An Updated Horoscope of a New World Order (1993)

Horoscope: a Modern 'New World Order' October 24, 1993 Washington DC

Now that my SolarFire Astrology software is updated to v9, I'm in process of reviewing some of the older horoscopes I've worked with through the years and finding that many of them are now easier to calculate for a more precise 'birth' hour. One such is the 'Modern NWO' horoscope set for the third of three Great Conjunctions of outer planets Uranus and Neptune, the Enlightenment/Age of Reason duo, which occurred on October 24, 1993 @18Cap32.

1. February 2, 1993; 2. August 20, 1993; 3. October 24, 1993 (from 18Cap33 to 19Cap34).

Now if you've read this blog of my dissenting fusses before you may know that the Sabian Symbol for '18Cap' seems to me most applicable for the so-called 'new world order' or, 'new economic order' or, Global Government, or, Zionist Earthly Kingdom at Jerusalem--whatever you want to name the luciferian global syndicate and its centuries-long 'great Plan' to take control of the entire globe. Smoosh the 'Illuminati' in there somewhere with its Total Awareness program, and you have a picture of most, if not all, of the Plan's anti-societal, depopulating, genocidal, psychopathic illness which becomes more visible in public every day. The false reality of 1999's The Matrix was pretty close to the beast and is a good example of how they use the entertainment industry to place ideas into consciousness thus making drastic changes seem more palatable later on when it's time to implement them or something very like them.

Go back further than 1999 and you find Robocop hinting at Transhumanism and the current robotic, militarized Police State.

So here you see a horoscope of what may be considered (if you wish!) a natal horoscope of the Modern New World Order for the power game is really older than the hills--back to Heaven, if you think that way. For astrological purposes, its genesis can be dated at various times in history with events such as: the beheading of King Louis XVI, the founding of America (and the Bavarian Illuminati, also set up in 1776--it's like we're twins), the Fall of the Berlin Wall, Bush Sr's invasion of Kuwait (he actually stated publicly that 'Desert Storm' "heralded" the new world order, plus, other historical dates and events you care to name. Such events are signposts along the way and to them may be added previous Great Conjunctions of scientific genius, Uranus, and elusive Neptune, planet of spirituality and mysticism--but also of deception of the masses.

'Fanaticism' is the title I have given the horoscope (and the Syndicate of zealots and criminals it signifies), not the least because of the toxic Pluto-NN duo of violence, brutality, infiltrators, security breakdowns, secret treaties, pacts, deals, and the use of clandestine information and data-gathering. It's the "tiger by the tail' duo with karmic Pluto, god of Hades, sporting his invisible mantle of power and hidden wealth, and using the Jupiterian point of encounters and meetings, NN, as his contact with the public and with his minions and infiltrating agents and assassins. Machiavelli is twerking in his grave.

2014 into 2015 Planets Affecting the Chart: Destiny of the Masses?

Of note in current transits is karmic Saturn soon to leave intense Scorpio and enter Sagittarius, sign of The Seeker and The Foreigner. Consolidating Saturn now travels between 9th house Pluto @24Sco29 and the North Node @3Sag32 Rx, a point of future direction, or, destiny. Now I won't take up your time analyzing all the transits and what they indicate since you can do so yourself, but I will add the midpoint picture it creates, plus, a bit more.

When transit Saturn catalyzes the Pluto-NN midpoint we may expect some people to realize that relationships must be built over time and based on trust--meanwhile, the crooks and malcontents among us are more likely to express the trio's rebelliousness and rigidity which usually result in violent terminations of relationships and alliances.

Another midpoint picture of importance involves the Uranus-Neptune conjunction itself: transit Pluto is within 5-degree orb of 18Cap now and for me, the timing includes the current take-over of the US Congress (as of the first week of January 2015--Jan 3rd?) by the Republican Party of radicals and anti-government plutocrats and their cousins, the monarchists. Not that Democrats aren't enablers and complicit culprits in the Great Plan--most if not all of them are--and are also descendants of the original culprits. Now that's long-range planning.

