Update Sept 27, 2014: unfortunately the Mars-Pluto influences via Scorpio of this eclipse have included the forceful pair's weapons-of-war implication along with its forcing one's will on others tendencies as we now see by US airstrikes in Syria and more military action in Iraq. Congress has negated its constitutional duties once again by absconding from Capitol Hill without tending to the business of war and will slink back into the District around November 12th--after the midterms of course. Speaker Boehner has remarked that he will not call for any votes on the war until 2015--the next Congress. You may notice that I purposefully neglected to mention such warrior topics in the post below for I was praying it would not be necessary.

I now turn you over to my original post though I expect alliance (coalition) and financial issues to arise as 2014 careens on--not everyone will experience the predicted 'fun' and parties from this karmic Scorpio eclipse especially since its karmic vibes are due to the evolutionary progress that can be made under a Scorpio eclipse but waging more war does not fall under the category of 'progress':

With its forceful Mars-Pluto vibes, the October 23, 2014 Solar Eclipse in the 17 New North Saros Series contains a passionate, exciting, impulsive, and possibly 'fun' flavor with issues that emerge concerning financial matters and/or relationships. This is a "it's party time!" eclipse! Since the beginning of the 20th century, 17NN has manifested in the years 1906, 1924, 1942, 1960, 1978, 1996, (2014), and next: 2032.

Some time ago I published a version of the CIA natal horoscope if you wish to view it. In July 2014, the CIA will be 67 years old and you'd think they'd be better at this secrets thing than to allow the name of their station head in Afghanistan to be on a list sent to the White House so that the pool of the president's advisers could be published.

Of course, the White House dropped the secrets anvil on its own foot with this one.

Now if we take the CIA's natal Sun-Moon personality blend to be Leo (Fire)/Scorpio (Water)--a group of proud, arrogant (Leo) spies and betrayers (Scorpio)--we find that this combo of energies produces a fanatical 'by hook or crook' determination toward success, the Machiavellian model. Phobias and cynicism abound in tandem with 'an inscrutable self-belief'. This blend's tendency to be upfront on the outside while hiding a labyrinth of secrets within is a perfect description of the agency.

Sun Leo-Moon Scorpio may sometimes undermine itself, usually via its darkly suspicious nature, or by over-extending itself. Interference from others is never appreciated to say the least and this 'outing' of the station chief's name must be excruciatingly embarrassing for them (unless it was done on purpose--perhaps by a rogue agent? just a thought!) For continuing their secret work in Afghanistan the outing is definitely a rain on their secrets parade if not a thunderstorm soaking into their imagined infallibility.

Oh What a Tangled Web We Weave: Awkward!

Yes, CIA imperiousness has received a pinprick, all right, but it isn't enough for the organization to deflate from its overblown influence in the world though many wish it would. Even the creature's creator, President Truman, expressed regret at what he had unleashed upon the world--after it was too late to rein in its illuminating, infiltrating presence. No doubt he was 'advised' on its creation.

My suspicion is that the agency's extremist qualities prevail and its not-a-good-loser personality is squirming a little but its mission and self-belief remain intact. Ever loyal to its own, it will be interesting to see if the one who made up the 'manifesto'--the list of names of the president's advisers on his weekend trip to Afghanistan--will be revealed though I don't expect that any proverbial 'heads will roll' for the mistake, do you? At least not in public--unless a show of improvement and accountability are deemed necessary for public relations purposes (or to save a little face for the White House where someone should have noticed the glare sooner.)

The CIA's imperious Sun Leo-Moon Scorpio blend is shared natally by Steve Martin ('King' Tut!), Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick, and King Louis XVI. The blend has two 'Images for Integration' which may or may not to seem to apply to the CIA:

The 'fateful' quality reminds me of the natural law of karma--reaping what was sown--and this is a Higher Law that no organization, group, or person, no matter how powerful and controlling, will ultimately avoid: paying for past actions.

