

Yet throughout the debt-deal drama in DC, the words--or threat--of Senator Barry Goldwater (Jan 1, 1909; Sun Cap-Moon Tau) keep running through my common-good noggin:

"A government that is big enough to give you all you want is big enough to take it all away."

Even refrigerators and microwaves, it seems--and the food that should go in them.

Because last evening, July 18, 2011, in a 234--190 vote, the Republican-ruled House of Representatives passed their theatrical, Constitution-busting Cut, Cap, and Balance proposal which would gut our delicate economy to the quick and destroy America's social safety net (such as Social Security which is a self-sustaining insurance program.) It won't pass the Senate but if it does, President Obama will veto it, he says. Given the amount of human suffering its passage would assure, we may only pray that Mr. Obama stands up in a determined manner on behalf of the American people.

(Today the Rs are reported to be voting to ruin the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, yet another kowtow to their globalist, trans-national, corporate masters. The tax on SS benefits which Reagan imposed as president should be repealed--it taxes a tax!!)

Yes, I'm currently reading The Woman Behind the New Deal about Secretary of Labor, Frances Perkins, among other things.

US plutocrats/oligarchs/corporatists in 1933 had assumed FDR, once in office, would be their easily-manipulated toy and pawn; signings such as the SS Act in 1935 demonstrated differently--and enraged them. As we see, the high and mighty continue their battle against 'the little man' circa 2011 as social safety programs--the 'contract between generations'--is put on the congressional chopping block. The GOP argument that this action is necessary due to the US financial situation is a huge pile of bull feathers laced with manure.


In the horoscope: ASC 10Sco11 with Mars and Jupiter rising shows the WHAT? Point of the chart (ASC) as '11Scorpio' = "A Drowning Man Rescued" which the program was designed to do, and it's interesting to me because of Grover Norquist's 'drown in a bathtub' philosophy now fully embraced (in public!) by a GOP whose Reagan-esque "government is the problem" and "starve the beast" mantras denote their deep determination to gut and dismantle all social safety net programs established by FDR's New Deal (Uranus) and LBJ's Great Society (Jupiter.) This includes Social Security insurance which is independently funded by contributions and thus is not part of our deficit, debt, or default problems.

(Where our SS funds actually are is for another post! If they're not on-hand, we should ask Congress, the US Treasury, and the White House to 'show us the money' and to pay back what they owe to the 'trust' fund thanks to over-expenditures on three wars, and Bush tax breaks for the rich--though some say the money is invested in Treasury bonds and is available.)

Now as you know, the financial battle in Washington concerns party ideology (ex: 'Swords v Torches') and how our financial resources are to be used. Apparently, the Vulcans at the Pentagon have more wars they wish to wage! But personally I agree with Thom Hartmann on such issues: Stop the Wars, Heal Americans. And perhaps if our money-printers, the Federal Reserve Bank, were actually federal and had reserves, things would be improved toward our alleged of-by-for-the-people democracy.


At Midheaven (Mc), the WHY? Point or Goal of the chart (the signing) is '18Leo' = "A Chemist Conducts an Experiment" which seems to refer to FDR whose 'try something and if it doesn't work, try something else' philosophy of dealing with the 1929 US financial crash of his era (click for Black Tuesday horoscope.)

At the signing's Foundation (the Base or End of the Matter, the Ic) is '18AQ' = "A Man Unmasked" which I think refers again to FDR who was in process of disabusing wealthy class plutocrats (FDR's class by birth) of the notion that there were no limits to how shabbily, unfairly, and cruelly US citizens and workers could be treated by the ruling elite of his day.

"A Drowning Man Rescued" indeed! But no longer, if Republicans and Tea Partiers have their cold hearted way in 2011. It seems the monarchists' "Let them eat cake" has become "Let them drown" which shows their equal disdain (aka, hatred and contempt) for the masses.

On Descendant (Whereto?), the Partnership axis, is "11Tau" = "A Woman Sprinkling Flowers" which relates to care and concern, and to Frances Perkins, I assert. It took Ms. Perkins much shepherding of FDR and others with cooperative teamwork between all involved parties to get the SS Act passed and signed!