And so we will do no better here than to quote expert astrologer Noel Tyl concerning the trio's midpoint picture, Uranus-Neptune = transit Pluto: "The big picture demands a certain course of action which must be followed; very little option to do otherwise."

Why, this 'big picture' evens describes how political candidates are 'vetted': can you make decisions based on no facts but what we tell you? In other words, will you follow orders without refusing our tap on the shoulder and disregard the fate of the unwashed masses below you? It also denotes the tiresome political script we hear from all players in Washington DC and elsewhere--never answering questions directly--and hints at the planned program of militarizing police departments across the country, among many other things now in plain sight.

In addition, a 29th-degree Moon (in critical or crisis condition--the people) at the end of Aquarius rises along with its preceding planet, Saturn Rx--a depressive pair as you know. Venus, one of the names of the ancient goddess these modern-day psychopaths worship (as did America's Founding Fathers--ex: Columbia), is the lead planet in the chart's Bowl formation which reveals their tendency to follow the feminine archetype against the mainstream of current thought and belief. The star, the diamond, the 8-petaled flower, a 'V' hand signal (not for 'victory' when a departing Richard Nixon flashed it, but for Venus)...all and more symbols signify the Founders' goddess-based religion of mysticism.

So! I'll hush for now and hope that you can enlarge the horoscope to read a few notes such as the Pre-Natal Solar Eclipse Saros Series in which this abomination falls (13 South). Its degree (00Gem31) in 3rd house conjoins Alcyone of the Pleiades and if you're familiar with that area of the Zodiac you know it's a fated or karmic region of Middle Eastern stars of bullish rage that inspire revenge, beheadings, and other calamities and when activated gives all of humanity 'something to cry about'.

Well, the weekend is here and most Democrats, Independents, and Liberals are celebrating yesterday's SCOTUS decision to uphold the president's Affordable Health Care Act of 2010 (which I said all along should be titled a 'Health Insurance Act' for it does little or nothing to curb medical costs as they need to be.)

An interesting tidbit is that yesterday, Mercury (decisions; announcements; pronouncements) was at 2Leo51 and thus on its degree in the natal horoscope of President Obama, and in Washington DC, Mercury was the 12th house of The Unconscious (and of Politics, Self-Undoing, Karma) as FOX 'News' and CNN acted as "victims of the unconscious' those first 7 minutes by reading and reporting what they expected to read and discover. Yes, Trickster Mercury was at work! To add complexity to the circus along with elements of the media and the masses, too-speedy Mercury was aided and abetted by confused, confusing, deluded Neptune. The inconjunct aspect (150 degr = adjustment) between them (0A08) was almost exact and lead to (some of) the media's misinterpretation and misunderstanding in their crazed attempts to be "first" with the news. They reported what they wanted to report, not what was before their eyes.

Republicans Throw Justice Roberts "Under the Bus"

As for Chief Justice John Roberts who sided with the Court's more liberal Justices and wrote the opinion upholding 'Obamacare', his natal Mars is now triggered (conjoined) by transiting Uranus 8Ari27 marking a period of time when unpredictable actions disrupt his typical behavior. Tsk tsk!

Meanwhile, you may have noticed the top of this blog's sidebar where I've recently added the feed to The Political Astrology Blog which trumpets the tidings that a birth time has been found for Rep. Paul Ryan of Ayn Rand fame. His details are: January 29, 1970 @2:37 am Janesville, Wisconsin if you wish to set up a natal chart for the "Path to Prosperity Plan" fellow. By his daft idea to "tax the poor"--the 'blood out of a turnip' school of economics--I think he means prosperity only for those who already heave it, don't you? Anyway, this gives Rep. Ryan an Ascendant of 00Sag+ with Neptune rising at 00Sag+...he's a thespian wearing a mask!