For some reason today I'm relating Max Igan's new presentation to the deception and formation of 'the Fed'--probably because that is good news--and the American people would like one of those helpings of Pluto's power please! Let's look at the horoscope's YOD pattern, a 'crisis-turning point-crossroads-special-task' configuration consisting in this case in a sextile of Neptune Rx in Cancer and North Node ('NN' = meetings; encounters; future direction) @19Tau14 pointing to the out-of-bounds Mercury @19Sag28 (in 8th house of Shared Resources, Debt, Credit, Transformation, the Occult, etc) with Mercury signifying on one level the reporters who were given 'the slip' at the Hoboken train station that night.

As participant Senator Nelson Aldrich's 'Plan' called for, and it was revealed later that, "The public must not glean a hint of what was to be done." And they didn't--even when the Federal Reserve Act of Dec 23, 1913 passed through the US Congress after most members had left Capitol Hill for the holidays, the beaky snastards. Did only Senator Aldrich know about the scheme? I doubt it. And the whole enterprise was strangely inappropriate since Congress basically handed its constitutional duties--and power--in the finance department over to unelected plutocrats (to print and own our money privately.) And this turn of affairs occurred after President Andrew Jackson had quite successfully fought off the claws of such monetary vultures in the 1800s on our behalves.

Well, greedy vultures and vampires seldom if ever give up, do they?

So in the Dec 1, 1910 horoscope we see the New Moon's YOD/s forming two midpoint pictures which you may be curious about if you wonder what these agents of foreign banks perpetrated upon the American people at that time. And of course you know of the booms, bubbles, and busts they've engineered since then--fraud and theft with no if any accountability.

In addition, Pluto @27Gem16 Rx--in 2nd house of the National Treasury!--is at a degree of BANKRUPTCY (the word picture or Sabian Symbol for '28Gemini'--the void-of-course Moon's position on the morning of 9/11/01) and we find that the plutocrats of the day who were in place to make big things happen within the US economy are denoted by powerful wealth-hoarder Pluto traversing the Mercury-ruled sign of Gemini which handily accuses them all of such tendencies as: 'mass suggestion; organizers; adventurers; ruthless behavior regarding society or the social order and with regard to the generally accepted view.' And of course Science (Uranus) was to be uplifted alongside Faith and Ideals (Neptune).

To you I shall leave it to decide how Bacon's ideology has turned out (or been perverted into something sinister by our modern day psychopaths) with such overarching intentions of a Grand Plan said to be centuries-long in the making--for the existence of the North American continent was known of in Europe long before 'Christopher Columbus' sailed to these idealized shores.

As for Bruton Parish Church in Williamsburg, Virginia--the old Colonial Settlement purchased by John D. Rockefeller who then donated $55,000,000 for its restoration--it is known that three churches were on the site where the current one stands and the original building followed the ancient practice of placing a vault under the church altar. In Bruton Vault, located in 1938, is believed to have been placed by Nathaniel Bacon documents relating to The Secret Destiny of America (see Manly P. Hall's book by that title; Hall's wife, Marie Bauer Hall, was part of the 1991 excavation endeavor.)

Even Thomas Jefferson figures into the mysterious tale for in youth he studied near the Church and is said in 1803 to have dug up the Vault or been part of such an enterprise. Were any or all of the records (which allegedly included birth records of Francis Bacon, illegitimate son of Queen Elizabeth I and thus a Tudor!) spirited away by Mr. Jefferson so that when Mr. Rockefeller and his money took over the scene there were none left for him to purloin?

Ah, that is a good question for pondering purposes, is it not?

Apr 29, 2014 Solar Eclipse a direct hit to Pentagon natal Sun 8Tau38

On April 29, 2014, a Solar Eclipse @8Tau51 directly hit (conjoined) the Pentagon's natal Sun (leadership.) A view of the Pentagon's natal chart (April 29, 1942 10:30 am EWT) may be seen here and here if you wish (post contains the horoscope and details with the January 2010 Solar Eclipse chart around it.)

However, it is only natural that the April 2014 Solar Eclipse would conjoin the Pentagon's natal Sun since April 29th is the Pentagon's 'birthday' or foundation date. Transits and progressions to its Solar Return may also be informative for 2014 and is in effect until the Death Star's next 'birthday' in 2015.