Well, click the chart to enlarge and read a few basic notes. Here I shall simply focus on two major transits (July 18, 2011) to the SS Act chart, Sun to Pluto (specific to last night's theatrical return-to-1966-spending Cut, Cap, and Balance vote--staged on behalf of the Tea Party, but also to the bi-partisan 'Gang of Six' actions and recommendations issuing from the Senate.)

Here are potentials for the two transits; the first one is a one-day-only affair relating to yesterday and last evening's activities involving powerful Pluto; the 2nd transit is longer-lasting due to a retrograde phase of Jupiter, planet of rich men, gurus, professors, military generals, and the GOP--in Taurus, a money sign with its underbelly of greed, intolerance, and prejudice:

1. 2011 Sun to SS's Pluto 26Can19: use of power emphasized; stronger aggression, self-will, and intensity are shown; becoming more formidable or dictatorial; resentments are provoked; manipulations come into view.

(Note: this is a Pluto-opposing-US-natal-Pluto transit indicating titanic power struggles as plutocrats were 'let down' by FDR's 'standing up' for the suffering poor and by his acts which helped to establish a Middle Class in this country; it relates as well to war between nations as the US was taken into WWII during FDR's presidency.)

2. 2011 Jupiter to SS's Uranus 5Tau31 Rx: issues of physical and intellectual independence surface; unpredictable inspirations; an egalitarian approach to dealing with others; personal networks expand; seeking to enlarge one's participation in events; areas such as finance, investment, fund-raising (tsk tsk: do they ever stop?), technology, travel, astrology (!), and group activities/projects are highlighted and broadened.

As you know, Jupiter will Station Retrograde on August 30, 2011 @ 10Tau21, Station Direct on or about December 25, 2011 @ 00Tau22 (a degree of violence), and will pass beyond his shadow (10Tau21) on or about March 18, 2012. It may be after that date before the ultimate fate of the American people's under-fire social safety net programs is known, or the positive or negative effects from Washington's monkeying with them is fully appreciated and experienced.

Gov Nathan Deal's Pluto/Chiron Mistake 5.30.11

On Friday May 13, 2011, Georgia Governor Nathan Deal signed into legislation Georgia House Bill 87 to limit and police the state's illegal immigrant population.

Now it's two weeks later, almost harvest time in sunny south Georgia, and our
farms have a severe worker shortage.

(Click the first link to read HB87's provisions including this gem: 'the State Department of Agriculture will be directed to study the possibility of creating Georgia's own guest-worker program'. Whew! That was close. For a minute there I feared something reasonable would actually be done in a timely fashion!)

HB87 goes into effect on July 1, 2011 - the exact date of the karmic Solar Eclipse in security-minded Cancer, sign of nurturing and food supplies - and the law is causing just what its opponents in the agricultural industry said it would: farmers are reporting that approximately 70% of Georgia's vegetable crops will go unharvested this season due to an extreme lack of workers. Many of these crops cannot be harvested by machine - only People Power can do the job.

When Deal (who resigned from the US Congress under a gathering ethics cloud in February 2010) signed the bill, he played the typical GOP card of taking legislative action "in the absence of federal action," a thinly veiled attempt to undermine a Democratic president while upholding states' rights, a tactic which has an added 'bonus' of purposefully weakening our union of States.

And while the federal vs state battle is embedded within America's DNA, it is doubtful that GOP-neocon water-carrier Deal can lay it to rest with HB87. But he can stir it up to help dissolve boundaries, weaken state economies, and demoralize our citizenry, thus furthering a Utopian dream of a New World Order agenda of global domination.

So Who's Gonna Do the Picking?

Whether Mr. Deal and his Republican colleagues are willing to help pick tons of the soon-wasting-on-the-vine food crops in a state and nation now experiencing the immorality of millions of American adults and children going to bed hungry each night - well, such an offer has not to my knowledge been forthcoming. And I doubt it will be since politicians don't actually work, they make...deals, while lining pockets so often their own.