Plus, as you know, the Sabian Symbol for '1Sag' is: "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire." Well, the GOP does consider itself to be very Grand (as in, Old Party) and envisions itself to be the only political party worthy to helm the White House--ever. Guess they're just a little ole' army of never-give-up-win-at-any-cost Machiavellian soldiers on a take-over campaign who stunningly had their marching orders diverted somewhat by yesterday's SCOTUS decision.

Warmongers and Symbols of Eagles and Apes

Greetings All! Yes, I'm still busy with relocation, office set-up, and with what is hoped to be final tech glitches addressed this evening.

Meanwhile, much goes on in the nation and in Washington DC politics with Israeli war drums as an unwelcome background noise. Does anyone reading this post think that war with Iran is a good idea? Most of the non-psychotic people I know agree that war is seldom if ever an answer and only creates more problems and an abundance of misery, some of which will be due to 'blowback'.

Personally I assume that those who plan, trump up justifications, and execute hellish wars have little if any concern with blowback for it tends to most deeply affect innocent women, children, and the elderly who are disenfranchised, maimed, killed, or made homeless by such heinous actions of warmongers who entertain win-win mindsets and a win-at-any-cost Machiavellian directive from on high.

Now if you've read this blog before, you probably know which planetary duo I primarily associate with disenfranchisement, oppression, racism, other -isms including Capitalism and Communism, and primal violence: Pluto/Chiron. The duo met in Great Conjunction on December 30, 1999 upon America's natal Ascendant (our nation itself) @ 11 Sagittarius 23. Rounding up we have '12Sag':

positive expression: successful self-establishment through genuine self-expression;

'Unsubstantiated claims' seems to be the order of the day for the US and for Israel--not that I trust Iranian politicians to be truthful about their nuclear intentions, of course. Still, when global plutocrats are determined to force a worldwide New World Order agenda, we see what is done to those whose dare stand in the way of their long-planned global domination plan--some say, 'The Great Plan', a devilishly totalitarian twist meant to ruinously divert the lives of decent folks everywhere.


Perhaps Adriano Carelli's The 360 Degrees of the Zodiac can shed more light upon the Pluto/Chiron conjunction which ushered in the much-touted 'New Millennium' though I shall type for you the degree prior--'11Sag' since it closely applies to today's topic and because Carelli recommends use of the exact degree rather than the rounding-up method. Actually, both apply since earlier degrees give unconscious information on the subject at hand, as does the Illumination Point (opposite degree.) Not all of Carelli's degrees (360) provide a word picture (symbol) though all have explanations--this one is quite descriptive, and I quote :

"11Sag": "An Ape Riding a Wolf"...

This degree will favor a military and a political career. It confers all the virtues of a noble and fearless heart and all the vices of a sly, dissembling and unscrupulous mind. The native is glib enough to defend the noblest cause, resorting to the underhand tricks employed to bolster up a forged and exploded cause. Makes me wonder who's the ape and who's the wolf in the current war-threat scenario!


Since creating Stars Over Washington in October 2005, blogging on dire topics has been something of a tension release for me as well as a way to express my own dissent when my government fails to take a higher road. And since we've now fallen into yet another ditch along the way (and I'm a 'Daughter of the Revolution'...'30Cancer'), I again find myself writing about the misguided idea of waging war--in tandem with Israel or alone--against Iran which would bring oppression against the good people of Iran whom I have always admired. (Not their government officials, but The People who desire to live in peace, just as the majority of Americans do.) The old Flower Power Generation idea of putting politicians, military generals, and the Ones Behind the Scenes Who Stir Up War (ex: global bankers who profit obscenely) into a Giant Ring and let them duke it out seems completely appropriate to the current situation for a peacenik like myself.

Such a Herculean battle would, for once, provide powerful Pluto/Chiron types what they deserve rather than visiting horror upon the innocent as natural resources and national treasures are looted and territory is added to the earthly--and thus temporary--dominion of the warmongers who betray and oppress humanity.

May 2012 Eclipse attends G-8 Summit Chicago

The G-8 Summit in Chicago (update: G-8 held at Camp David, NATO Summit in Chicago) in May occurs under the squelching rays of the May 20, 2012 Solar Eclipse @ 00Gem01, the very essence of Gemini.