As one result of the Pentagon's Sun being eclipsed, we may expect that General Eric Shinseki's leadership of the Department of Veterans' Affairs and the ongoing scandal of secret case loads placed off-the-books so that certain department officials can earn big bonuses is now spotlighted in high relief by the April 2014 Solar Eclipse. Those congressional incentives to shorten waiting lists didn't work with the tempted!

Factor in Special Ops and Secret Agencies ('Dark Money') and it's no wonder the amount of our national debt languishes in a deep dark Jupiterian hole. So is a Solar Eclipse of a natal Sun positive or negative? There are too many factors to consider for this brief post for results may go either or both ways depending on the condition of the Sun in the natal chart, house rulerships, plus, other transits, progressions, and return charts as they affect natal planets and chart angles and house cusps.

Yet perhaps most important of all is how conscious of the cosmic circumstances and potentials which are embedded within the natal horoscope are the actors and officials involved, how if at all do they use the energy whether consciously or not, and what--besides global conquest and protection of US assets--are their true motivations toward positive or negative outcomes.

Since new appliances will be delivered here today at any moment, I'll simply provide for those with the time and inclination the natal data for the city of Phoenix, AZ which began on the site of an ancient Native American irrigation system. Mercury in the Month of May: Thinking of Politics, Praying for Young Girls

Today as speedy Mercury reaches 00Gem00 and conjoins and highlights Fixed Star Alcyone (something to cry about; the Weeping Sisters of the Pleiades) we may be tempted to direct our minds (Mercury) toward the difficult themes of and events concurrent with the Solar Eclipse of May 20, 2012 which manifested, of course, at a Zodiacal degree sensitized by the position of Alcyone. You'll remember that 2012 was quite an active year in Washington DC but not so much for getting things done as for implementing plans to get little if anything done other than to undermine Democrats.

Perhaps you watched HBO's Last Week Tonight with John Oliver this past Sunday (5.4.14 11:00 pm EDT) and his comedic report about the country of Brunei and its super-wealthy Sultan. The Stellar Week of May 5, 2014 and a Joking President

Beginning with Cinco de Mayo on Monday, the week of May 5, 2014 picks up cosmic steam just after the Taurus Solar Eclipse of April 29, 2014. But the real steam will be more apparent once Mars turns direct on May 19th and forges ahead into June toward the next sign, Scorpio, where Mars reigns in tandem with powerful, subversive Pluto's sub-rulership.

Note: May 5th, Cinco de Mayo is not Mexico's Independence Day which is actually celebrated on September 17. SCOTUS, the 6th Uranus-Pluto Cardinal Square, and a New Millennium

Progressive Uranus in Explosive Aries! 

This morning as I glanced at the horoscope of the next exact square (#6 of 7) between Uranus and Pluto (December 15, 2014 @12+ degrees of Aries/Capricorn), my eye was caught by a Think Progress headline: There's a Hidden Time Bomb in the Senate Rules That Will Go Off If a Supreme Court Justice Retires. How might the symbol for '13 Aries' link to the headline and its topic, above?

Because rounding up the degree of disruptive Uranus to 13 Aries gives a certain Sabian Symbol which may apply to the situation: "A Safely Concealed Bomb Fails to Explode" (Solar Fire software), or, as Dane Rudhyar puts it: "An Unexploded Bomb Reveals an Unsuccessful Social Protest." Keynote: An immature evaluation of the possibility of transforming suddenly the status quo.

And of course, the ongoing Uranus-Pluto square is the current phase of their Great Conjunction/s of the mid-1960s when 'social protest' was all the rage in US streets as it exploded across the globe on behalf of human rights; plus, the 'old order v new order' vibes of Uranus-Pluto have insinuated themselves into every institution these days. Can you feel it?