Now as a native Georgian, I could give Mr. Deal a call to discuss this matter rather than grousing at you, dear reader, but somehow I don't expect he would answer though I do believe he has returned by now from his weekend jaunt to Europe (just after he signed HB87 - a lucrative trade deal his reward?) for the stated purpose of taking an "economic development trip" which, one expects, was funded at taxpayer expense.

At the bill's May 13th signing, Deal touted that the draconian legislation with its E-Verify provision "avoids many of the pitfalls" of the similar law enacted in Arizona which has since been struck down by a federal judge.

Opponents of HB87 are hopeful of gaining federal help with drafting a legal challenge to this impractical immigration bill. Meanwhile, tons of cucumbers and other crops are about to rot on the vine of Republican overreach, with our state tourism, landscaping, and restaurant industries joining the agricultural industry in opposing this shortsighted, quite daft, legislation.

Why, it's almost as if Georgia Republicans want our food supply to be undermined! But how crazy is that?

Yet the bill's signing garnered a supportive statement from the Sheriff of Cobb County (near Atlanta, our state capital which is a major hive of Republicanism in my home state) and he may have let the GOP cat out of the draconian bag: "HB87 is a good legislation and will provide law enforcement in Georgia with another tool to perform their jobs in an effective and efficient manner."

Well, now I feel better! Protect me from those unwelcome agricultural workers, please!

Except that food prices will go up even more than they already have, grocery store veggie bins will soon be emptier than they would have been this season, the concerned industries will miss opportunities and income and lay off employees, more poverty will be created in the state, children may go to bed hungrier than the night before, Georgia's economy will be negatively affected if not hobbled, and groups such as US Human Rights will cancel their convention in Atlanta this year (they did.)

But at least the police state can legally get up in people's faces on any whim and successfully prevent them from harvesting our salad greens, thus feeding their own families with their meager wages.

So in a manner of speaking, it's Nathan Deal to the rescue, Georgia! And since he campaigned for governor in 2010 on just such an Arizona-style immigration policy, we may also wish to thank those taxpayers who voted for him in order to protect their "bottom lines"...our food supply be dam*ed.

Yes, after Deal's May 13th bill signing, President Obama was quoted calling HB87 "a mistake." Unfortunately for the common good, the president may have been referring to the old political argument over federal vs state supremacy rather than more practical and immediate considerations such as rotting harvests, empty bellies, and economic sabotage waged by a morally bankrupt political party that will do anything - anything - to "see Obama fail" even though the American people go down with him. The implication is that a Republican White House Forever More will magically and ideologically make things all better. Puh!


Oppression the Law of the Land

As some of the signs held by protesters of HB87 and elsewhere have read, "Immigrant Rights are Human Rights". And that slogan perfectly describes much of what plutocracy's Pluto/Chiron duo are up to in Georgia, Arizona, Utah, and the rest of the country in 2011 and beyond: disenfranchisement, oppression, corporatism, statism, facism, racism - Republican style, but with Dem enabling.

After all, on July 4, 1776, America's Pluto/Chiron midpoint in Mutable, unstable Pisces conjoined our national Ceres, an archetypal asteroid of food, grain, and milk supplies (plus, seafood - Pisces); plus, food security and supply issues.

Now it's 235 years later, Independence Day 2011 approaches a mere 3 days after a Solar Eclipse that conjoins US natal Jupiter and Sun, and certain factions in this country are passing laws to force America's Pluto/Chiron-Ceres issues to the top of our collective menu.

So I must declare that we're stuck with a bum deal in Georgia, my fellow Americans. The guvna' didn't finagle this deal on my behalf, hear? And yes, you know what I mean: in Georgia, we got us a really bum deal.

3 years in, econo-crash continues (video)

Fed up with the fairy tale that our economy is in recovery - that this a a Summer of Recovery? Yes, I wish the tale were true, too, but Gerald Celente disagrees. August 2010 is the 3rd anniversary of the US financial collapse and 3 years in, we're still being fed pablum, bromides, slogans, and lies while many Americans eat gruel for their one meal a day. American children go to bed hungry while endless war continues to be funded.