Of course, it's Occupy protesters, many of whom are offspring or friends of people you and I personally know, that the Chicago police department has been training for months to challenge, terrorize, abuse, and arrest--er, control--and these are the thuggish tactics that police superintendent Garry McCarthy sent his officers to study in Seattle (WTO 1999; about 35,000 American patriots protested 'free' trade issues which were and are jobs issues) and Pittsburgh (G-20 2009; 'violent clashes') since both cities' police squads have experience with draconian riot control measures.

Such drastic measures against free speech have been in preparation for some time in America, Land of the Free, Home of the Brave. Yes, it must be quite a bit easier to be 'brave' when you're encased in the latest state-of-the-art riot gear and opposing American citizens exercising the right to have our grievances addressed and expressing deep frustration with and strong criticism of predatory corporations and the dire results of their excessive greed and corruption.

Whatever goes down in at the G-8 Summit May 15--22, 2012 (or at the NATO Summit in Chicago), the Fixed Star eclipsed on May 20, 2012 by the solar eclipse--Alcyone in Gemini--has keywords of some concern: something to cry about and since Gemini is the sign of Youth, Young People, Journalists, Trade, Commerce, and Messages, may only cool heads prevail and may President Obama realize that many people will put any and all brutality perpetrated by the Chicago police force against peaceful protesters smack dab on the doorstep of the Obama White House in tandem with Mayor Emanuel's obvious culpability.

Their close relationship only spotlights the connection of culpability between Washington DC and Chicago.

Actually, the doorstep of the White House is rather piled high with overboard incidents and injuries since the Occupy/99% Movement began on September 17, 2011. And all of this is occurring on President Obama's watch. May he protect US citizens who wish to protest the inequalities in our nation rather than just speechifying about them. Odd how Washington loves to tout protecting the populations of other countries (when they want to intervene) but can so easily look the other way when it's our sons and daughters here at home who are at risk.


Abuse and Misuse of Power

So it looks as if G-8 2012 will show the whole world Power attempting to protect its elitist-authoritarian position with head-knocking and pepper-spraying considered to be a necessary part of a strong-arm agenda. Ends justify means is apparently one of The Man's mottoes in these matters but with this world view I heartily disagree, as always--no Machiavellian here.

So from underneath the elitist G-8/NATO vibes of May 15 to May 22, 2012, Democrats and their backers will be sending a message to the American people. My prayer is that it's the message that 'of-by-for-the-people' government still lives in America even if it's feeling more than a little puny these days under the heavy weight of too-fat-to-fail global corporatists.

May our protesters be safe in Chicago! And hopefully they'll continue to be wary of police operatives using violent acts (such as window smashing, etc) to justify brutal police reactions toward the innocent. For as you know, this is a dirty tactic but a traditional one for The Man to use especially when he's desperate to stay on top.

Power to the People! Even Thomas Jefferson and other founders agreed on that.

Ron Paul: US to blame for chaos in Egypt (video)

If you've ever read this blog before you may be aware that this dissenting American's distrust of the US government runs deep as it does for many people. Yet I did think that news of the US (and UK) instigation of the popular revolts in Egypt (Tunisia, Yemen, Algeria, etc) would take at least a few days to come to light after yesterday's ouster of Mubarak.

But theories are surfacing already as International Forecaster's Bob Chapman very ably explains. Beware: the article contains his Bernanke/QE2 insights, and an interview with Rep. Ron Paul on such topics is included as well.

Mr. Chapman also mentions that Hosni Mubarak is still in charge, a potential I feared even as I celebrated yesterday with the good people of Egypt!

As you know, in this world, all is not always as it seems.

For those atop the pyramid of power have secretive ways of insuring win-win situations for themselves which they insist necessitate more and more loss-loss for the rest of us...just as old win-at-any-coster and political theorist *Machiavelli recommended!