Now for more info on 13 Aries, Marc Edmund Jones adds: "An Unsuccessful Bomb Explosion." Keyword: IMPETUOUSNESS...positive expression: a dramatic rejection of any accomplishment falling at all short of a very deep or hallowed purpose; negative (unconscious/shadow side--jc): a waste of opportunity and a futile expenditure of self through vanity or petulance. Hmm. Sounds rather like some obstructive, politically motivated judge-appointee nomination hearings to me. And Capitol Hill denizens and shills do like their drama, don't they? Some have made it known that they prefer to govern by not governing.

Sadly for the rest of us, 99% of our politicians are in breach of the public trust and their "very deep or hallowed purpose" seems to be totalitarian control of a 'new order' Global Government based on 'higher' (secret) oaths they've taken which have little if anything to do with their oaths of office and absolutely nothing to do with carrying out 'the people's business.' Yes, We The People must seem only a quaint notion to varmints, brigands, pirates, thieves, psychopaths, and tyrants who imagine themselves kings of the world because they're brazen enough to plunder, pillage, and break societal taboos!

Here's something speculative from April 2013: Ginsburg Eyed as Possible Retirement from Supreme Court. Well, she's an admirable 80-something so it will be interesting to see what happens within the ranks of SCOTUS benchers in or by December 2014.


Another View of the 6th and 7th Uranus-Pluto Cardinal Square

On March 17, 2015, the last of the exact Cardinal Squares (Ari/Cap) occurs between Uranus and Pluto and considering the "progress" made in their 'new order' (Uranus) plans so long ago initiated, it is tempting to consider the Sabian Symbol for 2 Libra. Why? Because the period of time between exact square #6 and #7 (December 15, 2014 -- March 17, 2015) may be crucial to government plans whatever character they may ultimately turn out to have. And in America's often used  'Sibly' natal horoscope, the Midheaven (Mc) which represents The Goal/Aspirations Point of the American Experiment is very near by degree--'1 Libra'. One has only to move the chart from 5:10 pm LMT (Philadelphia, PA) on July 4, 1776 to a couple of minutes later to not only set the Mc for '2 Libra'--but '3 Libra' happens to be the midpoint of our nation's Saturn (15Lib) and Neptune (23Virgo).

Together there are many possible expressions for the Saturn-Neptune combination such as: secret or hidden (Neptune) government (Saturn), social programs, socialism, communism, capitalism and other -isms, suffering, martyrdom, illness, loss--you know the list. Well, the 6th square of  Uranus-Pluto morphs into the 7th square so let's check out the symbol for '2 Libra':

Rudhyar: "The Transmutation of the Fruits of Past Experiences Into the Seed-Realizations of the Forever Creative Spirit." 'Keynote: A repolarization of inner energies leading to a creative centralization of consciousness.'

In the occult, this may relate to Blavatsky's Secret Doctrine and mankind's evolution, yet it may apply more fully to the occult meanings of the numbers 6 and 7. Rudhyar continues: "Number 6 (Solomon's Seal) represents the synthesis of descending spirit and descending matter. It represents the fullness of all past efforts; within the six-fold fruition the seed may be found, the seventh.Outer activity is fulfilled (the Six Days of Creation in the first chapter of Genesis); and the Supreme Actor can be seen in His changelessness and therefore his transcending all-inclusiveness."

"All that was manifested in the plant is gathered in the hidden seed, which in due time becomes the foundation of a new cycle of existence. The fruit decays. For a brief moment the released seed may be seen; this is the 'seventh' period that becomes the creative power fathering a new cycle."

Rudhyar goes on but I shall close for now after reminding myself of the ceremony at the Washington Monument (our national phallic symbol meant for 'seeding' all those feminine goddesses sprinkled abundantly around the District of Columbia--how odd that George, the Father of Our Country, apparently fathered no children of his own!) on New Year's Eve December 31, 1999 when Bill and Hillary seeded the nation and the world into the New Millennium. UPDATE Jan 20, 2016: which to me means that consciously or unconsciously, Hillary (now a 2016 presidential candidate) and Bill Clinton 'seeded' every event and condition that has occurred in this, the New Millennium. A lady 'feminine goddess' president "fathering" our nation? Turn over the Great Seal of America to its covert side and there you'll find America's future.