There are forces in the world that decided on America's demise and as long as plutocrats rule we'll stay on a downward course with little if any correction. We'll continue to hear finagled stats and numbers that promote political aims but which give only lip service to easing the suffering across this land.

Billionaires are banding together to donate half their fortunes with much of the funds going to benefit other nations even though doing business in America is what made it possible for many of them to profit so abundantly. Everyone is supposed to say, Ahhh, how sweet of 'em, while their tax situations benefit handsomely from their calculated largess.

Gerald Celente says our schools and government look backward, not forward. Remember how much was made about Ben Bernanke's input because he's a Great Depression expert? At the time, I thought that could also work against us - he knows the financial crash drill, the ins and outs of how to collapse the US economy. He of the Fed also knows that he who prints the money rules the government.

Okay, I'll hush now. But please watch the 6-min-31-sec video even though it isn't fairy-tale-like. In it, Mr. Celente provides another dose of reality which the transit of Saturn to US natal Neptune (grim reality or making dreams real - guess which one for the American people) in August-September 2009 should have made clear before now like a huge splash of cold water (politicians' lies notwithstanding.)

Actually, perhaps it did and is probably one of the many reasons Americans have little confidence in the US government right now: with the so-called American Dream squashed and shown to be a Big Lie, we've seen the government's true oligarchic, plutocratic face that cares only for the rich, and its face is much uglier than we first imagined.

Democracy Now has the Jan 13, 2010 interview text and video of author Naomi Klein concerning the Jan 12 earthquake disaster in Haiti and the threat of shock doctrine capitalism to this impoverished and on-its-knees nation.

In a comment on this blog yesterday I mentioned my lack of trust that the US government (and others) are being honest relief-bringers to the people of Haiti. Well, I wasn't searching for the above info but it turned up during a cyber-ramble for Haiti's date of independence.

Slave Uprising Leads to Independence

Haiti's revolutionaries declared independence from France on January 1, 1804, hour unknown, at Gonaives. Our slave owners President George Washington and Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson erred on the side of supporting France and Napoleon in the uprising.

'Erred' is only my modern word, but their historic mistake.

For as we see demonstrated before our eyes each day, rich plutocrats do like to stick together and they'll support or install any dictator who dances to their capitalist tune in order to make everything a one-sided win-win - but only for them.

Fort Hood, Neptune Direct, and America's Pluto

Astrology Mundo has an excellent post by Monica Starr on the Fort Hood shootings and Neptune's Station Direct of November 4.

Monica had left a comment under my post on Neptune's change of direction where she envisioned 'mass sorrow' due to Neptune's Station being so near the US natal Moon, and sadly, she was on-the-mark with the Fort Hood shootings.

Excellent insights from Monica yet I suspect she agrees with me that sometimes you just don't want to be right.

Yes, we-the-people are having Neptune to US Moon (the people), Saturn to US Neptune (ideals, hopes, dreams) - and Pluto in an ongoing opposition to US natal Venus in preparation for opposing US natal Jupiter, Sun, and eventually, Mercury Rx which stimulates the US natal Mercury/Pluto opposition.

No time to rant on secret hand Pluto's actions now, but if you'll read my previous post from a few minutes ago, you'll find a link to an article on George Soros, Russia, and Freemasonry which excerpts a book on the subject of Freemasonry's history in Russia and includes enlightenment on Freemasonic America's culpabilities.

You may freely relate the information to the financial 'meltdown' of 2008 which is also described by Neptune to US Moon and the frauds (Neptune) now being perpetrated against the American people (Moon.)