In its escalation of the US war in Afghanistan, and its increasing extension across the border into Pakistan, the Obama administration has chosen as its senior commander an officer who is among those most deeply implicated in the criminal operations carried out under Bush and Cheney. #


This Just in from SO'W's Sad To Say Department:

Despite Obama's lilting campaign promises, the prospect of America ending her imperialistic 'perpetual war' never stood a chance, m'peops. The war baton was passed on January 20, 2009, as I've groused previously. Label any US president as you wish - play their diversionary 'Ds vs Rs' game if you like, it makes no never mind in the high-stakes end-game they intend to win no matter who gets hurt.

Their escape hatches and bunkers are all in place and stocked in case of revolt or other disaster. (But the joke's on them, because if one day they're all that's left, they'll have only one another's sorriness to deal with hardy-har-har.)

Still, old Machiavelli would be so proud of our swampers on the Potomac.

Besides, it's more than a little late for America to fulfill her much-touted "Manifest Destiny" by becoming The Dove of Peace she's so often pretended to be, doncha think?

In fact, I don't believe the neo-con/neo-liberal warhawks of Washington DC would even know how to begin to allow peace to break out if the people of the world had their shared wish granted - to live in harmony!

Now what to do? Who needs replacing? 99% of them?

And when will The People's grievances be redressed in the halls of Capitol Hill as the Founders intended?

what makes Dick tick?

Some say it's a cyborg's heart, while some credit the Energizer Bunny who's been spotted in the vicinity of Cheney's favorite undisclosed location.

But this reluctant astrologer believes it's the dynamic squares in DC's natal chart for squares (90 degr) give us the oomph and determination to develop and to reach our goals and ambitions.

Note: a few years ago, I awoke from a lucid astrology-infused dream to hear a voice saying: squares form due to essential quests. Let's look at Cheney's natal squares, sesqui-squares, and one opposition between Moon and Neptune which affects relationships--the Escapist aspect is Moon opposite Neptune which works best when working alone.

First we see that the closest applying aspect to natal Sun--the most integral part of his essence and life's purpose--is a sesqui-square (or tri-octile, 135 degr) with illusive, nebulous Neptune. This aspect affecting n Sun may be involved in his long time heart (Leo/Sun) problems.

A sesqui-sq works as a minor affliction, a weak square. This aspect in DC's chart is waxing/applying and therefore indicates an awareness of objectives--an urge toward dynamic self-expression and promotion of ideas. His low-key style of self-expression is shown elsewhere.

This Sun-Neptune aspect shows a difficulty in accepting reality for Neptune gives big, quixotic dreams, and other-worldy ideals. It gives a certain "running from responsibility" quality to the personality as well which is seconded by his Moon-Neptune opposition.

One of the strongest features in his natal chart is the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in stubborn Taurus, sign of money and possessions. This conj makes several important squares to other natal planets:

Sun square Jupiter: there's actually a tendency toward lack of moderation in this square which tends to bite off more than it can chew and then must desperately attempt to cope with the consequences. There's a lack of planning but yet annoyance when others make suggestions, even when he asks for advice--which he seldom if ever does given the arrogance and pomposity of this square.

A Sun-Jupiter square is the Wheeler-Dealer aspect that enjoys manipulating others and their lives. A good fight is appreciated for there's a love of challenge and a talent for communication. Truth may be bent to achieve goals which leads to complications later on which are resentfully dealt with.

Physical problems are caused bwo self-indulgence, as his potbelly shows. This turns up in the food, drink, and lack-of-rest areas of life, and acting impulsively is discouraged esp during periods of relaxation--such as sports activities--because this aspect can lead to accidents as Harry Whittington knows too well.

Sun square Saturn indicates an early sense of inferiority probably caused from his father who tended to block his efforts to 'shine.' But with adulthood comes the recognition of the necessity to plan the rise to prominence one step at a time. (We may all agree Dick has aced this.)

The early lack of confidence becomes self-assurance yet there remains a desire for seclusion and for presenting oneself in a self-effacing way. Experience has sharpened his judgment, yet the above-mentioned Sun-Neptune aspect interferes with reality-based judgement (as we've seen from Mr. Bubble's war...we'll be "greeted as liberators"!!)

