Horoscopes: Inaugurations 1993 and 2017 with their Sun-Moon Blends

In case anyone cares to review the horoscope of Bill Clinton's 1993 Inauguration, here it is with notes scribbled on the chart. Please enlarge for reading:

I shall leave it for you to decide how the 1993 Images apply to the first Clinton presidential term amidst government corruption, violence, so-called 'trade' deals, and his gutting reforms of New Deal programs (ex: Welfare), a goal which some say Hillary as president would continue until Social Security is privatized on behalf of Wall Street hedge fund managers who've just got to get their greedy claws on those trillions of SS dollars! One note tough--you see the Uranus-Neptune conjunction in governmental Capricorn which perfected three times in 1993 and signifies the so-called 'New World Order' which is what a Hillary presidency would, above all, continue implementing and we see this via 2017 Pluto now conjoining the 1993 position of Uranus-Neptune with its telling midpoint picture: the big picture demands a certain course of action, very little option to do otherwise (Tyl).

So with the 2017 Images and inaugural Moon in Scorpio, it seems that Hillary Clinton's Sun, Mercury, South Node, (and Ascendant if you prefer her Scorpio Rising birth time) is featured, plus, the second Image may relate to climate change issues and/or other scientific realms of research, oceanic and otherwise.

According to Pew Research the number of Millennials Has Just Overtaken Baby Boomers! Okay, guys, Do Not Allow Wall Street bankers or their paid-for Washington politicians to privatize Social Security and the insurance program will be available for your retirement, too.

As you know, the Millennial generation was born approximately between the years 1980 and 2000 though many of them do not appreciate the label. In the presidential realm, this time frame stretches from Ronald Reagan to George W. Bush and all the greed and corruption that implies!

Astrologically, the two decades between 1980 and 2000 are bracketed by major conjunctions of the societal planets, Jupiter (expansion) and Saturn (restriction). Beginning in 1980 the two conjoined three times in Air: December 31, 1980 @9Libra30, March 3, 1981 @8Libra06, and July 24, 1981 @4Libra56. At the 'other end' Jupiter and Saturn met once @22Taurus43 on May 28, 2000, with Earthy Taurus resonating with money issues, materialism, growth, and the environment. 1980's sign, Libra, is associated with relationships, values, balance, justice, and diplomacy. Both signs are ruled by Venus, and the May 2000 conjunction in bullish Taurus is one of the astrological heralds of the New Millennium for which the Millennial generation is named.

Currently we're in a square phase of the two planets with Jupiter Rx in Virgo and Saturn Rx in Sagittarius. The next Jupiter-Saturn conjunction will again occur in Air on December 21, 2020 and conjoin America's Inaugural Sun (POTUS) @00Aquarius since the Oath of Office was switched by FDR from early March with a Pisces Sun to January 20th. Their conjunction will perfect @00Aquarius29 and will be significant for another cosmic reason: it occurs at Winter Solstice 2020.

A Shutdown Fight for Speaker Paul Ryan and a December 2015 New Moon

With a very brief honeymoon over, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan's First Shutdown Fight is souring the air as the appropriations bill deadline of December 11, 2015 looms.

If lawmakers don't act sooner, December 11, 2015's New Moon @19Sag03 will imprint its expansive Jupiterian energies (Sag) upon a balking US Congress and the 2015 appropriations bill, so at this point, a government shutdown lurks within the shadows of the New Moon, the seeding phase. As you know, there is a 'dark of the Moon' Balsamic phase for three days prior to a New Moon perfection and a bit after. The New Moon perfects at 5:29 am est on Friday December 11, 2015 and, also on December 11, the Moon enters a void-of-course period beginning at 11:06 am est until reaching Capricorn (sign of government, law, and business) on Saturday December 12 at 1:46 am est.

So for the 12/11/15 deadline (if they stick to that date), action taken before 11:06 am est that day may turn out okay but if Capitol Hill politicians want nothing to come of the appropriations bill (and I suspect there are dozens of zealots who want nothing because they're cheering for a shutdown), they should start the action, take votes, whatever--during the lunar void-of-course period of December 11, 2015 (11:06 am) into Saturday December 12 (after 1:46 am.)

Unless, of course, they've already taken care of the people's business concerning this economic matter and have successfully passed the dratted thing.

The New Moon in Sagittarius leads to the fulfillment-culmination-awareness stage at the December 25, 2015 Full Moon @3Can20 which conjoins US natal Venus and waves at America's natal Jupiter @5Can56. This points again to potentials for pocket-lining, budgetary conflicts, political donations, campaign funding, privatization of social safety net programs, and other financial and societal considerations as year 2015 careens to a close.

