When we consult the Wikipedia page of the "Fourth Reich" we find a timeline of Reichs to consider - a row of them. From numero uno: the Roman Empire, to the German Empire (1871), and the Third Reich of the de*th cult Naz*s, we find ourselves confronted on the page - and in real life - by "a hypothetical successor" to Herr Adolf's Third, along with "the possible resurgence of Naz* ideas."

Can the "Fourth" be the now-refashioned American Empire? Current-day Heil-Hitl*rites would have it so. (See Altair link, below). Well, Herr T did hail (heil) a "unified reich" if re-selected in November 2024. And as we know, Naz*-saluting Herr El*n financed Herr T's rise to power, touting an imaginary mandate.

Well, most folks now realize that there's no longer a possible resurgence to it because authoritarian de*th cultists are now embedded within the US government of Washington DC and are wildly hollowing out (purging) American society of those they consider to be undesireable (history rhymes!). Yes, cruelty is the point, and depopulation is on the Project 2025 agenda as it was in the 1930s and 1940s in Germany. And yes, eugen*cs is one of their goals, their old "master race" dream now rising from the ashes of WWII once again. (See the Astrology of South Africa.)

Then did this particular Capricorn suspect such an authoritarian threat to our nation when I created Stars Over Washington in 2005? You betcha! As did many scholars of history, of course. But just look at the original description of SO'W above: "Astrological comments on America, on Washington DC, and on the politicians who infest them...with a gentle sprinkling of world events." Well, the "gentle sprinkling" has had to become a deluge. Not by choice, but by current events overtaking sanity and decency as perpetrated by psychotic power-grabbers of the gnatzie persuasion. You know their names.

Why, it was only yesterday that we discussed here Aryanism Rising Again and the 1939 Madison Square Garden Rally of Naz*s in the US at that time (1939 rally horoscope shown). Unsurpisingly, you can see that on that night a Moon-Neptune opposition of mass delusion was having its influence.

Plus, previous SO'W posts concern these difficult topics for the curious seeking entertainment such as 2020 Saturn-Pluto and the Roman Empire with the harsh, compressive Saturn-Pluto duo underpinning much of the brutality now shown by Maga types as they deliver El*n's promise of "hardship" to the American people.

Meanwhile, there's a vintage post from 2010 which closely relates as well: Is Washington DC a 'New Rome'? Altair the Eagle says, Yes. And of course, we all know who was about to be sworn-in on January 20/21, 2013 (twice due to Mercury Rx) for his second term as POTUS in the slave-built White House: Barack Obama. One result: eight years of the Obama presidency catalyzed racist US voters into falling for the first Herr T "presidency" of Uranian chaos-creating.

But now in 2025 some maga voters are regretful as the purging F-47 agenda on steroids shows what it really is: part of a global fascist movement of criminal networks working to collapse America and harm us all - even magas, so that a draconian "new order" can be more easily implemented, sans undesireables.

So in view of all this, dear reader, you may wish to consider Indivisible's Hands Off America Rally in DC on April 5, 2025 to push back against the Tr*mp-M*sk purge agenda.

Of Aryanism Rising Again

Back in 2021, we discussed the Big Brazen N*zi Rally of February 20, 1939 held at Madison Square Garden, NYC, with horoscope shown. The cultists had the nerve to misappropriate an image of George Washington to loom over the stage, and to evoke the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America - but they left out the "under God" phrase.

Of course, leaving it out makes sense because theirs is a de*th cult, just as its followers are members of now. And a God who defeats death by rising from the dead - how inconvenient for those who commit criminal offenses, some of which result in fatalities, and also inconvenient for those who praise the perpetrators.

Plus, we know that it was a form of Aryanism that threatened to "rise again" after Confederates lost the Civil War (1861--1865), and this is what I realized I was seeing as a J6 insurrectionist entered the US Capitol Building carrying a Confederate flag - right there on my TV. For as a CSA descendant born in Georgia, it was and is impossible to mistake their intent. Obviously, events of 1861, 1939, and 2025 are all cut from the same racist cloth of intolerance, greed, and hatred - and harboring financial undertones and a "Don't Tred On Me" attitude.

Sun-Pluto tells of the obsessive need or urge for control and it shows in the 1939 horoscope - and we know of the dictator-wanna-be lurking again in the Oval Office with transit Pluto conjunct the 2025 Inaugural Sun. He has company and everyone knows who the unelected mystery man is!

And there in the 1939 Horoscope is the delusional, mass deception pairing of Moon-Neptune opposing one another across the Virgo-Pisces victim-savior axis. How unsuprising!