Jupiter conj Saturn:

There is enormous success potential in this conjunction if much effort is applied along with an eagerness to explore new means of making a massive assault which asserts him in the world. This conj gives fortitude and staying power for mobilizing all resources for this task (9/11? Read this as the Great Jup-Saturn Conj of May 28, 2000 also.)

There is a tendency to muse philosophically upon destiny which one assumes includes America's "Manifest Destiny" of which he seems so fond. His striving for significance needs the ability this conj brings in order to manifest his clearly pictured mental vision (and personally I'm not enamored of his vision as the world has experienced it so far because it s*cks.)


Jupiter squares Pluto:

Here's the rebel who challenges authority in an effort to find easier ways of reaching his goals and which expects large returns for little or no investment...another indication of the Wheeler Dealer (as Wall St. knows. Does this also apply to those risking their lives in the Middle East for Cheney's oil and defense contractor returns?)

Only large-scale enterprises will do for a Jup-Pluto square and the more people affected, the better he likes it. Sunstantial financial returns are expected yet risky schemes can run him into legal difficulties. Political maneuvering, money-lending, and professional gambling are some favorite activities of this square.

Unscrupulous exploitation of others is considered a rewarding use of his faculties yet he is prone to becoming victimized himself. This square makes it difficult to learn from mistakes--he has to get this from other factors, if he will.

Romantically, he prefers people who yield to momentary impulses and ignore proprieties--and romance may flower from business contacts.

Saturn square Pluto (this one's orb is slightly wide, but look at who we're talking about here):

Early in life, this aspect gives a tendency toward being a "sore loser" who wouldn't play if he thought he couldn't win. Later on he associated with people younger or weaker than himself so that he was guaranteed supremacy over them.

There is a lack of generosity with the Sat-Pluto square--an inability to admit that others may be more qualified and this emotional insecurity (supported by the Sun-Saturn square) makes his value judgments unrealistic.

DC is inclined to defensively avoid social responsibilities because he sees them as obstacles rather than as opportunities and becomes bitter if forced to submit.

This aspect gives resentment and impatience concerning the time-consuming efforts required to reach the top by the usual methods. His deep envy of the powerful and wealthy make his climb over others to the social status and power of Washington he so craved a major objective in his life. He wanted it all so much he could taste it.

Chart-ruler Mercury square Uranus: this is the "know-it-all" aspect which can't abide by the rules. In fact, rules are taken lightly unless they apply to others for his ingenious, eccentric thinking makes him, in his estimation, above-the-herd.

Arrogance is masked (often unsuccessfully) with humility to make acceptance more likely. This square is useful in politics where egos thrive and often clash. It gives a tendency to project the self foolishly and prematurely which runs the risk of being discredited--and he certainly excels at discrediting others.

Lack of compromise causes personal relationships to end rather quickly and even when obstinacy is unrealistic, he refuses to give in (on Meet the Press he never has to.) Mrs. C must've done a great deal of giving in over the years!

Looking at sunrise this morning on Capitol Hill and at 9:30 am, it looks like as an interesting day as Kyle Sampson, former chief of staff to Alberto Gonzales, testifies on the prosecutor purge.

It's a fiery day with Sun 8Aries+ and Moon 21Leo+, Moon to 22Leo+ by 9:30 am.

This Sun-Moon blend has a few weaknesses such as a tendency to insist on childishly seeing things its own way, and going for the biggest and best before tidying up the debris from past projects. There's a leaning toward letting ego needs for affirmation and applause blind any true self perception.

The debris of this situation won't be tidied up in one day...not to mention the other issues under consideration on the Hill today.

Well, it's quite a day in Washington with the Capitol Hill Theater aggrandizing its egos and someone standing alone to take heat that belongs as much elsewhere as anywhere else.

Wish I could keep my eye on the performance but I'll have to check in on it later--around suppertime, after the dust has settled a bit...if it ever will.