Additionally, the December 2015 New and Full Moons bookend Winter Solstice 2015 which perfects on Monday December 21 at 11:48 pm est with Sun @00Cap00:00 and the Moon exalted in Venus-ruled Taurus, one of the money signs. For my Republican Friends: Thomas Jefferson on Religion and Conscience - and John Kasich

Perhaps you'll join me in my current mood for considering a revealing quote from Thomas Jefferson on the topic of religion which Republican politicians seem to compulsively use for burnishing their political status among Evangelicals and other Americans of a religious persuasion (conservative or liberal) who may be tempted to vote in November 2016 for intolerant, austerity-promoting, materialistic politicians whose policies and campaign promises ignore the question of conscience while turning cold shoulders against the Scriptural admonitions to care for the least of these and to be our brother's keeper:

Charles Koch to Economist Hayek: "Use Social Security"!

Well, the following article is so fascinating, its link just had to be posted here to read any time I start to forget what total hypocrites all anti-social-program conservatives are whether they call themselves Republican, Libertarian, Tea Party, or what-have-you--even *DINOs.

Letters have been outed from 1973 with Charles Koch (a Koch Industries brother and Tea Party backer) writing to famed laissez-faire economist Friedrich Hayek encouraging him to "use Social Security to support his medical needs. Hayek had taught in the US and paid into our SS system for ten years so Koch assured him he was entitled to what Koch and his ilk now like to call an "entitlement program."

You see, the professor had had some gall bladder surgery in Austria and feared "falling ill away from home" if he returned to the US to pontificate his economic theories.

But not to fear! For America's excellent Social Security insurance program came to Hayek's rescue!!

Personally, I think America's so-called "Ponzi scheme" should have been given a satin cape years ago. Besides--a Ponzi scheme isn't much of a Ponzi scheme unless and until it's stopped, at which time it collapses from its own weight--precisely the aim of the GOP and those such as the Koch Brothers who are determined that Wall Street get its greedy claws on the money while crashing our nation in the process.

And then, who can forget those halcyon days of 'President' George Bush schlepping round the country (on the tax payers' dime) peddling his disengenuous sales pitch about privatizing Social Security? Yet alas, his thin arguments didn't go over very well, did they? And though they've been fairly well shushed on the matter for now, GOP schemers continue to parrot the "SS is bankrupt" slogan whenever they feel so moved.

Now as you know, Dubya considers not privatizing the program that has made such a difference in millions of American lives (and in the lives of the odd foreigner, as we learn above) to be the "biggest failure" of his presidency--not invading the Holy Land, not bombing women and children, nor cynically sending US troops overseas to grab and guard US oil interests and fatten power elite portfolios--not even dooming America and the world to the misery of perpetual war--but to not handing SS monies on a golden platter to his Wall Street backers as the bankers who run the US government insisted.

So here's the Worst President in US History now, if you can stomach a re-listen of his attempt to sell us bank bailouts and TARP. But what he's actually doing is summing up the financials of his disastrous 8-year presidency::



Funny that the much-touted and obsessive conservative fear of "socialism" from the Obama administration ignores a key astrological factor concerning George Bush's natal chart which has always seemed very telling to me about Bush's hidden character--the Sabian Symbol (8 Leo) for his natal Ascendant (his nibs himself) is: "A Bolshevik Propagandist."

Or, as Dane Rudhyar gives the degree--and to me it seems to apply perfectly to Bush's 'Privatize SS You Suckers' Tour:

Seniors beware! The Republican Party's money-grabbing drive to privatize the Social Security system (thereby handing the funds we worked hard for to Wall Street bankers who need it the least) will be part of the GOP's upcoming political agenda if Rs are victorious in the November 2010 midterms.

You remember George Bush's big nation-straddling campaign while president to 'privatize' SS, right? It flopped thanks to large scale public opposition. How we vote on November 2 is our next opportunity to show our total opposition again.

Well, yesterday Bush mouthed off on the contentious subject as his biggest failure! Delusional, deceptive, or both - it's all the same NWO crap to me. He categorizes it as a 'failure' because his globalist bosses think so (he was 'tasked' to implement it!) yet the millions of deaths, maimings, and thwarted lives their illegal wars have caused apparently don't fit the criteria as 'biggest failure' of his miserable presidency!!

No, it's no delight for me to vote Democrat either (Dems certainly did their part to undermine meaningful financial reform since they take Wall Street money, too) but I do hope this issue helps millions of GOP-leaning voters to wake up and smell the thievery before they (and their younger family members which seniors will have to move in with if their SS benefits are squandered on Wall Street profiteers) find themselves victims of a Wall street scam/crash on an entirely new level never before seen.

Imho, America's biggest failure of a president: "war president" George W. Bush, son of another of our biggest duds.