So today I've come on here to recommend a brief PBS presentation for those who can manage to view historical documentation of the 1939 N*zi Rally in Madison Square Garden NYC. The video is aptly titled, A Night at the Garden.

Then above, you see the Horoscope of the 1939 Rally set for 9:00 pm est at the Garden with, as usual, an over abundance of astro-notes squooshed upon the chart (mea culpa!) including the event's 2nd house 13 North Eclipse (13N details listed at the very bottom edge of the chart), plus, aspects made to US 1776 planets by 1939 Saturn, Neptune (US Neptune Return in progress), and Pluto. One factor I neglected to add is that 1939 Uranus @14Tau12 conjoined America's January 20th Inaugural Ascendant representing the Oath of Office for then-president Franklin D. Roosevelt.

This position of radical Uranus must have stirred up or activated FDR in some political way, or perhaps disrupted activity, and yet the positive side of Uranus conjunct Ascendant may also denote coping ability - and he was born with Uranus rising in Virgo.

Simultaneously, transit Uranus, the anarchist, conjoined FDR's natal Neptune (13Tau47) so he was exceedingly aware of the demented ideals that the N*zis of 1939 were attempting to shove upon the American people. Putting on the big show at the Garden was only a part of their efforts.

So perhaps we can agree that in the US we've been there done that and we do not need to try N*zism again to know how badly and destructively the tale ends. It's psychotic to believe otherwise.

Historic Times, Events, and Eclipses of Influence

As you see, above, newspapers spread the Good News far and wide to a desperate population exhausted by the ritual sacrifice of war. But it was April 16, 1865 before the city of Savannah, Georgia read the news.

At the Conclusion of the American Civil War, which was actually a process starting April 9, 1865 to November 6, 1865, and finally, the official proclamation by President Andrew Johnson on August 20, 1866, multiple lunar and solar eclipses manifested. Here, for your consideration, is a list of Eclipses 1865--1866 - because eclipses document historical events, and the system of Astrology adds the element of Time and Timing:

Eclipses: Uranian Wild Cards of the Universe

Here I'm emphasizing the Total 11 South Eclipse of April 25, 1865 due to its difficult themes which testify to the obvious breakdown in society that the war of massive casualties, suffering, grief, bereavement, and loss engendered. Now as you know, eclipse influences can begin as much as two weeks prior to the date of an eclipse, however, here we find that the 11 North of 1864 is actually the series in which the April 9, 1865 Surrender at Appomattox Courthouse took place with themes of suddenly changing groups, separation that brings positive results, and making greater commitments in relationships (paraphrasing B. Brady).

Additional factoids are penned on the above image for curious readers and include a Note that, as mentioned, the process of concluding the Civil War actually began under the influence of a Solar Eclipse not shown on the printed list: the 11 North of October 30, 1864 @7Sco29:22. And when a solar eclipse falls within the sign of Scorpio, karmic gains and deep insights into problems are possible yet negative qualities of Scorpio may also be activated such as vengeance, retribution, hatred, jealousy, and cruelty within receptive people. Such deeply felt tendencies can be passed down through generations of participants and can be utilized by opportunists who may or may not have Civil War ancestry. All they really need are violent tendencies against humanity, a craving for power, and greed for more and more wealth.

So perhaps we can agree that through the negative tendencies of grudge-holder D. Trump, the baser qualities of the Scorpio Eclipse which influenced the Confederate Army's Surrender at Appomattox have festered through the years and have now bubbled to the surface of society in order to Make America Grieve Again. And this, as a way of creating a period of chaos, when major shifts in government, such as fascism, are easier to force into place, as history shows. In fact, the pre-war slavery-based economic system of the South was a fascist system of brutality and feudalism. And this is what Republicans are determined to re-establish in the US - an echo of Putin's Russia.

The good news for us now?

We can realize that NOW comes our opportunity to deal more fully and fairly with these unsavory influences than we did 'back in the day'. Another potential is for seeing that the current manifestations of racism, persecution, and exploitation are facets of the Aryanism of the 1930s and 1940s that has arisen to fight another day (like the South "rising again"). Therefore, another path to a brighter future for the American people is to trudge in massive numbers to the ballot box this November 5th or mail it in -- especially since SCOTUS has now delayed their Trump immunity hearing so that a resolution of the issue probably won't be announced until at least June or after the presidential election. So it looks as if the "conservative" justices will rule for Trump against democracy and the rule of law (!) which, if successful, will set our country up for a brutal dystopian monarchy with theocratic overtones that the Pilgrim Fathers could only dream of.