One thing that must be added though is a quote from Jeff Green's book Pluto (Vol I; 1996) concerning America's natal Pluto in Saturn-ruled Capricorn, sign of government, business, and law:

'One a national level it is interesting to remember that Pluto is in Capricorn in the US chart. The day will come when the United States will "fall from grace." One day it will not be the world power that it is today; it will be one nation among many. This will force a restructuring of the national Soul so that a new collective self-image can evolve. My theory is that since Freemasonry has used Sacred Geometry (Astrology) since day one, they understand these principles very well and have always used the tool of Astrology to time their events of chaos, revolution, coups, and massacres, and for instructive insights on how to gain what they want - world government - by using the ancient art as their satanic guide rather than as the Great Mathematician intended - As above, So Below for the good of mankind, not for its subjugation by politically inspired psychopaths.

White House presser 6.23.09: a little Astrology

As reported on TV's Nightline, President Obama will hold a press conference in the Rose Garden Tuesday (6.23) at 12:30 pm edt with America's natal Neptune in Virgo rising, and the transiting Sun/Mercury midpoint at Midheaven, the Goal/Aspiration Point of the chart.

Sun/Mercury = Mc: standing by one's convictions and speaking up for oneself; an intellectual worker; a businessman.

This will also place Mr. Obama's natal Mars rising since it is conjunct US natal Neptune...

Mars/Neptune = ASC: instability; weakness; termination of associations or unions; sharing sorrows with others. (Iranian protesters? DC Metrorail crash victims and their families? jc)

The presser will be held during a Saturn Hour though Saturn 16Vir06 (Democratic Party) has risen and is in the behind-the-scenes 12th house.

ASC 23Vir54, so chart-ruler Mercury (pressers; announcements; speeches; reporters; communications; trade and commerce, etc) is in 9th house at 12Gem01, conjunct the Descendant in the US natal 'Sibly' chart (5:10 pm lmt, you know the date); Mercury makes only one applying aspect in the chart which clues us in to how the presser will proceed...a square to Saturn (4A05.)

This indicates some difficulty in communicating one's authority and control of matters, yet Mercury has natural abilities being positioned in one of its own signs, Gemini, the communicator's sign.

The dissociate T-Square is still within orb to Uranus 26Pisc36 which is setting (Desc 23Pisc54), so again we may consider the midpoint picture formed as the Sun/Pluto opposition points to apex Uranus, the reformer...

Sun/Pluto = Uranus: sudden changes; rebellion; reform; carrying out fanatic reforms without regard for oneself; sudden adjustment to new circumstance; arrest. (all midpt pics: Tyl; Ebertin.)

There are a few other midpoint pics of interest, one of which affects 2009's US Inaugural Sun (the president) and Mercury 00AQ+ - it's the plutocracy; the desire for power; desire to exploit the masses; pursuit of fanatical aims; qualities of leadership; wastefulness team of Jupiter and Pluto:

Jupiter/Pluto = Sun: using extraordinary physical or mental powers; the creation of magical effects; use of strong personality power; keeping things within one's own grasp; doing well with all resources.

Jup/Plu = Mercury: promotion of a cause; influence and persuasion; the gift of oration; a propaganda campaign (seemingly the role of any US presidency.)

Jup/Plu = transiting North Node (public contacts): working with others for success; joint aspirations; political activity; relationship to the masses; far-reaching associations.

Pluto/Mc = Uranus: sudden attainment of aims with irresistible power; publicity; sudden changes or shifts of position; prudence; endurance; organizing ability; nervousness; impatience (the American people have become impatient and nervous. jc)

And there is another T-Square in the chart for 6.23.09 at 12:30 pm edt...

Uranus/ASC = Mc: a restless character changing his/her objectives in life; making changes; cooperation in the technological and/or industrial sphere; major change potential in job status.

Well, I don't know what the US Chamber of Commerce (and what are characterized as other Obama opponents) would say about this chart or post, but I for one wish they'd butt out of the White House's efforts to improve the lot of the average American. Share a little of the wealth, greedy plutocrats! We don't crave your fancy cakes, but nutritious bread for our children would be only fair and humane.

Yet I say this assuming, of course, that reforms are being honestly pursued in good faith, for the players of Capitol Hill Theater seldom get around to legislating practical changes and laws that result in real improvements for we-the-people while America's plutocrats always fare ever so well.