And maybe you've noticed the Scarlet Letter 'A' that Trumpian lawyers and Judge Scott McAfee are trying to stamp upon Fani Willis for daring to hold Trump accountable for his election interference in Georgia. She doesn't merit such a thing but they're trying anyway by way of the expansive, intrusive look at the lady's relationships allowed by Judge McAfee.

So! Perhaps a cosmic time link should be noted since Nazism rears its ugly head regularly these days: an 11 North Eclipse occurred on December 13, 1936 @22Sagittarius (conjunct Herr Trump's natal Moon/opposite his Gemini Sun on his Nodal Axis--and conjunct the 4 South Electoral College Eclipse of December 14, 2020 which inspired Trump's election-denying Big Lie). Then an 11 South Eclipse perfected on June 8, 1937 @18Gemini--conjunct Herr T's 10th house Uranus, his guiding planet of chaos, disruption, and with the eclipse: anarchy. Since Trump wasn't born until 1946, his planets are transits to the 11 North and 11 South Eclipses of 1936 and 1937. Follow the links for events.

The last 11 North manifested on January 26, 2009 @6Aquarius (conjunct US 1776 South Node during the controversial Obama presidency which riled up the racists and opened the door to Trump). The next 11 North arrives on February 6, 2027 @11Aquarius opposing the natal 12th house Pluto = Mars-Saturn midpoint picture of D. Trump; this opposition from the god of the Underworld, signifies issues of animalism vs higher aspirations, a karmic stalemate that the orange gangster has failed to improve upon all his besotted, debauched life.

Dec 2023 Transits to the Washington DC Horoscope

With 2024 fast approaching, let's say Farewell to 2023 by considering the bi-wheel of horoscopes, below, to close out this year of Stars Over Washington posts. Through this year and previously, multiple 'forewarned is forearmed' efforts have been made here by yours truly due to current events and to objectionable rhetoric disenterred from old-timey Aryans of yore by orator Mango Mussolini, as some have understandable labeled him.

His parroting of certain phrases from the past are intended to activate within us fear, paranoia, and a feeling of inevitability to the development of dystopian conditions which are not at all inevitable in America's future. After all, a majority of the American people have seen and fought this kind of brutal onslaught before, or are descended from those who did - and we're good, thanks. If there was ever a been-there-done-that caution, 1930s and 1940s events in Europe is it.

Because even though the Fascism Rising and the Nazis Rise to Power Solar Eclipses have repeated in our day (2022 and 2023), and because historical cycles rhyme with eclipse cycles, We the People are Not going to accept Fascism or Nazism in America.

Eclipse Cycles Time Similar Historical Events

As readers of SO'W know, a Solar Eclipse in the 6 South Saros Series - the same family as the Nazis Rise to Power Eclipse of August 1932 - has already repeated and its theme of 'being forceful, taking power' brought along a partial electoral victory at the 2022 Midterms allowing maga Republicans to commandeer the US House of Representatives. We've seen what an amateurish 3-ring circus that has been as they pretend to govern while undermining the rule of law, yapping at the heels of President Joe Biden, and attempting to follow orders from their wealthy overlords. And sporting AR-15 pins on their lapels as silent threats.

My point is, We the People are in the thick of a struggle against barbaric Nazis with racism and 'Aryanism' the arrows in their hate-filled quivers as before. But unlike in WWII, the battlefields are different and the criminals are more sophisticated and organized, so that focus, not apathy, must be maintained if we are to vanquish the enslaving enemy once again. For as you know, freedom, once lost, is difficult to regain.

My suspicion is that there are enemies of America who use cosmic factors as timing agents: an obvious example is 1930s Pluto in Cancer (the magician) now opposed by Pluto in Capricorn (the dictator) for a while longer, as a 'Full Moon' culmination opportunity to fulfill little Adolf's perverted dream of global domination when democracy could be banished from the Earth, and creepy Pluto, as a symbol of death and transformation, could bring the primal violence, extremism, and exploitation needed to enforce tyrannical government against the will of the people. That our nation has now experienced her first-ever Pluto Return (27Cap33) in 2022 must have seemed like a perfect excuse for transformative activities.

Then looking ahead, we have another watershed moment in time: the third of three Great American Eclipses to 'look forward to' with its 8 North themes of visions and good ideas although as a Mars-ruled Aries Eclipse manifesting in 2024, an election year, I must wonder what disruptions, revelations, and wild cards the Cosmos has in mind for our democratic Republic.
